MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT should be shut down and closed up. They are committing fraud and reporting my accounts as new accounts and different information. I have asked for them to delete them and they refused to do so. I have called them and they are harrassing and rude and I even reported them to the FCRA and the BBB but these crooks will do anything to keep committing fraud. They are evil to the core and they will flag your account and create new accounts using existing older accounts.

Don’t trust EQUIFAX or TRANSUNION or EXPERIAN as they have been notified and they are all in this together. It is time that the US Goverment and we the people need to stand up and protest this. They are commited many errors and it is not right as we have no say so to what and how they do people. Laws need to be changed and this company needs to be fined and stopped!

I have contacted The White House to seek awareness of this situation as well! I am hoping that the RIPOFF REPORT will and can make this aware and I will keep exposing this company as they continue to do what they want to do at my expense!

Sharie and Dan Bohlmann through Shardan International Galleries are selling expensive paintings that are faked and/or forged. This is causing people to lose tens of thousands of dollars. They are gallery owners for 40 years and art buyers rightfully rely upon their representations and expertise. 

They also sell mass-produced prints with paint in highlighted areas as originals…” Sharie Hatchett Bohlmann, original on canvas, all rights reserved” for thousands. They are selling these prints to unsuspecting people who trust them in the fashion stated below. Now that they have been caught they are in full coverup mode. Beware!

I was misled by the owner of the company (Brandon Robertson) into signing a three month contract to provide leads from individuals who were looking to purchase a home. He said he would provide leads from people in my geographic area of southern California. He asked me what my minimum criteria was and I told him I wanted a minimum loan amount of $250,000 and a minimum credit score of 650. He agreed that he would provide 100 leads per month based on my request.

I soon found out that none of that would actually happen. The ads that were placed to generate my leads were designed to make it sound like anyone could get a house regardless if you could qualify or not. The ad makes you think there is a new program available and anyone can qualify. When the leads started coming in, I could tell right away that the leads were not what I agreed to. All of the people who I could actually get ahold of were unemployed and some were even homeless. I never received one lead that fit the criteria I agreed too.

I immediately tried to cancel the service but Brandon wouldn’t let me out of the contract. He stated that I agreed to three months and wasn’t able to cancel. I asked about the quality of the leads and he said he would make some changes and start providing better quality based on our original agreed terms. This never happened. I continued to get more of the same. None of the people could qualify for any loan let alone a mortgage to purchase a house of $250,000 or more.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company but he produced a copy of the contract and my credit card company is forcing me to pay.

This company is providing a bait and switch to me the client as well as false advertising to the people who are responding to the ads for a home.

Lost $426.94 on rental car in Denver last week.  Booked through HOTWIRE to save money.  How stupid could I be? Never again!  After waiting for shuttle Wed night for over an hour with family, I asked another shuttle driver about ACE car rental shuttle.  They laughed!  And all to save a few bucks!  Had to scramble to get another rental at the airport, fortunately I was able to get one that late.  Neither ACE rental or HOTWIRE would refund, they both said the other was responsible.  EXPEDIA and its subsidiary , HOTWIRE are both ripoff companies. Avoid them both like the plauge!

Eugene Henriksen plays in a Van Halen tribute band called Completely Unchained based in West Palm Beach and Long Island. VENUES BEWARE. He strong armed me into paying him when it rained and promised a make up date. He refused to play the date after he took my money. I have friends that own other venues across Florida, where this clown demands more money than agreed to, or he won’t play – after he shows up and people expect a show. He’s a con artist. He’s also ripping off the famed Van Halen logo. I’ve already reached out to the Van Halen family attorney. Beware of this scam artist. Bikers never forget being ripped off. 

When there are companies specifically created to fight for EXPEDIA refunds, you know something is wrong!  Booked my flight through EXPEDIA to save a few bucks on an American Airlines flight.  It was cancelled due to COVID.   Policy was for booking agent to refund or credit the cancelled tics.  Fortunately American Airlines did credit me but advised me to avoid EXPEDIA in the future.

I signed up for Leslie Sansone’s WalkAtHome digital plan so I could do her workouts on Roku.  This was the very end of 2019.  I have been a member until July 2021.  I signed up for this plan because it had a lot of workouts to choose from.  Everything has been fine until recently.  When I go to do a workout I like it is no longer there.  Plus it appears that the list of available workouts is shrinking but to be honest I did not take a formal count.  I just know it takes way less time to scroll down the screen and workouts I have done before are gone.  I paid for the entire year and requested a refund of the balance of the year which is fair since this is not what I signed up for.  You can only get support via a online chat.  They said sorry they cannot refund my money and that I am stuck til the end of the year.  So that is it.  Had I known they would remove workouts mid year I would not have signed up for a one year membership.  I feel as if I am a victim of bait and switch.  Then to make matters worse all the guy did after saying I could not terminate my membership was to cut and paste instructions for if my icon disappeared off my Roku and that was not the issue at all.  My issue is I signed up thinking all this year I would be doing the same workouts I enjoyed last year and they keep being removed all of a sudden.  I consider this dishonest.  Leslie Sansone purports herself to be a Christian who “walks the walk” when in reality she seemingly would sell her soul for $40 or whatever the balance of my membership is.  So now I am stuck with a shrinking list of available workouts without warning and through no fault of my own.  I want the world to know.  If I can save one person from joining this service I would feel I did someone a service.  If Leslie for whatever reason decides to change her service to make it less valuable she should honor people’s request for refunds.
