Warning to all Amazon and ebay sellers, Do NOT use UPS as a shipping service! When your package is damaged, you will NOT receive any insurance claim money. One law firm, that represents UPS customers, states that UPS has a policy to deny all claims.

Furthermore, if you sell and ship anything to anyone, and they change their mind, or even damage the item, and/or return it to you, or if it is damaged by UPS (very common), you will not get any insurance claim.

Example in case: I sold item to customer, customer changed mind, brought to UPS store, which put item in box with NO protection. Item arrived damaged, I filed a claim, UPS paid the store that damaged/neglected the package, causing it's damage, and also paid the customer that returned it. NOTHING was paid to me, who paid for the item, owned the item, and filed the claim. 

Great way for Buyers on ebay and Amazon to STEAL from sellers of ebay and Amazon. How?, buy any item of value, damage product, return to seller via UPS, then either party can file a claim, and the customer who returned the item they broke gets a PAY CHECK!!! FREE MONEY!!!

UPS has a strick policy to pay the person returning the item, NOT the actual owner or seller. The seller will NEVER get paid for damages. The buyer who damaged and returned your item will get paid if anyone ever does. I made numerous phone calls with ZERO progess. UPS will not even provide any information about the claim, even though I filed the claim. They won't even give me their name nor address. It's a BIG SCAM and coverup. AVOID UPS, they are thieves!!!

We had Ceasarstone (Pure White) installed in September 2019. Within one month we had a SIGNIFICANT chip fall off the edge of the countertop, with no preceding force to the surface. We just woke up one morning and noticed it, we did not drop anything on the edge.

We did drop a knife (regular kitchen knife, not a meat cleaver) in a separate location and it stuck into the surface like it was made of plywood. Which is also contrary to what they advertise. But this had nothing to do with the chipped edge. Also – so many stains that the surface is yellowed.

It is now January 2020, 3 months after install and our kitchen counters look 30 years old. I have taken the issue to our fabricators who have also said they could repair the chips (for $300) but it will likely not last…and I went to Ceasarstone directly and they are denying warranty coverage. We purchased quartz being assured that it was a strong, durable substrate.

I have also looked online and found two other accounts of peoples edges chipping with no preceding force to the edge. They claim their substrate is stronger than marble and soapstone, and that it should be the substrate chosen by people who actively use their kitchens.

My experience is that the product is delicate and extremely fallible. I am accusing them of false advertising and poor product. 

To make this complaint short and simple i used to have my music disturbeted through onerpm but my account was banned according to them based on "editorial reasons"(never explained what reasons).

Then after being banned i requested for onerpm to let me withdraw my funds first they didnt respond so i filed a complain with BBB, then they responded letting me withdraw funds(even though it was incorrect number).

They told me stores can take up 90 days to report earnings,they told me they would let me know. Now few days later i check my balance and see my earnings(meant stores reported my earnings). As money is owed to me from months of decemeber (january aswell since my music still in stores).

So i sent them a email telling them let me have access to my account to withdraw my funds ,but guess what? Onerpm has not responded now if YOU google onerpm you will see that many indie artists have complains of onerpm not responding to complaints and stealing indie artists money.

I am convinced this company is a scam and a quick google search shows this company has history of profitting and ripping off indie artists and keeping their money.

Onerpm needs to know it is the ARTIST money,not YOUR money if you gonna ban a account for whatever reasons,then dont hold their money,artist work HARD for thier money for a company like onerpm to simply just steal/hold people money lets me know this company is GREEDY.

As long as stores are reporting earnings,then i should be access MY MONEY, from what i see if artists who start earning alot of plays/money onerpm seems to want to ban their account as they prefer artists who make very little and also what amazes me is the balance of my earnings was first only 5.05 then after complaining my earnings are incorrect it said 301.4 dollars(probaly more) however i cant access as onerpm seems to hold people funds(another way of stealing from artist).

Their tons of other  reputale companies who are free or charge a fair rate or even take a commission. NONE of them do what onerpm do by trying to steal and hold your money.I advise artists who think about using onerpm GOOGLE and do your search this company steals from indie artists and is a EVIL company.

I bought a golf net to hit balls. After 3 uses the target fell apart. The company, The Golfers Pick, would not replace it because I had used it. Both top and bottom right corners tore off. On their website they claim that it is "durable", "sturdy".

On November 29, 2019, I asked the company to replace the target, it took weeks to get a response. Here it is:

The most blatant of many dishonesties was the extremely low offer for the trade in.  They appraised it at one third of its actual value…I literally was offered 3 times as much at multiple other locations. 

They also lied about pricing on the car I was looking to buy.  Fortunately their actions were so bla

I paid Chad half upfront and agreed to pay the remaining AFTER the job was done.

They started off good and worked hard, but approaching the end is where it got bad.

Before he ghosted us, we had given him small advances because he was out of cash. It made me feel bad for him. Typical scammer. I gave him the remaining balance right before a business trip and he agreed to come back when I was back to finish.

I come home to unresponsive texts and calls. He then comes back and starts to finish 2 months later. I thought all was well. He then ghosted me a 2nd time leaving my bathroom unusable. I have to hire another company to fix his scamming ways.

I make a post on FB and out of the blue numerous people comment saying they ripped him off. The number is 15-20.

The guy should not be in business. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Stephen Hauser claims to be a 6 figure digital marketing agency owner. I was presented an opportunity to learn in a mastermind group from him ultimately being scammed out of $1000, his promise/guarantee being, " I will show you how to create your own digital marking agency and by the end of our mastermind secure your agency at least 1 monthly retainer (client)."

Stephen Hauser's promises fell short immediately and the sketchiness was apparent right from the beginning. Starting with the location and the set schedule, Stephen Hauser boasted about hosting the class in a penthouse suite providing plenty of space and snacks for all while we worked.

Instead our established schedule was completely disregarded upon his arrival. He would communicate poorly though group text only essentially making up the schedule as he went along just to fit it around his activities and the location wound up to be a lousy little apartment room off of Air bnb.

On the 1st semi full day that we did get to learn, Stephen showed up to teach us still high from smoking weed prior. It was absurdly unproductive because Stephen was far too out of it to provide any substantial knowledge to us and he didn't.

We covered simple background knowledge and basics of Google & Facebook ads manager along with things like SEO and that was it. After a few hours Stephen needed to sleep from smoking so we cut things short and ended for the day.

After only just beginning the actual content and having gone through only a very very brief introduction on the process of starting my own agency, on day 2 out of the 5 Stephen Hauser was meant to host the class, he skipped town actually taking a flight home completely out the blue on everybody involved deliberately ensuring no one was able to get in contact with him. This went on for over 3 full days without anyone hearing a word since he had left town. 

After incessant failed attempts of getting in contact with Stephen, he finally sent out a response in our group chat still dodging getting in contact with us it was an attempt at damage control and another false promise, Stephen claimed that he was willing to do video calls and phone calls to make up for leaving so briefly. This was just another claim with no merit behind it because he never was heard from again.

Stephen Refused to give me a refund for this hoax of a "mastermind class" that he put on, he is shady, unprofessional, untrustworthy and immature. Do not do business with Stephen Hauser if given a chance, he is a scammer.

Found EtaxIntuit.com from an internet search of TURBOTAX. Good price on the software. However, after submitting Credit Card info, they in fact billed my Credit Card  — but I never received the software or email with a link to Download it. I have tried calling the phone – it just stays BUSY all the time. I tried emailing SUPPORT … they don't reply.

This site is a SCAM.  CLicking on other LINKS on the web site resultus in "NO PRODUCTS FOUND".

I called about trying to get parts for my phone, I then asked about buying new phone they won't take payment on phone, won't let you buy them online. But they list different phones online but can't buy any, they just keep saying go to store in person-I did-I was told by a suppervisor to have my family to take and receive calls for me or borrow one from them.

They hang up on you if you can reach them on 10 different numbers they give you that all go thru same automated voice system that may or may not work. Everytime I aske something its allways no response,we can't go to stoe in person we don't want to crap like that. WHY DO THEY STAY IN BUISNESS.

EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND WHEN THEY ASK FOR A RATING ,if you give them on-they ask you to change it,THEY SAY IT'S TO LOW.Well work and do job properly and maybey they will get better rating. They are crap. I'm on disability, I dont have a car, that is why i buy online. They don't care and they did tell me that those words in person.

No response from Eloquent watches, I am out ( lost ) the money I paid. No watch. I have been ripped off. I found all five watches arrived in the U.S.at the same time.

I receive four but one never arrived . No response from Eloquent watches. I paid for the watch but it never arrived.
