In August 2019 Blanton's performed a routine AC service at my parents house. My parents are both very elderly and my Dad is a retired, highly decorated Military Retiree. After inspecting their AC unit, Blanton advised that some components were weak and encouraged the replacement of the "Starter Capacitor and Compressor", they offered to do that work for about $500.

My dad indicated he would wait.  Note: when Blanton arrived it was about 92 degrees outdoors. My parents house was cool and comfortable inside. After blanton left my parents noticed their inside room temperature became very warm so they set their ac control for more cooling but it did not work.

The next day, family members opened the outside ac unit cover only to find 2 wires disconnected at the ac unit's starter capacitor. Family members then reconnected the wires and the ac unit then was able to make the house cool again inside.

Kathleen bliss is well known as the most fired attorney in the Las Vegas criminal system.

Recently she advised her client Carol Cha…to file a motion. She advised her to do this only to help her buddy Paul Padda. Now Carol is being sued and all her misdeeds are being exposed.

She also got herself involved in a nice little criminal conspiracy with the above mentioned crook who is being sued by his ex partner for FRAUD. He also defrauded the court and perjured himself – it's all coming out soon.

Bliss defends paedophiles and rapists – very badly I may add. In the Cosby case she absolutely screwed the case up, she is antiquated as are her ideas and strategies.

She is a liar and is lazy. She is on a downward spiral-in our opinion.

The scam entrepreneur reached out, requesting for a sales page and 3 advertorials per ecommerce product he sold. I worked on first two products. Over $700 worth of value, went unpaid for. In addition, I'll want compensation for delaying payment up to 4 months. He's a con artist. Pack all your things and…RUUUUN!

They supported perjury by teachers and special education staff to deny critical care and services to students in order to save the school money. They supported that teachers fabricated evidence. Many lawless activities….Multiple misleading statements can't be anything other than a bad-faith attempt to mislead the court about the facts and the law.

The tragedy continues as the lower court judge didn't care, the school board didn't care, nobody cares about the kids that aren't perfect. It has been openly stated the goal is to run you out of town so they can use the money for other things and the teacher's union has said, "me-too raises for everyone, even if you are not a teacher."  This is in PAUSD.

On September 1, 2019, I bought a PDF-suite-Pro 1yr for $35.95 and a template pack with a discounted price of $10.00 for a total of $45.95. When I downloaded it, the vendor charged me $58.85. They also charged $58.85 five times for a total of $294.25.

They then claimed the one-year purchase was a two-week trial, which they never mentioned anywhere before I downloaded it. Do not buy anything from them.

What is wrong with business in America? In the old days, there used to be a sense that businesses won and lost. So long as the quality of service was good enough to keep the business fighting, they took a loss, knowing that they could have a clear come-back. That's called competition. Today the all-American business empire only wants to win.

Case in point? Lenscrafters.I bought a pair of glasses 3 months ago and they are already scratched. Sure, they have a 30-days no questions asked guarantee, and they also offer a 1 year protection plan for your glasses. But give me a break!

I chatted with their corporate office. They said they would have to check if I bought their protection plan. I had not bought the plan, and that's when all hell broke lose.

I told them that the previous glasses I owned, from the other stores, would last me anywhere between 3 – 5 years without a single scratch, and that I had given these glasses the same care as the others. In fact, I was cleaning them with a cleaning care kit I bought in their store. How it is then that these had a smudge in the middle of both lenses with only 3 months of use?

I told them that if I had known that the quality of their materials was so bad, to the point where they wouldn't even withstand the course of what an average user would expect, I would have bought a 5-year plan. Or better yet, I would have bought no glasses at all. Of course, they panicked and sent me to the store to get a free replacement for the lenses.

Has "programmed decadence" hit an all-time low?

It turns out that the problem is not in the glass material, but in the anti-reflective coating. Here again, business America is selecting cheaper materials, inefficient processes, and dirt cheap employees, only because they want to make an even greater profit than last year. They can't lose for once, and this makes the coexistence of the CEO, the employees, and customers, a cutthroat experience. Willing then to sacrifice the quality, and even putting people at risk, for that extra profit.

And then what happens is that you get a bad rap, people leave the brick and mortar store, and gravitate to other businesses that can still offer decent quality: the online store.

So typical of what is going on today all over America. Makes me think that even capitalism could be under siege. When companies like Boeing make decisions that costs lives, and that will most likely make their business fail. I don't want to ever hear that Boeing is too big to fail, meaning to say, that they are too important and must be salvaged. The online market is open to everyone.

Sadly, we are not living in an age of competition, but rather in an age of acute capital cannibalism; and this is reflected in all markets. What my dad use to say still holds true: "What seems cheap, usually turns out to be a lot more expensive."

AuthorCentric ignores all my phone calls and emails.  They owe me several quarters of royalties and sales reports that are not providing.  I consider this theft and would like to find a way to make them pay.

Finishing Touch Flawless brows/ facial hair; I purchased both products for eyebrows and facial hair. The company claims it does not cause irritation to your skin. Every time I've used the product my skin breaks out all over my face, neck, and shoulders.

Caused my face, neck and shoulders to break out in irritation. I used the product several times not realizing it was the Flawless razor that was causing the skin irritation and not an allergy.

The Nevada Medical Board is supposed to investigate and discipline doctors who commit malpractice. My orthopedic surgeon in Henderson, Nevada, commited numerous acts of malpractice and caused me severe and permanent pain and suffering.

It took the Medical Board almost 2 1/2 years to review my complaint. They finally sent a letter saying they would do nothing. It was clear they never had any intention of doing their job.

This surgeon has a high rate of infection among his patients and puts many of his patients through multiple surgeries.

This Medical Board is completely ineffective. They need to shut it down or replace all of the employees and start over.  

Our company loaded with this brokerage for two loads  in august 14 and 16 and are refusing to pay my company. my company is called amlo carriers & logistics. we have called them numerous times but they refuse to pay and give us the run around a common practice with them.

They do this to many other companies. We signed to be paid by quick pay and wish they do not charge this fees.
