A Salesman from this company walked into my store claiming they used to work with my sister in the Merchant Services Field.  I signed up with them. Within 3 weeks, I realized they were taking out way more money out of my bank than promised. 

They put me in a equiptment lease, when they said I was under no lease agreement.  They lied to my face continuously.  When I figured this out and called, no answer for 3 weeks.  They just disappeared.  I was completely scammed by this company, and I hope many people read this before it is too late for them. 

Within 2 Months, I am oweing THEM 6000.00..  Live and Learn, Never use these scammers.  Beware, they are good at what they do.. And its not Merchant Service, its Scamming.

I had a home loan with Guild Mortgage and lost my job. I talked to Guild Mortgage about my options. Guild said they would give me a 9 month forbearance, to give me time to get back on my feet. I told everyone how wonderful Guild was for helping me by giving 9 months. But After 9 months Guild said now that I owe them a past due amount of $34,000 and I would have to reapply for my home loan.

I did and Guild denied me, saying I couldn’t afford to pay the mortgage now because the added in the Forebearamce past due amount. I had to go into Chapter 13 Bankruptcy to save my home. My original Mortgage was $1950. I am now paying $3,650 and was paying $3400 for the 2 previous 2 years.

Guild said I couldn't afford to pay $1950. +500. So how is it that I have paid $3,400 a month for Two Years in Bankruptcy. It’s a scam. Guild set me up to owe money.  I had no idea they would make me reapply and deny my loan application. Guild was going to keep almost 4 years of Mortgage payments and then take my house!

They have objected even in my bankruptcy, numerous times, causing my case to be dismissed. I had to reapply. In the meantime I am paying additional lawyer fees. To get out of this horrible situation a family member offered to pay Guild 100% of the past due amount. Guild said no. Guild said I now owe $20,000 in late fees and legal costs.

The bottom line is don’t trust them. I was set up. That Forbearance was not to assist me. It was a set up so that I owed so much I would lose my house. The Bankruptcy payment of $3650 is breaking my back but it is better than Guild Stealing my house!    

Subscription auto-renewal is mandatory with requirement you cancel several days before auto-renewal. I cancelled by email sent 2 days prior to the auto-renewal deadline. Five days later, they acknowledged my cancellation BUT applied it to the following year and charged my credit card for the 'current year'.

I disputed the charge at Citi Visa, but Casey Research reported I had acknowledged their terms and had signed up for auto-renewal.  They IGNORED the date my request to cancel was sent and used the date they actually read my email.

Having only some of the emails, with no postmarks or other 'proof' I was unable to adequately support my dispute at Citi Visa.

After a month of working with this co, I was given excuses and the run around of why they can't pay me just yet.  They claim that they have thousands of girls working, they operate off the nite flirt platform . 

Very disturbing when we are forced to be up for 8 hrs a night trying to take calls at a low rate of pay . So if a caller gives you a tribute of 100.00 you only get  70 cause note flirt takes 30% of it. But we are told by posh productions we get 100% of tips. NOT.

The excuses I get are, oh I have to talk to my accountant when pay day is and follow protocal.  But when you are hired they tell you you get paid every 2 weeks. Now it's when they feel like it !  I'm sorry if it's a slow season or this co is not making money but you still need to pay the girls. 

I went into a shop at the NJ site to buy a souvenier cup. When the store employee rang up the cup, it came up $5 more than was priced on the bottom of the cup. I did not notice at first, but my friend noticed. It was late and we were leaving and now had to stand there for another 10 mins waiting for the manager.

I thought that they should give me a discount because of the inconvenience. No way! Several days later when I was going to use the cup, I noticed that the lid was broken. I contacted Six Flags by writing a letter. They emailed me and told me that I needed a receipt for the cup in order to give me a new one.

I did not keep the receipt as most people don't, however I thought because of the situation with the price inflation, the manager of the store would remember that I bought the cup. Also due to my letter, they had proof that I bought the cup because I let them know of my displeasure over the price issue.

They are arrogant and rather lose a customer than replace a $20 cup. Be careful of their tactics because you are only a $1 to them!

I recieved a call from Legacy magnets the beginning of July 2019. They were offering refridgerater magnets advertiseing my company, that I could give to my customers. They then sent a advertisement proof sheet of how the magnets would look and to make any changes or corrections needed and return to them within 10 days. so I did.

They said it would be approxamantly 30 days to recieve the magnets. They then sent me another invoice of what i ordered and amount due. I recieved a call from them on August 2nd 2019 and they stated that i could pay off early and recieve a discount for early pay off.

So i gave them my business debit # and made a payment of $235.00. I continued to get calls and call them about when i would recieve the magnets and they kept saying they had some problems with printing and they would be out soon. I have yet to recieve the magnets, so i called them today January 23 2020 and found their number to be disconnected.

Shelled out $3500 for Amazon book arbitrage software sold in November 2019 on one of Peter Valley's webinars. 3 day money back guarantee advertised but not honored.

Many have complained about the software's inadequacies and some lucky folks have received refunds. Some of us have not and he has blocked all communcation. Very shady scam artist who needs to be shut down

I purchased a board for $650. Within 2 weeks of owning the board, i had my first issue. They did everything in their power to stop me from returning it then. Reluctinlty i applied their "fix" and kept the board.

Its not 2 months later and the board broke completley. I called them to ask how i can return it and they said returns are only allowed for 30 days. After explaining i had a warranty, they simply just stopped responding to me. Save your money and buy from any other company.
