Troxel Zack Melvin III, an account manager of non-existing "Troxel Melvin Finance Inc." Dallas TX approached me via sending me an email and later via What'sApp chat out of blue. It was at the beggining of August and he introduced himself as a private lender at Troxel Melvin Finance Inc. and told he could find me through "Dealstream.com" posting.
I disregarded his contacts for 3 months or so, but by late October he started to contact me via WhatsApp chats almost everyday proposing his low cost funding to my business at 4.0% a year. Recently, from Oct. 30, he proposed a loan for $50,000 as the first trial loan for our needs and the dicussion became serious.
On Nov. 4th (mon) a loan agreement was concluded with speficic terms and conditions with description that the total one time loan processing fee is $550, and lender and borrower had reached to an agreement that borrower shall pay $150 upfront and $400 only after the loan disbursement had completed.
By making sure about it, I signed in the agreement and sent $150 via bitcoins to his designated bitcoin address with an expectation that the loan shall be delivered on the very same day as of yesterday.
However, I have not received any communication from him immediately after the $150 sent and no actual loan for $50,000 had been credited to our bank account as agreed.
Morning of today, Nov. 5th (Tuesday) I sent a few messages to his SMS address inquiring the fate of the loan. For 2 hours time, there was no response at all. Later, I received a message from him by telling, "Sorry for the late response. We made a legal agreement but am sorry the $150 you sent could not complete the process. You will have the loan today if you can send $150 to complete the process."
The loan agreement closed had very specific description about payment of such one time processing fee as agreed, but this man unilaterally broke such contractual agreed term and started to solicit another upfront pay money. I stopped communicating with him at this instance.
Same as other illegitimate private lenders, he used gmail even by pretending as if he were a part of the Troxel Melvin Finance Inc. Also he sent a copy of driver's license before I had requested him to do so. He sent also a short video of his customer telling he was very grateful for Troxel's funding granted.
Even small amount of money stolen and indication of another money solicitation by breaching the term agreed in the loan agreement clerly shown such unfair and illegitimate feature of nasty scammer.
I stopped immediately at this moment to avoid any waste of time and precious money.

First it is all bogus, he is phishing for you bank account routing number and you account number on the gise of buying your company and then wiring you money. He gets your account info and then watch out. He creates false agreements of sale and nevers settles. Second he is NOT licensed to do investment bankong. On the buyers side he takes fee and doesnot deliver. He also mybe running a Ponzi scheme.
Sept 2007 we purchased a very expensive cosmetic laser system. It arrived incomplete. We were promised that the laser would be repaired and upgraded to the level that was paid for. More email's and phone calls than I can count promising to have service sent out and still as of May 2009 there has been no service. Don't trust this company to sell you a warrantied used laser.

On January 21, 2005 Sandra and Steven Cuculich filed suit against Scott Devous, Horan, Innovative Medical Group and Michale J. Moreno Medpro Inc in Hillsborough County (FL) Circuit Court. In their complaint, the Cuculichs claim they entered into a leasing agreement (as lessors) with Innovative Medical on June 24, 2004 (as leasees) to finance a Luminens Vasculight Laser. The lease was to be paid in monthly installments of $3, 382.03 over a fifty month period. Both Horan and Devous signed Guaranty of Lease agreements with the Cuculiches. The lease agreement also contained a provision in case of default of by Innovative Medical Group stating Medpro Michael J. Moreno agreed to purchase all of the Cuculiches right, title and interest in the lease agreement and to recover the equipment from Innovative. In December 2004, Innovative failed to make their payment and defaulted on the lease. The Cuculiches claimed damages in the amount of $151, 514.95, the remaining balance owed on the lease, as well as late fees, interest, attorneys fees, costs and any other relief found by the court. The complaint also sought a $76, 500 payment from Medpro Inc Michael J. Moreno as their obligation in the buy back agreement and for Medpro to recover their equipment. The case is listed as Disposed April 28, 2006, however, the actual disposition was not available from the online record.
In an apparent retaliation to the Cuculich suit in Hillsborough County Circuit Court, Devous and his Wyoming LLC, Innovative Medical Group, filed suit against Horan, Williams, Aesthetic Partners LLC and other John Doe businesses in the District Court of Utah (Case No. 2:05-cv-00208) on March 9, 2005. In his complaint, Devous alleges that he began working with Horan in late 2002 leasing against medical equipment purportedly owned by the defendants. To facilitate their business relationship and the transfer of funds, Devous formed a checking account for his company Innovative Medical Group LLC at Zions Bank in Salt Lake City, UT and authorized Horan to sign on the checking account for the specific purpose of facilitating payment of business expenses. Devous alleges that Horan subsequently started an unrelated, albeit similarly named Utah company (Innovative Medical Group) in March 2004 and abused her access to his Wyoming companys bank account to siphon funds to other non-business related ventures controlled by her and Williams. The complaint also seeks relief for a breach of contract claim that Horan and Williams failed to make payments on leases for medical equipment obtained using the Innovative Medical Group name and for fraud and misrepresentation alleging that Horan claimed she owned and possessed specific medical equipment available for lease as collateral for their business dealings that she later claimed to have no memory of ever owning and refused to turn over to Devous. A voluntary dismissal without prejudice motion was filed Innovative Medical Group on June 22, 2005 and the case officially dismissed the following day.
First, let me start by saying I was moved into a dirty place where the counter tops/tub was peeling. I lived there for almost six months with a horrible roach/bed bug infestation. They were constantly crawling up the walls in the bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen floor was lit erred with them always. Creekside never sprayed or did treatments as often as they were suppose to and the situation NEVER got better. In fact, I had to get the State Board to come out twice and take them to court before they would spray my place. Then they didn't even do treatments also on a regular basis like they were advised.
After months of being fed up with this situation and paying full price rent to only be able to inhabit my bedroom (the room with the least problems), never being able to cook in my place, getting bug bites all over me and not to mention the constant stress I was under whether I was home or not due to this.
I held back $200 from the last month of rent that I was there. They blocked me from paying in the office and online (before the next month was due) and then took me to court at the beginning on the next month and made me get out in three days.
They lied and told a judge I didn't owe anything else, they didn't want the 200 and that it would be settled if I moved out. On top of everything I went through they made me get out with little notice over 200. How is this acceptable behavior for an apartment complex? Especially after everything I went though with them.
At the very least I requested the case information so I can look up what they told the judge and no one seems to be able to assist with that in the office. Yet they sure did put it on my record for the remaining months. Now I could have sued them for what they did to me. I still have all the picture proof but instead wanted to come to some sort of agreement.
I can't get ahold of anyone in the office or management company. They will not return my calls and I need this taken care of it is affected me being able to move.
I purchased an Eco Smart 18 in 2016 and the reason I purchased this brand is because it came with a lifetime warranty. Here it is three years later and one heating element is burnt, the cylinder it sits in is leaking and I have no hot water.
I also have a smaller ECO in a duplex that has been replaced no less than three times. All were purchased from Home Depot and they were nice eneough to exchange the smaller versions fo me three times. However when I asked about the ECO 18 the person's in the plunbing section at two different Home Depot's said they no longer have ECO hot water heaters in the stores because of constant returns and problems.
I called ECO and their response was they are not going to warranty it because the warranty is "Inactive" whatever that means, the product was registered online in 2016 by me so there is no excuse. My advise to anyone looking for a hot water heater is to steer clear of all ECO products (made in China) and look elswhere. Just dont do it if you want piece of mind!
