Jason Fulton MaxProfiXpro Worst customer service, failure to deliver product paid for, rude and insulting.

I signed up for this Monday at 1:41 PM. I was taken to a thank you page where I was required to submit a support ticket for both softwares included with the purchase.
The next day I had not received an answer so I waited another day.

On Wednesday (2 days after my purchase) I went to the Facebook group and politely asked if someone would look at my tickets. I was told that there is no support there and that I should use the support ticket system. I then submitted 2 more tickets, (1 for each program) but still did not receive an answer.

On Wednesday, 2 days after the purchase, I reached out to Jason Fulton and politely asked if he could get his support team to look at my tickets. I gave him all 4 tickets numbers.

Later that day I received one of the 2 software logins but still did not have any replies to tickets nor did I have access to the main software that belongs to Jason Fulton. He had not answered my message so I updated him and told him that I still had not received any replies and that I was still waiting to get his software and asked if he could help. I also told him it was frustrating which is pretty obvious at this point. I said, "Maybe you can take a moment to at least acknowledge that I'm here and you're alive." Maybe a bit rude but hey, it's 2 days after my purchase and not a single answer to my support requests or access to the product I paid for.

Jason finally responded at 3AM my time and simply said "I don't use facebook msg for any type of support. This is now 3 days after my purchase so I got a bit snarky and replied with "Okay then, How about using your support ticket system? That would allow me to seek help elsewhere" and I gave him all 4 ticket numbers.

He replied several hours later with "opening multiple tickets won't help your cause, our support desk will get to you. "This is now 4 days after my purchase and not a single ticket had been answered.

So I went to the facebook page again and found that I had been removed from the group.

So I answered him and told him to refund me and that his system specifically asked for multiple tickets. I was rude, I admit, when I replied with this; "Refund my money and go learn some customer service."

The next day (5 days after purchase) He replied with "I don't use facebook msg for any type of … ^^"

I'm sure you can imagine how frustrated I was at that point. I wrote him a very angry text in ALL CAPS because I wanted him to actually see how frustrated I was. I rudely explained the entire situation and this was his reply…

"I don't run support via FB msgr – and every marketer worth his quit does the same, I look forward to seeing you turn this viral, best of luck… I love how you write in ALL CAPS like that makes a difference aswell"

Keep in mind I still have no replies to any of my tickets and it is now Friday at 5:50PM

I replied back "I'll tell you what genius marketer, why don't you stop answering me here and answer me on your support ticket system because I still don't have access to my purchase"

He wrote this:

"Well, i believe you are the genious who can make this go viral, i'd spend my time making my products or affiliate links go viral, but i guess thats' why i'm the success and you the one SCREAMING WITH YOUR CAPS ON
and we have a dedicated support desk for all inquires, i will forward your disgusting requests on to see where they at – maybe you wrote the same way you did me, with a f*cking sh*t attittude,"

Every single one of my communications and requests were by the book until I reached out to him on the Facebook page and FB msg 2 days after my purchase. I continued to be nice through Friday until Friday night after a week of this crud.

He blocked me on Messenger and today, Saturday, I still don't have access, I don't have a refund and I don't have any way to contact him. I submitted another support request but that, of course, only received the auto-reply.

I don't know about you, but I've been doing this a long time, I have a successful Internet business that I've been running since 1996 and I have never in all those years, come across incompetence and arrogance like this.

I would HIGHLY (yes all caps) recommend you stay far away from this guy and his products. I just wish I was close enough to visit him in person at this point.

Sorry about that last but that's how I honestly feel.

Enerbank Misleading information about making interest only payments and not offering options for additional principal payments La Habra Ca

I noticed on my statement that if you do not payoff your loan in full at the end of one year no interest program the remaining payments are interest only and they do not give you an option to pay additional principal payment. This is completely deceiving and no honest at all!

Tom Bird Seminars/Sojourn Publishing Tom Bird Method: Write Your Book in a Weekend; The Book Whisperer? More Like the Book Crook. Sedona Arizona

If you enter a contract with Tom Bird Seminars/Sojourn Publishing, there will be no way to get your money back if you discover the services are not what you expected them to be; and if you enter a contract where you provide services to Tom Bird, he will likely not pay you correctly, or at all, and if he does, when he is done with you he will simply stop giving you work without explanation.

In these cases, Tom will threaten legal action to make you go away.

Tom uses the legal system as his personal playground. He will file a lawsuit, even though his contracts have a binding arbitration clause forfeiting his right AND your right to file suit. (Search Yavapai County court case lookup for Tom Bird and Sojourn Publishing)

Tom Bird Seminars lacks a public forum for reviews. There's no Google Business listing, the review option is not activated on his Tom Bird Method Facebook page, and his YouTube videos don't allow comments.

The testimonials he does share are recorded at the end of a three-day retreat.

During that write your book in a weekend retreat, a subliminal track that allegedly only contains messages to encourage writing, is continuously played. This track puts the attendees into a theta state of deep mental and physical relaxation in which they are highly susceptible and easily influenced.

It is in that state, when attendees decide if they are going to invest $6,000-10,000 to self-publish a book. There is a high percentage who pay and never publish.

Tom owes me several thousand dollars for services rendered and commissions earned. After I stopped providing services due to non-payment in January 2018, I connected with a half dozen former contractors (employees) who he also owes money to for services rendered.

For obvious reasons, I no longer wanted my name associated with him and I requested he remove videos featuring me that promoted his PublishNow program and he responded by filing an unsubstantiated lawsuit against me.

Thankfully, YouTube has a Privacy Complaint process to remove unauthorized content.

If you have the desire to write and self-publish a book, before you enter a contract, do plenty of research and get feedback from clients who have actually published their books to make an informed decision.

Be weary of anyone who promises you riches from self-publishing!

Entrepreneurial coaches will tell you that while being an author is great, it’s your program and services, not book sales, which lead to profit.

Thankfully, I was able to successfully defend myself and get my Motion to Dismiss based on Lack of Jurisdiction (arbitration agreement) granted over a year later. However, Tom still refuses arbitration as agreed upon and I haven't been able to collect the money he owes.

The emotional and psychological damage he has inflicted has been challeging, but I hope that by me writing and sharing (what Tom recommends), it will prevent others from being harmed.

Jorge Jaramillo McMillan Academy of Law La Mesa Jorge Jaramillo San Diego Attorney Jorge Jaramillo Hired by Fraudulent McMillan Academy of Law La Mesa CA

Jorge Jaramillo San Diego attorney, is now with vexatious litigant attorney Scott McMillan La Mesa. Scott McMillan a major case where McMillan failed at having a court order reports of child molestation removed. Also, La Mesa attorney Jorge Jaramillo associated himself with a law school the State Bar of California recently found to be nothing than a scam.

Also in 2017, Scott McMillan conceded to a motion spelling out he lied to the federal court when he filed a lawsuit. Scott McMillan was unable to oppose the facts of the motion (see motion here ) and the court will decide on what sanctions are appropriate in 2019. Why 2019? Scott McMillan lost the case he truly thought he was going to win to remove material about allegations of child molestation and exposing dozens of cases he lost when he proclaims to be a leading San Diego attorney. The lawsuit was stunning defeat for Scott McMillan where he asked the court to order search engines to remove material from the internet. See court order dismissing case here.

It was a little more than a year ago that Michelle Volk and Scott McMillan was in federal court on fraud in federal on fraud allegations.  In Brightwell v. The McMillan Law Firm, Scott McMillan, Michelle Volk, Southern District of California Case 16-CV-1696 W (NLS).

McMillan Academy of Law – The saying, "Those who can't do, teach" may not be accurate. Scott McMillan Attorney in San Diego opened his own law school in 2007. During the last 10 years McMillan Academy of Law has not graduated a single student, and in 10 years has only had 3 students – yes that is right 3 students in 10 years.  Scott McMillan serves laughably as the law school dean, and professor to none.

"We have had one student take the First Year Law Students' Examination and that student passed. This is the basis for the 100% pass rate thus far. As of yet, no students have graduated from the Academy."

See Page 3, of State Bar Report here.

In 2017, McMillan Academy of Law Dean Scott McMillan was speechless when what he believed to be a major lawsuit he could obtain attorney fees from, but failed miserably.  Scott McMillan San Diego attorney appealed the case. The federal judge laughed at his lawsuit and called it “silly”. See judge’s comments here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjCfjHgW-S0  It is no wonder Scott McMillan was labeled a vexatious litigant in a federal case he of course lost. See, McMillan v. Weathersby (9th Cir. 2002) 31 F.App'x 371, 374.

Now comes Jorge Jaramillo who shares the small run down office and law school near the train tracks in La Mesa. After several losses as a prosecutor, Jorge Jaramillo retired to align himself with Scott McMillan. What is also concerning to me is that prior to retiring, Jorge Jaramillo was listed on the roster as faculty to the McMillan Academy of Law which was found to be nothing than a fraud, in essence, see state bar report here. Jorge Jaramillo also has several issues with his law license and was prevented from practicing law.

Burton Harris Farmers Insurance Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Calabasas.

Three months after my poicies had expired and I had placed my policies with another agent I received in the mail two notices from Credit Collection Services regarding Farmers Insurance Group , both marked past due and with this statement "Please be advised, failure to satisfy your credit obligations may resultin adverse credit information being reported to a Credit Bureau.

This could have a negitive effect on your ability to obtain a future loan and/or negotiate favorable credit terms with your business partners" I called Burt Harris and pointed out that I had paid the entire premimum in advance and asked that he contact the Collection Service, inform them that I had paid in full in advance and send me a letter for my records that stated that I did not owe any money to Farmers Insurance.

Today. August 26 is three weeks since I received the collection notices and I still have not received that which I requested including proof of prior payment.
No one wants their credit inpuned and I have received nothing from Mr. Harris that informs me that the collection action has been dismissed.

Would anybody want to do business with someone like this?
