This company will keep your customers data then if you dare try to switch companies they will put you through a wild goose chase of trying to find a level 1 PCI compliant company then they will also charge you a $500 screw you fee

I booked 2 roundtrip plane tickets through Expedia to France. At the time I purchased the tickets I also purchased the insurance that Expedia offered with the understanding that if something happened outside of my control that required that I cancel the tickets, that I would be able to get a refund for my tickets by filing a claim.

Now, my tour in France was cancelled by the travel agency and I'm being advised by Expedia that they issue no refunds under no circumstances for the tickets that I purchased. The insurance that Expedia offers rejected my claim because they stated that the travel agency cancelling the trip is not covered under the contract I purchased—though I did not voluntarily cancel my travel plans and that was out of my control.

In addition, Expedia has issued airline credits which

1. Need to be used by the end of may (it is now mid January) &

2. cost $275 per reissuance of any ticket to use the credits that I have in the amount of $2500.

I do not have the need for 2500 worth of airline tickets in 4 months and I no longer live in the US and the credits are only valid from the US.

I am a "Gold Member" with expedia and have spent considerable amounts of money with them over the last several years. They have not offered any resolution besides to offer the aforementioned airline credits which are of no use to me due to the rigid terms mentioned above. My bad for using Expedia.

Word of caution to other consumers: do not book flights or anything that requires insurance through Expedia—especially flights and if you do read the terms carefully before purchase. Most plane tickets are non-refunable and the insurance offered pretty much only covers sickness (with doctor's note), death (with doctor's note), military/jury duty (with note), and very specific unemployment terms.

You are on your own if you book through Expedia so, in my opinion, it's better not to use them at all.

The company does not resolve any issues man alone. I'm right writing this to warn people not to join him in the scam and lose money.yes it's slick talker and sounds very believable but you cannot believe anything he says.

They will ship empty boxes or trash to customers. There is one guy that operates company who claims to have products shipped from China. He's a liar 

I spent $239 + $25 for expedited shipping for brake caliper covers that I can't install.

The order originally came with two covers that had been damaged by a previous customer and returned before they sent them to me. After much fanfare they replaced the covers. 

When I went to install the covers, the front clips are the wrong type and not even close to the ones in their install videos on YouTube. Pretty obvious why this set was sent back to the company in the first place.

They tell me the clips they gave me will work if I bend my dust shield and install them from the other side. I'm not willing to do that to my new car. (It wouldn't fit anyway even if I did as they are just simply the wrong clips).

Their guarantee says free returns. I have asked them repeatedly to either send the correct clips or to issue me a return label. They have done neither. Now they just tend to ignore my texts and emails. 

This company is clearly making false claim and false advertising and has a "guarantee" they do not honor. I want them to send a prepaid label so I can return the items and get my money back.  I don't feel that I should have to pay to return defective items. I already paid to ship the items to me. Beware of this company.

On 08/20/2019 , while in the custody of , and being operated by an employee (Ms. Deasia Cottrell)  of Fly Away  Valet (Baltimore) , my vehicle was damaged in an accident that was caused by the same employee of Fly away Valet. The accident was witnessed by a fellow employee named  David Kariuki.

While the management on site ( namely  Devon Parham and See Oyeneyin) totally admitted liability, provided an incident report describing the accident, and indicated that the accepted liability , but as of today 01/14/2020 they have not provided the funds to repair my car.   

Please see attached documentation of the incident and estimate of damage.   They requested an estimate , and I promptly provided one from a reputable bodyshop (Caliber Collision ). From there I just received sporadic messages (4 or 5 times via text from one of the Baltimore Mangers and an occasional email) promising settlement but nothing came of it, thought I persistently requested updated and even visited the Baltimore office.

It has just been frustration. I am concerned that I will never be compensated for these damages.    Why should anyone trust this outfit with their car? Choosing Valet parking, should give the customer a sense of security, service and a reasonable level of assurance that your care will be cared for, not damaged by the custodian and you get stuck with the bill.

I am starting to wonder whether I am being mistreated because I am a woman, or maybe because of my ethnicity, or maybe it it just plain old bad business practices and shoddy customer service. I have already send the this company a demand letter that they have totally ignored. 

I am really sick and tired of  driving around with the ugly dent and gash on my car. I have been very patient with this company. I wonder why the state of Maryland is allowing this thuggery on its property and prized BWI airport. I feel very victimized and powerless. Please help get my car fixed and be restored.

Fraudalant sneaky crooks! There names are Adrian Paraschiv, Usman Shakoor, and Pawel Sniezyk. These scammers represent the Autonation Toyota at 10531 E Arapahoe Road, Centennial CO 80112. They showed me a car at the price of 25,682 and sold it to me for 26,932!

They didn’t recognize the Toyota rebate EVERY customer gets from Toyota in the amount of 1,250$. The seller initially showed I qualified for an interest rate of 5.49% at 72 months and in the end they gave me a much higher rate at 6.79% for 83 months! These scammers made me sign without my consent.

By tricking me and telling me to “just sign this document” without explaining what I was signing. They hid the interest rate and price from my eyes, and told me to “just sign” on a tiny little Ipad in an evil manner. These scammers are chasing the highest commission possible by not caring about the customer.

I have read many complaints about this dealer, I don’t know how they are still in business. I am deeply unhappy by this Dealer and I will never buy a Toyota AGAIN. Too bad these sneaky crooks are still in business and hurting a lot of people. I went into the dealer the following business day after I compared the numbers the seller showed me. They didn’t match.

I asked for help form Adrian and he didn’t care, actually all 3 of these guys didn’t care. They told me its too late and nothing can be done. That is not true! Avoid this dealer and save yourself thousands of dollars!

This company has a Canadian address (Quebec) listed as their address and a Toronto cell number to contact them. The items really come from China. The number is fraudulent and "not assigned.” They sent me a very poor quality t-shirt that was nothing like the one on the website.

Poor quality and a unisex size when I ordered a female size. After contacting them many times using their listed email address and "contact us” section I have heard nothing from them. Do not use this site!!! Shirtcanada.com

WARNING, AVOID NCL and Cruise Next.

They will take your money and you have no recourse to get it back, NONE!!! We purchased a few Cruise Next vouchers while on board a cruise last year. A year later we booked cruises to use these prepaid vouchers to find out that they had been canceled three months after we purchased them.

I called corporate in Miami and they said I needed to talk to Cruise Next on board the ship, stating they have no office/land line here. I asked why they were canceled and why I was never notified. I was told they did not know why they were canceled months later and said that NCL does not notify customers that they are canceling their booking nor vouchers.

Yes, DID YOU HEAR that??? NCL will cancel YOUR cruise or voucher and will NOT notify you, so you think you still have a cruise coming up, but they already canceled it, kept YOUR money, and sold it to another person!!!

I contacted my credit card company and they informed me that over 60 days had past and I can no longer dispute the charges. NCL STOLE from me!!!! They knew exactly what they were doing and now are covering their trail, passing the buck to someone unreachable, or so they say.

I did eventually go to an NCL ship and talk to the Cruise Next depatment. Guess what they told me, they can't help me, I would have to call corporate. Once again, passing the buck, avoiding the fact that they SCAMMED me.

When I hired attorney Shawn Jones, he told me that his first name was Shawn but when I checked with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission, I found out that his first name is Christopher and that Shawn is his middle name. I hired attorney Christopher Shawn Jones to help me with a horrible case of infiltration of cigarette smoke in my condominium.

I contracted professional technicians to do the forensic investigation, and they proved that the smoke infiltrated my unit through the exhaust vents of the bathrooms, that the smoke came from the defendant’s unit, that the exhaust vents of the two condo units were connected, and, that the exhaust vents were a common element of the condominium.

I gave to attorney Christopher Shawn Jones the above technical study; police reports that verified the infiltration of cigarette in my unit and that the defendant admitted to the police that her smoke infiltrated the unit; and the emails from the defendants’ attorneys acknowledging the smoke infiltration in my unit.

I notified attorney Christopher Shawn Jones of the work done in my unit to contain the smoke. This work consisted in the sealing of the exhaust vents, the removal of the walls between the two condo units to fill the spaces with insulation foam, and putting double walls painted with special paint to remove the smoke. The cigarette smoke had caused damages to my master bedroom and bathroom, and I also provided to attorney Christopher Shawn Jones with the Restoration Companies’ reports that verified these damages.

Attorney Christopher Shawn Jones did not present to the court any of the above, and instead; he stated to the court that the smoke infiltrated my unit through the air ducts of the air conditioning-heating system, and provided to the court a report that has nothing to do with my case and that stated that these air ducts had water.

Attorney Christopher Shawn Jones verified firsthand the horrible infiltration of cigarette smoke, our poor living conditions, and the damages that it caused to my unit, however, he falsely told the court that I had “engaged” in settlement discussions with one of the defendants, and that he believed that my case was “in essence fees levied against me and nothing else, and that this case could be settled by a waiver of these attorneys’ fees”.

Attorney Christopher Shawn Jones presented erroneous dates to the court that did not correspond to the facts and that were crucial to prove my case against one of the defendants for retaliation. 

Based on the statements of the attorney Christopher Shawn Jones, the judge ruled out against me. Since the air conditioning-heating ducts are not common elements, the defendants, my neighbor and the condo association, did not have responsibility in the case for the infiltration of the cigarette in my unit.

Attorney Christopher Shawn Jones did not tell me about the judge ruling. I had to ask him for it, and when he did it, three weeks had already passed from its issuance. He stated that he forgot to tell me because he was busy with his Evanston-Alderman- election-campaign; that he did not know why the judge said that the ducts were not common elements; that he did not read anything about water in the ducts; and that the court ruling was final.

I found out that after the ruling, I had four weeks to appeal it. After confronting attorney Christopher Shawn Jones with the above, and with one week from the appealing deadline,  I demanded to him to tell the judge that the air ducts have nothing to do with the infiltration of cigarette and that there is not water in the ducts. He left the deadline pass and did not appeal the ruling.

Attorney Christopher Shawn Jones had the effrontery to ask me for money for his Alderman campaign knowing beforehand of all the wrong he had done to me. Unbeknown to me, I gave money to his campaign.

This woman is sleeping with my husband and stole my jewelry. My piece of sh*t husband won't tell police so I have to report it here. Unbelievable.
