AncestryDNA Never received DNA results

I sent the kit in on December 31st and it says results in 8 weeks, I received an email stating there were delays due to Covid in February and another email saying it would be another 4 to six weeks in March and another email saying I would have the results by April 28th and still nothing. I called to say forget it all just refund me my money, I first got a lady who said well the DNA was already extracted so I don’t know if we can refund and she transferred o Melissa who came up with and excuse of my DNA was rejected on April 2nd so I won’t get the results till the end of May now.

I told her I got no email saying anything like that but that they would give me 3 months of ancestry family tree for free. But because I bought it thru Amazon she can’t give me a refund, I don’t want anything free from AncestryDNA they are a complete scam. They refused to refund me and just want to brush me off now. I will also contact Amazon and I told them I will let everyone know what a scam they are.

 Dr. Langford is not a professional and does not listen to you, He made fun of me when i told him that fruits and vegetables are responsible for my healing. I told him it is God’s food. And he said that God is in the chemo and radiation and surgery end of it too. His wife died from the chemo, radiation and surgery that he talked her into when she had breast cancer. God is not into poison. “Genesis 1:29 God said, “I have given you every plant with seeds on the face of the earth and every tree that has fruit with seeds. This will be your food.”

He may have spent 10 minutes on the appt. and runs out. He doesn’t ask if you have any questions. I had stage 4 breast cancer and i was laughed at by a very aggressive, nasty, radiation guy (Dr,. kresl)( Cyberknife) when I pointed out on scan that my tumor had shrunk in half since last. It was right in front of his face.

My tumor markers dropped 10 points from 80 to 70 in one month and Dr. Langford had nothing good to say about that. I asked him if it would be considered significant if my tumor markers dropped another 10 points cause that would be 25 % decrease and he slowly nodded his head and looked at the floor and barely acknowledged what i said, like it was nothing.  He was always looking at the floor and didn’t really give much credence to the good things that were happening. The next month went by and my tumor markers decreased down to 28.5 from 80 about 2months prior. and there was no more burning under my arm. 40 is considered normal.

I went to my next appt. and he said absolutely nothing about it. I waited the entire 10 min. to see if he would say anything about it and as he was walking out the door, I said something. He barely even acknowledged what i said and mumbled, he was pleasantly pleased, only because i brought it up. Here i was ecstatic with joy.  He was blowing it off like it was nothing.  The prior appt. he admitted  it would be significant if my tumor markers dropped 25 % when i dragged it out of him. My tumor markers dropped 65 % the next month and he had nothing to say until i said something as he was running out of the room.

The only thing he tried to press in that 10 min. was me getting a vaccine and tried to scare me with not getting it. I don’t scare easy especially by this chemo, radiation MILL. The other reviews are right, this is a chemo, radiation MILL. He was pissed off that God’s food works to heal. He kept down playing it. He wasn’t interested in my healing, because it wasn’t associated with chemo, radiation, and surgery.

He knew I was putting effort into juicing and i was so excited that it was saving my life instead of them depleting my life with their poison.  They can take out the tumor but they dont get the cancer stem cells. They tell people they got it all  but its a lie.  They claim they get it all but later when they say it came back, is because it never left.  The stem cells are still there and when it comes back, it comes back like a _itch. , like never before and then people die.  Vegetables and fruit like broccoli, matcha green tea, ginger, rasberries ,strawberries and all of them go after the tumors and the stem cells, and the cancer is wiped out cause with God’s food the body heals.

 I am proof.  Everyone has  few months before jumping into anything, don’t let them scare you into getting on the chemo, radiation & surgery train(unless surgery is necessary cause it is pressing on something crucial) Do juicing like me. I am proof it works and there are so many other it has worked for, including doctors have done juicing and healed themselves.  I have heard other people tell me there oncologist gave them positivty and said what ever you are doing its working so keep doing it. Not this Dr. He gave me no uplifting AT ALL.  NOTHING.  NOT EVEN WHEN MY TUMOR MARKERS DROPPED A WHOPPING 65 %. I had to drag it out of him as he was walking out the door.  It should have been first thing he said as he came in door. 

Disgusting going there. Nasty,  assistant, Brittany was only one to get back to me when i called and I told her i needed to switch doctors with someone that took my insurance. She told me that they all would treat me the same way. Because i wasn’t doing chemo, radiation and surgery. So i told her i wanted to file a complaint and she  went into defense mode and told me she didn’t know who to connect me to and that she would have someone call me back. Five days went by and no call. I called  back and she sent me to the administrator. Obviously, putting the blame on me saying that i was the problem so they wouldn’t get blamed for anything. She wanted to get the jump on it. So here I am telling all of you to stay away from this place and these awful people. Do not let them scare you into chemo, radia & surgery.  Started juicing raw organic 10 lbs. of vege and fruit per day and in 4 months tumor markers dropped from 80 to 28.5.

  • I am being healed with God’s food. I consume 8 (8 oz) glasses of carrots and green apples and 3 (8 oz) glasses of broccoli, bok choy, celery, lettuce, and i also throw in tumeric, and ginger into all of it. I drink matcha green tea with a tsp. of ginger. I eat 60 apricot seeds every day. Oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of flaxseed and fruit like raspberries or blueberrries. And salads a couple of times a day with salmon maybe.  All fruits and vegetable are powerhouses for healing. No meat, no dairy, no processed food, no fast food, NO SUGAR.    If you see any good reviews it is because they put them up themselves and there are plenty of bad ones.  And the reviews that aren’t there is because they are dead. Not only am I healing stage 4 metastatic breast cancer which is soooooooooooo AWESOME.  But, my blood pressure is completely normal, it used to be through the roof, i no longer have acid reflex or heart burn and my energy is now through the roof.  I am a walking, talking, example of unbelievable health and it pisses them off. 

    I am going through this temporary setback completely alone. I have no family, I know no one here and I’m getting through this with God’s medicine and God’s presence in my life.  It would have been greatly appreciated if i had some medical advice worth anything so as to lift me up. But, I don’t need it, I have God lifting me up.  After all, those incompetent so-called medical professionals were being paid to tell me the truth and not to discourage me.  i went to two oncologist, one radiation doctor, two surgeons and 2 radiologists in the beginning, just to see what they would say.  And it was all a downer and they talked as though I was already dead.  This is not a death sentence. This is just the beginning of living.  What a HUGE revelation to find out how powerful God’s food really is. And to watch the healing of something that could be deadly and heals in such a short time.    He put all of this here for us to heal ourselves with. WOW  WOW WOW WOW WOW  I believe 5 years ago when there were two tiny little benign cysts under my right arm, that the needle biopsy turned those benign cysts into malignant cancer in 5 years.  But, the mammograms never picked it up the entire time.  I also believe that mammograms are giving us cancer. And when they go into anyone with surgery and chemo and radiation, all of that also causes more cancer and to spread as well.  That is a death sentence. DON”T DO IT.  Don’t let them scare you or talk to you as though you all of a sudden became the dumbest person on the planet along with millions of others.

    And there are other oncologists who will support you in your journey and give you uplifting, keep looking. DON’T GO HERE.  THE OTHER REVIEWS ON YELP ARE TRUE. THIS IS A BAD PLACE.   When my pcp found out i wasn’t doing chemo, radiation, and surgery and he found out i was juicing, he said aren’t you scared.  Well, I was scared in the beginning , they scared the hell out of me.  I have a plan now and i’m not scared anymore, cause it is so simple and it is WORKING AND I AM SO HEALTHY WHILE DOING IT.  MY HAIR IS NOT FALLING OUT, I AM NOT SICK, MY BONES AND TISSUE ARE NOT GOING TO HELL, MY IMMUNE SYSTEM IS NOT GOING TO HELL, I AM NOT BEING COMPLETELY OBLITERATED BY POISON AND IF I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO MAKE IT THROUGH ALL OF THAT, I WOULD NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN AND IT WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY HAPPEN AGAIN CAUSE THE STEM CELLS WOULD STILL BE THERE.  AND I AM GOING TO LIVE A LONG HEALTHY LIFE AWAY FROM THEM.

I placed several orders for items backordered around a month, in November of 2020.  I still have not recieved them, and am still waiting.  Their new delivery estimate is for January of 2022!  They refuse to swap out the items for functionally identical ones that are being sold by them now, not on backorder, at higher prices. 

They are deliberately choosing to sell to people who ordered after me, because those people are paying higher prices.  This company is ignoring an agreement they made months ago, because it suits them.  Totally unethical business, and total ripoff.  The customer service has a “not my problem” attitude, and has been completely unhelpful as the estimated ship dates keep being pushed further and further out.  This company should be avoided at all costs.

Credit sesame reports untruthful facts on people’s credit report on these three accounts this one account (only I owe $1,500) and the bank states that that is all I owe online. So why does credit sesame make up numbers and post untruthful information on people’s credit reports? also so where does credit sesame get the right to post untrueful information on people’s credit reports? Why is the federal government not apprehending these fraudulent companies?

I was a new model coming to them for employment and didnt know much about the modeling industry. They had me pay (out of pocket) for studio time  and for a horrible portfolio and give me no acting classes or modeling classes. there business is unprofessional and am not sure if they are even licensed in the state of Va. please be aware of this company. i found them on Criagslist where most people find them.

A real agency would not do this to me .. they are supposed to take my % as commission and not screw me .. my photos sucked .. and i am about to sue them. Anyone elsse online want to make this a big suit. They promised big things .. and delivereded nohing more than a  phtoto mill i hear about on the internet. GROUPE SEB USA (All-Clad/T-Fal) All-Clad T-Fal Poor Customer Service and a group of LIARS Millville New Jersey

On April 18th, 2021 I reached out to Big Kitchen on Amazon about an All-Clad 8” 4108 NS Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Bonded Dishwasher safe frying pan that had the coating on the top starting to wear off.  They informed me that: unfortunately, at this time, I was passed the time frame for the warranties on the item I purchased through them and that I should contact the Manufacturer directly, as the item is covered under the Manufacturer’s (All-Clad) Limited lifetime warranty.  

Being that April 18th fell on a Sunday, I had to wait until Monday April 19th, 2021 to reach out to All-Clad about the issue I had with their $100 Frying pan.  With that said, I reached out on Monday April19th, 2021, and after 30 minutes on hold, I spoke with “Sarah”, Sarah informed me via phone conversation, that she would send me an email and I in return would forward her pictures of the defective coating on the All-Clad Frying Pan.  At 2:26pm on Monday April 19th, 2021 Sarah sent an email, with instructions on what to do, and what to send and where to send it, etc…

At: 2:33pm on Monday April 19th, 2021, I responded with the pictures of the Defective coating on the All-Clad Frying Pan, and all information that was requested.  Sarah informed me before I sent everything over via email, that they would evaluate everything and get back to me in 24-hours!  

Thursday April 22nd, 2021 I called All-Clad again, and spoke again with Sarah, and Sarah informed me that they never received my email, picutres and information.  I informed Sarah that I did, and it was sent on the above date and time depicted in previous paragraph.  She asked me to hold on, I did…  She returned and stated that the email was in spam for some reason, and stated again, that she will get back to me in another 24-hours!

Friday April 23rd, 2021 @ 10:01am I called All-Clad again, and this time I spoke with Justin.  What Can we say about the smartest person on the phone, Justin…  I gave Justin my reference number, he looked it up and made the determination right there, that it appears that My Defective All-Clad Frying pan appears to have a spot where the coating is missing and that it its due probably because of too much heat, and that’s no covered under warranty.  Well, I said, I think it’s due to defective manufacturing on All-Clad’s part.  He dismissed that right away, and then I asked him if he was a Metallurgist?  He responded, YES!  I said really, when I challenged him about his BS in Metallurgy Engineering, Mr. Justin Back Pedaled profusely and came clean and said he was not a Degreed Engineer in Metallurgy.  So now not only am I dealing with a customer service, that gives no customer service in getting back to the CUSTOMER.  I now have to contend with LIARS in Customer Service at: All-Clad.

This is unacceptable and Customers should not be dealing with Liars in Customer service at All-Clad.  I then asked Justin, where is Sarah, she was supposed to call me back and send me a follow-up email.  Justin, then proceeded to tell me that Sarah, has a lot on her plate and is really busy!  I explained to him, that this is not my problem and I don’t really care, because we are all busy working and everyone has a lot on their plate and maybe he should do his job and get me some Service.  He then suggested that I send the defective All-Clad frying pan in for further evaluation.  I stated to him, we are passed that point, I then stated maybe at this point he should get me his supervisor.  

Justin at this point, seemed a bit frustrated that he couldn’t talk in circles anymore, and that the lying and his attempt to be a wordsmith with me didn’t work so well.  I stated to him get me your supervisor please!  I said PLEASE!  It was obvious, he was still on the line and we had a good 2 -4 minutes of awkward silence, but it was clear that he was still on the line and I wasn’t on hold.  I finally asked, “Are you getting your supervisor”.  He stated: I sent her a couple of messages, but it appears she’s busy.  (This seems to be the MO with Justin) His supervisor must have to much on her plate as well.  I then asked, well maybe she should call me back, because I have wasted my time in speaking with someone (Justin) who knows nothing, apparently has a Metallurgy Degree working as a customer service phone call screener at All-Clad.

He finally gave me his Supervisor name Maritza, whom he stated would call me back by the end of business on Friday April 23rd, 2021.  It is now Monday April 26th, 2021!  I have still yet to get any word from Maritza, Sarah, or Mr. Metallurgy.  

So, I ask All-Clad.  At this point your Customer Service Team needs some training, and at the very least you need to promote Justin to Chief of R&D at All-Clad, because his Metallurgy degree (that he doesn’t have) Is going to waste by sitting and answering phones at All-Clad.  The level of Customer Service at a Company that is supposed to be a “World Class” Metal Crafter in Professional Cookware is far from it, on the Customer Service end.  As a matter of fact, there is no class, from your Customer Service, and my experience with All-Clad SUCKS!  

I am still waiting for either my replacement of product or even just an email from anyone at All-Clad!

UPDATE: 4/26/2021 – Received a phonce all from Pierre!  Pierre asked JUSTIN if he stated he was a Metallurgist and of course Justin told his boss Pierre that he doesn’t recall the conversation he had with me.  Then Pierre tried to cut me short several times and even mimicked me and I told him “you still don’t know how to care of the cusotmer” and I hung up.

This company is a dingleberry on the a**hole of existence…

Simonik Moving & Storage (Allied Van Lines) Stole Jewelry and Cash during Move Packing Bound Brook NJ

DO NOT use Simonik Moving & Storage for your New Jersey or Interstate Move !!!

They are an Agent for Allied Van Lines, so you should consider not using any of their agents either.

Their employees stole thousands of dollars in jewelry and money from us while they were in our house packing our household items.  Included in that were many very sentimental items including father’s cremation ashes in jewelry necklaces. 

The Simonik owner/manager did not even have the common decency to contact us to express any empathy or concern whatsover that his employees stole our possessions.  This in our opinion is totally unacceptable non-caring behavior and extremely unprofessional demonstrating his lack of responsibility and accountability for his worker’s wrong doings.

The police have been involved and 2 of the 3 workers involved have ignored all of their requests to come into the police station as part of the investigation.  What does that tell you? I contacted Simonik’s manager a final time in writing requesting he get the stolen items somehow and return them to us.  He has failed to deliver them or even respond to my email, so I am starting a social media complaint campaign today.

I am assuming his workers are still on his payroll and out there continuing to steal from others who are moving!  I am also filing a formal complaint with Allied Van Lines.  Please be aware and I caution you to NOT use this Mover.

i dont even know where to begin on how bad of a company this is and how royally they screwed my family over. i dont even know where to start! well lets start at the begining. we called them in january to schedule a move across country on March 30th. They quoted us 9k. We felt that was fair and agreed. so far so good. we called them several times in between to make sure we were still on schedule for march 30th and they assured us that we were.

March 30th NO SHOW. march 31st NO SHOW. They end up sending another company to move us because one of there trucks broke down. This new company starts demanding an extra 10k on the bill. NO WAY! we tell them to leave and they refuse to move the furniture back off the truck. meanwhile Armstrong relocation services refuses to answer the phone or respond. They finally decide to show up 5 days LATE which delays the sale of our home!! we were depending on that money to move and live off for 2 months. they dont even apologize.

instead they throw in our face that they had to spend 1400$ fixing there broken truck like its our fault! not my fault you use cheap a*s trucks for your company. It has been one problem after another and they just gave our stuff without our knowledge to another company and its been over a month and all our wordly belongings are still not here. RUN FAR RUN FAST FROM ARMSTRONG RELOCATION SERVICES!!!!
