I am facing the issue from last 3 month and this company and its team unable to solve the issue. My totally business depends on the SMS basis and they are making fun with me.

When I called and checked, they had following answers: I have informed the team. The team is working on that. Limit reached and they told me that Trai has changed the rules and stop the service of promotion SMS so you need to buy transaction SMS. These guys are repeatedly saying the same thing again and again whenever i call. Beaware and dont lose your money. We selected Door2Door Movers of St. Augustine two months in advance from the field of movers because they were local and presented well what they would do for our local move 4.3 miles away, house-to-house. The onsite house interview, we made sure they accepted Discover card for payment with an affirmative. This was not our first move since we have moved many times.

We packed ourselves and have never had such a disappointing experience in dozen plus moves across the country professional and personally, as with Door2Door. If we had known how poorly they were going to treat our personal possessions, we certainly would NOT have engaged and paid them $1.1K. We estimate a loss in value of bedroom, dining room furniture and dishware of hundreds of dollars.

came from few dropped securely packed bins in their truck witnessed by us, furniture broken (see photo) , including dropped out back of truck of work radio that did survive their mishandling. We were asked at the end of the loading process, if we could take two lamps and we agreed but upon reentering outgoing house found a pile of personal items (see photo)

Upon delivery, we were told a credit card fee of $77 was required, unknown and untold to us months ago. When we unpack over the past weeks, we found (photo evidence) broken crystal vase, collector vase, Longaberger stoneware bowls one each of multiple sets, plastic plate, large and small glass bowls one of multiple sets, one of six set stem wine glasses, Corelle ware serving bowl. It was not the packing but the dropping or tipping over of stacked bins inside their truck cause of our damages.

Be aware as buyers of their poor leadership, lack of supervision, substandard handling of your personal possessions, dodging responsibility for compensation of our family’s daily dishware, household furniture, timeless heirlooms and individual keepsakes.

Promo was free items with paid for shipping of $14.99.  They took my money and never sent my items.  I emailed them after 7 days and they said it would take 10-13 business days.  That was back in November 2018

We were insured with this company from 9/14/12018 through 7/1/2019. Within this time…
1. I bought a new car in February of 2019, up until July 2019 I was dealing with the cars registration not being sent correctly to the state, at which one time my husband was pulled over due to an expired registration. The company did not have the correct vehicles listed for months even though I had contacted them regarding the changes immediately before leaving the dealership. I had to call the agent multiple times daily to get a call back and push the issue with underwriting for them to pay the fines that I DO NOT OWE.
2. June 19,2019 we were involved in an accident in the F250 in which lightning struck the vehicle while we were out of state. At this point, the agent never CALLED BACK. We were on the side of the road with NO roadside assistance or help from our insurance company. No offer to help with a rental or tow. We paid for the tow as well.
While all this, apparently our agent Cheryl retired leaving us to another agent in which we did not know or did not ever contact us. It has now been almost two months without the truck, we got it moved (on our own money and terms due to lack of help from Grange) to a second mechanic to fix the vehicle and the adjuster is dragging her feet.

She never answers the phone, only responds with emails. She lied about sending the supplement claim on 8/6/19 to the adjuster, who confirmed today he did not receive until 8/8/19.We are now still waiting for the truck to be approved for the fix which has been over 4 business days. This company lacks to communicate with their customers, lacks to offer any help to their customers, and I feel they are dragging the situation on due to us not having a current policy with them now, for obvious reasons.

At this point the manager nor the adjuster nor the claims rep will answer phone calls or return messages. They have left us with a $7500.00 bill and are not paying the entire claim. Our truck had a clean bill of health with proof from Ford prior to this incident and they are denying payment. They sent our a BODY adjuster, not someone who knows about internal parts

I extended a few generous offers to fix this quietly, but he dug his heels and REFUSED. Therefore allow me to explain my story, so I can warn others of his potential to cause harm.

I am a Christian, and May of 2013 the Lord led me to give a gift to a brand new employee at Enterprise Car Rental. I bought a $150 Ross gift card, wrote a beautiful anonymous card to this woman, and gave it to James Mieners to give to her since it was supposed to be anonymous. You see, James was the branch manager at the time (I see he was demoted that very month and eventually left the company. Could it be that Galatians 6:7 was working in action, who knows but God right James).

Being that I still live in the area and being that I still occasionally rent from Enterprise, I ran into this Enterprise employee, the INTENDED recipient of the gift and decided to share what the Lord had done for her life six years ago. What? You never got it? FUNNY thing is I had a hunch that I gave James Mieners the opportunity to steal. As such I called to follow up with him, and he responded, “YES I did give it to her. She was very surprised, and appreciated it”!!!!

WOW James Mieners you are a liar and a thief, so it seems anyway. I did a little checking on your background, and see you had a stint with a Christian ministry. James when you opened the card NOT addressed to you, did your conscious give you a ping at all when you read the Bible verse written to a complete stranger, and signed anonymous? You took her gift that the Lord intended for HER James NOT YOU. Shame on you, but guess what?

YOUR FORMER COMPANY ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL ACTUALLY HAS A HEART. Yeah EHI, what a GREAT company. Everyone PLEASE rent from Enterprise Car Rental because even after six years, the head management team came in and saved the day (when they did NOT have to). We can’t do anything legally to James since the Statute of Limitations has expired, but that doesn’t mean James you got ot away with your dirty deed.

It only means that your former employee that you stole from is getting something far greater than that little ole Ross gift card that you stole, that’s all. And James, I’ll never understand why you wouldn’t want to immediately settle this up so your former employer did NOT have to foot the bill of your thievery, but you didn’t. Therefore my advice is do NOT leave Mr. Mieners alone with any valuables, and certainly as an employer you may not want to trust him at all with anything requiring integrity because Mr. Mieners simply does NOT have it to give.

Their definition of "Minor Field Fabrication" really means that you will be doing lots of cutting and drilling of the steel to make it work. I paid for a "Pre-engineered Kit Building". Since I want walk through/man doors so I can get in and out of the building, I have to now cut and drill all the steel that is to be installed for this.

Apparently Lincoln engineers can't figure out the steel for this and leave it up to the customer to figure it out. I talked to Lincoln and he inicates thats normal, I say BS. I pay for a 100% COMPLETE ENGINEERING and got 80%. I also installed the ancor bolts when I poured the concrete according to the drawing they provided and the supports require more bolts that the drawing depicts. They said that not a mistake, thats how it is. What?

Tell me to install 4 ancor bolts for the main support columns, but building is made for 6 ancor bolts at each column. Who has to pay to have the building reassembled when it falls over? I bet if you ask Lincoln they will tell you "That's Normal". I do not and never will recomend a Lincoln Building. Also, getting the building delivered was nothing but problems. Lincoln custemer service? Poor at best.

YouShip4Less.com did not fulfill their end of their contract, and has been more than unethical, causing me great anxiety and distress. YouShip4Less.com was hired on June 7th to facilitate our vessel's move. A contract for a large amount of money was signed, to commence the process and finalize our agreement.

One June 11th my deposit was received by this company. On June 14th this company called to inform me that the quote and contract given and executed could not be met, because the cost of the move would be DOUBLE (not exaggerating) what our contract outlined. So, on June 14th both parties agreed this would not work and that my money would be fully refunded, minus a $75 fee. This was acceptable to me.

Move forward 3 months, I have still not received my large deposit back. I have called this company over 24 times and sent a dozen emails requesting my deposit be refunded, as agreed on June 14th. Each time I get a different reason for the delay, but nothing ever happens. I have reached out to an attorney and he feels that we have a great case and could file in Bayfield County Wisconsin, to make this process even less palatable than court in Florida, where this business is located. My final email to youship4less.com was informing them that my next step was to file a lawsuit in Wisconsin, if my money isn't finally returned. No response.

So my last ditch effort before proceeding to the court system is doing everything I can to bring awareness to this companies poor ethical behavior, online. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and every social media platform they have a presence on.

I'm asking of all of you for help spreading the word about this unprofessional and highly unethical company. I'm done playing games and I definitely understand the importance of a business’s online reputation. DO NOT USE YouShip4Less!

On Feb 1, 2018 I had a meeting with two reps from Allied Solutions. Theytold me that if I gave them mythree bedroom timesharet to rent. Allied Solutions will pay my $1200 a year maintenance fees forver and when I die my heirs too. I had to give them $8999 up front to get this started.I felt that this will pay for itself after 7 years.

I was rushed to initial all the dozen pages since the restaurant was closing. I was later contacted by RADIA from a sister company ADVANTAGE SERVICES and she aske d for my one bedroom and I would get $250 towards my maintenance fees. I questioned this since I was told ALLIED SOLUTIONS would pay my maintenance fees totally. She said no.

I get $250 per  room and that would only come to $750 per year for maintenance fees. I have paid my maintenance fees for the last two years ( Less $250) No one has called me since to rent my timeshares and I have made dozen calls that were all ignored. I am out $8999 and still paying my maintenance fees. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPNAY. Please Help!

In a year span, my family has lost two beloved, precious dogs named Rocky and Bella who were Family, not pets. In September of 2018 after getting sprayed for winter by Aptiv, Rocky went outside, happy and healthy. Not more than twenty minutes later he was severely seizing and had to be carried inside and put down a few hours later.

We couldn't figure out why and mourned the loss to this very date. September 2019 after the routine spray, Bella went outside and collapsed and started seizing uncontrollably and injuring her neck very badly. There was a noticeable "puddle" of liquid this time. After a phone call, the person who sprayed said there "might have been a slight spill".

There was NO coincidence about this company and the reason for our family member's sudden deaths. So tell me Aptiv, how are you going to fix this now?

In addition, here is my cousin's review on their Facbook page, "My parents used this service about a year ago, and their dog passed away from a seizure. He was old, so we thought it was just from old age. In April, they used this service again. This time, the employee spilled the pesticides in their garage without notifying them. 

Yep, you read that correctly. Their employee spilled an extremely poisonous substance in their garage…… and didn’t say a word about it.

Their dog of course managed to find it and after making contact with it she began having seizures. Before that happened she was very active, she would run, play, she had a personality.

My parents were livid with this company. They responded by covering the vet bills. Thanks, really makes up for everything, clearly. Two dogs died due to your product. The seizures worsened until last night, when she had 3 in a row. She was put to sleep.

I’m a firm believer that losing a pet is the same as losing a loved one. Do not believe that this pesticide is safe for animals. It is not, and if this company tells you otherwise they are lying."

I was in this industry for 20 years, so I know the scam.  After my First 2 transactions, they got their fees and after my deposit, closed my merchant account.  I called to find out why and the woman said, "our decision is final" and we "cannot explain to you why". The e-mail notification stated that it was due to section 2.1 of the merchant agreement. 

As all information I provived was true and easily verifiable, I am at a loss as to the reason my account was abruptly closed.  They are definitly NOT the cheapest card processor, but their equi[ment was update and that is why I chose them.  If you do not want to repeat the hassel of obtaining credit card processing, do not use SumUp.
