A Path 4 Paws/Naomi Yaussy Lied to us about dog’s age, after dog bit my dog and tore up my house wanted to charge us more $$ to exchange for another dog. Las Vegas NV

We went to an A Path 4 Paws adoption event on 8/24/19 after seeing the dog Marky on their website. They said he was 2 years old and a stray. We had to bring our dog with us for meet and greet with Marky. We arrive about 9 am. It was chaotic in there with many people around, dogs in crates barking and since it is a store regular customers trying to shop.

When we finally saw the dog they had no private space set aside for the meet and greet. We did our best by trying to walk around the store with the two dogs. We decided to adopt Marky. We paid th $200 fee plus we had to buy the dog tag and a bag of dog food. A few days later we called up VCA animal hospital to check Marky and the vet said that he was not 2 years old but 4 years old or older.

We bought a crate and the following week we had to go to church. When we came back from church within 3 hours Marky had broken out of the crate, our garbage and food in cabinets was everywhere. He had urinated and defecated on the floor. Our resident dog was still in her crate. We realized that Marky had severe anxiety when left alone for any length of time.

We secured the crate with a lock and the following week left for a shopping trip. Since the crate was a few feet from our covered lounge chair, Marky had managed to move the crate close enough to pull the cover into his crate chew it up and the arm of my lounge chair. We are a couple of weeks in and our daughters love the dog our dog is getting along most of the time until a fight breaks out between the dog's over a bone.

Our dog come out with scratches down her face Marky nothing. A few days later another fight breaks out between the dogs but more intense and Marky bites our resident dog severe enough to bring her to the ER. We decided with heavy hearts to return Marky to the rescue because of the situation. Marky also does not like cats and we have 3 so we had to keep them in a separate room. 

When we talked to the owner Naomi Yaussy on the Monday 9/30/19 following our decision. She said she was not around and wanted us to keep Marky in a crate until Saturday. That definitely was not going to happen so we had to bring dogs out of separate rooms in intervals to go to bathroom and to eat. This was difficult and emotional for our daughters.

We called Naomi again and she told us to drop Marky off at the animal hospital on Wednesday. We did that and then asked about exchanging Marky for another dog in a couple of months as per contract. I was not saying anything about money because we knew the adoption fee was nonrefundable. She told us that since it was 10 days past the 30 days in contract of bringing back the dog that she would work with us.

We asked what that meant and she said since she had to pay out for Marky to be boarded and she complained about our phone calls/texts with no empathy for our family's stress, disappointment and expense. She then told us we would have to pay towards another fee for another dog. I was very upset by this since not only were out the adoption fee of $200.00, the $250 at ER and the costs of our chewed up furniture. 

Before dropping off Marky Naomi wanted us to take photos and write a description to rehome him. This is what I wrote and sent to her:

We brought Marky to the VCA vet. The vet looked at his teeth and fur and said that he is closer to 4 years old.
Marky is a loving dog. He likes to snuggle and follow his favorite person around the house. During his stay with us he was taught to give his paw and sit on command with treats. He is a good eater. We fed him twice a day, in the morning and in the evening including 1 or 2 treats during the day.

He does have separation anxiety and must be in a secure crate when left alone. We advise that he doesn't get left alone for more than a few hours. He loves his bones and will hide them around the house.

He enjoys walks and needs a good long walk at least once a day. When he was put him in the crate before we went out, we gave him a good walk before and a walk after returning home. He is very interested in people and is good with older children. He is good with other dogs except for when the other dog is overly dominant.

Now when you go to the A Path 4 Paws website Marky is the featured pet and the description under our photo is: Marky is about 2 yrs old, weighing about 60 lbs. He is mostly EARS! He came in as a stray, more will be known about me soon.

So they are deliberately leaving out information and lying about his age.

I also did some some research and Naomi Yaussy is affiliated with Adopt a Rescue Pet  which was investigated in 2016 for abuse to animals in their care.

Pick up was 20 minutes late and the tour guide did not apologize, he was just rude. Their pick up service was very disorganized, they had hard time finding everyone. It took a whole hour before we got out of Waikiki. Once out of Waikiki he started making jokes (not funny) and talked about his life and all about himself and not about the places.

I don’t think he knew much about Hawaii as a tour guide and he probably is not from Hawaii even. He seemed to be one of those “wanna be comedian” and he just kept talking the whole day and it was not good. He did not give any information about Dole Plantation or any other places. He didn’t seem to know much about any places he was taking us.

This is definitely not a tour guide with any training. This was just a driver. He finally brought us to Turtle Bay Resort as I saw the sign and he said this is the turtle beach and he gave us about 45 minutes for swimming and I did not see any turtles so I asked the tour guide and he said “Maybe today is not the day for them” and he tried to talk about something else.

I have found out that Turtle Bay Resort is the name of the hotel and it is not where the turtles are.  The actual turtle beach in north shore is called Laniakea Beach and they do not go there. I have asked an activity desk clerk at my hotel  and they told me this company gets a lot of customers for advertising "Swim with Turtles" but they are lying.

I tried to call the company next day and Corey was very rude and unprofessional. They lied on their advertising about swimming with the turtles and they are not sorry as they already have my money.

It looks nice on the outside but their joke of self extermination doesn't get rid of all of the roaches, bed bugs, scorpions, and ants. It's a never ending revolving door of insects. My apartment was overrun with bedbugs coming out of the walls from other tenants. Management did nothing about it. My lease said it would be pest free but it was a lie. 

The neighbors are loud and fight fought right outside of my window. Unattended children would run in front of vehicles and give the finger if I honked my horn. They also climbed up the outside of walls of my apartment to get to the balcony above, but they didn't live up there. Management did nothing about it. My lease said I would have quiet enjoyment but that was a lie. 

When I moved in, I asked for them to not allow maintenance people in my apartment without my permission, but several times they came in anyway and said they could do whatever they wanted. They came in when I was in the shower. I felt very unsafe. I have a video of them in my living room going through my stuff. When I told the manager, he did nothing about it. I notified the police and they said the maintenance people would have to steal for it to be a crime. Again I was to have quiet enjoyment and 24 hours notice. A lie. 

The pools have a serious wasp problem. Everyone who swims will get dive bombed by them and I was stung on my shoulder when I was floating in the pool. They do not clean the pool or remove pests. The hot tubs barely work and there is so much chlorine it burned my eyes. Amazing ammentities is a lie. 

Dog poop is another problem. Tenants let their dogs poop wherever they want and maintenance refuses to clean it up. I have addressed all of the above problems with the manager AJ and showed him the video of the maintenance people going through my belongings and he didn't do anything. Unclean grounds and no personal safety goes against lease terms. Again, they lied. 

Burglar alarm has basic passcode associated with apartment number so it's very easy to figure out. Everyone who works at the complex has access to it. If you request to have it changed, they won't help you with that, you are told to give them the new passcode. They did not provide me with a safe apartment. They lied about that in the lease. 

I made a few maintenance requests but they were all ignored. The fireplace did not work but had a tag placed on it by the gas company that had a warning not to use it. The smell of gas was so strong it scared me to go near it. Maintenance came out, took some photos of it and left. It was never fixed. My A/C went down. Took a month to fix it in over 100 degree heat! Garbage disposal cracked. They never fixed it. They will come in without permission and look around and never return. The entire lease agreement was a lie. 

Finally, when I moved out, I rented a steam cleaner to clean the carpet that is only in the bedroom. It didn't really need it but I did it to be niced. I barely used the apartment because I worked so much and was only there for a year. But I spent two days cleaning. Took photos to prove it. This place charged me several hundred dollars for cleaning and carpet cleaning. It's a scam. But they have already lost a lawsuit for the same thing and were ordered to pay millions of dollars to tenants in refunds. It's public record. So now I will look into opening another class action lawsuit against this property management company. I was ripped off with a bad lease and money to pay for cleaning that never happened.

Seemed like a nice guy. Wore a Hunting Beach T-Shirt, claimed to be a local. Found him on NEXT DOOR APP. Turns out he is an Event Cooridinator for the OC-Fair Grounds and actually lives in San Pedro, California. (Thief's Linked In Profile ) He claimed his company Coast Plumbing or Orange Coast Plumbing.

Nationwide Truck Repair Nationwide Truck Repair Center 2 months waiting for a part I didn’t need & they couldn’t find. Mine Hill New Jersey

I dropped off my 2000 Ford 650 dump truck for a repair June 15, 2019. This truck is essential to my landscaping business.  I had a tire change done at a different shop and was told that I was missing a lug, and Nationwide was right around the corner.

They told me my hub was bent and needed to be replaced and that I also needed new brakes.

Then they “found” a replacement hub – but it turned out to be the wrong one. They finally told me that they’ve given up trying to find the parts and I would have to pay the bill and tow the truck out of there.  They refused to reassemble it so I could drive it away.  I was able to drive it in.

My truck sat for two months while I had to pay other companies to deliver goods for me to keep working. Their bill was almost $2,500 for them to take it apart and not put it back together again. Plus, towing the truck was $400.

I was never told that it would become a long-term issue, but after many calls and two months they gave me back my truck unassembled and I had to pay to tow it out of there. They claimed the part that I needed could not be found.

I was dealing with Ron and Wesley at Nationwide. Ron told me he “did me a favor” by reducing his labor from $105 to $98 per hour, and by not charging me for parts he was able to return. (Was he going to charge me for parts he returned??)

I am frustrated and angry about so many things. Nationwide was completely dishonest about the hub and the brakes. It cost me thousands of dollars for delivery costs for the two months to keep working. There is no one you can hold accountable and no way to legally show their dishonesty because they put caveats on every piece of paper they give you. The caveats say that you are signing to not sue them. All I can do is try to spread the word and try to save others from making the same mistake.

After towing my truck to another yard that actually knew what to do, they had my truck repaired and running in 4 days. The hub did not need to be replaced and it was not bent. I am doing the brakes at another time as they have more life left in them.

Emanuele DiMare, Emansland.com and Barclay's Real Estate Group in Fort Myers Florida harassed and degraded our family with vulgar remarks and obscenities and refused to complete our transactions.

He is a mysoginist and a bully. He obtained private financial information from our family and intended to use it for his own benefit. He then cut off all ties with us in order to take a higher offer on a very expensive property.

He cannot be trusted and should not be working in the real estate industry in any fashion. Discrimination is illegal. Beware. 

Machi Information Technology Co., Ltd. I ordered a Freddy Kruger mask that was suppose to be silicone. they sent me the wrong mask and it is a plastic mask that probably cost no more than $1 I paid $54 for the mask. 

They will not even answer my emails so I can get a refund. They advertise the mask and its not even what they sell you. They have used other people videos to advertise the mask that is high quality but send you junk. The sent me a chaep mask that was woth $1 not whjat I paid for.

They advertised the mask on facebook but send you a very cheap version of what you ordered. 

Resort Exchange International (REI) Offered to find a renter for my unused time share weeks promising a sizable return on investment for my advetizing dollar.

REI called me claiming they were an affiliate of RCI and would be able to rent out my unused timeshare weeks. They said they needed $1499.00 for advertizing costs upfront and would send me a check for $7400.00 once the property was rented which was to be in 90 days. They sent a Docusign which looked very legit.

When I called back after 90 days having not recieved a check I spoke with Katelynn Lacosta. She said the payout was in 120 days not 90 days and sugested I call her account manager Frank, no last name, at the corporate office. That number only alowed me to leave a voice message no call back ever came.

I called back after 120 days spoke with Katelynn Lacosta again and she said that 3 of the companies her company contracts for went under and that I no longer have an accessable account becuase REI is no longer in buiness.

These liars and thieves contracted my company to service a couple restaurants of theirs in the midwest. After several months of service, they still had not paid their invoices. Less than $1000 they played dumb, transferred my numerous times and said they will be paying the bill.

We never recieved payment and now they dont even answer the phone when contaced. Judging by their google reviews this seems to be business as usual for these clowns. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU.
