Rosieshoes “Lisa” Claim – Refund

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I ordered the shoes in April 2021. I was told that the shoes were would be in stock at a later time. I recieved an email from “Lisa” who told me to pick another shoe from their site. I told by “Lisa” that the money I paid for the shoes, would be refunded. I recieved another email telling me that the refund would take a couple of days.

I sent “Lisa” an email asking where was refund (that I waited patiently for) I was told by Rosieshoes, that the amount was refunded. I recieved another email in July telling me to check with my bank and to check with PayPal. I checked with my bank and no refund was issued I checked with Paypal and no refund. I sent an email to “Lisa”, telling me Rosieshoes had not issued me a refund.

I told her again I didn’t get the refund. She said again, that the money had been refunded to me. The best I can do is go back to PayPal, and dispute the charge. Don’t do business with them.
