Stacy Rustman a/k/a Stacy Braaten d/b/a Royal Oaks Cavalier King Charles and Doodles! a/k/a Royal Oaks Cavalier King Charles mini schnauzers and doodles a/k/a Royal Oak Kennel 2 PUPPIES FROM HER DIED (genetic) – 1 at 8 weeks of age and 1 at 1 year of age Alexandria MN

SUMMARY:  I purchased 2 puppies from Stacy.   The first one died on 10-4-18 from congenital kidney disease.  The second one died on 1-21-20 from IMT (another congenital disease).  In addition to the heartbreak, I have spent just under $4,000 and Stacy won’t even refund the purchase price.  I have since learned that others have lost dogs from Stacy to illness.

DOTTIE:  I purchased a cavapoo (“DOTTIE”) from Stacy and took possession of her on 10-4-2018.  Stacy said she was born on 8-10-18; that her mother was Willow and her father was Corbin.  Stacy posted on her Facebook page that Willow had babies on 8-29-18.  This is a picture of Dottie taken by Stacy on 9-3-18.  It is clear from this picture that Dottie was born on 8-29, not on 8-10.  Therefore, she was only 5 weeks old when Stacy sent her home with me.

Dottie was diagnosed on 10-15 with roundworms.  (Roundworms are passed from the mother prior to birth or from the mother’s milk after birth.)  On 10-23-18, she was diagnosed with congenital kidney disease, and on 10-24-18 ~ when she was 8 weeks old ~ she had to be euthanized.  It is unknown whether Dottie’s mother (Willow) or father (Corbin) carried the kidney disease gene.

STELLA:  Dottie’s replacement cavapoo (“STELLA”) was born on 12-21-18 and I brought her home on 2-15-19.  Stacy assured me that the parents were not Dottie’s parents; she said Stella’s mother was Latte and her father was Buddy.  On 1-9-19, Stacy told me that Stella’s father was Corbin.  Stella went to my vet on 3/4/19 and was diagnosed with ear mites.  She also started treatment on that date for blood and mucus in her stool.  The stool issues continued and she was finally diagnosed on 5-24-19 with hookworms.  It is believed she got them from her mother’s milk.

On 1-8-20, Stella was diagnosed with Immune-Mediated Thrombocytopenia (“IMT”), a disease in which the immune system reacts against platelets just as it would against a foreign bacteria or virus.  When this happens, platelets ~ which are required to form blood clots and stop bleeding ~ are destroyed.  The blood tests were negative for tick diseases and the x-rays showed no obvious issues.  Therefore, through a process of elimination, the vet believed Stella’s IMT was “Primary” ~ meaning it is genetic from one of the parents.  Stella did not respond to the medications and we had to euthanize her on 1-21-20.

TAFS, Inc TAFS fabricated Buy Out Fee. Kansas City Missouri

I started factoring with TAFS in October 2017. I properly notified them that I wanted to terminate my agreement at the end of the term.  TAFS acknowledged that they received my notification and confirmed the date I was eligible to terminate.

When I tried to payoff the balance of the advanced receivables, they added a “Buy Out Fee” of $8,500.  No where in their agreement is a reference to any sort of a buy out fee or is it specifically defined.  They have breached their agreement.

Of course, I am at their mercy to either remain under their security agreement or pay the fee.  This is a terrible practice and only hurts them with any future business.  I am warning people who are considering working with TAFS.

Trusii Trusii Wellness Trusii Trusii Water Machines Trusii Review Trusii Case Study Trusii Company Trusii Complaints Trusii h2 Reviews trusii molecular hydrogen reviews chris kennedy trusii Jeff Taraday Broke their case study agreement, became unreachable, and owe me over 5,920 dollars Davie Fl

Purchased this water system at 6,920.00 and was agreed to by Trusii to be paid back monthly for the system upon doing my "case study duties” (such as filling out a survey every month, writing a review, etc). I did my duties but did not get paid back. It was a 3 year case study agreement.

Unfortunately, Trusii is committing fraud The FBI, FTC and the Attorney Generals of multiple states are already aware of the fraud committed by Trusii, based in Florida. This is your opportunity to stand against the fraud this is being enabled without internal investigation. I was approved to become part of a three-year case study for a new water treatment system back in October 2018.

I placed my order for the machine in October of 2018 & got the machine December 19th, 2018. In summary, I am submitting a formal request for a refund based on Trusii violating their contractual obligations in the following ways: Failing to keep their agreement for timely payments for case study participation, the obligations for which were drastically increased in complexity, indicative of a bait and switch which was not indicated in the original contracts Threatening case study participants (including myself in a mass email to their participants), saying we would be removed from the case study and legal action would be taken against us if we honestly shared how they were not upholding their side of the agreement in our monthly reviews on their website.

Equipment maintenance (filter replacement and other support unfulfilled) In the agreement between Trusii and all case study participants, Trusii agreed to pay $200 per month for 36 consecutive months for the duration of the study to cover the cost of the machine (3 years). In return, I was responsible for filling out a survey about any health improvements I saw, posting on social media about the water machine, and leaving a review (voicemail and written review) on their website each month.

I always upheld my duties, but Trusii did not uphold theirs. I paid for the machine and only received $1,000 of payments (in non consecutive payments of $200) from Trusii inconsistently over 12 months. However, according to the agreement, it should have been a total reimbursement of $2,400 within 12 months. When they missed my payments, I would email them and they would send me responses such as, "We are working on it.” "You’re all set, we are just waiting to get our payment system re-set up.” Etc.

You will see these kinds of responses in my documentation I provided. I started to get skeptical of the company’s integrity & I stopped receiving checks all together by May of 2019 (despite doing my monthly responsibilities I agreed to do for the case study participation). I made multiple email requests asking why they were not sending payments. I also called their phone support team and was told on 3 separate occasions that their supervisor would call me back.

I never got a phone call returned. After about 4 months of no response from their team via email or phone, they sent out a mass email to all case study participants on August 21st, 2019. The email said that they have updated the terms and conditions for the case study, new duties were required of us, and that if we ever spoke out negatively about the company– they had the right to take legal action against us & we’d be removed from the case study. They also re-assured me that they would be paying for the missing months of payments. I continued to do my case study duties faithfully & was told by their team on multiple occasions that my payments would be coming.

They were just "overwhelmed” and were working on getting their new payment system set up. As of now (9/14/19), I have still only recieved $1,000 of my money back. I started to contact other case study participants who were experiencing the same scam behavior from Trusii. Over 500 people are being affected by this.

There is even a Facebook Group with over 554 case study victims sharing their experiences and hoping to create a class action lawsuit against Trusii (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2326933467579418/). Many of them are seeking relief from private loan holders that Trusii helped them to get the machines. I have included documentation from other victims of this situation in addition to my own documentation. One person shared with me previously that if anything negative about the case was reported, that they would be kicked out of the program without getting funds. I felt distressed by this because they are committing blackmail. I am still owed over $5,920 by Trusii & they have become completely unresponsive.

Also, the maintenance of servicing and replacements of parts of the machine has been slow or completely ignored. In accordance to the agreement, they would pay for all servicing (including shipping). We were told that we had to have filtered water and could not use tap water in our systems. About 3 weeks ago, they issued a new update on their website stating that only reverse osmosis or distilled water should be used for the machine.

Also they said that if it smells bad, it’s fine to drink. I spoke with someone and the bad smell from her machine was actually black mold and it has invaded her whole system and is struggling with her health because she drank contaminated water. Since I paid for my machine in full, according to their terms, I do not qualify for the "opt out” program where I can mail back the machine and they would pay for the remainder of the costs, but I have spoken to others who did send it back and have not been compensated for it.

I also included a pdf of the claims of the machine that it is supposed to produce a certain amount of Hydrogen, but when compared to what is actually in the machine and looking into the manufacture, the information is different, fraud. Trusii has mislead hundreds of people and has stopped honoring their agreement for paid participation in their case study.

They continue changing and altering the terms of the agreement and care of the machine and is asking for additional money for maintenance of the machine that was supposed to be included. Myself and hundreds of others are left with a huge financial burden for a machine that was marketed to us in fraudulence and has more of a likelihood to cause harm than good. An article in CNBC about the fraudulent behavior of Trusii.
