Such a scam! If you bought and placed your deposit while on your vacation- DO NOT MOVE FORWARD! It's worth losing your deposit to go to any other company. My husband and I caught a sailfish down in Mexico on our Honeymoon. After we caught the fish on the boat, we were told it would cost us $753 to be taxidermy.

A week after that, we received an invoice for an additional $1,079.72. Sure enough, the mount price and crate price were not disclosed verbally- but were listed in the fine print in small lettering and surprise!…you're $753 fish turned into a $1,079.72 fish. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!!!! On top of that- we got an invoice weeks after that one for an additional $504.70 to cover shipping ($404.70) and a random line that said "SALES ($100)".

So now we're at a fish purchase that we thought was going to be around $753 that turned into a fish that is a total of $2,337.42 because we keep getting random invoices with more and more charges. We ended up paying the balance of $1,584.42 (outside of the original $753 paid on the boat). Come to find out 3 months later, just before the fish was delivered- my card was charged ANOTHER $173.40 that WAS NOT AUTHORIZED!

I've called multiple times and have been laughed at and given the run around. Again, if you bought your fish on your vacation- try to cancel the deposit you made with your credit card company or just fork over in losing it. Our $753 fish ended up costing us $2,510.82. I filed a claim with my bank because enough is enough, and now I will be sure that every review avenue knows exactly what they're all about.

Lexmark sold me CX 725 DE.  Purchase price $2750.00 w/ tax.

We print about 50k Pages a year max.  The printer broke in month 4.  Called support (columbian call center), they came out to fix it, it took 2 days of down time for the entire company (cost $).

2 months later, technicians are coming out again, different issue (wont print at all, front panel is not even displaying anything).  

2 months later ANOTHER ISSUE, this time they come out and the tech tells me "you should keep reporting this printer it is a lemon, i am a subcontactor of lexmark and i see this issue on these printers now, they are cheap chinese garbage, made with no sense of responsibility".  So i did report it again, the tech FORGOT TO PUT THE BACK PANEL BACK ON THE PRINTER… leaving tons of screws and a panel open (exposed circuits).

The printer does ok for 3 more months… at this point its over the 1 year mark.  Now, it is busted again!  LOL.  I PAY 2700 bucks for a printer that breaks every 3 months…. unbelievable.  THE INK COST IS 1K PER INK REFILL, I REFILLED IT 3-4 TIMES, PAYING ROUGHLY 4K FOR IT ALL.

DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING LEXMARK.  MY HP 150.00 PRINTER HAS PRINTED OVER 100K PAGES, ITS 5 YEARS OLD… STILL RUNS, 0 PROBLEMS EVER!  INK WAY CHEAPER TOO.

THIS PRINTER IS PURE TRASH.  THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE, I COULD OF BOUGHT 5 PRINTERS FOR THIS PRICE AND HAD PRINTERS FOR DECADES!  YET LEXMARK THINKS ITS OK TO BUILD THESE DUMPSTER MACHINES CHEAPLY MADE AND BREAK EASILY.  

I CALL LEXMARK THEY JUST FALLBACK ON "OH ITS OVER 1 YEAR WE DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING" I WILL BE SUING THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, LETS SEE WHAT A JUDGE SAYS ABOUT THIS PRINTER THAT BREAKS.  I'LL ALSO BE MAKING SURE TO BLOG ALL OVER THE INTERNET SO NO ONE HAS THE SAME NIGHTMARE OCCURANCE AS ME.  THIS WAS THE MOST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT ON A PRINTER, MY REASONING WAS "IT COSTS A LOT SO IT MUST LAST" NOPE WRONG.  BAD MOVE BY ME, BUT THIS COMPANY IS PREDATORY.

I'LL POST THE CASE NUMBER WHEN I SUE THEM WHICH WILL BE SOON, UNLESS AMAZON REFUNDS ME FOR THIS LEMON TRASH PRINTER.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEXMARK, ITS AN EXPENSIVE LESSON AND THEY ARE MAKING SO MUCH $ AND YET, STILL CANT GIVE A GOOD PRINTER.  ITS DESIGNED TO BREAK!

Use caution when purchasing from here their sales dept. and CNAC are helpful and really do help you regain credit, However this is the second car I purchased there the first really had no problems just wear and tear. But the one I purchased last year was terrible they claim the cars go through a complete inspection well obviously they don't.

There service dept. is horrible and incompetant. The day I took this car home once we got it on Rt. 22 the brakes were pulsating then when we got home my husband smell oil and said there was a oil leak. Apparently they missed this. I called and made an appt. with service I got Jason the manager as my mechanic he told me the brakes had brake dust on them and used a air comp. to blow them clean.

When let to go home they were pulsating again I called again this time they started to replace rotor & brakes (just one side) still didn't work at that point we were tired of it and took it to our mechanic he said the calipers, brake lines rotors both side and brakes need to be replaced, the oil leak was the oil pan gasket and the head gasket and the timing gasket.

We had the oil pan gasket replace there instead of JD Byrider. The rest of the work it needed was 1700.00 I paid 14000.00 for this car only to find out book value is 1100.00 not worth fixing. I did the only thing I could think of and sent it back to them I realize this will ruin my credit for awhile but the car was unsafe as the brakes got worse.

They don't want to do anything to help including saying I have to pay the tow company to take the car to them. What ever you do don't waste money on the warranty it certainly isn't worth the 3000.00 they charge.

It been four (4+) months since the contractor completed the job and I haven't recieved any warrant paper work  or paper work stating closure on this job.

I was going throw the final summary that the insurance company e-mailed me and the material that the insurance company paid the contractor for is not the material the contractor put on my roof.

There was a power outage so I wasn't able to complete my review of that final summary. I'm going to call the insurance company to get a hard copy or e-mail.

Salesman Ryan Strovers, we negotiated a price and he got me financing – he said 9.8% on a new car. "Well let me calculate the payment — its $500.74"  OK so I signed the contract believing the payment he "calculated" would be based on 9.8%.  I didn't have a computer telling me he was lying. 

Turns out the $500.74 payment was based on an interest rate of 15.28%.  I expected the sales contract to say what he had told me.  Why would I think he was deliberately lying to me,on the payment and interest rate? I took the car home and found out later. 

They refused to change–"we haven't done anything illegal!!"  No but they are the MOST MORALLY BANKRUPT and CONTEMPTIBLE people that I have ever met.  I had no idea someone would be such OUTRIGHT LIARS!!!!!

Ponzi scheme$9,970 machine supposedly reimbursed monthly if participating in case study which was never honored.

Booduns I email customer service. They did not want to have me returned the pants and give me a discount on my next order. The size of the pants where not correct at all. Tried to got to there web site and I could not log in.

I continued to email them several times, (total of 11 emails) they would come back with an email that never answered my questions and would not give me a return address!

Started with a false promise to people wishing to better their health that a number of conditions and general inflammation would be solved by their product. Promised to reimburse participants in "case study" for posting on social media, filling out questionaires, and sending in testimonials.

I was paid once (months late) for my participation while my machine was slowly starting to work less. They told us we would have our machines covered during the multi-year trial but all I received was a facetime from a technician who pretty much got the machine to run at the minimum capacity. Now they wish to have it sent into them for "repairs" and charge an extra few hundred dollars.

I myself, like many others, am paying for a broken piece of junk backed by empty promises. They continue to scrub their social media and website of negative reviews to try to get more to sign up for the "case study."

Since they receive their money from the lenders, they hide behind the issue being with the lender on stopping payments on these broken, phony, machines. When testing has been done on their claims, they fail miserably. 

No body should sign up with Trusii, they are being investigated all over the place.

By far the most UNPROFESSIONAL and FRAUDULENT company I have encountered.
Setting up a payment processing account at this point in time should not render the type of confusion this company will cause. They lied about onboarding fees, caused a waiting period whereby we could not launch our site, costing us a substatial amount of money, which was incredibly detrimental. They also required a $250 fee taken every month, AFTER we signed our contract, and then launched our site without informing us.

When speaking with their reps, they are scripted, rude, and have a complete lack of knowledge regarding financials of their own company. Their recourse is to say they need to contact their legal department, which they did after a series of unpleasantries, including discovery of all hiden fees the sales rep never indicated, which never occurred because the legal team after several weeks never contact us, afetre several inquiries were made. The company is a farce.

There is no legal department as far as we are concerned, and after arguing on the phone, the rep hanging up, we tried to phone back, and each diviison of the company failed to answer the phone. Imagine for a moment a company of such poor calibur being made respnsible for your businesses financial transactions!!!! One would need a bottle of Zoloft to cope with such horrors.

Please, I implore you as a well seasoned business owner, (we have several other businesses running since the 90’s successfully), they are horrendous.
