In July 2019, two representatives from Stagma met with me and explained their services.  They were absolutely certain they could increase my revenue substantially.  I paid them $2,500 to create a bot and then I paid them $6,000 for services that were to include all of my social media advertising, all of my marketing, my marketing materials, event planning, and community relationships.

They also guaranteed that if I didn't achieve $60,000 in revenue from August 8 to September 8, they would refund $2,000 of the $6,000 fee.  They did create the bot and they did create Facebook ads but my revenue declined significantly during the period I engaged them and instead of reaching $60,000, it was only $40,000. 

They refused to refund the $2,000 and they refused to meet any of their other commitments except for the bot and the Facebook ads.  They promised to send me the Facebook ads but I did not get them so I don't even know that they placed them.

This lying scammer got me good. He claims to have promoted Justin Bieber and a few other big artists you've heard of. However, he's completely full of s**t. First off, Justin Bieber and major artists are NOT on Fiverr buying fake Spotify plays haha!

2nd, he advertises that everything he does is organic and real. He sent me a message on social media saying that another company was delivering fake plays to my music. He literally looks for playlists on Spotify and then tries to message unsigned artists by looking up their Instagram and Twitter profile names to message them in an effort to try and steal their business and get you to send him money. I believed him and tried him out. HOWEVER, HE WAS THE ONE WHO DELIVERED FAKE PLAYS TO MY MUSIC ON SPOTIFY!!! MY MUSIC WAS DELETED AND MY ACCOUNT WAS BANNED BECAUSE OF HIM!! I had to go back to the original company I was using which turned out to be real to use again.

ug 8 19 I filed a claim in Hawaii and they could not get anyone out to fix my A/C. They have a reimbursement program if you get someone out to check the system. I had someone check it who I believe was really trying to say what he thought would get them to pay for the replacement of the system. Based on his findings they said they don't cover rusted coils and freon leaks.

Not believing that was the real assessment or even fair I asked for a second opinion. The customer service representative was extremely rude and not helpful. She did not seem to want to help. Finally, after having to repeat myself over and over she finally agreed to have another contractor come out. She said I couldn't get reimbursed for the first one but she would try to have the second come for no charge.

Once again no one was found and I remain in a house over 80 plus degrees. Again, I found an A/C company to send out a technician last Friday the 6th. This tech, from a larger company, said there was no way the first guy could have seen any leaks in coils or got the Freon pressure to see there was a leak because the condenser is down. He even tried to force start it.

When I told him they said the coils were bad and that the company does not consider that normal wear and tear, he said that it is normal here in Hawaii where the salt water eats up everything and after 16 years there is no way you can expect anything else. I emailed his write up and explanation to the appeals representative assigned to my case.

When I woke up this morning 9 Sep, I called her to check. She said they denied the claim again. The funny part is she quoted the issues sited by the first technician. When I tried to explain to her that she was talking about an old assessment all she could say is that someone will email me the info. Finally, I got the email that, once again, quoted the information provided by the first tech. They still are not taking into account the new assessment and continue to deny my claim.

NComputing Stop me and my customers using the products bought a 5 years back

On the 07-07-2019 me and my customers was suprised to find that the ncomputing devices would no longer  login as usual, on closer inspection i as a dealer found that we must suddenly pay a fee of 12$ per year or a once of amount of 35$  per unit,if we want the units to work.

My clients are schools and private bussineses, there was no mentioning or correspondence of any fees to be paid with me or my clients there was also no supplying of a new Eula with any soft ware downloaded from the site. How can a company just change there Eulas without informing there customers and users. The schools have a minimum of 100 units where wil the get the money.

I guess a lot of people sign up and want a refund because apparently in the fine letters of the agreement nobody reads is that they rebill you without warning AROUND your billing date. 

I see a lot of other people have this complaint, and I'm sure they're unforgiving because their culture is one of over-promising and under-delivering. Beware.

After Being a loyal Sprint customer for over 18 years, my work decided to buy us phones and plans through another carrier. My contract was up, so I didn't owe sprint anything at the time of cancellation. i simply ported our 2 phone numbers over to the other Carrier, and returned both phones as requested.

They offered to let me keep the "free phone" they gave us 2 years prior. But they wanted us to "buy out" the rest of the price for the "free phone". OR they wanted us to return it. Rather than pay for a phone we no longer needed, we returned it to Sprint.

A Month later, we received a bill from Sprint which was about the cost for a monthly bill ($168). I thought this was an error and contacted them about this issue, disputing the charges. The representative told me that one of the phones was damages beyond repair, and that this was a bill to pay for damaged phone. (Phone was not damaged, kept ina  lifeproof case it's entire life with a screen protector) Phone was also waterproof (Iphone7) . 

Called again today 9/10/19 and they claimed that not clearing my icloud could result in this kind of charge… this is because I am asking them to prove to me that my phone was damaged. They have not shown any proof of damage, as there was none. Also, since they want me to pay the $160 for my phone that was returned undamaged, I want it back. I am not paying for a phone for 2 years, then when I turn it in, I am required to pay it off, and not get to keep it. So they have stolen my phone and are now asking me to pay it off for them to sell it again refurbished. 

Sprint is beyond not helpful when it comes to customer service. Needless to say, I will steer clear of this company for as long as I live. You don't do this to people. Especially when we cleared the slate, paid all our bills, and returned the devices. This is just flat out Extortion, because we went with another carrier. And to be honest, I'm glad we did. I wouldn't want to give another penny to these crooks.

We purchased clones from these people, Steve (the father), and his sons (Brad), and wife Debby. In the beginning they seemed nice, but as soon as you asked questions about the conditions of their clones or inspected them they became defensive and sensitive. I have video and picture proof that their clones are infested with root aphids. Luckily I was able to catch it before it spread to our entire grow area. For those who are not as experienced as we are, that would have become a major issue.

After mentioning this issue to them face to face, and asking to inspect the clones prior to buying them, one of the sons had no issues in doing so. We asked for no refunds, no extra clones etc. we just want to ensure we're not getting infected plants. So the son goes home like a coward, tells his father (after spending nearly 1, 000 with these people on multiple transactions) tells his father we were accusing them of having root aphids so we can get discounts. Then the father Steve decided to blow my phone up as I'm on the road driving back, while on a conference call with a client, and decided to leave a few voicemails calling me an a*****e, d**k and says f**k you to me. Mind none of these cowards had this discussion with me face to face.

Horrible business practices, bad product. And delusional and racist people. The moron son of his had me labeled as D-Boy in his phone instead of using my name.
