I worked for Charles Lutman on a production and did all he asked to the best of my ability including going above and beyond what was agreed upon before hand and even offering to do more . Country Nightz Ranch is operated by Jessica Davidson in Yelm, Washington. This woman is a puppy mill with many different breeds of dogs including Labradors, Dalmatians, French Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniels, Poodles, and more. She is mass producing puppies and doing this for a living.

She makes you fill out a ridiculously long contract and demands you return the dog to her if you can't keep it so she can re sell the dog (and not refund you!). She gets multiple returned puppies throughout the year because she produces aggressive dogs and turns around and re sells them for the same purchase price, so she gets double or triple the money on many of the the exact same puppies.

Her puppies are raised in portable containers in her basement and they are all lined up with over 50 puppies down there at one time. This breeder is the epitome of a puppy mill and a breeder who breeds for profit. Animal control is at her house almost every single day from people calling in, yet nothing stops her.

She whines and complains about every little thing and then randomly tries to defend herself and start fights with others online. Her French bulldog had puppies which she bred through AI and then had a C section done and the puppies died and then she goes all over social media whining that she lost the litter and basically lost money. Do not support puppy Mills.

Represented the couch as "excellent" condition and settled on price of $900. When I got it home the sleeper portion of couch was full of rat urine and feces. Mr. Feldman has refused a refund. 

We hired him to sand and refinish our old floors. Work was supposed to start on October 12th. He cancelled on October 10th, saying that his mother had passed away. We were understanding and patient. He suggested that he will start on October 14th.

On that day we woke up to an email saying that his work van had been in an accident and he couldn't come. He promised to start on October 15th. We woke up to another email from him. To whom it may concern: I Kimberly R. Kelley would like to report a Roofing company by the Name of Quality Discount Roofing. This company came to my home, to Replace my roof in December of 2018, the damage to this roof occurred from a national disaster storm, Hurricane Irma., Prior to applying the roof, this company understood, that I the Homeowner was in litigation with my Homeowner’s insurance, to cover other expenses that my insurance was not trying to cover stimulating from this storm.

1. Quality Discount Roofing did not have me fill out any paperwork to get an approval from my insurance company, prior to applying the roof. 2. This Company (QDS) offered No Credit Application prior to applying the roof, they just came out the next day and the roof was applied.

I could not talk to my insurance company directly due to the proceedings, I had to go through my Attorney handling this case for the payment. I also gave Quality Discount Roofing, the contact information, for the Attorney handling this case.

Half way through the proceedings Quality Discount Roofing (QDR) knowing I was using my homeowner’s insurance for payment, started demanding a Cash pay off of $19, 158.00 One month after the replacement of the roof this company, with out my knowledge applied a lean on my property. There is no Time limit for and Insurance claim payoff and this company knows this.

QDR 3 months after the lean was placed on my home, a total of 4 months after the roof was applied and right before the litigation finalized, this company QDR had me served with a summons in front of my home for.

1. Action to Foreclose Construction lean This company tried to bar my family from our home, Foreclose on my property worth $380.000 thousand dollars, for a $19,500.00-dollar roof.
