myshopify hidsfjsd Ordered Item Not Shipped & No response

I ordered an item (2019 Kitchen Rotate The Vegetable Cutter, Oder #1003) from their online advertisement through SNS (facebook, Instagram) on January 10th. 

I only received an order confirmation email, but I have not received any updates from them. I emailed them 2-3 times since then, but no responses have received. 

I clicked "View your order" from the confirmation email, but it shows, "This shop is unavailable." I may be deceived or scammed. Please help.

Flagship One After installing the ECM they sent me my mechanics found that it was programed for a 8 cylinder gasoline engine but not for the diesel engine in my truck. Now they will not return my money because it has been over 30 days. They were the issue not the time or the mechanics involved. New York New York

After my diesel pickup truck shut down on me about 2 years ago. My truck was taken to 3 different shops but none of them gave the correct diagnosis and the truck was not able to be started. The 3rd shop said the ECM was not working and needed to be replaced.

After that shop went out of business my truck was towed back home.  I ordered and received the ECM Flagship One sent. It was put in the truck with no results. The truck was taken to the 4th shop.  The 4th shop ran codes with 2 different scanners and both showed no 'spark'. Both scanners also showed ECM was programmed for an 8 cylinder gas engine (mine is a diesel).     The 4th shop had the proper equipment to accurately diagnose the vehicles issue.

The old ECM was re-installed and worked.

I have tried for weeks now to return the Flagship One ECM but have been unable to get the online return paperwork done because it will not allow the papperwork to be completed until I sign it. There is an "agreement" that says after 30 days your money will not be returned, I won't sign that. They told me today on the phone that they will not retun the money. Flagship One was just like 2 of the first 3 mechanic shops and they tried to stick it to me.

My neighbor contracted Loh Ind. to replace his roof.  I knew something was wrong when they showed up in a pickup truck that barely ran. It took them a month to complete the job. It was rediculous! And with these guys safty doen't come first.  It was scary.

This Company took all the money I deposited with them and they are not responding to my calls and emails. Strated trading with them a year ago and made enough profits. I made withdrawal request and they promised to send the money which they never did.

I called them again and they told me to deposit more money which i refused. They closed my account and stopped responding to my calls. More than 3 months now and i have not gotten anything positive from them. Please what am i supposed to do when i have over $43000 in BTC with them.

Mr. Lazarus is a typical ambulance chaser, who has breached his fiduciary obligations more than once in my views, he has represented debtors in cases while also various plaintiffs that were conflicted as they had vested interested undisclosed in the proceeding.

Mr. Lazarus has no issue lying to judges or courts and has a poor understsanding of the law, he has made himself many ennemies and this may be detrimental to your case. He is a bottom feeder and will do anything for a buck.

Visual Vintage Would not provide a refund Inglewood California

My daughter purchased a pair of sweatpants for her sister for Christmas.  When they arrived, they were way too small.  In accordance with the companies return policy we contacted them within 30 days of receiving the item.  The item was unworn/unused and its exact condition that it was received in. 

Our item was purchased, and it was not on sale at time of purchase.  We have proof of purchase.  We contacted their support team as requested.  We wanted to and are willing to ship the item back.  Their return policy does not state anything about where the returns will need to be shipped back to. 

After we contacted them to initiate the return and only after we contacted them we were told "We also do not encourage returning the items, due to high risk of the items being lost in transit during the international shipping since returns have to be to the originating country.  To make it easier, you may keep the item/s you have received, and we'll process an immediate refund of 30% of the item costs."

Keeping the item does not do our family any good since no one in our family can wear the item that is too small.

Also, on their website is OUR PROMISE “We stand behind everything we sell.  If for whatever reason you decide you are not satisfied, you can quickly contact our helpful support team to get an easy refund.  We just ask that you give the product a one-week (if still not satisfied) we'll refund you, no questions asked." 

This EXACT statement appears on the Visual Vintage website and is a misrepresentation of fact considering ALL of the Refund Policy requirements have been met, yet Visual Vintage continues to refuse to authorize the refund.  In fact, prior emails from Visual Vintage "discouraging" return due to shipping concerns and offering a partial 30% refund is manipulative and is in no way supported by any known policies published by Visual Vintage.

Then after reaching out to them again we were told that they no longer sell the item and that their system would not even allow them to give us the 30% refund.  It is not the consumers problem if their system will not process a refund.  That is their issue to fix.  They have now changed their story saying the item was on sale and that we are only in entitled to a store credit of $25.00. 

We have the order summary provided by the company at the time of purchase and it does not reflect at all that the item was on sale.  I do not believe it was and asked for proof which they have not supplied.  A store credit also does not help us in any way since we plan to never do business with this company again. 

ATT WIRELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE Aus Billing.

On 01/26/2020 I place an order on with ATT sales support team DVMR. I spoke with a sales rep Austin. Here is a brief summary of the order. When I place the order it was advised I would have to add on the insurance later because the order was already placed.

He could not add it on at the moment. 180.00 for all 4 lines with automatic bill pay it will be 140.00 per month. Trade-in iPhones 8s to 11  for free. Buy 2   iPhone XR per line 5.00 Group insurance for all for lines for 15.00   I pay for the two iPhone XR over the phone with understanding that I am going to get this plan.

I call back on Monday and spoke with AMY @DMVR which is the salles support of Att and she advised me Monday night that the plan is correct To call back once I activate the lines I could add on the insurance.   The XR phones came on Wednesday  01/27/2020 and we took the phones into the corporate store to get ported from T-mobile to ATT.

However, the way Austin sign me up with a new phone line instead of port over the numbers from T-mobile so Julian the sales rep had to add on two phone lines in order to trade in the 8's for the 11. Julian advise on that the insurance is 40.00 and not 15.00 dollars. I call in DVMR customer service on Friday 01/30/2020 and they said that the information given from Austin was incorrect the promotion is XR for 10.00 a line and insurance is 40.00 and I would have to pay 23.32 per month for the next three months on those phones then once the trade-in is complete then I would get a credit back for the additional charges of 23.32.   

So on 02/01/2020, I have been at the store three times to try to see of getting this fix. Julian attempted to give the current promotion which is the iPhone Xs for free when you port over your lines over from a competitor however his system would not allow it because the two phone lines from my lines where not ported over it were new lines.  Because of that, I would not be able to switch it.

So I have been going back and forth all day with ATT multiple divisions which are DVMR 18666624548, Secondary Sales Dept 18008661514, and the loyalty department 18779991083. Alfonzo which is a supervisor for the secondary sales team came on the phone after waiting on him for thirty minutes came on the phone started talking was not willing to listen.

Alfonzo started insulting me saying I was incompetent and worthless. Then he disconnected the line. I call back and spoke with customer service and they advise they have notated on the account.   Customer service advise that there is a way to correct my problem. They stated it is located in ARTICLE BRE EXCHANGE section Buyer Remorse Exchange.

 To advise the secondary sales department and they will be able to process it. However they said the same thing as stated on the previous paragraph. I don't understand that I am trying everything I can to stay with them and they are wanting to leave because they are misleading the consumer. Insulting the consumer, calling the consumer a liar,& wasting the consumer time.     –

Real Estate Express Online Real Estate School Less-than-worthless Real Estate School NA all states (online)

A person could not deliberately be a worse teacher than Real Estate Express (real estate school).   The problem is that I'm not allowed to take the real-estate exam until I first take an accredited course, but this course is designed to make you fail. 

The questions are vague, and there's usually more than 1 right answer, so you just have to guess which answer the test-maker prefers.  In every way, this course defines "teacher incompetance."  Now, after finishing this course, you'll still have to study to pass the state exam, as this course is only wasting your time and actually preventing you from a more effective type of study. 

Seriously, I don't have words low enough do describe my contempt for the brain behind Real Estate Express (real-estate school)!

Junior Anderson, promised to purchase a certain real estate property for me, after walking the property and giving me a demo we agreed on closing date with attorneys and title company. Then later and suddently claiming the deal would be lost demanded money in cash in short notice to get away without paying it back. I found out he "sold" the same property to 3 other individuals. 

The scam is he will drive you in a nice car, buy you dinner(at a restaurant he claims to be his)  make you think he is a big shot and later ask for cash with short notice. The truth is he doesn't even have money to put gas on the car. 

Current investigation trough a certain government agency has revealed multiple forged signatures on quit claim deeds as well as forged notary seals from his now partner Emilia Crespo.  

He currently does business trough his Real estate company RCI Realty, And Ruxburry llc. His son Nathaniel Anderson a real estate agent,  is an accomplice in selling properties which have been purchased with money from scams like the one above. The properties are hidden under trusts created under his previous wifes (both of whom he bankrupted) 

He is unable to do business under his own name due to many many law suits and issues with the IRS due to large amounts of money owed. 

The gentleman is such a scoundrel that he also managed to missuse the retirement funds of his own mom and dad which caused them to lose their home. 

Please do a name search for ANDERSON JUNIOR on the cook county court site see all the law suits then decide for yourself if you wish to to budiness

Hope somoene reads this before losing their hard earned cash like I did. 

Banner Health Center incorrect bill ambetter…ambetter do not pay…banner go after me for full charge queen creek Arizona

Nov 6, 2018 i went to a doctor for a normal office visit.  After visit they charge Ambetter but they did not paid because its not a correct code.  i called banner to correct …they tried and still got denied.  After a while seeing the statement i file a grievance with Ambetter and they send me a letter stating its not my responsibility while Banner

put me in collection for a full payment.  i showed letter to Banner…they still not satisfied and close my collection but start another payment account demanding payment.  I sick of seeing the bills.  I have insurance why are they after me even when i have statement from Ambetter they should not be after me.
