( as declared by the SWISS GEMMOLOGIAL INSTITUTE – SSEF ) On 03/15/2021 I received a communication via E – mail from the SWISS GEMMOLOGIAL INSTITUTE – SSEF in this communication I had received answers regarding questions | asked regarding the SGC course . Noting the response received ” The GSC is a one week course , which focuses on scientific techniques for testing gemstones . It is not a title or a professional status . ” I realized that Jeffery Bergman was using ( SSEF SGC ) after his name passing them off as a prestigious title . Since my code of ethics requires me to report , I have activated myself by informing as many people as possible in the field of Gemology . The same AGA ( accredited gemologists association ) from 2017 accredited Jeffery Bergman with false qualifications ( SSEF SGC ) without having ascertained the validity of the same . Jeffery Bergman , seeing himself unmasked , replaced ( SSEF SGC ) with others ( SSEF BDC BGC ) which , however , as stated by further communication received from SSEF on 12/05/2021 via – mail ” are not professionally qualifying and are not credentials that can be used behind his own name . ” Also with another communication the SSEF itself stated ” So the vast gemological program that Bergman claims that gives him a prestigious title is , according to the SSEF , just a one – week course that does not confer ” a title or a professional status . . ” Jeffery Bergman illicitly uses after his name ( SSEF SGC BDC BGC ) that are not professional titles , disclosing them on the internet , LinkedIn , Facebook , Academia.edu , Eighth DimensionGems.com and other social networks … These false qualifications are a Deception towards the consumer

All Appliance and HVAC Service, INC Fast Refrigeration Service Charged more than the agreed to service fee Sunnyvale CA

The other day I woke up to water all over my kitchen floor. I realized it was coming from the refrigerator. A 4 year old, $4000, LG refrigerator. I opened it and found it was not cooling. All of the food was ruined and defrosted.

I set up an online appointment with my Home Warranty Company. By the time they got back to me, they said the soonest they could come out was 3 weeks away. Since this is the only refrigerator in my house, this was not going to work.

I desperately spent a good part of the day trying to get someone to come fix my refrigerator. I had no luck. Some businesses did not even answer their phones. The ones I did contact, said they did not work on LG refrigerators.

I looked up “refrigerator repair” online and a company called “fast refrigeration service” showed up first on the list. They claim same day service, free estimates with repairs, etc… I called the mobile phone number listed. The person at the other end said hello and then paused. I was thinking this was the wrong number because you would think the person would have said something like, fast refrigeration service, can I help you, instead of just saying hello. I asked him, is this fast refrigeration services? He said yes. Then just paused. I asked him if he came to my town, (which is approximately 57 miles away from his business). He said yes. I asked him if he worked on LG refrigerators. He said yes. I then explained to him the reason for the call. He said it would be a $65 service call and that they could come out between 2 and 4pm that day. I was happy about this because finding an LG refrigerator service person near my town is almost impossible.

I should have realized when the guy answered the phone the way he did, there were going to be problems.

So, I waited for the service person to show up. At 4pm, the service person, Frank, called and said he was about an hour away because the traffic was bad. I explained to him that this was not a problem and that I would be home.

At 5:30pm, Frank called me again and complained that my town was too far away and that the service charge would now be $90. I protested and told him that I was told it was $65 by someone I spoke to when I set up the appointment. He said I know but your house is too far away. He then said do you want me to come or not.

At this point, my refrigerator had not worked for 3 days. I told him to come.

When he came to my house he quickly looked at my refrigerator, like 3 minutes, and said that my compressor was bad. He said it would cost about $1500 and would take a month to fix because of waiting for the part from LG. He then said I can’t help you.

He then wrote his invoice. I explained to him that I did not think it was right to pay $90 when I was told it would be $65. I asked him if he was the person I spoke to when I set up the appointment. He said yes. I said, “So even though you told me you would come to my town and you told me the charge was $65, you are not going to honor this?” He said yes. Its $90. He said I am losing money on this. I told him this was not right and paid him. He then said he was never going to service my town again because it is too far away. I told him that would probably be a good idea. I also told him to think about my time he wasted since he showed up 1.5 hours later. He did not care.

As he left, he then tried to sell me a refrigerator he had in his vehicle for $350.

His invoice he wrote says “All appliance and HVAC Service, Inc.”, but online, he is under “fast refrigeration service.”

Whatever you do, DO NOT give this guy your business.

Aztec Tan and Spa Spa services and Tanning Services San Diego CA

Aztec Tan and Spa is a scam artist business. They do treatments with a cryo coolscuplting machine that doesn’t work. They get you to pay forward the whole treatment plan upfront at a discounted price. They then say they guarantee results or money back so your money is safe with them. Then they make appointments to check in with how you are feeling every 6 weeks. Telling you to work out and diet and really get as fit as possible. They then only take overall pics of you though you have done direct spot treatments. I told them they had to use the fat pinching gauge for accuracy that other business use. They fought me an hour in the business and said they will use a measuring tape though they had the fat pinch gauge, and used it on my first treatment. 20 weeks later, I have lost weight from diet and exercise but no fat from the areas treated. The same measurements and same fat percentage in the areas they treated and the business refuses to refund. They claim I look better and that I won’t be happy either way so I get no money back. The guarantee is fraud. The services are fraud. They are scam artists and train the staff as con artist to steal clients money. With the same measurements before and after in front of them they still refused to refund, violating there guarantee. Same waistline size with same 30% body fat after 20 plus weeks.

I a watch for 7.95 and now I am being charged 47.90 .  i I received the watch yesterday and returned it today.  I hope when they receivr the watch I will receive a refund.

Bossxgood Bossxgood.com SCAM BEWARE DON’T BUY- I was sold fake Bose headphones GA

The website Bossxgood.com is selling fake Bose products. As soon as I opened the box, and saw the product, I knew right away. As I have had real Bose Headphones for over 5 years and could tell immediately that these were not really Bose. Not only are they fake, but they are poorly made fake at that. The website claims that returns are easy. When I reached out through PayPal to open up a dispute/claim, I told them I received a fake product and wanted my money back. He didn’t respond through PayPal but rather directly to my email. He went on to tell me how international shipping cost so much money…up to hundreds of dollars and if for any reason the product got back to him damaged, I’d be liable and wouldn’t receive a refund. Then told me it wasn’t worth my troubles and that he’d give me 10% refund back. The website clearly spells out their return policy (which is also extremely odd in and of itself). In reading the terms under refunds, I should most definitely be getting an 100% refund.

They were $89.99. He mentioned how international shipping was so expensive, but he shipped them to me without a shipping cost. The tracking number states the package came from GA. The website states the company is in Upton, MA. 

The website is selling counterfeit Bose products. 

A Better Solution Home Care San Diego Their PPP loan is fraud, their caregivers has tons of criminal background.. San Diego CA

I visited my sick mother in San Diego being cared by a company, Better Solutions In Home Care. I could say most of the caregivers aren’t doing the job they are supposed to do. 2 out of 5 caregiver does something on their cell phones most of the time. They need to be reminded to check our mom’s temperature, check the oxygen saturation if less than 92% that my mother will need supplemental oxygen, change diaper etc. I know that caregiver also need  to assist patient with light housekeeping, laundry etc. but those are not being serviced.

It was disappointing to see caregivers just holding their cell phones almost the whole shift and us being charge for such big amount of dollars per hour. I woke up one night to check how’s my mother doing and found that the caregiver turned off all the lights and resting.

Although, I would like to commend one caregiver that work beyond her duties us caregiver, her name is Marina de Guzman. We admire her for doing such an excellent job! She’s the best!!!

Your agency must educate or lecture your employees on how to perform their duties well in order for your agency to gain more clients that will trust you to care for their loved ones.

Tickets At Work Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC STOLE MONEY Tampa Florida

Note, the entire reason for this is because the booking occurred on their website from TPA

to DAL but when the confirmation returned it showed DFW as the airport (they are about an

hour apart). This was NOT the right airport. I simply tried to change the pickup location and

they could not do it, instead referred me to Hertz who referred me back to tickets at work (this

back/forth happened multiple times) and end the end the person at tickets at work said they

had no authority, could not change it, then said my only option was to cancel with them and

rebook but cancellation would cost $50. This is crazy! They can’t make a simply change. I

was literally on the phone with them the day before my flight for hours!

Timeline:

05/18/21: I received a call from family that my 75 year old mother who has Stage IV colon

cancer had to undergo surgery on 5/26/21 and she wasn’t doing well. I had to book a flight

without much notice to airline to help family and see my mother just in case she didn’t come

out! You can imagine my stress and emotions at this time.

05/24/21: I realized I needed a car rental and had assistant book it through work discount

program ‘tickets at work’. When confirmation received I realized it was not the right airport. I

am leaving within 24 hours. I realize the confirmation included a Cancellation Policy (below)

that within 2-days of pick up I would be subject to a fee equal to one-day rental cost estimating

$51.59. I DIDN’T want to cancel, I simply wanted the pick-up changed to the correct airport I

was flying into!

It is too late this evening to get ahold of anyone, they are closed.

thetime of your booking will not be refunded. Cancellations received within two (2) days of the pick-up date will be

subjectto a supplier cancellation fee equal to one-day rental cost. Estimated cancellation fee is $51.59 with start time

05/23/2021 08:30 PM and end time 05/25/2021 08:30 PM.

05/25/21:

• 08:00am starting calling Tickets at work to get pickup airport changed. Can’t get any

help, the representatives I am talking to do not have the authority, cannot make a

change, and are working remote, they have to email management for help. During this

call the representative didn’t get response and told me to call Hertz directly. I called

Hertz directly and they said call Tickets at Work. It is ridiculous the back/forth.

• 10:12am received email confirmation from them that they are trying to find solution

and would get back to me in 1-3 hours.

• 03:00pm I haven’t heard anything I have to do something, my flight is in hours. I had my

assistant calling again and I got on Hertz website to see if I could pull up reservation as it

didn’t appear before. Low and behold it did this time!

• 03:38pm I used confirmation number provided by Tickets at Work on www.hertz.com

website direct and changed it myself to the correct airport. However, the confirmation

I received back was a different confirmation number. I called Hertz direct and was told

that I still had another confirmation in the system, they validating it was me and they

closed it because I now have a new one that is correct. I starting heading to airport to

catch my flight this evening and instructed my assistant to stay on it with Tickets at

Work. While I am on with Hertz my assistant is on with Tickets at Work. Hertz

confirmed rebooking and my assistant verbally communicated cancel over the phone to

which they said they would honor for a $50 fee. I didn’t agree with it when I didn’t

want it canceled in the first place but at this point I’m done and need to focus on family.

• 05:09pm haven’t heard anything yet contrary to 1-3 hour commitment, it is over 6 hours

later, so my assistant sent another email inquiring. You will see that the email asks to

change to correct airport and if that was not possible I needed to cancel the reservation.

This is in writing within the timeframe from original booking meeting cancellation

requirement so at worst case scenario it should have cancelled and the $51 fee charged!

• 06:25pm flight takes off to Dallas (DAL)

• 08:06pm my assistant received an email back confirming request for cancellation!

Clearly this also is within the cancellation policy in writing they provided to do it for the

$51 fee!

05/26/21: 7am, Mom had surgery. Opened her, closed her, could not remove tumors. The

prognosis was worse than anticipated and we were told she has 6-12 months to live. Chemo

“may” be solution to prolong her life but that is a tough choice. I know you don’t need this

information or the proof of it that I attached, but it is a real situation for me, not a lie and I

cannot believe that I am even having to document in detail the play by play of this situation to

get refunded what I clearly deserve even less the $51 fee. I can’t believe that a vendor work

would provide as discounts to its employees would not have compassion and be able to make a

simple change.

06/04/21: I prolonged my trip as much as I could. I have attached a receipt from Hertz. As you

can see, I spent almost a thousand dollars just on this trips car rental. Not to mention the

travel and everything with it.

To know that Tickets at Work couldn’t make a simple change, is not refusing to honor their own

cancellation policy, especially with what I have going on they are crooks!

Bottom line is: This dispute needs to be reopened. You have PROOF that I had no choice and

clearly cancelled within their policy. Clearly the money didn’t even go to the car rental agency

so where is it? Profit to Tickets at Work? I expect a minimum of a refund less the cancellation

fee and should honestly receive a full refund period!

National Agents Alliance (Alliance) Alliance Andy Allbright Terry Edwards Will NOT RELEASE CONTRACT Nationwide

I am a licensed Life Insurance agent and was introduced to NAA(National Agents Alliance) when I recieved an email from Mia Fennel. I was told they had leads that i had to purchase but had leads for Mortgage Protection and Final Expense. I was told I had to move contracts and get appointed with some of there approved companies. I went ahead and moved some contract with NAA like Mutual of Omaha, Foresters and a couple others, I was never told that if you want to leave they will not release your contracts since this is an independant contrator postion. I was not able to get Mortgage Protection Leads as others already were recieveing them in my area, I did get Final Expense Leads at a very High Cost and found it not productive.

It turns out this was not a good fit for me and chose to leave and took a postion with a great company. I had to move my Mutual Of Omaha contract as I needed that for my new postion. My new company submitted contracting to Mutual of Omaha and provided a new agent number. I later came to find out that once I submitted 2 criticall Illness policies that this was still under NAA. I than contacted NAA contacting department and recieved an email that NAA does not release agents, since I did not write business with Mutual of Omaha since i was with NAA i could move my Life, LTC, and others as of 8/1/2021 but not the critical Illness since i just wrote business and now would have to have NAA sign a release for that contract of wait until 1/2022.

I contacted Pam Slaydon contracting Manager by email since I called several times with NO return call. Her email to was short and cold that we do not release agents. I them wrote back that I have a new postion and need the critical Illness portion released as this could effect my position and this is how i support my family and since everything else with Mutual of Omaha was going to move over as of 8/1/21 and i would not be writing anything uner NAA what is the point to keep my contract hostage, and NAA has agents get releases all the time from other companies. It is a typical customery practice that companies release you as they all need this to happen.

I could never get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. I than call Terry Edwards who was my direct upline and always very nice when it comes to bringing you on since that benefits him but for him to do something that has no positive gain for him I recieved a message that he could not help try contacting. Funny how when there is nothing it for someone all of sudden he cant do anything but when things are reveresd he would bend over backwards to get a contract.

I sent Andy Albright several messages who is the owner of the company with NO response once again. I was now stuck in a postion not able to have a conversation about this matter. My voicemails were are very nice and simple stated lets talk about this situation and see if we can resolve this as it impacts me greatly and still just ignored.

So my advice is NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NAA as an agent or consumer they have 0 integrity
