This company tries to paint a picture that they will provide you booked appointment leads.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  Fraud is the easiest way to explain it.  Hook line and sinker…. Yes I thought this would be great.  Once you sign up (April 11th) and pay them, the stories begin.

Account Specialist: “We should have it up and getting leads by next week”  Next week comes, he says: “we are still working on it, should be soon” 10 days after sign up I say: “Hey Taylor, where does everything stand?” account specialist writes back: “Hi, I apologize but ive been out sick.  Who is this?”  So at this point I have talked to Taylor a couple of times and he has no idea who I am (Red Flag). He responds “Got it.  We can pull the trigger on going live at noon est if that works”  So nothing happens at this point.  The following week 17 days after sign up.  

I texted Taylor “Taylor” The following day he responds:  ” I emailed you yesterday.  Please check it and I can call you this week.  I’ve been out sick all last week”. My response: “Ok, Thank You.  Sorry you were in the hospital.  The timing of all this is really crazy and makes a guy feel like is getting ripped off.  So you have to understand my concerns”. He responds: “Completely!  I assure you you arent being”   Fast forward to May 6th, I ask: “When is this camaign going live”.  Taylor Says :We’ve been working with Facebook this last week.  The campaigns are going live but getting rejected, approved, and rejected.”  May 11th, I say : “I left you a message yesterday.  “What is going on”. “This is getting ridiculous.  Why do we have no answers?”  He responds: “Let me know who this is and I will look into this ASAP”. So at this point he still doesnt have my number saved or doesn’t know who I am.  taylor responds after I told him “Ok sorry.  This is a very bizarre circumstance.

 I’ve told you what we’re doing. If you want to call Mauricio our CEO your’re welcom to”. So at this point that is what I did.  He tried to assure me that he persnally will take over my account and that are building custom lead pages now.  Moving forward to May 15th I say to Mauricio: ” Contractor link just charged wrong card. I was the understanding that this was included in fees??” “Also wasn’t supposed to be charged until June?”  June 1st I say “Please stop all transactions, FB google, etc. ASAP. ”  June 2nd I ask: “Please confirm” He says: “Ok, Why”.  I say “I am done wasting my money on this” He states: “Ok. You made a 3 month commitment. Do you want to pay the other 2 months?”  I respond: “You have provided 1 lead. In almost 8 weeks. This is fraud” 

Thats where communication stopped.  So he guaranteed 20 Plus leads a month or you money back and could not produce them.   Today is July 15th and he is still charging my card.  I call him with no call back and his # is the number to call for disputes 786-218-4669.  I am going through the process with chase bank as we speak, as well as legal council,and contacting Ashley Moody’s Office.  So obviously Roofing Marketing Pros is a scam please take my advice on this and not have to take the steps I am going through.

they have an office in Texas and Alabama I bought a transmission for a 2006 ford freestyle and it was defective I called them and as for another one they said they didn’t have one right then so I waited for two weeks and called them back and they said they could give me my money back. From this point they started just started making excuses– such as we are having trouble with the bank and give us the number of your bank and we will send you the money. I have been calling them regularly for over 10 months and I leaving a recorded message. I have been sending them e-mails every week also. they will not respond to my request for my money back.

A dealership sent in a payoff on my car on 6/7/2021 and this company still hasn’t paid off my car loan. I am now showing late as of 6/15/21 because of this crap company that has been sitting on the funds for my loan. I have been calling almost daily since 6/8/21 and have asked for a supervisor to call me back and it hasn’t happened.

ASUS refused to repair an ASUS Chromebook  under warranty, and purchased approximately 03-31-2021.  ASUS alleged customer inflicted damage which isn’t true, and their sole evidece was a piece of dirt on the exterior of the case.  No other allegation was made by ASUS.

The ASUS email provided by their repair facility doesn’t accept responses, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to contact them in writing.

We selected a metal shingle roof because of prior issues with ice dams and the degeneration of asphalt shingles over time.  We selected Interlock Roofing, thinking their product was of high quality with a lifetime warranty, especially given the exorbitantly expensive cost of the project.  We already had an expensive gutter system which they assured us they could remove and reinstall without any problem.  

The installation was uneventful and the roof appearance very good.  However, subsequently, on multiple different occasions, different segments of the gutter were simply pulled off by snow, the gutters bent and a segment falling to the ground (see attached photo). The company, at that time, actually came out to repair a section of the gutter two different times, with the workman acknowledging it was a problem and one he has seen multiple times.   Because the gutters were originally  reinstalled incorrectly, rain bypasses the gutters entirely around the whole house.

We consulted the company that originally installed the gutter and they indicated that our problems, including gutters failing to catch and channel rain water, were due to the fact that they were totally incorrectly reinstalled. Over the last many months (more than a year) I have made countless calls to the company, initially with assurances that a manager or the owner of the company would get back to me.

 Now I am unable even to reach a person, and so am inclined to think that they may be filtering calls by caller ID.  It will be thousands of dollars to repair/replace the damaged gutter system.

 Interlock should, obviously, be responsible for the damage done by their employees and provide for its correction.  Given such totally unacceptable customer service and business practices, I strongly caution anyone considering having Interlock Roofing do their roof.  They yet have the opportunity to rectify their wrongs but, given the other reviews, there is little reason to believe they will.

I paid for an airline ticket. Once the credit card was Charged, and the money taken, they canceled the flight. They sent me an email saying that the flight was canceled and a link to their website. On the website it said that they have upgraded their commercial policies and now 100% of all tickets are 100% refundable and 100% exchangeable. But there was no way to apply for the refund. The website clearly tells you you must request a refund before the date of travel or you will forfeit your refund.

Unfortunately there’s no way of contacting this company. The online form states that unless you hold a premium ticket you can’t use the online form to request the refund but must call them. When you tried to call them you never get them. I wrote them via the WhatsApp link provided and I have never had a reply.

I found others who have reported online that this company scams you have your money by advertising a flight you pay for them cancelling the flight and then and never refunding your money. All the while they maintain, that their tickets are 100% refundable. But then they never issue you the refund.

Walmart Improperly installed a tire and took lug nut and stud from other wheel, after driving it the tire came off while driving Milwaukee Wisconsin

The technician had taken a lug nut and stud from the front passenger side, I had all 5 studs and lug nuts when the car was taken see reference pics below. I took the car into Walmart on July 9th to replace the tire at Walmart 3355 S. 27th St. MilwaukeeThe tire that was worn prematurely and should be covered under warranty was the drivers side front tire. The technician also had taken a lug nut and stud from this wheel as well, and one of the lug nuts was stripped. I had driven the car to work and on the way the car was shaking and when I pulled up to park I had noticed that lug nuts and studs had sheared and there was only one stud holding the now crooked wheel in place.

I tried calling the store however no one could connect me to the auto department to speak with a manager. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of accountability on Walmart and the store manager there, Kyler. Not only was I stranded and now not able to get to work, but they denied all accountability and didn’t apologize for their careless mistake.

The tire could have fallen off on the highway 94 and caused an accident and now I am left dealing with the aftermath of someone’s incomplete and careless work who was probably trying to cover their mistake and fix it by taking another lug nut and stud from my other wheel.

Soylent Nutrition, Inc. Soylent Bad tasting product, continues to charge for canceled subscription Los Angeles California

I’ve ordered with Soylent for years, going back to their kickstarter. Their product was delicious, relatively affordable, and a few years ago, helped me go from quite obese to normal body weight. I’ve been a fan the majority of my adult life.

I ordered two boxes of Soylent Original formula on subscription. The old formula tasted kind of like lactose free milk but sweeter. Their new formula tastes somewhere between artificially sweetened baby formula and sugar free vegan cake mix.

I’ve got over thirty of these bottles sitting in my garage now because I won’t drink them and nobody else will. They sent me a notification saying that my subscription time is coming up and will be shipping soon, so I ask them to cancel.

Later that day, I get a notification that another two boxes of Soylent are coming, so I respond asking why more Soylent is coming when I postponed my subscription. Soylent responded with a customer satisfaction survey.

I respond to the survey asking to cancel the subscription, and for a refund. Soylent says that they will not refund me, because they shipped the box after I asked them to cancel. They won’t refund me and they still haven’t even cancelled the subscription.

Please don’t order from Soylent.

Allstate Insurance Company REnewed homeowners and auto insurance when we told them to stop as home was sold and we were moving to Ky. Grandville Mi

Moved from Mi to Ky. and told them to DO NOT renew my policies-they even went so far as to refer me to another Allstate agency in Ky. Useless-never in the office and did not return messages. Finally called and received an answer after a minute their phones disconnected me twice-never called back either. But they debited my checking $2,336.97 and promised to refund it in 5 business days.

So nice and wonderful and sweet of them they will refund money they had no reason to withdraw against my written wishes. It is now 8 calendar days-6 business days and another vocal promise it is on the way. Asked why it happened and why it is 6 business days and no credit to my account and I get-“well I guess I do not have an answer for that question”! Asked what if it would have caused my checking to bounce a check would they cover the fees-It is not our responsibility but yousure can create the reason.

Crappy company other sites have rated allstate 1.4 out of 5-an insurance company to avoid as you can`t even get roadside help when customers called. Pathetic!!
