COINBASE Funds Stolen – Bitcoin Fraud New York, San Francisco New York, Californai

Opened an Account with Coinbase after doing a bit of research on the Web about them Started with very small Deposit, under $ 100.  Bought Bitcoin (BTC) and stored it on the Coinbase site.

After I got a hardware wallet (Ledger Nano s and X), decide to move my Cryptos off Coinbase and store on the wallets.  Moved my $ 100 worth of Bitcoin no issues. Decided to buy a larger quantity, this time $ 1,200, and sign up for Recurring Purchase

Offer that promised a Bonus.  After a couple weeks, went to move my Bitcoin off Coinbase and into my Ledger device. Coinbase put me through a week of Identity Verifications.  I had to send the ID Verifyication three times. They sent me an email and said “Case Closed”, and Disabled my Account.

My Bitcoin Never Arrived. When I sent them an email, they responded, Case # XXXXXX is Closed. My Question is this, how many others have been RIPPED OFF BY COINBASE

LG Electronics LG Electronics manufactures and sells all electronic goods. IE; washers, dryers, TV’s ETC. Englewood Cliffs New Jersey

On September 2,2020 we purchased a LG washing machine WM3500CW from AJ Madison , Brooklyn , N.Y. for $893.00 and it was delivered and installed the last week of September. Whem my wife opened the door to load the wash. she found the rubber cowel was all disfigured. We called LG and they sent a company repaiman who fixed the cowel. Then my wife went to use the machine again and it began making this horrific noise. We again called LG and they sent the same repairman, this happened a third time and the LG repairman said he was ordering a new machine since this one was new and had too many problems.

We waited for thtree months and nothing from LG. In January, I wrote a letter to LG’s CEO , Thomas Yoon, still no response.  On March 1, 2021, I get a text message from Carlise, an LG customer Support person two months after my letter to Yoon. She said” we will not giove you a new washer, we are sending an independent repair company so on I receive a call from the repairman and on April 15 he comes and takes the machine apart and says he has to order parts and will call us when they come in.

Today April 27,2021, I received a call, the parts are in and he will be out to fix the BRAND NEW LG MACHINE THAT WE HAVE USED MAYBE FIVE TIMES SINCE SEPTEMBER 2020. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY AN LG PRODUCT!!!!!

Empire Today They damaged the walls when installing my flooring.Now refusing to fix it stating they didnt do it. Nassau New York

I contracted Empire today wit the sales Rep Diane to replace the floors in my house to ceramic tile flooring. They told me the job would take 3 days and that I had to be there for the job to occur. The job was scheduled for 2 weeks later at 8 am on 4/21. They made me pay for 60% of the job upfront.

On 4/21 at 830 am they called and stated that they cannot come because they dont have anyone to do my work. I had already had all my appliances disconnected and water shut off and furniture moved. I was told by the manager Luis that they can now only come on Friday 4/23. I explained to Luis that if they start the job on Friday my Coop does not allow for work on th weekeds and this would just delay but i was told that thats the only day they can come and that the workers would call me when they are on their way. 

On 4/23 the workers never call and show up at my house at 830. they come in look around and start measuring. I had to move my car far away so they could park closer to my house because the vistor Lot was “too far”.  I went back to working and they called me downstairs at 1030 saying I had to pay for the entire job. When i looked around they hadnt even started working. I told them I had a meeting that should las 45 min and my wallet is in the car. i will get the wallet to pay in 45. they refused to start and said they were leaving and didnt come back intil 1230. they started working at 1 pm and the asked to return on Saturday. When  I told him he could not work onthe weekend i was told by another manager Ruth that I was delaying the job because my coop was difficult.

They worked the next two day and told me 4/27 they would be finished by the end of the day. Then at 6 pm they tell me they are not done and need to come back tomorrow. i said I work and cant call out from work at 6 pm the night before and asked if they can come 4/29 instead and I was told no because they cant leave other customers without doing their job. They said they would not be able to come back for a week and wuold leave my house looking like a disater. Again spoke to manager Ruth who was no  help and kept blaming me for not letting them work on saturday and sunday or past 6pm in my coop even though those are standard coop rules. 

On the last day I do a walk through and theres cement on the walls multiple walls, broken areas on the wall near the base board that they replaced. Ive tried to call multiple times and wont answer the phone. I heard over my ring their manager telling them that the “customer is a problem, do not talk to her or answer any questions”. 

I sent the sales rep the pictures of the damage and noone will answer me or pic up my phone call.

It must be really easy to not be helpful or fix the damages you create when you con the customer into paying for the entire job upfront.

Young Development Inc, Katie’s Place Katie’s Place Refused to honor agreement made for early termination and issued collection account while refusing to work out a solution. West Seneca New York

I was working a temporary contract assignment in New York during the fall and winter 2018 – 2019 time frame. 

The manager, Nancy, at this apartment complex made an agreement with me and gave me her word that if I agreed to extend my lease for an additional 6 month term but had to leave due to any emergency, that she would be reasonable and let me terminate early.

She explained to me at the time ” We do not exactly have anyone beating down the doors “ referred to the fact that at that time during the dead of winter and the number of open units was high and no one was likely going to rent anything from her, so she was desperate to hold on to any renters she could.

Just three weeks later, my parent became gravely ill before passing away and I did have to leave the unit early to manage her during this critical time.  Nancy flat refused to honor her agreement and keep her word, even though this was the understanding written out and attached to the lease with our signatures.

Nancy, compromised her integrity by writing a nasty demand letter that completely ignored everything we discussed and agreed to with a demand immediate full payment of the entire 6 month term.

I wrote to her by certified mail and by email ( [email protected]) the attached letter dated March 14, 2019 and reviewed our understanding with her.  She never replied. 

I had the apartment professionally cleaned to a move in ready  condition. This was indepenendantly inspected with pictures, given her agressive letter.  I allowed her to keep the rent for that month along with my deposit. This was outlined to her in a second attached letter by certified mail dated April 08, 2019.

Nancy refused to reply or answer any of these letters or acknowledge our understanding in any way. Please see the attached certified mail return receipt examples. This was a demonstration of extreme lack of integrity, given that she was happy to look me in the eye, make an agreement, but absoutely refuse to honor this understanding. 

Instead, Nancy sent the remaining  6 month term to collections.  I had a lawyer review the situation and respond to her collection agency (April 17, 2020)  with the attached letter explaing this to her again and explain that we were ready to litigate this matter if necessary. Nancy and her agency refused to go to court but instead chose to ignore everything.

The collection agency was trying to get me to pay the full 6 month term during the time that the whole country was shut down during the ongoing Covid19 crisis. It was very unreasonable.

As a matter of principal, I would not let Nancy or her agency profit from her refusal to be honest and forthright in this matter. 

On the basis of my experience, I would not recommend that anyone rent a unit at Katie’s Place or any of the other apartment complex owned by Youngs Development Inc. 

If you really need one of these units just understand that they will not likelly be honorable, so get a lawyer right up front. The lease is agressively  worded. I suspect that many of the elderly that rent here are abused by their management style. 

Nancy had a big problem at the time keeping anyone on the property for maintenance, I had a continuing plumbing leak ongoing for over 7 months.  The television in the exercise room rarely worked as advertised.

It is my belief that Nancy re-rented the unit (#212) even though she sent this to collections. We could examine this fact in court but she refused this option and refused to work with me in any way period.

Expect poor service, poor maintenance, low integrity, and an agressive lease if you stay at Katie’s Place.

Dealer in Colorado Eagle Carports Danilo Quintero CSB DEALER in CO Danilo Eagle Carport They took my deposit money $1041.75 and I couldn’t keep the carport. CO, NC

This has been the worst experience ever. I ordered a carport, a dealer in Colorado contacted me. He gave me information and different options. He said that if I paid $1041.75 as a deposit, he would get the building city’s permit. I paid using Paypal. A couple of weeks later, they installed it. I asked about the permits and they said that they were working on it, that everything was fine. A couple of days later, a city official came to my house and said the carport had to be removed because its was not up to code.

I tried contacting the company but they said it was not their fault and that I should contact the CSB dealer. The dealer called and said he would return the money if I scheduled  a pickup with the company. Eagle Carport sent some workers to pick it up and that was the end of it. Never heard from the dealer or the company again. I emailed Eagle Carport and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience and that it wasn’t their fault. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of making business with these people. I felt they were just playing with me.

I lost $1041 and I even exposed myself to fines from the city. Why would they install a building without making sure the permits were granted? Why would they offer to get the city’s permit if we paid a deposit money? It was all a scam. Customer service… I can’t even start. Do yourself a favor… find someone who you can trust.

I was in contract to purchase a condo in sunny isles and Ben Giordano falisfied documents and screwed me out of the deal. He fools clients into thinking they are buying a home, goes into contracts, takes their money and then double deals other offers. Apparently he is notorious for doing this in Miami. Not sure how he has been in business so long! DO NOT BUY OR RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY. He is a complete fraud

I experienced a situation with the owner of this business today. I witnessed Mr. Ana Esqueda yelling at a crew doing road work. The gentleman on the work crew were being polite and business like when Mr. Esqueda pulled up and began yelling and cussing.

There were other women and children present and this behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable. Mr. Esqueda claimed to be the owner of this business. If this is the case I would not recommend anyone utilize his service due to his unprofessionalism while in a company vehicle and obvious anger problems.
