I met Jeff Taraday at the buletproof confrence at a trade show. I believed what he stated that the H2 water would help with my illness. 

He stated it would be a paid case study and no money would be spent on my part.  That was all a big scam, ripoff company with a license to hurt alot of people.

I was scammed, and have a broken machine in less than 7 months but left owing close to $13,000 dollars.

Hear Tec Labs Hear tec Labs refuse to refund my money

I purchased a set of Hear Tec hearing aids from the company, with the knowledge of a 100% money back Gaureent  if I was not 100% Staisfied.The product did not work for me , But when I tried to return the hearing Aids they are telling me that they will NOT refund my money.                                                                             

The reason given is ( They have the right to refuse reimbursement if  the Hearing Aids does not meet my needs or for Fitting issues ).   I have sent several E-Mails to the company and each time I get the same answer in return That is  they will not refund my money.   

I called and talked to a representative of the company 2/7/2020 and she put me on hold  for several minutes then returned and  told me the exact same thing   That they are Not going to retun the Purchase price of the hearing Aids  But they did offer me a replacement More Updated version of the Hearing Aid   if I wanted to pay them an additional 100.00 dollars.

 

 

Trusii Wellness Services LLC Case Study Scam – Case Study payments not received despite paying $9,970 for the machine. H2 Water Machine Does Not Perform as Claimed. Molecular Hydrogen Water Machine Fraud – Jeff Taraday & Chris Kennedy, Davie Florida

I am one of over 500 "Case Study" participants who has been scammed by Trusii. In exchange for participation in the falsely represented Case Study, Trusii promises to provide monthly compensation as stated in a case study acceptance email. Trusii makes at most a few payments to the participants in the beginning and then stops making further payments despite the participants complying with the case study requirements originally agreed to.

Many participants entered into financing agreements with third parties and are now stuck with up to $10,000 in debt.

I purchased the $9,970.00 H2EliteX System in May 2019 in order to begin the Case Study. I did not receive the machine until August 2019. I completed (and documented completion of) my initial case study responsibilites after receiving the machine. One of the monthly requirements is to complete a questionnaire that is sent via email. I never received any monthly questionnaire to complete and inquired 2 times about it with no response from Trusii. I have only received one (out of 36) payments to date even though I purchased the machine 6 months ago. 

Aside from the fake "Case Study" and not receiving payments as promised, I am extremely disappointed with the machine in general. It is of low quality and does not perform as advertised. At the time of purchase of the machine, the website had advertised a hydrogen concentration level of 5-9 ppm for the H2EliteX System that I purchased. Trusii has continuously changed their claims on their website. In July, the website claimed the range to be 4-9 ppm. In October, the website claimed 4-5.5 ppm for the same machine. Even with these constantly changing claims that keep reducing the concentration level, I have tested the hydrogen concentration of the water from my machine using H2Blue Hydrogen Water Test Reagent, and the test showed a level of only 3.5 ppm. This was on the highest concentration setting on the machine, following the directions of the test.

My machine has been in use for only 3 months and is not working as claimed. Additionally, the front panel is showing bubbling under the plastic where the buttons are. Although the bubbling is minor compared to the other functionality issues, I don’t believe it should be happening this soon on a machine that costs nearly $10,000. 

The Trusii H2 Case Study has been revealed as a scam and Ponzi scheme. There are hundreds of people that have been hurt by this scam. Many of them are suffering from serious illnesses and were led to believe that participating in the Case Study may help alleviate their situation. Trusii is also being sued by the third-party lenders and under investigation by several other agencies. Participants have reported that broken or malfunctioning machines do not receive proper service or replacement. There are many claims of mold being found in the machines and people developing health symptoms as a result of this.

When inquiring about the payments, participants are told that they have been removed from the Case Study for not completing the requirements when clearly they have proof of meeting the agreed requirements. Just like the website claims of the machine’s performance keep changing, the requirements for the Case Study also have been changing without notice. Trusii is also often non-responsive to complaints.

Trusii claims that the machine cannot be returned, or for those who have been able to return the machine, they have never received their money back.

Steer clear of this company and co-owners Jeff Taraday and Chris Kennedy! I wish I never got involved with this dishonest company.

Dollar Driver Club Lie about inventory release dates to prevent cancelation Austin TX

This is a subscription service that charges $30 a month for golf clubs.  Their model is always having the newest driver.  I have been in contact with them since November about canceling my subscription, because I do not like the item that I am currently renting, and they have no inventory to trade it in for.

They have clear company lines to give for this situation.  Every day for months I have heard "why would you want to cancel with all of the new drivers being released from all of the major oems" and "why would you want to cancel when we are so excited about 2020." Each time I have said that the drivers are already released and not available for trade, that I am paying for an item that I don't use, that they have no cancelation instructions on their website any more, and that I do not wish to continue my subscription.

Dollar Driver Club does not have any limitations as to when you can cancel your membership, however they have not provided me with instructions on how to cancel, and have charged my card within hours of me asking them 3 months in a row now.

It has been 4 months since the firs time they told me that they would have inventory to trade for.  As of right now, they do not have one option on their website.

Random Acts of Insanity Local improv troupe sexually harasses women, bans members who speak out. Daytona Beach FL

Random Acts of Insanity is an improv troupe in the Daytona Beach area led by a man named Andrew Ramos. The troupe's demographic consists of overweight men in their late 30's who believe they're Hollywood A-Listers. RAI used to be a local favorite in Daytona up until things started getting nasty a few years ago. 

Why you ask? In order to join the troup, Andrew makes any aspiring comedians sign a form that basically says that he can ban you on sight for no reason whatsoever, and has been doing so since roughly 2016. This means that the troubled troupe is always swapping members, only 2 or 3 of them have remained constant over the last few years.

Several females report having been sexually harassed by the males of the troupe, or pressured to have sex in order to join. If the members were not attracted to you: you weren't getting into RAI as a woman, period. Ramos is already the subject of an online controversy thanks to his ex-girlfriend, but unfortunately he just can't keep out of it. 

Random Acts of Insanity was exposed publicly in 2017 for mocking and sexualizing female comics who have been raped behind their backs. A woman outside of the troupe was the actual whistleblower, but instead of a public apology, Random Acts of Insanity responded by blaming and banning the woman who had told the whistleblower in the first place: A young, pretty autistic girl who had performed there alongside them briefly. 

Over the next two years several members of the troupe had sent harassing messages from anonymous phone numbers, falsely accused her of crimes, and had improv shows performed on stage mocking her for her autism. This girl ended up attempting suicide in late 2018 as a result of their harassment. You heard me: Random Acts of Insanity caused an autistic girl to attempt suicide because they were exposed for sexual harassment.

As for the shows themselves? Painfully unfunny. Literally every joke is a reference to a Hollywood movie. None of these men know how to tell a joke, just spew the latest mainstream movie references and political views as the TV dictates them to. Their entire personalities revolve around who has watched the most Star Wars, Avengers, generic Marvel-DC cape-sh*t. And they REALLY think that will make them famous one day? Jesus f*ck, I give Random Acts of Insanity a 0-star review as a performance act and as human beings.

Tax Lien Buyers is a seminar company which is used to promote that various companies and programs associated with Josh Carr. Josh Carr stated the following about Tax Lien Buyers Club, "we have licensed our products to other companies who have gone out and promoted the company under different brands." These seminars are focused on providing interested parties with valuable information that can benefit their growing businesses.

Leads for Tax Lien Buyers are primarily obtained through advertising and the exposure from being integrated with several different companies. Mr. Carr expressed that interested attendees for this event can register online and then obtain information for all of Mr. Carr's products, "then when they attend some of those people who attend that event will end up purchasing the product. And then their next experience comes 3 weeks later when they spend 3 days with us doing the in-person training. From there they will engage with us in multiple ways. Some will go on to advanced courses some will just interact with customer service after logging in. What they are consuming is a bunch of tools to invest in real estate."

Mr. Carr was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He expressed that his companies are sensitive to buyer's remorse or misaligned expectations. The client wasn’t taken care of or they did not receive their refund and they weren’t treated well and they lump us in. They say I bought this from Success Formula and Success Formula ripped me off. Most of them we cannot do anything as we did not take the money and they call into us and they want Success Formula to give them a refund. Those are what is difficult about those complaints. They like our product and are happy with the service but they wish they had gotten a refund or treated differently by someone else. I believe there is one on Tax Buyers I think all of the ones for Tax Buyers they just mentioned us and complained about another company. The only claim that is on REI that is an actual REI complaint and is not looped in with another company. With that complaint, they were given a full refund and the problem was resolved but they never updated the claim on Ripoff Report. That customer was taken care of and we reached a resolution they were happy with."  After attending a seminar hosted by Success Path and presented by Mr. Simpson, we paid with our cc to receive services , become a member and get all the support we wanted for buying tax liens from an expert on staff at The Tax Lien Buyers Club. After paying 1597.00 both my husband and I were to read the printed info. & watch the online info. as well as the audio info. they provided to us on an MP3 player. Then we were to just call when we were ready to get our specialist to send us an emailed copy of current tax liens available in the counties and states we were interested in. The specialist would then guide us through the process and provide expert advice on how to make

smart picks. We did go through the info. and when calling and speaking to Beverly, she took down all the info ( how much did we want to stand, what states etc). She said that our specialist Carter Wade, would be sending me a list via email. After waiting and not receiving I then called back. Only to get the same questions from Beverly again and her line above it how she didn't understand why Mr. Wade hadn't gotten back to me. She would check with him. After no info another week, I called again and again and again. Finally, there was a voice mail left on my husbands work cell # ( of which we specifically asked the day we signed up, that they call only my cell number due to his busy work

schedule, but they insisted on having both #'s). My husband forwarded it to me and I called the very next day and other days only to get Mr. Wade's VM. I did get a call from Success Path also ask No how we enjoyed the seminar and I expressed our frustration and all they could say was how sorry th y were to hear it and would note it. This past week, I have called and gotten no where. Again! So, we were deciding on where to go with this when I suddenly got an email from a Richard Silivia at the Buyers Club. I called and actually got this person and explained our frustration and again what we wanted to pursue etc. he put me on hold got back on and to,d me Mr. Wade was on a call but

would call me back shortly. I said fine. After his ups, I called back only to get Richard again telling me that Mr. Wade's call ran late and he said he would get back to me by end of the day. I then got an email from Mr. Wade saying he was out of town and not back until Tuesday of the following week and would call then. I replied that Tuesday was unacceptable based on the repeated promises of calls that never happen and how interesting it was that I was told by Richard that he was in the office down the hall on a call. He replied that he has no one in his office by that name. So, I copied and pasted the email I go from this Richard which had his extension etc. on it with the

Tax Lien Buyers Club logo on it. I also said we would be emailing the Mr. Simpson who presented the seminar and gave us his number and email prior to leaving the seminar. He then replied that he has no idea who the Mr. Simpson is either and he said there really wasn't much of a possibility at this point of getting any liens in Florida due to the hurricane. I explained that we had b n calling for weeks prior to the hurricane and if he had serviced us when we should have been, then the liens would have been purchased in plenty of time. I explained per their own training material, " we as the Buyers are to do ur own due diligence on properties we would want to buy liens on and that

was why we wanted to do so in Florida where we live and could easily check them out. I told him we would pursue things on end to get resolved and that a full refund is the only thing at this point that would resolve things on their end.I have not received any further communications at this point from anyone, so we will pursue further actions.

REI Holdings works in tandem with Josh Carr's other companies to purchase tax liens on properties. Josh Carr stated the following about his company REI Holdings, "most of these clients are coming to learn about a very specific real estate investment strategies which are investing in tax liens. It can be very hard to find tax liens and buy them from…the government sells the tax liens but they are very popular. So for our clients to buy the tax liens it can be very difficult to acquire tax liens. They get the training to do it and then they have all been sold. So what REI does is they buy large portfolios of tax liens from big sellers. REI will negotiate with Hedge Funds and banks for the tax liens which they will split up and sell to individual investors. So when someone is buying from REI they are buying a physical tax lien on a property. It is like buying a bond or something."

Leads for REI Holdings are primarily obtained through referrals. Mr. Carr proceeded to explain the sales and services process, "there are no online sales they have to speak to a sales representative. So we call those portfolio advisers. So they would get on the phone with the portfolio adviser and the adviser would send them lists of what tax liens are available based on their budget and their requirements and then the client would select which of those tax liens they would like to purchase. After they purchase this we work to transfer it to their name. It is almost like closing a title on a car."

We have customer service departments that can help them." He additionally stated, "if they are not satisfied with any of the customer service we have them fill out a resolutions form and attorneys will dig in and see what is going on. Because it is a transaction in real estate and they are actually taking physical ownership of an asset it is a little bit different than just giving a refund if they are not satisfied. They would have to transfer the asset back to REI if we are going to give them a refund or we can help them sell the asset or other things like that. It is a little bit rare but we do have people that have some situations come and they need to get out of a position or do something like that. In some instance, we will buy the product back and sell it or we give them extra support or we help them sell it. We will refer them to the correct person and get all the pieces in place."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Carr stated the following, "so the hard thing about REI and Tax Liens which both have complaints is that most of the complaints have nothing to do with us it is the company that licensed that brand from us has a complaint. The client wasn’t taken care of or they did not receive their refund and they weren’t treated well and they lump us in. They say I bought this from Success Formula and Success Formula ripped me off. Most of them we cannot do anything as we did not take the money and they call into us and they want Success Formula to give them a refund. Those are what is difficult about those complaints. They like our product and are happy with the service but they wish they had gotten a refund or treated differently by someone else. I believe there is one on Tax Buyers I think all of the ones for Tax Buyers they just mentioned us and complained about another company. The only claim that is on REI that is an actual REI complaint and is not looped in with another company. With that complaint, they were given a full refund and the problem was resolved but they never updated the claim on Ripoff Report. That customer was taken care of and we reached a resolution they were happy with." Additionally, it should be noted that REI Holdings is registered with the BBB, National Tax Lien, and are applying for ERSP accreditation.

Mr. Carr stated the following, "We are always changing and improving. We just hired someone to do Quality Control for the phone calls. They are doing monitoring and training. There are always processes improvements that can make sure clients are taken care of. We are always updating/Improving our training material and website. Sometimes you get a bad egg and we have to terminate an employee for bad customer service. We have a lot of controls in place where we watch and monitor for things like that already and I think that's why we don't have many complaints. We added more customer service agents and the quality control to ensure the people on the phone really know what they are talking about and we have done everything we can to make sure the website is up to date so they feel valued and not a bait and switch."

I was attending a rules of renovation seminar in Greensboro NC, this morning when about an hour into the lecture I was asked to step out by the host. Upon exiting the conference room, the 1st question I was asked was, "Mrs Blocker, where is your husband today?". When I asked why, the response was, "I would like to know where your husband is and why he is not in attendance today." First of all, I'm sure that standard business conduct is universal. I do not know this man; this is my 1st interaction with him. I find this question highly inappropriate. I told him it was not his concern and asked for the reason for his questions. He then asked, "why is your energy negative?". My answer was clear; I drove 2 hours with my family, ( my husband and 2 small children), who are also at the hotel, to attend this event, (which I had discussed with the woman who checked me in 1 hour prior), only to be pulled out of the lecture and questioned about my personal business. He then asked 2 more times why my energy was negative, to which my response was the same l. At this point I became very agitated. He continued to ask me personal quesrions and became very derogatory. When the conversation became an argument, I asked for a refund. At that point we walked together to the hotel front desk. He then attempted to have me removed from the property but was denied. He also called the police and was told the call was frivolous and unnecessary. Not only was your representative disrespectful, condescending and derogatory, but he also attempted to intimidate and humiliate me in public. In addition to the unnecessary ordeal, I was also denied a refund of the $2000.00 attendance fee that I paid to attend this lecture. This horrendous embarrassment could have been avoided had your representative exercised the slightest bit of tact, rapport, or common decency. I certainly hope you do not condone this type of behavior from your representatives.

Homan Garage Doors More than double overcharged for the job than local competitors Hammonton NJ

Installation went great, but ….

On January 15, 2020, Ken from Homan Garage Door charged my elderly mother, who had used him for years and trusted him implicitly, $900 to install a garage door opener. Three other contractors (unfortunately after the fact) quoted us no more than $450. Be sure to get estimates before hiring him.  And do not let this man trick you into writing him a personal check, make sure you write it to the company.

He cashed her check seemingly the moment he left her house. We could not put a hold on the check which we could have done had she written the check to Homan Garage Door. I spoke with him on January 16th, 2020 and he apologized for making this huge mistake on the bill, and said he was bringing her the $300 back.

Since that time, my mother or I have spoken with him on several occasions, and also left voice mail messages. He even gave us dates and approximate times he would drop the over payment off. Then he was busy with a job in down the shore. Then he was waiting for a payment from the job down the shore. Then he was in Myrtle Beach on a job and forgot about the over payment he promised to return in January.

Then he promised to deliver on the Friday of that week, in the morning some time. On January 31st, I requested he just mail her the check. He said OK. Followed up with him on February 6th as to whether or not he mailed the check and we've had no reply. And now his phones are temporarily disconnected.
