Superior Flooring They failed to provide quality floor installation and respond to customer complaints. Knightdale North Carolina

Do NOT use Superior Flooring for any flooring job! The ONLY reason we used them is because they were one of two companies in the area that carried the same hardwood floors that our builder installed on our first floor.

We paid Superior Flooring good money to install flooring on the entire 2nd level, including our stairwell. They initially stated the install would take one day, it ended up taking 5 days. The installers would arrive late to start and leave early on a few days.

Every time we called Superior Flooring to complain about an issue, Steve (the owner) would make up excuses.

Example: They installed the new steps completely wrong. Instead of using glue to secure the new treads, Superior Flooring used 9 nails in each tread. The nails are not even in a straight line! So every step has holes. When we pointed this out to Steve, all he said was "what holes?"

He pretended like the holes did not exist. The steps creak due to nails being used instead of glue, the pitch of the stairwell is now off due to their failures on replacing the top lip they initially cut out, this causes a potential for trip hazard.

We had another company come out and give us a second opinion and they confirmed the treads were not installed correctly. Every single one would have to be ripped up and reinstalled.

Steve also did not patch the holes he put in the white trim going up the stairs.

He told us that Superior Flooring is only responsible for the treads, and it's up to the homeowner to hire a carpenter to patch up their work. WHAT!? He NEVER told us ANY of this! By this time we were furious. The step risers are damaged, side trim damaged and treads damaged due to their inability to properly install stair treads.

We had Steve come out at least 3-4 times. After realizing he wasn't going to do anything to fix the issues, we stopped calling him. We ended up opening a chargeback with our credit card company to try and get back 50% of the funds so we can hire another company to get this corrected.

STAY AWAY FROM SUPERIOR FLOORING!

Billy Lorenzo Butler (Reality Builders LLC) Fraud and Theft Jacksonville FL

On 06/25/19, I signed a written contract with Billy Butler to build a new house at 7862 Paul Jones Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32208. After about 6 months, Billy barely started the project. Every time I asked him why the delay, he would just make up a lie.

Billy’s company called (Reality Builders Inc.) 2454 Eisner Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32218 claims to be in the business of building houses for investors. Billy and I agreed to build the house for a total of $95,000. I have sent Billy a total of $78,900 since signing the contract. Billy has only completed 30% of the job as of date and I have sent him 90% of the funds.

Billy abandoned the project after I sent him a total of $78,900. When I discovered Billy was running a fraud, I terminated the contract. I have tried to contact Billy for him to return about $38,900 of my money. Billy refused and he claims the rest of my money will be for his compensation.

I later found out this guy was running a scam operation using different GC's licenses. He is not licensed. The little work he did was done very poorly with cheap and useless materials. I had to hire another GC to undo the mess he created.

This guy is fraudulent and I am writing this to warn any investor to run away from this guy if you see him. To this date, Billy has not returned my $38,900. I have reported him to the Florida state attorney's office for fraud. Attached photos is the abandoned project with dirt and debris all over.

Sellers you should be extremly weary when dealing with this con artist. The second she gets the item she purchased from you, she wastes no time into contacting her credit card company and make false claims to steal the product from you.

When you try to confront her, just like her type going through a tunnel to get here, she will hide from you left and right. She will buy something and the second she gets the item, its off contacting the credit card company and file a fraud dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise.

We have all the information to prove our case when she gets sent to court and be brought up on charges of petti larceny, bank fraud, violation of a legal agreement, and being in possession of stolen merchandise. She made up falsifed claims, couldnt prove her made up claims.

She will go to your support site legally agree and sign documents, and then moronically contact her credit card company and say the exact opposite. Dumb enough to figure out that the docs would be used against her to prove her to be nothing but a scam artist out to steal from anyone she gets into contact with.

Merchants you should avoid this theif at all costs, before it costs you!

Worked 58 hours w/ all my tools. Expected 40$/h that was agreed upon. I also purchased 69$ worth of material. I was received 140$ total.

Did not pay me my hourly wages. At Christmas time to boot. Wont respond to my texts. Its only about 2400 bucks, but wanting to make sure others dont fall pray to this broke companies incompetence.

Sharper Impressions is bad at paint prep, terrible at wood replacement and absolutely abysmal at honoring their contracts. I paid $6,000 to have my home painted and some weathered siding replaced because I thought it was going to be done by "professionals." With no experience or equipment, I could easily have done better myself.

First, they were supposed to power wash the house, scrape loose paint, and caulk seams. They never power washed (didn't even bring one to my property) and sprayed directly over areas of peeling paint, which, after only a few months, began to peel again.

Second, I paid them to replace wood siding on the back of my home. Instead of replacing full sheets, they replaced partial sheets. This left big gaps between the panels that are visible even from the street. I wouldn't allow that quality of work on my home at any price, and they charged me thousands of dollars.

Lastly, after previously complaining about the quality of their work, they came out and promised to make everything right. The result of those conversations was a signed document admitting fault and agreeing to redo the job at no cost. After waiting over a year to make any progress, the only thing they have accomplished is to refuse to honor their contract.

Essentially, they feel that they are so inept at replacing wood siding that a qualified, competent company needs to do it…and they expect ME to pay for it! I will pay for an attorney first if that's what it takes to finally get this resolved.

My 2019 Subaru Outback has had problems since I picked it up last May. I told the salesman that the ability to play mp3 files from a flash drive was essential. But he sold me a car with a long history of problems in that area. My car frequently mis-identifies songs and performers, jumps around randomly when the car first starts, and at times displays radio information even when media is playing. There was a better sound system in the 1998 Monte Carlo I traded in.

Some examples: The Rays show up ar Ray Charles; The Browns show as Les Brown; Peter Noone shows as Copywrite; numerous performers come up as Prince; Jason Everly shows as Jason Reeves. This is just a fraction of the the errors. I don't like that the songs now play in alpha order instead of the order in which they were added to the stick as my old car did.

I tried to overcome this by inserting a 3 digit number in front of each title to put them in the order I wanted. The change worked on most of the songs. But even though there were all done the exact same way about 10% don't show the number and play in alpha order after all the numbered ones. The Outback also throws in strange symbols and punctuation which does not not show up on the computer.

The car has been back to the dealer numerous times. This last time it came back worse than before. They keep trying to blame the sticks or the computer that created them. But they play correctly in other cars, even in the 2020 Outback they gave me as a loaner.

Subaru's answer "We will need the retailer to diagnose the vehicle as having an issue"  I have provided them with screen shots showing how things display in my car and in the 2020 Outaback. They know there is an issue! They just don't know what to do about it and therefore refuse to take any responsibility.  If they can't make the car perform properly there should be some cash compensation for it being a LEMON.

Tim Chey pretends to be a "Christian" filmmaker – but his real-world actions show that he is far from a righteous individual. He is extraordinarily litigious, both as an adversarial Plaintiff and as as deadbeat Defendant.

He has substantial judgments against him from multiple investors in his poorly reviewed films plus personal judgments from Discover Card, Bank of America, Outfront Media and many more that are listed on the Los Angeles County Superior Court Case Search website.

He has filed multi-million dollar lawsuits against film editors, film crew members, film distributors (including Netflix) and a wide range of service providers who are shell-shocked to receive a psychotically-worded legal assault lawsuit for simply having performed their duties.

His lawsuits are always supported by defammatory and false internet posts on sites (including this "rip off report") as part of his repeated strategy to smear his targets until they succumb to his extortion pressure to pay him to "go away." HIS LAWSUITS HAVE NEVER ONCE HAD A FACTUAL BASIS FOR HIS CLAIMS! 

It's all about extorting victims into paying him to go away! Someone needs to submit a full summary of his actions to the California Bar Association as his conduct is not compatible with the Professional Code of Conduct expected of attorneys. 

Chey is a desperate and shifty individual… telling his judgment creditors that he has "no assets to attach" and then filing lawsuits inwhich he represents himself individually as being the proper owner of the assets that he had just declared (under the penalty of perjury) that he does NOT own! 

Depending upon who is asking, he might say he resides in California, or in Hawaii, or possibly Alaska or Boston.  In California, he often purports to live with his 88-year old father on Lowry Road. or sometimes he lists a shared-office or P.O. box address. In Hawaii, he purports to live in a tiny apartment owned by his wife., or sometimes in a rental house from a landlord in Canada. 

IF YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN OR A FILM INVESTOR, please, please, look at Chey's FILMS and look at his COURT RECORD and ask yourself if this the kind of conduct that Jesus would approve? Every time that Chey is given a fourth, fifth, sixth chance to be honorable, he instead chooses to turn ugly and litigious, and in doing so, he isolates himself from everyone.

There is no army of Tim Chey fans… there are only bloodied victims who want nothing else to ever do with him again. It's a sad, pathetic legacy… but don't be the next sucker that falls for his jovial "Christian filmmaker" pitch that he uses to build undeserved trust in his targets.

We purchased a new Samsung 65" TV Model # UN65MU650DFXZA from Costco on 11-11-2017 and have nothing but issues with it since. I've called Samsung customer service and used the chat service to try and rectify the numerous issues we were having since then. I've made this attempt about 10 times since purchased, because they refuse to fix anything and just place blame on anything but the television. I have 5 open case #'s with them about these issues that have never been resolved. 

The tv black screens for up to a minute while using ps4 pro with a premium HDMI cable they told me I must purchase to fix the issue….it did not. They've reset it to factory a couple times and that does nothing to fix it. The tv must be unplugged numerous times a day now, because it never truly shuts down and starts slowing down or it just freezes up.

The black screen is happening randomly and quite often now. They force apps on the tv that take over the programming. Their TV+ app will be mysteriously running when we turn it on, but when we shut it off, we were playing on the gaming console? Even the HDMI software switches between ports by itself? 

The last rep I spoke with confirmed it has issues (no kidding), but then tells me he's sorry to inform me that at my expense they can send a service tech to look at it?  I told them that's completely unfair, as I've notified them many times over the years of these issues that they refuse to acknowledge as television hardware issues.

They force me to file a Better Businesss Bureau Report on 12/19/2019.  A Mr. Gaffney from Office of the President communicates with me from now on.

Mr. Gaffney tells me that they will send a technician crew to fix the televison with new factory parts.  The service company is Dish, whom spams me with robot calls while I'm at work.  I tried to call the robot back and it just kept asking for information and then wouldn't do anything.  It then proceeds to call and leave me voicemails whille I'm working. 

I relay this to Mr. Gaffney and he ignores this issue like all of them and says to me, "So you're refusing service then?"  What?  He just wanted me to refuse service, so he could tell the BBB, they tried to work with me and I refused.  I tell him not at all, send the crew, but not if I can't talk to a real person.  An actual Dish person contacts me and they show up on Saturday morning 1/04/2020. 

They proceed to take apart the TV, replace defective parts with new parts (main board, cables and some other components).  After 3 hours they can't get the TV to work properly, so they take it apart again and replace the new parts with my old parts?  They say they can't fix it and to get paid for their labor, they had to put the old parts back?  

They have me sign a contract that I can't see, as the signature panel (window) is on top of the contract area.  I ask about what I am signing and they say it's what we did to the TV and they'll send me a copy in email in a couple hours.  They also said Samsung will be contacting me soon.   I do get the contract, but it's completely blank!  I actually signed a blank contract unwittingly that they could have written anything on!?  Unbelievable really.

I wait a week and have heard nothing from Samsung or Dish, so  I send an email to Mr. Gaffney about what happened.  He doesn't respond to me, but Samsung told the BBB their service techs were fixing our TV and the issues are resolved?  I responded to the BBB about what actually happened, but Mr. Gaffney and Samsung Office of the President reps just keep ignoring communication from anyone regarding this matter. 

I even called Costco management where we bought it.  They were completely understanding and reached out to Samsung as well.  They sent emails 2 weeks ago and recently told me they have heard nothing.  So they treat their own vendors, just like they treat their customers.  At least they are consistent with horrible service.

Mr. Gaffney left me a voicemail on 1/22/2020.  This is the first I've heard from him or Samsung since they sent the repair crew 19 days ago.  He tells me the repair crew installed a brand new defective main board.  He then says Samsung has given me a one time repair and can no longer help me with this television any further?  What!? They haven't helped us, since we had problems a couple weeks after purchase in 2017!  

How they can blame their inferior products (Mr. Gaffney admitted the new main board was junk) on their customers other components, cables, internet or anything but their own product is beyond me.  They completely wasted our Saturday morning and tore apart our Television twice for no reason, ignore us, emails and phone calls for 19 days to only say "Hey, we tried, but we know our products are junk, so there's nothing further we can do for you!"
