I went in for a lip blushing service and left with a nightmare ! It’s been a nightmare! My lips are a dark brown to almost black

I have received two packages from this “company” of 3″ x 3″ little round tubs containing aspirin size chlorine tablets. I have never ordered this, I don’t know who these people are and so far I cannot find any strange charges on my CC or bank accounts.

My fear is that I will start getting charged.  There is no paperwork at all inside the package.  It was shipped via USPS through Pitney Bowes.

Do NOT use Vacation Express under any circumstances.  My wife and I are over 65 and booked our upcoming vacation at the Royalton Luxury Resort in Cancun and paid over $3000 at the time of the booking.  We called to cancel due to a recent murder at the Royalton and notices from the State Department, US Embassy in Mexico about increase in criminal activity and warnings about heavy increases in COVID cases and the hospitals in Cancun not being able to properly care for the heavy increase of people in cases coming into the hospitals. At our age we need to be concerned! 

We were told by the agent that we would not be refunded any of our $3000 plus dollars paid!  We were told that there was no murder and that the boarders are not closed for COVID, so basically, too bad we got your money!!  I would like to see the agent tell the family who lost their loved one at the Royalton what he told me!  Here is the “real” news:  An Arlington, Texas firefighter and his wife were staying at the Royalton Luxury Resort when he was kidnapped and murdered in Mexico, while on vacation with his wife to celebrate their 10-year wedding anniversary. 

The incident happened on the couple’s first night at an all-inclusive resort on the beachfront strip of hotels in the popular tourist destination.  This is NOT how to run a business.  DO NOT USE VACATION EXPRESS, or companies like this to book you vacations.  The agent told me that regardless of whether I used them or directly with the airlines and the hotel the result would have been the same.  NOT TRUE again!  The airlines have been very accommodating and have allowed my wife and I a full credit on our tickets cancelled earlier for another trip.  Please be aware and don’t let this happen to you or your loved ones!  DO NOT do business with Vacation Express in Atlanta, GA!

Frank Gonzalez takes brokers fees via venmo so that you have no legal recourse and refuses to return funds and delays payments, indefinitely. He will bullsh*t you and say that hes going to repay you and that the owner of the apartment is the problem.

took 3 wks for items to reach me.  They were all the wrong size.  can not find an email or phone number to contact them.  as usually they are a scam.  

I brought my cat here for a simple case of constipation.

Before they would treat her constipation they demanded three enemas and charged me for each one. Once they had no results they said they were going to manually remove her stool which would take anesthesia. Again I was charged and outrageous amount.

They just kept up charging and up charging me every time I called them or showed up. I have no proof that they did anything for her. They would not send me an x-ray with her name on it to show that she was constipated and had a buildup that needed to be removed manually.

They would not allow me in the room during her “said” procedure . They would not even allow me in the office. Over 2 weeks and over $2,000 later my cat is still not  having a bowel movement. They refuse to return my calls or give my messages to the veterinarian. My cat has been lethargic two weeks later, She is now an unsociable cat, She is fearful of anyone going near her and she’s not the same cat that I brought in there. 

They also ruined my $150 pet carrier When they refuse to put a plastic bag in it that I brought with me and are denying it. On several occasions they’ve hung up on me when I was looking for help & answers.  They also did not give me any of the pain medication, supplements or after care that they prescribed the because I asked to make the second payment 24 hours later. This is inhumane. 

When I’ve asked for my cat’s medical records so I can bring her somewhere else they refuse and to this day even though I paid them in full begrudgingly I still have not received anything. 

Employees from the company came to clear my drain, successfully, but also cleared my basement of a $600 firearm while they were there. Contacted the company and told them what happened; they promised a return call from management which never occurred. 

The firearm was there the night before the visit and not there the day after. The basement only has one point of entry: the kitchen. My adult children and two dogs guarantee the house is occupied 24/7. The plumbers were there in the basement for less than an hour.

I have had A Credit Score since 2009;Credit Karma has done OK up until June of 2019,Then, They aquired an ERROR in their Website that has kept Me from Viweing My Scores.; All they had to do,as I pointed out to them, is to CORRECT THE ERROR in their WEbsite so my Scores can be seen again.

ALL THEY HAVE DONE SINCE THEN IS COME UP WITH EXCUSE AFTER LAME,WEAK EXCUSE,and now they claim,quite FRAUDULENTLY, thet my score is Zero! Obviously, they are Ignoring the Federal Regulation that guarantees that once you have Credit(good or bad),and A Credit Score(It can go up or down),YOU DO NOT LOSE IT,EVER!

Two Years…And Credit Karma is STILL TELLING THE SAME LIES! I have Filed Complaints with the Better Business Bureau(A Colassal Waste of Time), and,The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau(A Colassal Waste of Taxpayer Dollars); Why do those two Orgs even EXIST?

Finally, I Filed Complaints with the State of California Dept. of Justice(File PIU:850148),and the State of North Carolina Dept. of Justice(File CP-20-02303); I am Expecting Updates on Court Proceedings from Both States;Also, I have filed Complaints with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center;I expect an Investigation to be Initiated.

In the Meantime: DON’T TRUST CREDIT KARMA WITH YOUR MONEY! THEIR COMMERICALS AND ADS ARE LYING TO EVERYBODY!

Don’t be surprised if the Federal Gov’t eventually SHUTS THEM DOWN!

Greetings, I am going to be giving an honest review on A Plus Restoration and Construction.

1. Mike is a good worker, in that he is knowledgeable on many aspects of construction, and almost certainly should be able to handle your building or restoration needs.

2. Mike is friendly enough, and will certainly discuss what needs to be done, and for the most part, is easy enough to deal with, in the start. More on that later.  

3. I am pleased with all the work he has done, as a handyman, one has to have a reasonable expectation of results, if extreme quality is very importent to you, find a certified contractor, you will pay a lot more, but it perhaps might be the best choice individually for you.  

4. If you are a detail oriented person, do not us A Plus Restoration and Construction, believe me, the hassle I will be describing will explain that.  

Now the con’s of using A Plus Restoration and Construction

1. Mike doesn’t communicate well, nor does he appreciate the value of communication, if he says he will be there, he probably will, eventually, and probably a lot later then he said.  

2. Remember how I said he was easy to talk too in the start, well, he becomes less easy to talk to as time goes on, he hates to be told anything that relates to his lack of communication as well, you are basicly supposed to accept that he has a busy schedule and life, and your thoughts and opinions are unimportant, even if you are a paying client.  

3. Contracts are extremely flexible for Mike, and with the added communication problem, wires will crossed, and you might not get what you asked for exactly. Mike can totally change what you both talk about in expectation, and not let you know that change has happened.  

4. Excuses, my God this man has excuses for everything. When I became a man I put away childish things, such as making excuses for one’s failure to do what was agreed upon.  

5. Respect, Mike does not understand the concept of respect, there were many times this man disrespected me as a man and client, complained about things I said, which were true despite what he thought.

6. You get what you pay for in the end, you want a handyman who can do a lot of things, Mike fits that bill, you want a more enjoyable experience, find a certified contractor.  

7. You should not trust any contract you make with this man, unless you write it, you make bullet points, and he reads each bullet point, he initials each bullet point, he specifys exactly how many days he will give you per week, and a timeline of the finished product, and he initials it. Also make sure a price is established, and it’s on him to make sure all the building products are purchases in a timely fashion, and any cost increases are on him, if he decides to wait. Do this, and your experience will probably be better then mine.  

8. If he had treated me like a client, instead of a afterthought, he wouldn’t have gotten himself Fired. I will never do business with this company ever again.

Rob and his brother were contracted by us to remodel our basement bathroom. Between not showing up, working for 2 hours and coming up with excuse after excuse to not come. We are out of a bathroom and money. He is now refusing to answer any of my phone calls or text messages.
