We are senior citizens you contracted this company for a move and were told that we could opt-out and get a refund of our $400 deposit if we cancelled within two days which we did. However they neglected to inform us of the fine print that the cancellation needed to be in writing.

This is their scam. We contacted them for our refund and they did not deny we deserved it however instead of simply refunding our $$ Jack told us we needed to file a charge back on our credit card with the bank which was more BS. These people are thieves IMO.

These guys say on their websites they do good work with a money back guarantee. The work is remedial at best. They dont listen when trying to walk them through whats wanted. They wont honor their moneyback guarantee and when trying to talk to them they dont listen and want to try to talk me out of it even after I told them 10 times I have hired someone else. 

Taking money without providing the service and not honoring the Money Back Guarantee is fraud.  Im contacting my attorney and the FTC but I want to warn everyone that they are scam artists.

They failed to disclose an accident that a Ford F150 Raptor I purchased from them was involved in. I found out, after purchasing this truck, that it was involved in a rear end accident and Autonation Ford Miami lied to me about it. When I purchased the truck in August of 2020, I asked if there were any accidents or damage and asked to see a CARFAX report. They promised that the car was perfect and sent me a clean CARFAX report.

I ran another CARFAX report in October of 2020, after I purchased it, and now it shows that on July 27, 2020, the truck was involved in a rear end collision and was put up for sale about 2 weeks later. I sent an email questioning why the accident wasn’t disclosed to me and I still have not received a response from the used car manager Julio Roman or my salesperson, Gio Bustillo. They were very responsive before the sale but now, after the sale, I get no response.

The truck was always serviced at Autonation Ford Miami and it should have been inspected when the prior owner traded it in so they can’t say they didn’t know about the accident. I just checked the rear of the truck and saw a yellow CAPA sticker on the inside of the rear bumper so that shows the bumper was replaced with an aftermarket bumper. Any trained automotive technician should have seen this.

Also, part of a trade in would be the disclosure of any accident history so either AutoNation Ford Miami knew about the accident and covered it up or they didn’t properly inspect the truck and missed the proof of accident. Either way, they failed to either disclose or properly check. Please be careful and thoroughly inspect any vehicle you buy from Autonation Ford Miami and don’t trust them. I bought the truck and had it shipped to New York so I went with the word of Autonation Ford Miami that there were no problems. I trusted the staff at Autonation Ford Miami and was screwed since I overpaid for a truck that is now permanently devalued due to an accident report that they failed to disclose to me.

Their lack of disclosure about the accident will cause me problems reselling in the future. I am very disappointed in my experience with Autonation Ford Miami. I am a lifelong Ford enthusiast, I currently own three Ford vehicles (a 2014 Shelby GT500, a 2004 Ford Mustang Mystichrome Cobra and the 2014 Ford F150 Raptor) and I’m also a Honorably Discharged Disabled Military Veteran who trusted AutoNation Ford Miami and was screwed over because of it.

After I complained, I was told to call the GM of the dealership. I called the GM at AutoNation Miami and spoke to someone who told me that AutoNation Miami will not do anything, not even offer an apology for my poor experience. The GM spent most of the time, trying to convince me that I should just accept the vehicle as is, there is nothing they’re willing to do, and that they inspect all their vehicles with a 125 point, or more inspection. When I asked how could they miss a large CAPA sticker inside the bumper, which shows that the bumper was replaced with an aftermarket piece, he said that doesn’t mean anything. I asked if it wasn’t that important, then why didn’t the salesperson disclose it?

How could they not see it if they inspected the vehicle as well as they claim to? If I were to try to trade in a vehicle, they would not have such a cavalier attitude about an accident report. They even went as far as to try and tell me that if I ordered a part for a car with my VIN, through the dealership, it would show up on the carfax report. I challenged that statement and asked for proof because I’ve ordered parts for all my Ford through the dealerships over the years with VIN numbers and never had anything come up on carfax. The dealership spent most of the conversation trying to just gaslight and force me to accept that they’re unwilling to do anything to change my experience, not even offer an apology.

Again, buyer beware. I’m a lifelong Ford buyer, from my first Mustang when I was 17 to this Raptor, my Cobra and Shelby at 45 years old and I’m extremely disappointed at my treatment from AutoNation Ford Miami

However when I called my realitor she told me no such thing exists.  When I called the chamber of commerce they also told me they don’t have any such publiction from said company.  They said that they print 10,000 copy’s to start but 10,000 people don’t even move to this county every year.  If you buy an ad from them they will send you a copy of it but you are the only one that actually recieves a copy.  400 dollars is a lot to pay for one whole add. 

They scam small businesses and especially new businesses out of your hard earned money.  When I tried to call the number back I got a recording saying that the destination can not be reached and it hung up on me.  After posting on their facebook page someone did call me back but they have hid my comments so as not to tip off anyone new that they are scamming.  They didn’t even try to rebuttle it on facebook as they know it’s all true. 

Do not be fooled by these people.  They sound very nice but it’s all lies.  I do  not know how they sleep at night scamming small businesses who are already hurting because of this pandemic.  It’s absolutely terrible, and they are always trying to hire new people because like I said it takes a special kind of person to work for such con artists.

Then once you get to the tour if for any reason they think your  don’t like their facilities and don’t want buy a vacation package from them they come up with any excuse to charge additional fee and charge your credit card and rip you off don’t every trust them or use them.

After buying out my lease and closing my Ford Motor Credit lease account Ford Motor Credit continued to report late payments.  This is months after the buyout order was produced by the dealership and Ford Motor credit and paid in full that very same day.  Even with the receipts in hand as well as TITLE OF VEHICLE transferred Ford Motor Credit insists there is money still owed on the lease. 

Have been fighting this now for a couple weeks and if there is no resolution an attorney will have to get involved.  Moral of the story?  If you want a Ford get private financing to avoid these thieves. 

 This company is such a rip-off! Account Now was okay, Green dot sucks! If you value a bank where you can feel safe and secure with your money then walk far far away from this greedy corporation! They don’t care about You or Your Money! They do as little as possible and I guess have even stated in the contract that they are not responsible for anything that happens on your account including being scammed by an online company!

Yes, you read that right, they are NOT gonna help you when something happens to your account! They will let you file a claim but they won’t do follow through with it because if you give some company your debit card number or they get it somehow, it’s your fault not theirs! Oh and by the way, we never received or signed this mysterious new contract so I honestly don’t know what they were talking about!!

Back when it was just Account Now, they were way more secure and actually Froze your account if something didn’t look right! You would have to call them and they unfroze it once they talked to you to verify! I actually appreciated that more than what it is now because they don’t do a thing anymore! I have shown proof of what happened to me and I am not the only one scammed by this company! Others have come out to and I sent proof and documents showing what they did! The woman on the phone didn’t care about Documentation! It didn’t mean anything because no matter how much proof you have, they won’t help you at all with a claim!

It’s been a nightmare and my husband and I were almost homeless because we were relying on them to do their job and help us out! The company was called Jinty x and they are a Goth clothing company that did Instagram Ambassadors! Yes I got suckered into the hype! It was the dumbest thing I think I ever did! Now they aren’t even on instagram or maybe enough people started catching on so they changed their name Idk but I do know I won’t ever trust this bank again for very important stuff! 

My husband and I are changing banks as soon as we can and I advise anyone who is banking with them, don’t!! Or if you have to only put so much money in it and pay for things you have to otherwise just have cash! You never know if something is gonna happen with them! I felt I had PTSD sometimes because money would just be gone!! That’s no way to live trust me!! You should be able to trust at least your bank!!

Other issues we have faced with this company are the fact you can’t use them just anywhere! Most rental companies do not accept this as a form of payment which sucks when you want to travel and rent a car or get a u-haul for a quick move! We have had many set backs because of our form of payment! It’s really messed up because why have it when you can’t just pay your money towards what you need to do? What’s the point? We’re gonna be going to a real bank soon where we can also go in and talk to a living person and not have to do this on the phone every time! You can’t just do an ATM with no fees and you have a limit of how much you can get back too!

Whereas if you have your own bank account, you can go to a drive thru and request extra money or go in and withdraw your own money! This has really limited things for us and we have dealt with them for years and years! In the end, at first it was okay but long term if you can get a real and physical banking experience, please do it! You won’t have all the hassles and heartaches and tears we have! It’s a life nobody deserves and these corporations with their big pockets and high falutin arrogant attitudes should be ashamed!! Your service sucks and I will never believe different!! We won’t be coming back and I am extremely dissatisfied customer and so is my veteran husband!!

I will share my honest and genuine experience both good and bad on all my platforms because this is what it means to be America’s Truth Seeker! For those of you like me, who live by truth and honesty, we can appreciate when others share their stories with us so we don’t have to go through the same bad experiences! I don’t know about you all but my husband and I have had more than our fair share of the more negative experiences of life! We’re ready for the change and this kind of stuff is gonna be our first good one besides the move! Out with the old so we can enjoy the good, just like everyone else!! I hope you don’t have to deal with people like these!! Nobody deserves that and to all of you who understand, I am so sorry!! You have my understanding and I feel for you all! We know the struggle!!
