Rip off company so the concert tickets and it was canceled and they refused to refund any of my money over 350 bucks. Don’t do business with these thieves. From what I understand there’s a class action lawsuit against them from ripping people off all the way across the country.

I tried contacting my bank but they sent my bank fraudulent information as far as the terms and conditions which they changed because I bought my tickets in January of 2020 and the terms and conditions they changed it to mention covid. Covid wasn’t even in this country in January when I bought the tickets. Total scam con artist.

I described what happened in the description. This place lures in people with a low weekly rental rate but forgets to mention $13-15 per day insurance cost and a regular rental rate for a 2019 elentra pre-covid was $69 per day. They are mis-leading and get away with it.

After my accident I didn’t even get a sorry. The woman I think her name was terry or cherry just screamed at me then I hung up. Their business license should be suspended indefinitely. I have talked to counsel regarding my accident.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I ordered the shoes in April 2021. I was told that the shoes were would be in stock at a later time. I recieved an email from “Lisa” who told me to pick another shoe from their site. I told by “Lisa” that the money I paid for the shoes, would be refunded. I recieved another email telling me that the refund would take a couple of days.

I sent “Lisa” an email asking where was refund (that I waited patiently for) I was told by Rosieshoes, that the amount was refunded. I recieved another email in July telling me to check with my bank and to check with PayPal. I checked with my bank and no refund was issued I checked with Paypal and no refund. I sent an email to “Lisa”, telling me Rosieshoes had not issued me a refund.

I told her again I didn’t get the refund. She said again, that the money had been refunded to me. The best I can do is go back to PayPal, and dispute the charge. Don’t do business with them.

I purchased an Item for $76.00. They took the money from my bank. It’s been 6 months and still no item. I have sent numerous emails asking what is going on and I have yet received a reponse.

Purchased 100% pure CBD oil gummies.  Received hemp seed oil with 12 other additives including sucrose and corn syrup which diabetics can not consume.  Merchant claims that packaging has changed but contents remain the same – not true!  Also, Kirkland reporter claims if you buy 2 – you get 2 for free. 

They charged me for 4 jars and are keeping over 30% for restocking fees.  Paid $274. in total – was refunded only 180$ after returning all 4 jars unopened and paying for the return shipping to boot!

This has been done to many people as this is NOT coming from any government agency.

We was contracted by Emily corets to do work at servral properties we have done work for her before and she paid we stopped working for a while then was asked to go back by work horse recurtiments so we did this time we had new bank account reported it to both work horse recuritment and to ec restoration before payroll was ran.

it has now been alomst 6 weeks with no pay and they owe almost 4k worth of work she has lied to us by saying the money was sent it bounced back blah blah blah and then said we will mail a check i have decied that i will not be waiting on a check i will be meeting with my attorney and will be placing liens on porperties because our contract says pay is 3 weeks then weekly after that and its almost 6 weeks if you do take work from ec restoration get payment upfront before anywork done 

The State of Arizona is worse than a third world country. There is no infrastructure (no cell phone towers) unless you live in Tucson or Phoenix? anywhere else you live you pay your cell phone Bill and you will never get cell phone service… When I got my service with MetroPCS in Sierra Vista they told me cell phone service works great in St David and there is no service in St David (This needs to stop) cell phone companies are stealing billions of dollars from customers (who they tell they have good service in their town)? and they do not…

The federal government needs to get involved and stop these companies from robbing people. Also unless you live in Tucson or Phoenix and you get injured and you cannot drive yourself to the hospital or doctors good luck there’s no ambulance service and when you do call for help? expect to get a $3,000 bill for medical transport. In any other state the fire department has ambulances that transport you to the hospital with (no charge) because people pay a small percentage of taxes for that service, but now in Arizona the cost of living is four times more than living in California and New York and they get all the services needed so that they will not die when they need help because everybody pays a small fraction of taxes for these services so they don’t get raped and robbed when they get sick and have to call 911 for an ambulance?

And if you have to call 911 in emergency? You are going to die in Arizona because the cell phone that you pay your phone Bill for doesn’t work. So just sit on the side of the road and die…. In Arizona you will pay three times as much money to live, (then in California and New York).

I signed up for Angi Leads about two months ago.  They have produced zero leads but lots of headaches.  

1 – They charge you $288 for a membership up front, and in exchange are going to produce leads for you.  But the phone calls they give you for leads are crap.  You can call the phone number immediately and no one ever answers.  But you have to either protest the charge or pay $100 per lead.  So, no revenue, just a time suck.  

2 – You can only pause the lead service for 2 weeks at a time, which means you have to remember to stop it or you get more crap phone calls and have to protest more calls that never actually generate any money.  

3 – When you pause the leads the first time, a customer service reps calls to see if he can ‘help.’  But really he’s just calling to explain why the leads are bad because of you.  They explain that if you just spend hours updating your info and building your web interface online the leads will be better.  

4 – You’re only able to protest bad leads if they meet certain criteria.  You have to attempt to attempt to return the call on multiple days and you have to prove it was a bad lead, which is literally every ‘lead’ they’ve sent me.  

So far I’m only out around $600, but only because I’ve tried to protest every lead I’ve gotten.  All I really got for my $288 was a job that doesn’t pay, just penalize me when I don’t remember to push the leads out every week.  Since I’m stuck with them for the next year, I’ll probably be out significantly more by the end.  

Stay away.  This is a bad service and you will be sorry.
