Randy Gubler md Summerlin Foot and Ankle Sets a pre-op appointment to tell me to call the hospital and schedule a pre-op by myself after I had already done a pre-op with him a month earlier.  Las vegas Nevada

I first scheduled surgery with this doctor in December. I paid for an office visit, I paid for pre-op at the hospital only to have to cancel the surgery because the doctor was going on vacation for three weeks.  I wait until January to reschedule and I'm told I have to come in for another pre-op appointment.

When I go to the pre-op appointment they tell me the pre-op is for me to call the hospital and schedule my own pre-op, so I asked him why am I here if I've already done the pre-op with you in December? Then I asked why we needed an appointment to review all the stuff we already reviewed?

Instead of explaining everything to me this doctor canceled my surgery because "I wouldn't follow procedure" now I've waited two months, gone through pre-op appointments twice, paid office visits only to have the doctor decide that since I question the need for the appointment he was going to cancel my surgery.

Just starting my first website I didn't know or understand what this meant, its the scam of the century.

These guys reach out to new website owners and promise to rank their website at the top of Google and other search engines. They promised this will drive traffic and bring customers to my website which would drive sales. This was nothing but a lie.

After spending near $10k with them I saw nothing after many months. They continued to make promises and insisted that I need to spend more money with them.

At this point, I started to do some research. I first noticed that the domain they were sending emails from (yoursitetechsupport.com) wasn't even active, it just goes to a GoDaddy landing page.

I did some more research and saw they are associated with a very shady company in the Seattle area (Renton, WA specifically) called Alpha Tech.

Turbo clean Pro Turbo Clean Pro Lester Smith I ordered product 5/10/2019 and never received

I ordered and paid for the Turbo Pro cleaner  on 5/10/19 and never recieved.  Keep getting same message they will ship. Haven't heard anything from them in probably 90 days from Lester Smith at company. He did try to charge me a 20% restocking fee if I wanted refund.

When I denied them doing that I haven't heard from them at all. I said you failed to meet delivery in timely period therefore I should not be charged restocking fee for a product that was never shipped or possibly made. Prior to that email they kept sending  a canned message. Same as what others reported.

I still want a refund.

Nicole Stanbra Realtor Stanbra Home Team Nicole Stanbra & The Stanbra Team – BEWARE of Unlawful, Deceiving & Misleading marketing practices. After doing 3 transactions within a 3 month span totaling 1.13 in commissionable sales we DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nicole Stanbra & The Stanbra Team – BEWARE – after doing 3 transactions within a 3 month span totaling 1.13 in commissionable sales we DO NOT RECOMMEND. The bottom line is I would like to save others from experiencing what my fiancé and I just went through working with The Stanbra Team out of Jupiter, Florida.

After finding this realtor through an online search we ended up purchasing a property for my fiancés father. Everything seemed to be going smooth, however there were a few questions that needed to be answered – the main one being why the HOA dues were so high considering very little amenities.

After asking more than ten times WHY are the HOA dues so high – Nicole Stanbra explained it was due to "the pool and the flood insurance". However, this is actually a false statement.

Prior to purchase, we were made aware of an assessment that was claimed to be paid in full by the seller. Come to find out that 1/4 of the HOA dues was a $7800 loan debt that every owner was paying back.  The HOA dues should actually cost $350/month and not $463/month.

After asking neighbors who have moved into the development recently if they were made aware of this debt, it is very concerning that their real estate agents did make them aware.

It would have taken a little due diligence on Nicole Stanbra's part to make a few phone calls to the HOA to find out why the HOA dues were so high considering that we kept asking. How can it not be disclosed if it was a debt to all of the owners? We closed on this property August 30th, 2019 and received an invoice in October to pay the $7800 or continue to pay it in the dues with interest monthly.

Being unaware of Nicole Stanbra's lack of due diligence, we decided to start house shopping for our own place. Being that I had just bought a property August 1st in Jupiter, Nicole Stanbra mentioned if we were to work with her to find a property that she would sell my house for free considering I had just purchased it and would be losing money indefinitely.

I felt comfortable working with someone that seemed to care and we decided to move forward over the next months looking at a few houses with Nicole Stanbra and the Stanbra Home Team.

We happened to find a place in PGA and decided to put in an offer on a For Sale By Owner Property. One thing that did rub me the wrong way was the first time I came to look at this place Nicole Stanbra told the FSBO's to have professional pictures taken to help them sell the home fast.

I was taken back that MY real estate agent would help the sellers of a house I like get more offers. I felt this was very unprofessional considering I liked the place and was excited to have my fiancé see it.

Why would MY realtor be giving advice on how to sell the property quicker when I was interested? She stated because they were FSBO that she was trying to earn their business by showing she knows how to get houses sold quickly and possibly get on the deal or future deals with them.

We paid just under full price, and because we did so, we were offered a generator, in wall AC unit and garage storage units as a thank you for paying so close to asking. It is unfortunate that we did not get this in writing as we never received these added value items.

Being that we decided to invest in this property, I decided to work with Nicole Stanbra to rent my other property considering that I would lose thousands of dollars selling it just months after purchasing due to realtor commissions.

However, it was apparent that Nicole was not interested in renting the property as all listings were pushed out to Zillow and Realtor.com as FOR SALE.

She explained that you can't offer a property for both sale and rent on the advertising platforms and assured me it was correct on the MLS. For whatever reason, against my wishes, both online search tools chose to offer it for sale and she stated that she was having a hard time getting someone from these advertising sources on the phone to fix the issue and make it show for rent.

In all actuality, I believe this was a tactic for her to make more money in commission by only having it listed to the public for sale. Snow bird planning for seasonal rentals couldn't be more perfect, rentals in general were few and far between and Jonathan's Landing in Jupiter is a prime location with very little rentals available, and none as nice as my upgraded unit.

The timing would have been perfect to generate interested renters from up North and I explained multiple times that I was more interested in gaining those looking online than realtors who were looking to line their pockets with commission. She assured me her efforts were the same to rent or sell and was trying to get offers.

Once receiving the paperwork to list my townhome – not only did Nicole Stanbra try to charge 10% commission on my rental (instead of the typical first month – she also had it in the contract to give the other real estate not half of her commission – but half of the first month) very shady.  She also tried to offer it for sale at her full commission rate.

Obviously that was not a warm and fuzzy feeling considering her original offer of selling it for no commission and considering we just upgraded to our home which she made the full commission on.

More bad taste came when reviewing the listing verbiage online and seeing that all of the comments were about The Stanbra Home Team Guarantee and not my property. We will get to the fraudulent advertising issues in a minute.

On the day that we did my open house – All advertising material was promoting working with The Stanbra Home Team. She couldn't attend the opening, but her counterpart did.

Marketing materials blanketed my kitchen table for potential buyers to see including:

"Move Up Home Program – SELL and PURCHASE a home with The Stanbra Team and receive CASH BACK at closing! As a way of saying THANK YOU for bring a VIP Buyer/Seller, we will credit you 1% of the purchase price of your new home. Up to $5,000 CASH BACK at closing!"

"Your Home Sold Guaranteed WE PUT IT IN WRITING! We GUARANTEE to sell your home in 90 Days or less, or we pay you $5,000!  It’s that simple! NO RISK, NO GIMMICKS!"

"Love Your Home Guaranteed - WE GUARANTEE  you will love your home, or we will sell it commission FREE! When you purchase a home as a VIP Buyer, if for whatever reason you become dissatisfied with the home you purchased within 12 months, we will sell it for you FREE and help you find your next home."

There was even a checklist with something as small as offering her clients that came on board a free house cleaning prior to open house (something never offered to me – again leaving a very sick feeling in my stomach).

If you are going to offer something online and on-site at your property that you are about to make a serious amount of commission on - make sure you do the right thing and offer it to everyone. Don't wait till you're on-site to make your client feel bad. It is simply not good business.

After getting an offer on my house that would have made me lose thousands more than I had hoped to, I explained she had to get the buyer up. When we agreed to the cash deal, Nicole Stanbra forgot to mention that I had to wait almost 3 months to close. Allegedly due to tax purposes which honestly makes no sense, most people want to close prior to end of year, not in January leaving me paying $1000/month in HOA and Insurance – costing me even more money.

So now we have $7800 in added HOA debt due to her negligence and she made commission off of 3 properties totaling $1.13 Million Dollars.

My recommendation to those selling or buying is to BEWARE & STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE STANBRA HOME TEAM and especially Nicole Stanbra.

If you do decide to use them, my recommendation is to get everything in writing ahead of time and make sure that all of their Marketing Effort Disclaimers are fully disclosed so you know where you stand because she will tell you that there is an asterisk and that you are not eligible for any of them. Putting an asterisk and stating some restrictions apply without proper disclaimers is unlawful, deceiving and misleading to consumers.

Clarissa Steel of Sheri’s Ranch Julia Moore lied to me about price then robbed me Pahrump Nevada

ive had numerous great experiences at sheris ranch over the years. Tons. I guess something bad had to happen at some point. I made the mistake of picking Clarissa Steel. She not only lied to me about the cost long before the party but also stole from me.

so as many know its illegal for these ladies to discuss price online. and I hear their company email is monitored so of course they wont talk about in email. I found a way to kinda get an idea of price for parties via social media.

The ladies dont outright talk about it but you can DM them on IG or twitter and basically ask if your buget
is acceptable for what u want and they can make it a simple "yes" or "no". its worked for me many many times before–with ethical ladies. so i hit up clarissa here & told her what id like to pay for an hour.
She said : sure baby that will work for me!"

Take a guess what happened when I got in the door and we began to negotiate in her room. Nope, that wont work for her and she said that is half her hourly rate. She told me she can do a half hour for 1500.

I reminded her that in our twitter dm I specifically said I was low on funds this month cuz of christmas and the most I can do for an HOUR was 1500 and she said "sure baby that will work for me!"  meaning Yes!

Obviously she blatantly lied to me just to get me into the door. We kept going back n forth and she kept dishing out excuses and lies. I really shoulda walked out and tried to see someone else I really shouldve.
I settle for the 1,500 half hour as it is typical for that place for a half hour and I was tired of arguing and being pissed.

I had a feeling it was just too good to  be true and it was!  The party was okay. I leave and hit a local restuarant and when i go to pay thats when i realize all my cash is missing from my wallet. All two hundred of it!

I always pay for my parties with credit cards which i did that day too. And I always have a couple
hundred bucks to tip the lady which i definitely didnt do this time because she blatantly lied to me
just to get me to make an appt with her. She must have went through my wallet when I was in the shower after the party.

I am disgusted! IN all the years of great times at that place I finally pick the bad seed. there are plenty of great ladies there, so pick one of them and avoid this lying thief Clarissa

MIDATLANTIK RECYCLING Beach Bay Auto MidAlantik / deceived us and sold us a useless 1994 Land Cruiser front axle assembly. Whitehall Pa

MidAlantik / Beach Bay Auto deceived us and sold us a useless 1994 Land Cruiser front axle assembly for $1600.  On August 12th 2019 on Order # GA-011808, we agreed to purchase a "locker" front axle assembly for a  customers vehicle with a damaged axle.

When the axle showed up it was a rusted hulk of metal and a non-locker unit. (We paid an additional $300 for the locker). I should have refused the shipment immediately, however I signed for it anyways thinking that MidAtlantik had mad a mistake and would "make-it-right".

After all we still needed a usable front axle assembly. After repeated attempts to resolve this situation, we were ultimatley unsucessful. Even though we had paid with a credit card and tried to revers the charges, Credit Card Member Services would not help us due to the fact that we accepted the axle from the shipper.

We are not sure how Beach Bay became a third party to this transaction, however I would strongly recommend not doing business with either Beach Bay Auto (supposedly listed as being at 6574 N State rd. #7, Coconut Creek Fla, 33073) or Mid Atlantik Recycling.

GEO Green Shield WLL Abhishek Pandey, Ivan Abramov, AZOV, RUSSIAN FEDERATION 101000 Yaroslav Кushch, AZOV, RUSSIAN FEDERATION 101000 Ikemesit John James, Cluster X 20 England, international, Dubai, Deira, United Arab Emirates 22655 Ifeanyi Oscar Samuel, Cluster X 20 England, international, Dubai, Deira, United Arab Emirates 22655 Alibaba scammers robbed me Rawdat Al Khail Doha

I was tring to start a resell business, and got on Alibaba.com to find items for resell. I located a couple of differant sellers that were gold star members which are suppose to be vetted and safe to buy from. One was GEO Green Shield and the other was Natwarintorn Limited Partnership, both turned out to be scammers.

The deal with GEO was purchase of Milwaukee 15 piece cordless tool sets, 6 sets for $600, The deal with Natwarintorn was for Dewalt cordless tool sets 15 piece 3 sets for $680. So I got almost $1300 involved in this scam that I lost. The sites looked legit so I didn't question much until shipping.

That is where each scammer tried to scam me for more money, one claimed tariffs the other claimed a Value added tax which the US doesn't have. That when I called customs to check the invoices they sent me for the product. They were completely fake invoices and no such product existed.

Thing is do not deal with Alibaba unless you use trade assurance, Two there Gold Star members mean nothing there mostly scammer and they do nothing about it, your on your own and they let them stay even after they are reported.

Two never send money Western Union, Money Gram, Bitcoin or any other way except trade assurance because your being scammed no matter what they say. I was a fool for not checking into them more, there were signs that I look for now, but just expect most if not all of them are scammers.
