When I contacted them to check on the progress of my account, they took frever to respond so I contacted them again & then they responded saying that i did not have any money invested so I asked them since it's not invested to refund my money that is showing in my account.

Then they said that my payment methods were declined but on their site it's showing money in my account. When I checked my bank account several time the money was indeed debted out of my account. I have also filed an a report with my attorney generals office as well.

Please do not deal with them as they are scammers who will steal your money. I should have known that it was a scam because it sounded to good to be true. I'm going to place adds everywhere to alert people  & warn them of this company.

On December 13, 2018 I brought my Range Rover Evoque (2013) in for an insurance estimate 9 weeks later and a bill for $11.000. (was under warranty) I received someone else's car. Steve Messina of Land Rover walked up with a car fax from3/9/2016.stating the car is mine.

This car was covered in salt and mud and none of the features I had they transferred my tow hitch on to a vehicle not equipped to tow.( I could of been killed)I'm handicapped and the seats wouldn't go back enough for my prostectic leg to get in.

Now my search for the truth lead to the purchase from Mercedes Benz.Scottsdale. Jon Musill They forged my name on a credit app. Tapp The day of purchase 2/22/2016  4/12/2016 was changed on etitle 4/21/2016, 4/26/16 5/09/2016.

If that was I that did that Id be in jail!!! These corporate (crooks) think that because they can alter all records including MVD that we have to go through every agency there is nist. fbi,attorney general level 1,2,3 vehicle inspections figure out why your same vin is for sale in california and if you get pulled over and yours is the one with the wrong vin they get to keep it so you go and buy a new vehicle they switch the vin #s to the first one anyway and you call the police to report it stolen they won't file a report because it's civil.

The next day Det Scott Curtis is altering an accident report for my motorcycle accident from 2016 and the fraud at mvd tells me he can't help me till I file a title fraud claim and get a level 3 inspection on 10/19/2019 when I did it in 2/5/2019.

Had to wait for an inspection till 2/22/2019 and I went and they told me it's under investigation?!!! And ag was helping and Mercedes returned with false information so I had to put the proof to them in next 30 days (5/20/2019) I did 6/7/2019 and have not got one response back or a return call, email complaint resent and nothing.

So where do citizens go when they are fiancially hurt by these crooks.and we can't even show them the proof. You can't even go to the police. You wonder what are these fraud control , Insurance Dept and attorney general here for and why we waste our tax money on (taken from us) so they can due dealer swap and banking fraud, title fraud to make there wallets a little bigger because they hold a gov. status.

Any body recognize the dates file with fraud mvd. Dept. Of insurance and attorney general. I guess we have to wait till a 100 people are effected to file a class action so the attorneys can take half of $115,000 when we had the proof the whole time!!

Michael Hawkins also known as BPM Construction Inc…..gave me a story that he needed a place to stay because his 500K home just closed unexpectedly. (I looked up after the fact…it was sold over a year ago). Allowed him to move in and get rent paid.

After 3 weeks of hounding him, finaly recevied half of first month rent (3 weeks late) After that never received a dime. He claims he is a big time contractor who does Panera Breads, Schools, etc….he can't even pay his rent. Drove by my home he had 3 brand new cars in driveway and had the audicity to brag about his cars while being several months past due.

He then threatened to put a mechanic lien on my property! His wife is in cohoots with him too, she never responds. He stole furniture, damaged my property, lied to the judge telling him he would pay after court, and never did. Stay far away from this scammer, talks a good game with no intention of paying you!

Have reported him to attorney general, professional licenaing boards, and my attorney. Looked him up and he actually holds a professional general contractor licnese with the ability to build our next hotel, school, restuarant.

Do any of you want him to build anything for us if he can't even be ethical or truthful? Not me! I wouldnt trust him to build my dogs a dog house. Every comment is a lie..from him….Beware!

Northern Leasing charges outragious equipment fees ($444/ month for $200 worth of equipment.

Use high pressure and lying closers to seal the deal.  Will say anything to get you to sign.

The closer that made the deal, did not have a contract on his person for me to sign. He said he would be back the next day, Some how he managed to get a fraudulant signature and cut and pasted it onto a northern leasing contract, without me ever seeing it or able to read it?  After many months I asked Northern leasing for a copy of their contract. 

They e-mailed me a copy of their signed contract, with what was suppose to be my signature: which was so obvious that it was cut and paste job. A truly fraudulent piece of work that was done in haste.

To date I have paid over $18.000 in aronious fees. And, had my bank refuse to accept any more monthly withdrawals of their ourageous fees.  On Oct 15, 2019 I received a summons to appear in NY Court to pay the outstanding $4,000 they say I have to pay to get out of the contract. I have 30 days to reply.

They treaten to have me pay all layer fees, court costs, travel costs, etc., if I do not settle!  I also added my name to the NY Attorney Generals claim against Northern Leasing.  Seems like no one can stop Northern Leasing from continuing to rip-off and scam people.

I ordered a diet plan from them for $1.99. It was garbage! Sometime later, they put a charge on the same card for $23.95 that I didn't order. When ordering the $1.99 diet plan from them, there was a note stating "No recurring fees".

Furthermore, I checked their website once I was aware of this charge, and their recurring monthly fee is $39.99, so that isn't what I was charged for. I tried emailing them from their site and I got back the message "Not a valid email!" Obviously, this is a scam! 

I contracted STI Movine & Storage to move an antique jukebox from Ohio to Pennsylvania on September 25, 2019. STI then contracted the job to Clemmer Moving.  I was promised delivery no later than October 10, 2019.

Clemmer had moved the jukebox from Ohio to their facility in Telford, Pa, which is about 80 miles from here. When I called to ask why it could not be delivered sooner, the woman I spoke with on the phone began yelling at me and threatened to call the police on me if I kept calling back.

This obviously surprised me, so I then filed a complaint with the BBB, to which complaint the representative of Clemmer replied with a big batch of lies  attacking my character  and integrity. I want something done so this company cannot continue this practice.

Brent and I worked for the same company, he was hired on to produce a 30-45 minute youtube series. One episode for every city the company visits to film the family and the stories of the items they bought. He set three deadlines for himself on when the videos would go live, each time the deadlines passed with no word on what was going on, he would just vanish.

Then after the deadline come up with some excuse on how he was editing editing editing.. The owner paid him upwards of 10,000$ for his work, and all expenses paid while traveling (three weeks at a time, each week a different city). Brent did nothing but make two 1-2 minute intro videos when he started feeling the pressure, and to keep us "happy". 

After almost two months with no epsiode he quits, then the next day uploaded a 45 minute video on his portfolio. It was about him, his travels and how he "met up" with the family to discover items. The man says he has a PHD in Cinematography but juding by that video that was a lie, it was horribly made to say the least.

We dodged a bullet there by not having his work shown. His website also states they have over 300 offices nationwide but not one person put any reviews on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed.com etc. When you do a street view of the offices its a garage.

Not only is he a liar and a scam, he also steals other peoples media and claims it as his own. On his portfolio he has pictures and videos from various small companies claiming it as his own produced work. Doing some reverse image searching brought up the websites and companies he stole from.

He did "make" us a nice website, I hit on make becuase he used a template from wordpress. His website states they make custom websites to tailor to our business. I can't roll my eyes hard enough at this guy.

I hired Bespoke to do the soft scrape in four planter areas of my yard (plants, drip lines and lights in one planter).  They set the schedule for the irrigation.  At the conclusion of the job prior to me giving them the final payment I was told to monitor the plants closely, if any plants were not doing well let them know so they could adjust the irrigation and/or replace the plant.

 Within days a plant started looking bad.  I made Bespoke aware (included a picture).  Their response was excuses as to why they could not follow through with promised service.  Within a week more plants started looking bad.  Bespoke stopped responding to text and emails.

 Bespoke has my payment of $5,500.00  and half the plants they put in the planter in my back yard look poor to very poor.
