Arizona medical system, Told me they filed for Medicaid and they did not.

I had surgery at canyon Vista hospital and then I was told they put in for social services to come and help me get Medicaid? because of the medical expenses are too high for me to afford. (Everything in America) is price gouged where you need (7) insurance policies at $2,000 a month to cover a medical Bill but they claimed they filed for Medicaid in which they did not, then I was shipped off to physical rehab and they told me they filed for Medicaid through social services and they didn’t apply for it either.

I know this because I called Medicaid directly and placed my information on a telemarketer because nobody answers the phone at Medicaid and they told me there’s no files being filed for me for Medicaid, so I’m leaving the physical therapy rehab tomorrow because my insurance is depleted and they’re going to expect me to pay everything which I cannot, and I explained this to them and they will release me tomorrow and which I feel I am not ready (so if I have a fall)?and I break my hip they are responsible.

They are discharging me tomorrow because my insurance is depleted and if they send me any Bills? I’m going to send it back because they are responsible for the medical Bill since they did not do their job like they told me they would. Social services at the hospital that did the surgery and the physical rehabs stated to me they did file from Medicaid in which they never did.  Once they deplete your insurance (you’re on your own) they will tell you they will do stuff? and they won’t.

I believed social services helped people? they don’t help anyone but themselves. The Government needs to eliminate social services because it’s a waste of taxpayers money. They listen to you they tell you they’re going to do things? and they never do. They get a paycheck off the taxpayers and they don’t do their job. Social services needs government overview instead of just walking around with a piece of paper that they never write on.

Amazon Amazon.com Is is the only marketplace that I work with that holds your money owed from sales.    eBay, we pay or PayPal any other payment processing program that I have worked with on and that I have worked with always disperses any sales that you have made on their platform at midnight the night of the sale. Amazon requires all sellers to hold their money for 2 do hold their money for 2 weeks. At the end of that 2 week.

They attempt to make a dispersement into your account a dispersement into your account before they will send the money to your account send the money to your account they do initiate a charge it’s arch. To see if your car is validated aren’t you validated if For whatever reason the card does not process correctly and go through your dispersement will not begin to come to your bank.I have been a seller with for over 11 years and have always is and have always had an upstanding account is standing account. Is I processed thousands of dollars per month on platform alone.

This situation I am describing has occurred to me multiple times. As a seller of 11 years I have a running balance of thousands is balance of thousands of dollars so any charge back if it does so any charge back if it does occur automatically comes out of my funds dispersement. On April 6, 2021, I paid a deposit for book promotions services from this company but after my due diligence and an aggressive salesman named Harry, I decided to terminate. I was assured that I would receive my deposit back. That never happened. I reached out and even told them that I was reporting them to Ripoff Report and then they wanted to call me. I refused to speak with them verbally as I want EVERYTHING in writing, so I emailed them to find out why they called me.

Amanda would only say that her manager wants to speak with me. I am moving forward with this process because there is really nothing to discuss. I have it in writing that a refund would be issued and will move forward with an Attorney General complaint as well. How many other $280 deposits have they kept from people who withdrew from them? It’s really not about the amount of money, it’s the principle. SMH – Don’t do business with this company, they are a ripoff!

I placed an order for one bottle of Ketogt.  When I received the invoice via email, it had been processed for 5 bottles, so instead of being charged approximately $70, I was charged $199.99.

I called customer service thinking they would just cancel the order and it would be done.

The person I spoke with told me that they could put the 4 bottle back in stock but I’d have to pay a restocking fee. I told her that as I had not ordered the 4 bottles there should be no restocking fee, especially as the order had not yet been shipped.  She kept giving me alternatives that would allow them to keep a portion of my money.  I ended up just telling her to cancel the entire order as I knew it had not yet had time to ship.  She said  she didn’t have the authority to do that and would have a supervisor call me.

After the call did not resolve the problem, I sent them an email with the same information. No supervisor called me.  “Five hours later”, I received an email that the order had shipped and once I had received it, I could email them for instructions to return the product and get a partial refund.

I sent back an email saying:  I did not place this order!  This is Fraud!  I will dispute the charge!  I will report the fraud! This is FRAUD!!!  Do not do business with this company. I will go to my bank as early as I can tomorrow and will dispute the charge.  I hope at least that will get my money back. 

I also hope reading this will help others not to make the mistake of dealing with a company that commits fraud.

My vessel documentation came due again and since I had not received a refund for my purchase about a year ago I was hoping that they would at least renew my vessel documentation. However, they would not stating that since I filed for a refund with my credit card company that I should be speaking with my ‘Financial Institution’ and not to reach out to them. I can only imagine that they are getting one more jab in. THIS BUSINESS IS DECEPTIVE AND, in my opinion, A SCAM!

They go to great lengths to make their website and, in my case, a written letter, look like an official government communication. If you look at their website you have to really look at the large image to realize that the logo and the ship shown are NOT USCG! Hope others don’t get caught in the same SCAM! Good luck getting your money back they have this down to a science.

Home Partners of America Screened my credit for lease to buy program Chicago IL

This company took an application for pre qualifications to see if me and my daughter and her husband would qualify for their lease to buy program.  We passed the pre-qualification stage but as soon as I submitted the Application and paid their required fee of $99 they turned right around and denied our application within hours only after sending an email stating that it would take five days to review and get back to us. 

They further stated that our combined FICO score did not meet their requirements…their requirement is 580; however, with 3 people on the application, I do not see how our combined weighted FICO score does not meant their requirement and they refuse to explain this to me.  I have requested my money back and they refuse to refund that as well. 

I believe that they knew they were not going to approve our application in advance and when they stated that we pre-qualified.  This is a scam people…they say you qualify then when you pay their fee, they deny your application and say that there are no refunds.  Scam!!!

They didn’t clean the rooms even once the 3 days we were there, and the manager refused to refund me for the fourth day we reserved although we checked out before the deadline on the fourth day.

The place doesn’t have an elevator, and is old and rather run down. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve seen in any hotel and had nowhere to set anything, and the 3 foot long tubs (seriously) have doors that swing out so it is almost necessary to stand in the gap between the wall and toilet to open and close it.

If I had only paid 40 or 50 dollars I might have expected what I got, but when I paid nearly $200 I expected to get what I paid for. This is the first and last time for me at this hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Searching for solutions online, I found that the problem with our TCL Roku TV affects a very large number of customers. Reports indicate that the problem begins happening to TCL Roku TVs of various ages, from days-old to months-old. During viewing, the TV freezes in stages (subtitles, picture, response to remote or on-set controls) and then reboots itself. The process typically interrupts watching for a few minutes. When restarting a video, the place in the video is sometimes lost. This used to happen every few days and now happens daily.

Nobody has indicated in online forums that the standard advice works. Standard advice includes cycling the power on and to the set and the router, disconnecting accessories, and resetting the TV to its factory presets. The only claim of a solution that I have found came from someone who installed a Firewire accessory and used their TCL Roku device as a dumb TV, bypassing all the functionality of a “smart TV.” Needing to use such a work-around adds costs and deprives customers of the capabilities that they paid for.

TCL Roku TVs automatically check for, download, and install software or firmware updates to fix such problems. However, I’ve found no public recognition by RCL or Roku of this extremely common problem, and I’ve found no indication that Roku is using the power of its licensing agreements to pressure TCL to solve or fix the problem.

Considering how much business TCL does, how widespread the problem is, and how unresponsive TCL has been, I would not be surprised to read someday of a class action lawsuit by a consumer watchdog group or an agency of the US government.
