Report this business to BBB and FTC and local and state consumer affairs offices and local animal control agency!!!

I had an appointment today and took both my dogs and cat there

The man who claimed to be the owner first yelled at me to stay outside, few minutes later he yelled come inside ,without any greed he scream do you have a pet Box ,I was speechless how rude and aggressive this man actually was .You could see anger and aggression in his face

I said you need to lower your voice ,you are being unprofessional and i don’t need your service if you continue like this. He said we were trying to reach you this am and called you but I did not responded

I told him I called yesterday and left my number when I made the appointment ,i did not receive any calls today from his business and I am a medical doctor and sometime I cant receive calls because I am In ED

He said I DONT CARE WHO YOU ARE!! This was his exact response !!    

Initially I left but I went back to the store and asked him for his name and he said if you dont leave I will call the cops !!!

I never had  in my entire life any experience similar to this business owner and never encountered any business owner more aggressive and unprofessional then this one !

Many customers of this business express deeply concern that after visiting this store their animal got ear or eye infection and the animals were acting very strange which could be a sign of physical abuse towards animals. 

I usually dont write any reviews and I consider myself as a nice human being who respect everyone but its also important for me to share this  experience with potential customers ,because no business owner should behave this way and abuse people who are giving them business.

My wife usually takes the dogs to this store and she was there few times ,we noticed that our dogs and cat are extremely anxious for few days  after visiting this store ,and today I noticed my dogs were extremely anxious once I took them out of the car and they saw this building again !

After the very unpleasant encounter with this man today who claim to be the owner ,I cant imagine how much aggression this man could have towards animals we trust in his hands !

I will file a official complain with BBB and FTC and local and state consumer affairs offices and local animal control agency ,as other customers also express their concern in ONLINE REVIEWS  regarding ear /Eye infection and abnormal behavior of their pets after visiting this store.

I strongly recommend to stay away from legacy Pet grooming at 5261 McKinney Ranch Pkwy and observe your animal closely once you take them home for any sign of abuse ,as I witnessed first hand how aggressive this man can be.

I will report this business to other agencies and additional reviews online will follow to protect potential customers and animals.

Spectrum Charter Charter Communications They added me as a customer with a 30 day FREE TRIAL PERIOD OFFER . Then charged me for the 30 days PLUS ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Collinsville, Madison County Illinois

My wife and I were offered (by a sales person that came to our home) a FREE 30 day trial by Spectrum for their NEW Apple TV device(s) for our TV and Internet needs. We will call this person “Tom”. Tom, told us, that if we wnt with this deal, they were offering, it included a FREE 30 day trial with NO COST to us. My wife and I accepted the deal, and he started to hook up the Apple TV Device to our TV.

This man was very nice and did his best to get it done for us, but it took HOURS (well into the night) to get their main office to get their act together to get it all done for us. After he was done, we started using the sevice. Within a couple of days, the wife and I changed our minds and returned ALL of the electronics back to our nearest Spectrum location.

We got ALL the return receipts from that location, went the UPS office (just 2 doors down from them) and sent it all back to Spectrum (got UPS’s) receiptss well and went home. The next month, we received a BILL from Spectrum for $300.00 for a months worth of service AND 2 apple devices (Receivers.) We called them, explained what happened AND that we had all the receipts from them to prove the return for the 30 DAY FREE TRIAL OFFER.

They told us to come to the office and show them the receipts and the bill would be cleared up. We did just that. They thanked us, apologized for the confusion and then said we were good to go. NOT SO!! 2 weeks later we received another bill bit this time with a LATE PAYMENT added to the total.

NOW, I AM MAD. The wife and I called every number they gave us to clear it up, nothing worked, still received bills with even MORE late fee charges. We THEN found out that they had sent it to a collections agency for deinquency of payment. NOW, it has been added to my credit score AND they told me that the Apple receiver that Tom opened to get the TV service could NOT be returned because once opened Apple will NOT refund it. (Tom NEVER told us this.)

We called Tom, spoke to HIS manager AND have went through lengthy phone calls looking to clear this up and even sent the receipts TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY VIA EMAIL and STILL we have this problem and receiving letters to pay the collections bill. 

JustHost Auto Billing Practice

I switched my website to another web host and domain registrar in December 2020. I removed my billing information from my JustHost account. Then, in August 2021 JustHost billed me through PayPal for web hosting renewal on a domain they are no longer hosting!

I got them to refund me after I told them I was filing a PayPal complaint. My advice is to check your PayPal autobilling settings frequently and remove any unwanted companies.

Bank of America BoA They haven’t returned money that was stolen over 2 months ago

On June 16th, 2021, I had someone come into my place of work and steal my entire wallet. I found out on June 17th and filed a police claim with Seattle Police department #2021-910451. I found out that they had withdrawn $8,500 from my account at Bank of America. The withdrawals are as follows:

The bank that they work at closes at 4 pm whereas I had work and did not leave until 4:30 pm. I work as a phlebotomist and am not able to show the tubes with the time and my initials on it due to HIPAA, but I have a time card showing when I left Northgate.

When I made the claim, I asked why I was never notified. I have no history of withdrawing this amount and this should have been flagged. I was told it was because they used my pin and was questioned extensively about it. I have it memorized, but it is the last four digits of my social security number, which I have since been told is easy to guess or hack into.

On June 25, I was told my claim got denied because they used my pin. Somehow it took 7 business days to realize the same thing we discussed the first day I knew it was stolen. BofA did not follow up by checking any of the cameras at the bank, nor ask me for proof that I was at work during the time of the transactions or any other reasonable measures.

To add insult to injury, BofA issued me the incorrect debit card twice.

I asked to reopen my claim and they denied it again on July 12. I called and they told me it was because they used my pin the first time. They then recommended me to get a subpoena for the bank videos. I asked them why I was supposed to do their job. I didn’t need a video of who withdrew my money as I saw the person who took my wallet (before finding out that it was taken). They told me I was unable to reopen my claim. Frustrated, I waited on the phone for two hours to talk to someone who could actually tell me something useful.

On July 20, I talked to two other people before getting a supervisor who informed me that my claim was filed incorrectly and in the wrong department. There were two $500 withdraws from my debit card, but the remaining $7,500 was through a teller, which apparently was a different department.

August 13 I called again to find that the wrong claim was still listed and a new claim had never been filed!! To reopen it, I had to repeat the same information I have said since the beginning. I was finally asked to send proof that I was at work during the time the transactions were completed. I sent it the same day through a fax.

I have called again today August 23 and they are still saying they are undergoing investigation. I need money to pay the bills. I am working while taking boards to get my medical license and this has been extremely emotionally distressing.

Beware of (Arms Air Conditioning and Heating) Atwater, CA. In August of 2018 Luis E. was the supposedly qualified technician assigned to my home HVAC unit from a Home Depot referral; to my dismay I realized later that he stole several pounds of R-22 Freon from my HVAC unit! He removed seam tape on my Ductwork, never replacing it; as I asked too many questions concerning the freon equipment.

Modus operandi is to gain access of legitimate buyer and seller documentation and manipulate and falsify to generate fake documentation to scam others. Examples of this is fake bank statements, BCL, BL, any sort of proof of product, proof of past performance, proof of authorisation, etc.

Even if no financial obligation is required upfront, your time will be wasted as smoke screen after smoke screen will be put up with no actual deal on the table. You will end up burning bridges and relationships if you rely on this individual. Do not waste your time.

Had no packing  tape or tarp for pick up truck bed and requested me to go buy it on the morning of the move.  I was told if I wasn’t happy with the new arrangement I could cancel and receive full refund.  They blocked my calls and stopped answering my texts and emails.
