Well… where do I start? Maybe with the over 35 minute wait to be able to finally board one of the very rare Budget shuttles at LAX airport. Or the fact that calling customer care to complain about this was fruitless, because I was just put on hold for over 20 minutes, till I just hung up. Two shuttles zoomed by on the left lane of the LAX terminal, completely ignoring the very displeased crowd of customers who unsuccessfully tried to call the drivers’ attention by waving and yelling.

Or maybe when the 3rd shuttle finally stopped and all customers were packed into it, with NO social distancing, during this deadly pandemic. Or maybe it was when I arrived at the Budget office, and realized that all the information provided to the company on the website or even the early payment, were simply useless. Because though the company’s website claimed that filling out extra information (like drivers license, address, etc) and paying for your rental in advance were  the key to “breeze through the check in process” it was only a lie.

All info provided on the website was simplu disregarded and every customer had to wait a long time in a long line and then answer the very same questions from the website AGAIN at the check in counter. Oh! Wait!! I know. I know what is the factor that influences me the most to NEVER want to use this company again: the horrible customer service rendered by the lady who collected and processed my information at the check in counter. Not only was she impolite, with an aggressive atitude, but never, in any moment apologized for all I described above.

Instead, the words out of her mouth were: “Well sir, it’s up to you!” As if I’d be able to cancel the reservation I had already paid for and walk 5 miles on foot to the next car rental company near the airport. And all that while my poor exhausted family waited at terminal 4, for two hours already. That lady was the icing on the cake of this nightmare. This was the very last time I do business with this company

PHYN Phyn sold me a product that I am not able to install due to insufficient parts and refuses to refund my money.

I purchased Phyn Plus which is a water leak detection system.  when the product arrived it did not fit the main water line pipe size in my home.  When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a link for the needed part.  Unfortunately after 4 weeks, I have not found a single company that has the part. 

When I reached back out to customer service to ask for a refund, they told me it was past the 30 day deadline and they refused to refund my money.  The customer rep then proceeded to tell me that it wouldn’t work well in my home anyway as i live in a three story home and that water pressure would likely be reduced to insufficiant levels.  None of this is mentioned in the material regarding the part.  THIS IS A BAD COMPANY!

I was searching around to trademark a business name and the agent stated he could get this done along with not only tradmarking my company name but my logo which was just created, I was told it would take up to 2 years to go through which other companies said as well. I have emails stating where I ask about my company name as other places said it may be difficult but this agent stated nope he can get it done.

Two years later I find out that my company name was not put through a tradmark application only my logo and that it would be too diffucutl to tradmark my company name. I paid for a service I didnt recive and upon me speaking with the company they are terrible to deal with zero accountability!

The first of May 2021, I ordered more than a dozen articles of women’s clothing online from a catalog I’d received frequently via the USPS. The order was almost $400.00. Their online ordering system acknowledged my order, sent a confirming e-mail, and then one by one I began receiving emails that items I’d ordered were either cancelled or back-ordered.

My order was then reduced substancially. Then their emails began telling me my order will be delayed. NONE OF THESE EMAILS provided any explanation or alternative time-frames.

By May 20, 10-14 business days had come and gone. I realized that several items ordered for specific events would not be arriving in-time for the events they were purchased for. When I attempted to contact WW customer service, I found they advertise 24/7/365 customer service…but NOT really. They have a dismall, automated bot for their “online chat. FYI? It’s now mid-June and that feature is now disabled.

Their customer service emails are likewise automated. Waste of time and energy w/ useless automated data. When I tried to get thru via phone, I found VOIP to a 3rd world country with heavy accents as ESL made comms next to impossible. All they do offer to cancel my order or read their script. After explaining that no information was not acceptable, I finally got thru to another layer who simply informed me that my order was delayed. DUH?! REALLY?! OK…why and for how much longer please?

They don’t know and they can’t tell me. They can only tell me they’re having warehouse staffing issues and my order is MIA. I told them if you’re short-staffed because of the Socialist regime we’re fighting, then STOP MAILING CATALOGS or taking orders until you have responsible staff with appropriate training and products that you can actually ship.

A week ago I FINALLY received a partial order. The rest is still MIA and now more than 6 weeks after the original purchase date, all I get are automated emails offering me superficial apologies and discounts on non-sale items…which is a joke b/c the whole catalog is always “on sale.”

So…they’re holding my credit card data, they can’t fulfill my order, they offer no explanations, and there’s no one in charge or responsible.

Ron Albert stole from me, the city of Ottawa, city of Ottawa suppliers and everyone he ever worked with at the Ottawa parcs and rec department and I can’t stand the liar, but when I heard about his latest scam a few days ago, I couldn’t stop laughing!!! Hahahahahahaha!!! OMG! What a Joke!!! He’s trying to scam on something everyone told him and talked about at work for years and now he’s saying he thought of it while at work, Hahahahahaha! LOL, LOL, LOL. That’s kind of true, it was discussed and told to him while at work, Hahahahaha. The lying and exaggerations never stops with this guy. I’ve been laughing so hard ever since my old co-workers told me about his latest scam, my stomach is still sore from all of the laughing I’ve been doing.

Although I’m retired and haven’t seen that lying scum bucket in a while, this update from friends and past co-workers made my day. With Covid-19 going on for so long, I needed a good laugh and this definitely did it. Ron Albert is still doing crazy B.S. schemes after all these years. Does anyone actually buy any of the garbage that comes out of this guy’s mouth. So many people in hockey community, suppliers, contractors, past and present workers at the parks and rec department can’t stop laughing at his latest scam. Anyone who’s ever worked or been associated with Ron Albert in any way shape or form, learned early on, not to believe anything he tells you. The easiest way to tell if he’s lying, “his lips are moving”.

I’ve all heard so many scams and B.S. stories from him over the years, nothing surprises me anymore. I remember him telling everyone he was going to personally oversee the ice cleaning crew for the Ottawa Senators NHL hockey team. Then he was going to start some kind of revolutionary hockey camp with a bunch of NHL players… LOL. At one time, he was going to be a hockey scout and had all of these big pro hockey connection and teams wanting to hire him, what a crock of sh*t that was. At one point, he was going to be a junior hockey coach, but was more of a stick boy, at best. No one wanted his services, even for free. He then told everyone he had all of these great business partners lined up and was going to be part owner of local junior hockey team, again more B.S. that never happened. He’s always trying to overcompensate his severe case of small man syndrome by constantly trying to intimidate, swear, yell, talk tough, have childish temper tantrums and over exaggerate his stories. Although everyone always laughed at him when he tried to act this way, we all knew he was nothing but a feeble, little man acting out in frustration. While he never intimidated anyone, it did make us laugh at him even more. People would probably feel sorry for him, if he wasn’t such a lying, thieving A-hole.

One of the biggest jokes at the park and recs department over the years was seeing Ron Albert trying to get promoted to management and get turned down over and over again. Every time he failed to get promoted, he would blame the people that got promoted as being a*s kissers, back stabbers and any other derogatory name or insult he could come up with. Ron Albert is the poster boy and perfect definition of a bad employee. Ron Albert was by far the worst employee the city of Ottawa ever had in every sense of the word. He has no education, not even high school, terrible co-worker, lazy, constantly bringing his toxic behaviour with him wherever he worked, stole whatever he could get his hands on, use any excuse, con or trick in order to abuse the sick day program, yet he would get upset with people who are educated, honest, dedicated and hard-working when they got promoted.

His son also worked at the city of Ottawa and just like his father, had no high school education, lazy, abused the sick day program, stole and got fired, just like his dear old dad. His son told everyone he was happy to finally get fired so he can go back on welfare and not have to work for his money. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree! With such a great role model, he must have learned everything in life from his thieving, lying father. Now that’s what you call “A chip off the old block”.

I can’t wait to hear about his next scheme. Maybe he will be the next owner of the Ottawa Senators hockey team or taking over for Gary Bettman as NHL commissioner, Hahahahahahaha, OMG, I can’t get over how this lying, thieving, simpleton continues to make me laugh after all these years.

I bought two bras through a website.  The first one came and was overpadded but I had worn it one day and couldn’t get them on the always busy phone. Couldn’t find an address or email contact to stop the second bra.  When it came two weeks later, I did not open it and wrote buyer will not accept on it. 

They never acknowledged or refunded oney.  It’s been over 3 weeks.  Phone on my credit card bill is always busy.  I mean Always!

Austin Matchmakers sold me a package guaranteeing a certain number of matches and dates.  I signed the contract/agreement on 1/18/2021 with high hopes of finding a match.  To this day, I have not heard from a single man for a date. 

I feel they took advantage of me.  I am a 60 year old  physically disabled woman and the sales person, Trudy, assured me that I would have great success.  She even said I may have a date next week.  She told me that I was her dream client because of everything I can offer in a relationship.  It has been 5 months and I feel that is an unreasonable amount of time waiting for a date from a matachmaking/dating service. 

I have asked several times for my $8000. back but only get the run around.  Everytime I call, they inform me that there is a match for me but I have not EVER heard from anyone.  

I’m asking for help.  I feel they took advantage of my cirumstance of being a disabled widow.
