ESA REVIEW PART 1 OF 2 – JUNE 2020 – ESA EMPLOYEES (Dell Palominos, GM and Kurt Krakowian, DM) TURNING A BLIND EYE TO ANOTHER (MALE) EMPLOYEE UNLAWFULLY/UNJUSTIFIABLY USING ESA’S HOTEL MASTER KEY TO GAIN ENTRY INTO MY (FEMALE) HOTEL ROOM IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.  Could I have been #ASSAULTED; #RAPED, or PERMANENTLY HARMED!  The answer is YES!  Have I been emotionally/mentally traumatized and harmed? The answer is YES!  THEREFORE CONSUMERS BEWARE!

 

Joseph an ESA Employee who w/o any valid justifiable reasons, except an alleged personal one after I denied his advances when he begged me to stay in TX with him. The following morning Joseph used the hotel’s “Master Room Key” in order to gain unrestricted entry into my hotel room (Room ***). This event occurred while Joseph was on shift during the early morning hours, between approximately 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM on or about June 10, 2020.  When Dell became aware of this situation, he allowed Joseph to work again at the hotel while I was still there getting ready to leave the following morning. Dell knew or ought to have known it would potentially put me in harms way again. But Dell clearly did not care. The location of this event occurred at the ESA North Central hotel location whose physical address is 8221 North I-35, Austin, TX 78753.

ANGELICA (ANGIE) also an ESA employee at this hotel called Dell to report the incident.  Dell immediately called me and left a VM.  Dell and Kurt are fully aware of what happened. SEE PHOTO attached. DELL’S VOICEMAIL SAID:

 

“MS. LINDSTROM THIS IS DELL CALLING IN ABOUT THE INCIDENT WITH JOSEPH.  PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL BACK AT THIS NUMBER IS  956.299.0022, THANK YOU.”

 

Several issues [they] know about are unresolved plausibly to bury the situations as if it/they did not happen.  Even the fact that Dell Palominos offered me a full refund which I accepted that amounts to $9793.90 for my entire hotel stay from December 2019 to June 2020.  I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE FULL REFUND DELL PROMISED ME. IN FACT, DELL IS NOW CLAIMING HE NEVER OFFERED THAT PLUS PLAYING THE “DUMB CARD ON THE SITUATION AND WHO I WAS WHEN I CONTACTED HIM UPON RETURNING TO MY HOME STATE THOUGH HE GAVE ME HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER TO CONTACT HIM!

The following is one of several Emails sent to both of their attention on August 31, 2020 and to date NO RESPONSE has been received.

 

Dear Kurt: “SECOND REQUEST”

I am forwarding the same Email I sent to both you and Dell 7 days ago that you have not responded to. One of the key questions in that Email was:

 

“…That being said the question is are you handling the full resolve of this matter or are you passing this on to someone higher up? If so, to whom is this person along with their contact information? And when was it passed on to them?…”

 

It appears that when the ESA customer service team reached out to you to contact me back you appeared to be eager to speak with me when you essentially made back to back phone calls leaving voicemails BUT completely ignoring the fact that I was very specific about WRITTEN EMAIL COMMUNICATION ONLY!

Kurt, having this factor (written communications) in play you have gone completely silent and clearly showing from the passing of time both on your and Dell’s part that there is no sense of urgency especially knowing that one of your male ESA employees under both your and Dell’s helm, without just cause unlawfully, used the hotel’s “Master Key” in order to gain entry to my hotel room – Room ***.

 

Therefore I am presenting the same question again and requesting an answer either way to let me know. Are you passing this situation for handling on to someone higher up? If so, to whom is this person along with their contact information? And if already passed on when was this done?

 

I look forward to receiving your immediate response so I can address this situation for a resolve with them…”

 

TO ALL CONSUMERS I strongly suggest you go elsewhere if you value “Safety”, “Security”; and “Health” of yourself & family etc. Reviews going back to 2009 to current show patterns of behaviors of this “Unsafe, Slum, Moldy, Filthy Hotel.”

Fedarm Sold Defective and Dangerous 9mm Ammo Fort Smith AR

Buyer beware!! DO NOT buy Fedarm 9mm “Range Grade” reman ammo it is absolutely garbage. I ordered in two separate orders 2,000 rounds and I regret it. I’ve had multiple failure to fire, multiple squibs! I tried contacting them for a refund/return they refuse and hide behind this note:

If this was true I would not be writing this negative review of their product.

I’ve gone here for their advertised $9.99 oil change in the past, but this time I was charged $25.00. The surly & unpleasant woman behind the counter simply said the price had gone up. As of today (7/21/21) their sign still advertises the $9.99 oil change & they’re still mailing out flyers mentioning this price. Get your s**t together, change your sign & quit the bait-and-switch false advertising. The quality of their service isn’t worth paying more than $9.99.

Suzanne and Gary Griffiths, 45 North, Level 5 Properties Mortgage fraud, comingling of funds, forgery (aggravated), theft of funds Minneapolis, St. Paul and the metro area MN

Suzanne has filed for bankruptcy protection after allegedly bilking numerous investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Her scheme involved borrowing funds to rehab and remodel properties, Her husband, Gary had experience taking the roofs off of homes and building out a second floor of living space. They completed a few projects with some lenders which developed a successful track record and lured in other investors based on that success. But soon, Suzanne was borrowing money on the expectation that they private lender would be secured in the second position behind the bank. This is where things went awry. She would either not record those mortgages at all or they would be in 3rd or 4th position.  Then to compound matters, they would do a partial demo of the property and rip off the roof, strip the structures to the studs and then abandon the project, rendering the property nearly worthless. Was it a scorched earth policy? Were they trying to destroy value in the property?  Perhaps you can find out soon.  There is a creditors conference call scheduled for August 2nd.  Suzanne is also potentially facing numerous criminal charges as well for forging documents including a notaries seal and a notaries signature. That is aggravated forgery and good for a 10 year term in prison. 

They may have fled the metro area and possibly fled the state, she does not want to give her location for fear of her families safety.  They did promote their upcoming relocation to Nevada on their own media platforms, but denied that when confronted with a direct question as to their whereabouts. They have ruined several people and couples financially and they did so knowingly.  They are ruthless opportunists and there are many people who want to see them in jail for a long time. If they hid the money so well that it is never reclaimed, at least they will never be able to spend it while they are in jail.  And that may be all of the satisfaction that many defrauded investors will ever get.  Was it worth it Suzanne…Gary? 

Ashley Furniture Ashley Homestore Furniture purchased is garbage, and they sold us a bogus warranty! Highland Indiana

We made a purchase at this location, 10135 Indianapolis Blvd, Highland, IN 46322, on 09/09/19 in the amount of $1,572.52.  We purchased a couch, love seat, and extended warranty.  I was offered a warranty service for accidents that will protect my investments from all kinds of issues, including frame breakage.  The frame broke. We paid for the warranty service GBS (now rebranded as ProtectALL), which DSG sold us at the time of purchase. We were insured that we would be covered for this problem of frame breakage and if they couldn’t fix it or would be replaced.

We filed a claim, with GBS. Instead of GBS sending someone out to examine the damage, my claim was fraudulently denied. The reasoning was, I didn’t have coverage for frame damage. I was in shock and upset, because I know what I was sold. I went to the store management and have had a number of conversations with them. After many conversations, I was told the warranty I was sold was not valid and could not be helped.  I no longer want to do any sort of business with Ashley or DSG. I would like them to come pick up their crappy furniture and FULL REFUND of $1,572.52. I have supporting documentation that we are in the right.

askforfunding.com is a scam.  They have a list of Angel Funding, Investors, etc. You can only access it if you pay $99.99 per month and they are supposed to help you create your profile or “pitch” to the investors on their website with an understanding they can help find you an investor that’s your industry. After a trial and paid for it, they have forgotten you and you’re basically you are on your own. You only have 7 – 10 shots to hit investors daily and NONE of them responded. Don’t waste your time. iMBA Inc offices Podiatry Board Prep.org Podiatry Board Preparation Software Dr. David Marcinko, MBBS DPM FACFAS MBA MEd Attempted to Scam me out of money Internet

This is a supposed prepatory software company that has databases/studyguides for the  APMLE Step/board 1. They claim to be the ONLY prepatory company for the APMLE Part 1 exam and there are no other company’s that provide help or study material for the APMLE Step 1 exam. The website was very rudimentary that looks like it was copy and pasted from multiple sources. There are names of doctors that supposedly helped create the information in this study guide/database. It looks like the list and the recommendations of people that suposedly used thier products was also copy and pasted onto this website. The contact person is Ann Miller that is supposedly a RN. There is a phone number on the website that when dialed you get a dialtone that is the same when a phone number has been disconnected. There is no physical address or location of this company. The main board member is Dr. David Marcinko, MBBS DPM FACFAS MBA MEd. This is who I supposedly was emailing back and forth. For a person with this level education, I would expect him to speak intelligently and grammically correctly; but instead I got this:

AGAIN It appears you have been misinformed and are inaccurate in almost every regard.

The conversation is getting circular.

This is not written by a US educated Physician. He said he wants $375 for access to his webpage. He immediately sent me a paypal request for the $375. which is suspicious behavior. Almost all other prep companies has a payment method on their website and no one uses paypal anymore because of how it has been compromised over and over again. Of course there is no trial to try out the website. I got suspicious. 

The other thing that bothered me was he kept saying how easy and basic the test is and that is the reason why there are no other board prep companies except his because there is “no market” for anyone to offer a prep for the test. I told him that there were(board vitals is one and they prep for Part 1 and Part 2 of the AMPLE exam). He said thats not true(his answers to my questions are in bold)

I need a study guide for APMLE Boards Part 1. Understood.
But None exists.
The market need does not exist for this easy PART 1 test.   They had a subscription to Board Vitals which is supposed to specialize in APMLE Boards Part 1. No it does not. BV is a good SURGICAL CLINICAL program.

Desertcart They ripped me off 135.04 dollars for 4 spy Camera’s that didn’t work and won’t give my money back Academic City Dubai

Hi.  My name is Alex Shurts.  On January 14th I bought 4 spy cameras and 5 Samsung SD carts from a United Arab Emirates website called Desert Cart. All together the stuff cost me 216.00, but while the 5 micro SD carts worked, the Spy cameras I bought didn’t have a functioning scan code needed to activate them costing me 135.04 dollars for all four cameras that won’t work.   I’ve attempted to ask for a refund for the spy cameras, but sadly, the website insisted on having someone pick up the things personally. I waited weeks and to no avail. Upon giving up hope that anyone would come and knowing that no one has come to pick them up, I had ask for a transaction dispute on February 25th and temporarily I got my money back. Then on March 20th I my refund has been reverse and I now owe 135.04 dollars despite evidence that no one is coming to pick these things up.   

I spent the next couple months contacting and pressurizing customer service and finally I reached an agreement with them to ship the items back, yet when they arrived at their destination they still refused to give my money back because my credit card number had been changed due to a suspicious charge that forced me to get a new credit number which may or may not be connected with this site.  Yet they refused to let me give them a new credit card number and not only refused to give my money back in any way, but the site won’t ever let me put in a new credit card number indicating that they are trying to cover everything up.  This doesn’t stoop them from sending suspcious spam mail to may Email address from time to time.   Weirdest of all is that for some time i’ve been getting spam mail from them and as a result i’ve forwarded that mail to the Do Not Pay Spam Collector, but somehow I accidently opened a few in the process and my AOL email account was hacked.  I managed to get back in with my phone, but only after changing the password.  

  I’ve gathered more than enough information on how I was swindled and also have taken notice of the controversies surrounding this site.    I also have gathered as much information about how they swindled me including the return label for the items and the interactions I had with them.     I can give you more details if your interested.  Keep in touch.

Villa Pavers and Pool and/or Ricardo Villaroel They stole my money $47,000.00 Orlando Florida

This man Ricardo Villarreal, owner of Villa Pavers and Pools is a scammer we signed a contract on October/2020 and promised me that in January I going to have my pool ready; I paid first $21,000 and in December he came to my house to collect the 2do. Part of the money $26,000..and today 8 months later 7/20/2021, the only thing that I have is  a big hole with cement in my backyard and he doesn’t answer my calls neither my messages..

I contact his assistant Rafael and told me that he fired him 2 weeks ago, and he have 72 pool projects more, in the same condition. I’m going to the court to fill a claim, because I can’t await nothing more.
