Sent auto part back and company (megatuninginc@gmail.com) after being informed I would be paying a 20%  restocking fee, so I acceped return terms and sent item back . compant denied recieving refund after paying for return shipping and providing tracking information.reported to paypal (no help) , seller denied everything except selling me part on eBay. this company is a slipery snake beware.

I purchased a vacume food processor from a seller with the name Swalt41 on eBay. It cost $17.99. It was different than the one pictured on the ad. The thin bag that was sent in was crushed on both ends and had something that rattled on the inside of the item. Plus it didn’t vacume or seal. I was promised fast satisfaction, but was stalled and ignored until it was to late to file for help with eBay. I never recieved a replacement as promised.

I am a business and have been doing business with them for almost 8 years with no problems. Every time before this I would go to the shop and pick the phones up and the first time I had them ship them I had a problem.

I ordered 12 phones and was only shipped 8. They did not work with me at all they just kept repeating that they shipped all 12 even tho they did not. I lost out on about $2000 and was forced to start looking for a new supplyer. The salesman even blamed me for losing them. Very bad customer service I will never do business with them agian.

Bad company, bad product, horrible warranty!  -1 on a scale of 10!

Bought a re-manufactured engine from them for my 2003 Pontiac Montana and had my mechanic install it.  After only 19,000 miles, it blew a head gasket.  Contacted their warranty and they had us perform diagnostics that included pulling the engins out of the car.  Instead of letting us repair the head gasket issue, they chose to send another engine and that jacked up the costs. 

My claim was for $2,879.43 @ $100hr labor rate that is the going rate.  Their reimbursement was for only $1,285.00 @ $50 and hour and didn’t even cover half of the actual cost.  I saw the engine and blown gasket and the damage was caused by poor re-manufacturing, cheap parts in my opinion and my mechanics. 

ATK is very difficult to contact, tech doesn’t return calls half the time and it’s hard to get an email address for them.  The total repair/warranty issue took 3 months.  Fortunately, $3,000 is no big deal for me but it’s the principle of the bad warranty that is.  Needless to say, will never do business with them again and hope none of you will ever have to deal with their horrid warranty! 

I had an appointment with John Turis on a Wednesday afternoon. After waiting several hours, he asked me if I could come back because he was too busy. So I rescheduled for the following week. I wasn’t happy, but I figured I’d give him another chance. The following week I showed up for my 1pm appointment with John Turis.

At about 1:30, still waiting, I heard arguing in the back of his office. One of his clients was screaming and complaining to him about his money. Then two other people started yelling and complaining because he had them waiting so long. There was just a very negative vibe throughout the whole place.

At 1:40 another guy comes strolling in and they allowed him to cut ahead of me. Seemed like it was a close friend of his. I was supposed to be next. I got there first and I had an appointment. An hour and a half later I was still waiting. He kept saying 5 more minutes over and over again while he was still chit chatting with the guy he let cut ahead of me.

Finally after another 40 minutes he was able to see me. I sat in his office for over an hour and a half and he’s still trying to figure out my paperwork. He then asked me to leave so he can see his next client. I looked at the time and I realized that it was 5:35. He almost made me late for my 6pm client. He said he would definitely finish up my paperwork by the end of the day.

The next day he still didn’t even touch my paperwork. He blew me off the entire day. The lady at the front desk has been very nice. I feel so bad that she has to handle all these complaints. There was another woman that answered the phone who works in the back office and she was incredibly rude. She kept interrupting while I was explaining my situation and then she hung up the phone on me.

John Turis never finished my paperwork. No way will I pay this man $750. I had to find someone else to help me. I would never recommend  to this place to anyone. I do not trust this man. Very shady and too much drama.

I received an email saying I had been avoiding collection calls for a $759 internet loan.  The email threated to turn this “debt” over to a fast track debt collector, and also my creduit would be affected and they would report this “bad debt” to the IRS, and garnish my wadges.

I was also threatened with prosecution for bank fraud, violation of Federal Debt and Banking, and Theif by deception.  The only way to “resolve” this matter would be to use the link on the email and pay either $106 every other week for 7 weeks, or $500 today, all thru the link the email provided ONLY.

Fourtunatly for me I have worked in banking as a loan officer, and a lot of things raised red flags.  However I can see the average person being dupped into this scam.  I am so angered by people who would do this!

This contractor told me the work would be done in two weeks. He offered me a substantial discount to pay for all of it up front. He completed 10% of the work and never showed up to finish the job.

The work he did complete was unacceptable and had to be redone by another contractor.

On May 8, 2021, I purchased 2 rotating multi-layer stand alone kitchen shelves from an the ad Pinkmoonart on Facebook. I was charged $49.98 total for the 2 kitchen shelves @ $ 24.99 each. I reached out to the seller FIVE (5) times and each time I was told that my order has been shipped but held up in customs. I was given a weird tracking number that didn’t reveal where my shipment was.  I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They denied me of a refund 3 Times (!)  My last last request was June 2, 2021. Here’s the response I received:

We are so sorry for the delay.
After checking, we found that your order is still in transit, so we are not able to cancel your order now.

Sometimes the strict custom inspection might cause some delay that we can’t control dear.
We are sorry and we have asked the shippers to speed your shipment.

After doing some research, I realized I’d been scammed. The link below confirmed my suspicions.

I contacted my bank right away to avoid future charges from Pinkmoonart and my bank cancelled my debit card . My takeaway is to do a review of any company before purchasing online. Although this can happen anywhere, but I feel more safer if the company is in the United States. As far as Facebook, they get paid to advertise anyone’s ads including scammers! they take NO responsibility for their ads.
