They claim on their website they accept returns and provide refunds however, when I requested return shipping address, the company avoided providing the information repetitively when asked through a series of 10 emails back and forth.

They continued to offer for me to keep the merchandise and and offered to refund me 15% of what I paid, which was over $200. They also inferred that if they were to provide the shipping information they could not guarantee a refund because I would be shipping to China and it was possible the items could get lost on the way.

We were contacted by these clowns when we had an ad out to find sales reps for our business. They were originally asking for a $2000 up front retainer with 10% commission. They said they have 7 sales reps on the west coast servicing accounts like Anthropologie, Marriot, and various clothing/specialty stores.

They sounded professional on the phone and after some back and forth we agreed to a $1000 retainer. Something did seem off with their emails; they seemed to be a bit "pre-written." 

I signed their agrrement and asked where to send samples/ their check to, a list of all their reps, and their W9 for me to keep on hand. They asked me to only send 2 sample kits to the address listed, and that their 'bookkeeper' was on maternity leave so they can't get the W9 until she is back.

I googled the address that I was sending samples to and it looked like a mail drop center. More searching led me to this site where I can see a story with the same details from 2012. 

Luckliy we did not send any funds to these scumbags. Hopefully others do their due-dilligence prior to sending anything as well.

The contacts we has were Ken and Carole at West Coast Seven. But it looks like they've been pulling this scheme for a while with different aliases. The Tribe, Road Warriors, Michael Steinberg are some of the names that came up.

 Today's date 06-SEP-2019. On 04/23/19  I place an order with SMS AUTO FABRICS 04-22 503-2341175 OR 9955 DEBIT CARD PURCHASE for $1,123.00. We were told the product was in stock and was going to ship immediately.  After a few weeks, I emailed back (you can't call customer service). I was told the product was being manufactured and would be shipped as soon as the product was completed manufactured.

Along the way I pressed them for due dates ans was always told the same thing. The product was  being manufactured. Finally they said the product was going to ship in August 2019. This week we received the product but they are clearly remnants. Not new product. The embossing they charged me for was not completed either. As usual, they have not resoponded to my emails. I have begun the process of getting a refund from my bank.

Do not buy a Hisense product.

They will only send out a "refurbished unit" to replace your new but not working unit in addition they will lie to you and stall the process as long as they can and make it unbearable dealing with them. In addition they respond with emails in Chinese caligraphy so you can't understand and are not sure the documents they request actually get to them. 

They are horrible horrible people at a horrible company

There is a reason why so many employees post there disatisfaction with this company and owner. Do not waste your time or effort working for this company.

I paid to this company more than $550 USD for two doors, after 3 weeks waiting their told me that the doors were ready to pick up, therefore I rent a truck, when I arrived to the store their advise me that the invoice was missing and therefore their could can't give me my doors, after 1hr and 30 min, I left the store whithout my doors and any remedy.

Fortunately, my credit card refused 2 charges (another fraud–waiting for new card). Two other charges were paid and disputed.

Dear Ripoff.

"Computer Geeks" or "Primetechnicalsupport.com" were helping a lot for a long time but now I can't reach them on 1-888-441-3515.  There is nothing but silence when I call.  Please try to find them and put them in jail or prison.  Who knows where they are?  

I paid them a lot of money but they did keep my computers up. If they took money and are now on the run w/it I hope they spend a lot of time in prison. Took $1200 for computer software repair – "Hightailed" it out

Ordered a set of ryobi brand 18v tools with credit card. They never arrived. I was sent a pair of sunglasses on first shipment. Contact company by the email address provided. I was told sorry, and will ship new correct order. I was given a China tracking number to follow.

Shipment finally showed up in U.S. Was held up in customs , finally supposed to be in my hometown. I waited several more days and then contacted Janet Gray again. This had been my email contact through out. Her email reply was sorry shipment seems to be lost.

I then requested a full refund, or new shipment. I was told that products we not available and offered a partial refund. My initial order amount was $59, and I’m being offered $45 due to shipping cost on something that I never received. I’ve been offered $46 in last email.
