The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Josh Carr during an interview with REI Holdings

REI Holdings works in tandem with Josh Carr's other companies to purchase tax liens on properties. Josh Carr stated the following about his company REI Holdings, "most of these clients are coming to learn about a very specific real estate investment strategies which are investing in tax liens. It can be very hard to find tax liens and buy them from…the government sells the tax liens but they are very popular. So for our clients to buy the tax liens it can be very difficult to acquire tax liens. They get the training to do it and then they have all been sold. So what REI does is they buy large portfolios of tax liens from big sellers. REI will negotiate with Hedge Funds and banks for the tax liens which they will split up and sell to individual investors. So when someone is buying from REI they are buying a physical tax lien on a property. It is like buying a bond or something."

Leads for REI Holdings are primarily obtained through referrals. Mr. Carr proceeded to explain the sales and services process, "there are no online sales they have to speak to a sales representative. So we call those portfolio advisers. So they would get on the phone with the portfolio adviser and the adviser would send them lists of what tax liens are available based on their budget and their requirements and then the client would select which of those tax liens they would like to purchase. After they purchase this we work to transfer it to their name. It is almost like closing a title on a car."

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – REI HOLDINGS

Mr. Carr was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He expressed the following, "so if someone is unhappy with their purchase we have a resolutions process they have to go through and fill out a form on the website. We have customer service departments that can help them." He additionally stated, "if they are not satisfied with any of the customer service we have them fill out a resolutions form and attorneys will dig in and see what is going on. Because it is a transaction in real estate and they are actually taking physical ownership of an asset it is a little bit different than just giving a refund if they are not satisfied. They would have to transfer the asset back to REI if we are going to give them a refund or we can help them sell the asset or other things like that. It is a little bit rare but we do have people that have some situations come and they need to get out of a position or do something like that. In some instance, we will buy the product back and sell it or we give them extra support or we help them sell it. We will refer them to the correct person and get all the pieces in place."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Carr stated the following, "so the hard thing about REI and Tax Liens which both have complaints is that most of the complaints have nothing to do with us it is the company that licensed that brand from us has a complaint. The client wasn’t taken care of or they did not receive their refund and they weren’t treated well and they lump us in. They say I bought this from Success Formula and Success Formula ripped me off. Most of them we cannot do anything as we did not take the money and they call into us and they want Success Formula to give them a refund. Those are what is difficult about those complaints. They like our product and are happy with the service but they wish they had gotten a refund or treated differently by someone else. I believe there is one on Tax Buyers I think all of the ones for Tax Buyers they just mentioned us and complained about another company. The only claim that is on REI that is an actual REI complaint and is not looped in with another company. With that complaint, they were given a full refund and the problem was resolved but they never updated the claim on Ripoff Report. That customer was taken care of and we reached a resolution they were happy with." Additionally, it should be noted that REI Holdings is registered with the BBB, National Tax Lien, and are applying for ERSP accreditation.

In order to ensure that clients are receiving the best experience, possible REI Holdings is dedicated to providing clear expectations and communication with their clients. Mr. Carr stated the following, "We are always changing and improving. We just hired someone to do Quality Control for the phone calls. They are doing monitoring and training. There are always processes improvements that can make sure clients are taken care of. We are always updating/Improving our training material and website. Sometimes you get a bad egg and we have to terminate an employee for bad customer service. We have a lot of controls in place where we watch and monitor for things like that already and I think that's why we don't have many complaints. We added more customer service agents and the quality control to ensure the people on the phone really know what they are talking about and we have done everything we can to make sure the website is up to date so they feel valued and not a bait and switch."

I was attending a rules of renovation seminar in Greensboro NC, this morning when about an hour into the lecture I was asked to step out by the host. Upon exiting the conference room, the 1st question I was asked was, "Mrs Blocker, where is your husband today?". When I asked why, the response was, "I would like to know where your husband is and why he is not in attendance today." First of all, I'm sure that standard business conduct is universal. I do not know this man; this is my 1st interaction with him. I find this question highly inappropriate. I told him it was not his concern and asked for the reason for his questions. He then asked, "why is your energy negative?". My answer was clear; I drove 2 hours with my family, ( my husband and 2 small children), who are also at the hotel, to attend this event, (which I had discussed with the woman who checked me in 1 hour prior), only to be pulled out of the lecture and questioned about my personal business. He then asked 2 more times why my energy was negative, to which my response was the same l. At this point I became very agitated. He continued to ask me personal quesrions and became very derogatory. When the conversation became an argument, I asked for a refund. At that point we walked together to the hotel front desk. He then attempted to have me removed from the property but was denied. He also called the police and was told the call was frivolous and unnecessary. Not only was your representative disrespectful, condescending and derogatory, but he also attempted to intimidate and humiliate me in public. In addition to the unnecessary ordeal, I was also denied a refund of the $2000.00 attendance fee that I paid to attend this lecture. This horrendous embarrassment could have been avoided had your representative exercised the slightest bit of tact, rapport, or common decency. I certainly hope you do not condone this type of behavior from your representatives.

I became part of a "case study" for Trusii in 2017.  I was shipped a Trusii H2 water machine and was told I would have to get a loan for the machine (over $5000) that I would be reimbursed for with monthly checks. My machine was constantly inoperable, requiring service on multiple occasions.

Despite this, I continued to meet their requirements to be part of their case study every month. Payments for the machine have since stopped and now I am being harassed for the cost of the machine ($5,250)! The lender will not forgive the money owed.

Shame on Trusii, Chris Kennedy, and Jeff Taraday for what they have done to over 500 people and continue to do to new people looking to improve their health.

Long time regular on mfc Iv had some good experiences with girls I will not name here because I am still using this site for free. There are also alot of bad apples on mfc that go unpunished. Iv had dealings with many models. These ones are to be avoided. Every one of the girls listed has scammed me, lied or hacked into my account.

AdySweet is a snake. She agreed and confirmed a meeting and never showed up I was screwed in this transaction and mfc did not give me an explanation or my money back even though she works for mfc they did not respond to my complaints. Ady is a pure con artist avoid this girl. Shes not what she seems.

Ginny Potter isnt as sweet as she seems either I tipped for her video sale and never got them I emailed her asking about it but she never responded. I went back into her room to ask her while she was on live and she banned me! for no reason. I emailed mfc about this matter and they never responded. Once again. I visited PoppyNaked several nights and tipped her 500 tokens and she acted like I wasnt there I never got a thank you I watched her the whole time and I asked her if I could request a song and she ignored me like she wasnt live.

I believe it was a recording because the entire room was the same members in there everytime I visited her room. I got ripped out of that. Jayln told me I could have her snapchat for 200 I tipped her for it and sure enough I never got it. She banned me from her room for saying I never got snapchat I paid for? wtf mfc? Once again I emailed mfc they never responded!!!!!

Another girl named Kickaz is one of the worst I never tipped her she didnt show anything but I did watch her many times say hi and try to be apart of the room but I was always ignored I guess because I never tipped her but one time I was in her room one of her promoters hacked into my account and giving her tokens from my account when I confronted this member he banned me from Kickaz room.

I let mfc know this was several years ago and they said they would investigate. This guy was a regular promoting Kickaz and still does to this day and he was never blocked or banned from mfc he hacked into my account and mfc did nothing. This is when I stopped visiting mfc for awhile. I started a new account about 2 years ago and security seems to be better however some of the girls are not.

They are still scamming and getting away with it. MightyAn seemed nice at first and then she banned me for no reason..? I was watching her room for a few months I tipped her her and there but out of the blue she just banned me! I dont get it.MightAn I see through her now the nice is just an act and every time I was in there which was alot she never got any tips so how is she so high up in rank makes no sense to me.

Most recently started to follow RocknRose her promoter hit me up to visit her room so I did. She seemed nice at first then I noticed the same user names in her room every night kept hitting me up to tip her. I blocked them from pming me and someone banned me then and there it wasnt rocknrose she wasnt even close to her computer someone else must have been in her account controlling it and basically banned me for not tipping that day.

I had tipped her before!! this is rediculous. SO I emailed rocknrose and asked her if I could be unbanned that I had tipped her and she never responded. Quite frankly I dont think she even got the email I think someone else read it and deleted it for whatever crazy reason because I know someone else is in control of her account. This girl is a puppet and from what Iv seen is very fake.

I know there were a few more top girls that are pretty fake that I can tell but I personally was treated poorly by these girls. I did however got some of my money back once when my account was hacked by another member "so called". But other than that I have been ignored by customer support. Iv come to the reasation that what a model does is not their problem and they wont help us members if a model rips us off.

So I just stopped giving mfc half my money on mfc I go for the girl only. The girls I watch are actually honest and dont try to scam me or ban me if I dont tip them they are friendly and welcome me. I will never give mfc another penny after how I have been treated. I will make other arrangements so that the model gets 100% of the money.The girls that are not connected to mfc dont deserve the way they are treated either its completely backwards.

mfcs hired and pimped out models are scammers. Unfortunately a site for idiotic fools who get suckered into tipping greedy whores who just want your money….not all are. Most of the site is a rip off. Most of the girls are heartless and have no idea what they are doing. I lost well was scammed out of over 600 dollars.I was always polite always respectful and this is how im treated? Im stupid for giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I dont recommend supporting this site with tokens and if you are hooked on some of the girls like me at least be observant for awhile first maybe read everything they have to show you and I surely wouldnt pay. If you dont tip them they will try to make you if you dont they will ban you and if you tip them and its not enough they will ban you.

if you tip them alot they are nice to you then expect you to keep tipping you high amounts and become nasty to you.Just pay attention before throwing out assumptions. My Trusii complaint: My son had been suffering for several years from gallbladder issues, cystic acne, and chronic fatigue. When he read about the Trusii water machine — which infuses drinking water with molecular hydrogen, bringing great health benefits — he hoped it would be the remedy he had long sought. So when he was accepted into the Trusii case study program, he was elated.

He told me the machine was expensive but that the company would reimburse most of the cost, and asked if I would be willing to secure the financial end of things. Of course, willing to try anything to see him well, I said yes. Trusii arranged with GreenSky to loan us $9,970 as a means of financing our purchase of the water system.

Trusii pledged to compensate us $260 per month (90% of our obligation) for the 36 months of our loan repayment — in return for my son's participation in their program, which included posting Trusii H2 reviews on social media. They sent us one payment for the month of May, and then stopped. When I contacted the Trusii company to inquire as to why they were no longer compensating us, they blamed my son, claiming he had not lived up to his end of the agreement.

When it became clear he was doing everything they required, they began to stall, saying they were looking into the situation. We have not received a payment in six months. When I realized Trusii had no intention of following through on its promise, I appealed to the lender for forgiveness of the loan.

They refused to help, saying my agreement was with Trusii and not them. I am in my sixties. Before this debacle, I had been looking forward to retiring soon. Because of Trusii's lies, I may have to change my plans.

Website roundme.com stopped offering services to every client since end of 2019. I am a 1 year pro account client, and paid 15 Jun, 2019. Users can not log in anymore, so I can not download, upload neither change settings for virutal tours at roundme.com.

This is terrible since they keep selling accounts and users get roobed without getting access to log in anymore. I and a lot of clients also have hundreds of uploaded job images over there and we can not retrieve it.

So we need access to our accounts to download it all and find another 360 VR website. Also I would like refund of all I have paid U$99

I worked for Mitchell Herman selling chatbot123. It's a legal chatbot that creates wills for people. We pushed this on mega churches in order to have the pastor pitch it to their congregation.

I recieved numerous phone calls from the Churches saying that they were never paid. All Mitchell could say to me was "Block their number, you got your commission, don't ask questions."

This is a scam. If you own a Church and a salesman called you selling this, do not blame the salesman, he doesn't know. The problems come from the top on this product. They do not pay the Church.

Poses as a will writing service that's also a fundraiser for Churches. I was working in sales for him and kept recieving phonecalls claiming that the Churches never got paid.

When I asked Mitchell Herman (the owner) about it, he told me to keep quiet and enjoy my commission.

I ordered and paid for on Paypal for a sketch to be drawn of a picture I submitted.  They took the $66.00 out of my account this same day.  I received an email on December 6, 2019 asking for my approval;

I didn't like that they didn't include the background so I told them that in the return email.  They have never responded since nor have I recieved my portrait or a refund.
