Do not move here!!! Im not sure about the entire apartment complex but The Carlyle is ROACH INFESTED!!! Found a roach in my baby's bed! I signed a sure bond when I moved in and they telling me that it is not valid anymore, as they are trying to charge me for the roaches, carpet cleaning, cleaning period, and final pest control.
They also changed management 3 times during 2 years, they overcharging tenants, and the stairs have stains and trash in them… NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!
This company sent an email that they were shipping something that was on a recurring order. I immediately replied to cancel the order that I didn't have anything on a recurring order. They then advised that the order had already shipped, when I do not believe anything was ever shipped.
They charged my PayPal account $46.45 & are refusing to refund the charge unless they receive the package back in Australia. They cannot tell me how it was shipped, Fed-Ex or UPS, nor can they provide a tracking # proving they ever shipped anything in the 1st place. Don't buy from this company.
I paid Chris $700 to do work on my house and he never returned to do the work! He advertises on Craigslist and on local community boards. Exhausted with a newborn and desperately needing the repair, Chris saw me as an easy target and SCAMMED me.
When confronted he spun a web of lies stating he was in a car accident and the license plate in the picture he sent me wasn't even his! There are other reports out there from him scamming other homeowners, this guy needs to be STOPPED!
This company does not honor the return and guaranty policy listed on their website. Despite the below email i recevied from one of their representatives, i never recevied the refund for the return i submitted.

They are using this for there own pockets you will never hear back from them don’t send anyone any money to a PO Box unless you know who they are
They say your suppose to make $1000 a week min and want you to drive teams. You can’t make money this way and your treated not like a person you are treated like a machine They expect you to transport cars that are not running sometimes also they except you to run off the ELD which can cost you drive license they don’t care I do not recommend this company to transport or work for they are the worst people to drive for.
Also they keep a gps on your truck and watch everything you do If you take to long on a break they call you and question you what are you doing they are not driver friendly.
I am retired and I live in hotel rooms and airbnbs full time. In America we have a 4th ammendment right to privacy. I paid for a week and on the 3rd morning 2 employees showed up at my door and DEMANDED entry. I informed them that my wife was not dressed but they said I had no choice and attempted to push past me!
I closed the door and then went to management who told me I had no right to privacy and the 4th ammendment did not apply as I was their guest. Obviously no American would want to give up this right so I asked to be checked out only to be told there is no refund and furthermore I would be evicted for noncompliance.
As I said I stay in hotel rooms full time and have never encountered this before. I can't really afford to double pay for lodging but that is what I am now forced to do.
For six months we have been trying to get numerous items fixed on the home. All we get are people who come in and say they have fixed the items on the list when they haven’t done anything.
When we call the factory we get the same thing.They tell us that things have been fixed when in six months only one item has been fixed.They are rude when you try to deal with them.
Their two movers dropped our brand-new refrigerator on the front steps of our house while bringing it inside, causing major dents and numerous large scrapes. One of the movers said the damage was so bad that it will need to be replace. He said their boss, Larry, will take care of it. After speaking with Larry over the phone and emailing him photos of the damage, he promised his insurance adjuster will contact me within a week.
After over a week of not hearing from anyone, I emailed the company for an update and was told they forwarded the information to their insurance company. It's been almost a month and no contanct from any insurance company. Tru Solutions also stopped responding to our inquiries.
It seems this company has NO INSURANCE despite advertising they are insured on their website. The owners have also been very aggressive at posting great reviews on themselves on numerous websites which has been very deceptive to consumers. Unfortunate because the moversnd were polite and helpful.
I reached out to Verizon due to needing to split my service from current family plan due to a divorce in the family. The representative assured me there were two options for continuing to pay off my device:
1. I could port out my number to any other carrier but leave the device on the account, they account owner would then keep the device and the device payments would remain the same – the promotional price of $10 a month for the next 20 months.
2. I could open a separate account with Verizon in my own name and move the device and line to that account. In this case also, device payments would remain at the promotional price of $10 a month for the next 20 months.
When I went back to process the transfer, the agent I talked to told me they could not honor the options I had been given. Whether I left the device on the original account, or if I moved it to a new Verizon account in my name, they would charge either myself or the original account owner a lump sump price higher than what I had under the promotional pricing. (approx $360 is what he told me).
Although the rep could see the notes where the previous rep had assured me that the payments would remain at $10 a month, he would not honor this agreement and gave me no options to move my phone number off the plan due to the divorce situation without paying a fee – even if I just moved the line to a separate verizon account.
