I live in Texas and Rachel Villareal lives in Arizona, and after viewing ads she had online I purchased a puppy from her for $1500. Rachel provided me with a contract that stated the puppy was healthy and would come with a health guarantee.

The transporter that Rachel arranged picked up the puppy and within hours the puppy was dead, I was delivered a DEAD puppy in an ice chest. Rachel Villareal sold me this puppy without taking her to the vet ever in her life, when my vet did the necropsy the poor puppy had two huge holes in her skull that Rachel claims she "did not notice" when she had the puppy.

Rachel has since become angry at me and refuses to return my money, instead insisting that I follow her contract and take another puppy in lieu of the refund.

Marcelino Media has phony videos giving great reviews, which are probably just friends of the salespersons. They charged $4,500 for 15 appointments at $300 each for a set appointment they say is from a call center in the USA, but it turns out that the call center is in Bangladesh and the callers have a terrible accent that is very hard to understand.

The appointments were all bad and they never replaced the appointments or refunded the money. They are total scammers, typical of a south Florida telemarketing comany. Don't buy anything from them at all. 

Ordered a Portable TV a SuperSonic SC-499 Seventh Avenue price $149.99 + Shipping and Handling $22.95 for a total of $172.94. Wife check online Amazon has the same Portable TV a SuperSonic SC-499 for $69.99 and free shipping and handling.

For the price that Seventh Avenue billed me for one Portable TV SuperSonic SC-499 $172.94 I can purchase two from Amazon and still have $32.96 to go out for dinner. This not including the interest they billed for using their credit card. Returning Product by prepaid Fedex Label provided by Seventh Avenue !!!

I received a priority mail envelope today from James Yates, 105 Malcolm Ave, Moore, MT 59464-9002.  Inside was a cashier's check for $2,350 written on the Northeast Bank (ABA Rtr #211274557) remitted by Ellianor Donovan and a letter from MMSN Professional Survey and Research Group.  The letter lists Agency Number: #1028 at the top

The letter explains that they are an audit company based in the United States and they specialize in audit of commercial service centers.  Due to changes by the Federal Reserve Global Campaign (never heard of it) that stores were required to stop selling some gift cards and Walmart had continued to sell banned gift cards.

Your assignment was to deposit the cashier's check for $2,350 and then go to two different Walmart stores and buy a total of five $400 gift cards, being very discreet so they do not realize you are doing an "audit" on them.  Then you are to scratch off the back to reveal the 16 digit card number and pin number and email a picture of each to your coordinator at [email protected].  You can call 251-265-4672 if you have any questions.

I have to admit that it looks very legitimate at first glance.  They paid $7.35 for the priority mail flat rate envelope and the cashier check is from a legitimate bank.  Even with 15 years of banking experience, I wondered if it was real.  Then reality kicked in.  They never tell you what to do with the cards.  I assume that just having the 16 digit number is enough for Walmart to issue credit.

They never clearly state that the other $350 is for you to keep – which you would think would be their biggest selling point.  They use a lot of words like "professionalism" and "assignment" to make it appear more legitimate and refer to their 33 years of "hard work and consistency which is shown in the integrity and reliability" of their business.

I did see another file under "P & O Professional Survey and Research Group" which is probably the same group.  Nowhere on the letter is an address for the company.  I'm sure they got my name and address off of some list.

Signed up and paid for service. Used aligners for 6 months as directed. About 4 months in, I could tell teeth were not moving as expected because alingners fit poorly. Contaced company as was told to proceed through series of aligners.

At the end, I contacted them with my compaints and sent pictures but they won't respond. Once they have your money and send aligners, you're on your own. They don't want to hear any negative feedback. Before beginning, you send pictures and send impressions of your teeth.

I did that and they said "you're a candidate". The only thing they are concerned with is taking your money. Expensive misatke. Wish I never heard of Smile Direct Club. 

Paid for full a service, Got NO Service. Not even a link to contact to report a problem and request a fix or a refund.  I want a refund.  I shouldn't have to pay for this kind of aggravation.

On 10/31/19 santanderbank of boston ma blocked my checking account. i have no access to my money. i canot pay my rent or any expenses food drinks. i cannot support myself. they will not unblock my account. i have sent santander bank of boston ma several emails.

and i have emailed the corporate office with no respnse. the corporate office called my cell phone left a message saying they are investigating. what are they investigating, they have stolen my money it is bank fraud. i contacted consumer services of boston ma and no one will help me.this is illegal and yet no one will help me.

i do not know where to turn or what to do. my disabilty check has been deposited into my checking account along with my pension and yet i cannot access my money. banks should never be allowed to do this and yet they do. i need a lawyer to represent me because i do want to sue santander bank of boston ma. 

i also need to contact the police department or have the boston police department contact me or since i live in las vegas nv perhaps the las vegas police can contact me because what santander bank has done is a criminal act and they need to be arrested. since the ceo of santander bank scott powell has not responded to me he needs to be arrested also.

ELEVATION SOLAR CHARGES A HIGH PRICE AND TAKES A VERY LONG TIME TO INSTALL

I found out I paid way too much for my solar system with Elevation Solar. They charge very high prices. They took 6 months to install and they kept failing inspection, so I had both a NVE bill and a solar financing bill to pay at the same time.

They don't care about you at all after the solar is finally installed. They will never come out to my house to fix anything. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Paid 450 to a zelle account marked Tyree Braxton ,they gave an invalid tracking number which was wrong from the start and nothing ever came. 

Always pay for goods with paypal goods and services and force a charge back if no goods received.
