This person has researched and contacted past acquaintances/associates of mine without authorization, admittedly conducted public record searches, came to property unannounced without 24 hour notice, contacted me on several occasions and I have no clue her intention. I do know her actions have been set forth with malice.

No contractual agreement between she and I exist. She is has not been named as agent and or property manager for the landlord, yet has harassed and stalked me. One individual she contacted, post entry into contractual agreement with Eric Woodford as the listed landlord not her, told me Shelly Woodford called them and interrogated them on my past and asked if she would let me move back into her property now.

The woman was puzzled as Shelly Woodford told her she was my landlord and was doing a reference check. I was already living in the unit in which she is not the listed landlord and/or party to the contractual agreement, why is she calling individuals post contract and asking if I could move back into their property?

I do not feel comfortable around this person and have no idea why she has interjected herself into business matters of the actual landlord. Several complaints have been filed as Eric Woodford, actual listed landlord on contract misrepresented a property that has mice, fruit flies, mosquitos, wasps, and other insects, non-working air/heating unit that does not blow cool air and the temperature notch cannot be adjusted from the 70, trash/debris in the garage (which is inaccessible-does not open and contains garbage causing foul smells/rodents/insects), mold/leak eveidence on ceilings, extreme flooding, etc..

This woman initially tried to get me to move looking up apartments and addresses so called on my behalf to avoid remedy of the issue at the current unit. I do not know this woman and she makes me uncomfortable with her harassment and stalking. I have yet to speak with Eric Woodford regarding the notice and report of disrepair, rodents and insects as Shelly Woodford has intervened with no genuine legal involvement.

She has been witnessed lurking on the property and in/out of garage attached to unit in which the there is a rear exit from unit directly into garage. No notice given, just freely trespassing and unknowing the adjacent neighbors have surveillance mounted. Why this landlord does not remedy the issue vs causing problems.

Why get upset with a filed complaint and retaliate? Take responsibility as the landlord and adhere to obligations.  Eric Woodford is what appeared to be a decent guy but no one wants to live in and inhabitable unit with mice, insects for one or pay for a misrepresented unit with less than anticipated amenities included in the costs of the rent.

A deposit was paid as well and there was a missing eye on the stove, missing crisper on the refrigerator, unclean cabinets and unit overall that was to be remedied but was/has not been. Shelly Woodford attempted to have me move early on (documentation exist) after initial complaint, contacted people without permission (statement obtained & person willing to testify) in attempts to intentionally cause emotional distress and harm, and  continues to overstep boundaries that will undoubtedly increase her chances of facing criminal (harassment, stalking, trespassing despite prior notice to cease and desist).

There will not be a next time of leniency for unauthorized or unannounced visits to the property, interrupting quiet enjoyment and violating privacy-that’s for certain; nor any alternate outrageous action will be tolerated in the future. Contemplating filing a restraining order as this persons actions are troubling and alert to a perhaps a mental illness. She thought she was slick but slipped up. Poor character for sure.

She is a obvious deceitful person practicing malicious and wanton acts. Eric Woodford has been notified several times of his wife’s ongoing foolishness, yet she continues without adherence to the repercussions and consequences associated with what she is doing. I have given my final warning as she is no party to the contractual agreement with Eric Woodford and would be better off finding more constructive interests vs attempting to intimidate me. I am far from a push over.

Tara Ewald says that she is taking contributions for various causes but she keeps the money for herself. I found this out when the organization I thought I was giving to said that they never recieved my money. When I asked for my money back, she sent me a check which bounced, when I asked again she continued to harass me.

Then I found out that since she had my credit card info she stole my identity and maxed out my credit card. she also impersonated me with my credit card and person information (which she got when collecting contributions) and applied for credit cards in my name.

Later on I found out that she has been in trouble before for check fraud & she was fired from her previous job for embezzlement.

Law Enforcment is involved, and once I called the police she started to harass me even more. She leaves me threatening phone calls and won't stop. The police can't do a whole lot because she is using burner phones to make these calls. And I am still trying to recover from her stealing my identity. My credit is wrecked, and she stole over $50,000 from me.

Good luck trying to cancel your membership. The owner will avoid you at all costs. If you ever get to cancel your membership the owner Cliff will keep taking money out of your bank account.

A fellow physician recommend Mr Cohen and his law firm.  I was looking for someone to review my website content and advice for any possible legal pitfalls before launching my website.  The fee was $500 for an hour long phone consultation.  The day of the phone consult I contacted Mr Cohen and to my surprise knew nothing about my situation.  Although information was collected clearly a week in advance he was oblivious of the specifics of me contacting him.  

He proceeded to read the content of my website out loud to me and make general commentary.  The hour went by and besides some general guidelines that you could easily find on the internet he was of no help.  What makes things interesting is that after the hour was up he had the nerve to ask for a 5K retyping further research my case.  

I would like to add he didn’t even bother looking up the specific rules, regulations or the scope of practice pertaining to my field in my state.  In other words he is the ultimate con artist.  I just want others to be aware that he is an ill informed lawyer and can do nothing for healthcare providers and businesses.  There are better options out there.  You’ve been warned!

I went there on friday monday sept 9 ashley the admisson person just wanted to sale a false education. I also looked up ascis accerdaites and this college lost a program last year.. The feds did raid two of their campus in florida in 2007. I have reported it to federal goverment because an application takes 90 days to process.

Also have reported it to acis. The staff only is selling a false education to be a stepping stone to a better job.. This place needs to be raided and set down by the feds,florida department of education. Stock holders companie is what florida career college really is.

Florida department of education please review this school and get it shut down before it ruins people lives because stock holders dont care about ruining people lifes. I also dont consent to a loan from this school..not attending it at all their may try to claim i am attending it on sep 12,2019 just for number's.

Field Nation charges a company to advertise on their platform for services needed (generally IT related).  I know from professional relationship with one of their former buyers, that amount is excessive.  The companies involved then usually pay a freelance technition a much smaller amount to perform needed services.  Field Nation then ALSO charges technition for "tax, service fee, and possible penilties". 

Should a company refuse payment to technition, Field Nation does nothing to enforce technitions Federal Right to payment.  Field Nation and the companies that use them all have long winded "agreements" that state all kinds of conditions to refuse payment. 

I have been burned by two companies on this platform in four years.  Not a lot in comparison to other techs in the field, but enough to warn others of the risk you take when accepting assignments through Field Nation.  Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice…

I fulfilled a vendor order for GPG and I never received the remaining balance for my work. After I submitted the project, the point of contact (Pete Johnson) completely ghosted me and I haven't heard from him since.

I know that they've been using some of my work on their website, which is the shady part about it. 

This Guy Is a Ripoff

This guy charged me $1,250 to record 2 of my songs. He was drunk most of the time. He then registered my songs with the Copyright Office under his name.

When I asked him for a copy of my 2 songs he sais they were erased and was out of luck. I not only got riped off for my money but my 2 songs as well. I found out later he had done this to others.

I worked remotely for John for a while and last time I spoke to him he was extremely verbally abusive and hung up on me.

I billed him for a portion of the hours he owes me for- I sort of felt sorry for the guy- and he has not paid me even though I have had a lawyer contact him and have billed him three or four times.

This place is bad, Martha Elvira Velasquez is the owner and is a bad person, lies to customers, employees and even friends. She just cares about money. She stole from me and lied to me just to keep money. She also is involved with illegal and unlicensed marijuana stores.

She rents to them in her back building. She was the owner of the store with her son, and gets new people to rent the unit and then kicks them out ot get new tenants to take their money and do the same.

Be aware of her smile, she lies so perfectly. She is a pro at decieving people.
