I was approached by Travillio to join MLM program. They charge you a one time fee and then it's a monthly fee after that. To make a long story short, there is no real difference in hotel prices.

After you pay your initial fee and all of your monthly fees, it all averages out if you were to book through hotels.com, Orbitz, etc. Stay away from this scam. They are renting a small $500 a month office in Town Square. It's a fly by night business. 

After just 2 years, and NOT being advised that the crown I thought was placed in my mouth, was actually a veneer, this veneer fell off and now needs to be replaced.

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of 'jeans'. When I received them, they were too big and very poor quality.

I contacted the company I bought them from via their customer service email as instructed. I have had 14 email exchanges with this company regarding returning the jeans for a refund, but they keep telling me it's too expensive to return the jeans and will take too long.

They're burning up my 30 day 'no hassle' return by offering me $3, $8 and $10 USD coupons to use on my next purchase. I will not be making any other purchases from this company. They pose as a US company, but are actually in China.

I contacted AEFS more than 2 weeks ago, and filled out their ap. A few days went by with no contact. I received an email, that stated that they had sent me an offer, which I refused. and that they could do better. THe offer they referred to never happened.

After I got approved, I was asked by email to finish my application ( already done) After the prequal letter, I started getting requests for more information, some of it more than once. I discovered they did a hard credit check more than once, damaging further my credit rating.

Do not deal with these people, they simply do not know what they are doing, and will simply cost you numbers off of your credit rating, and never finish, of give final terms. Terms they do give, are subject to change after change, after change. Now after wasting more than 2 weeks, I have a lower credit score, and have to start over. This is BS

Having had prior experiences with this person and their associates, they work with other real estate investors to fabricate fraudulent contracts and attempt to force a sale of a home that you may or may not have listed for rent or sale to some unluckly homeowner that they deem as a "chump".

We have had several incidents where this person and their associates filed fraudulent suits and have had to spend hundreds of thousands in legal costs to fight (none of which are recoverable).

I have two complaints: 1) I was recently forced to upgrade from 5 Mbps to 10 Mbps. I was told by the agent on the phone that it would only cost me an additional $8.99 USD. I asked if there were going to be any additional charges, fees, taxes, etc. The agent on the phone said there would be no additional charges.

I reiterated, "just $8.99, that's all, right?". He replied "just $8.99, that's all". My bill went up $40 per month, not $8.99 as I had been promised. Now, let me add that I just talked to a friend that lives 6 miles from my home. He pays $42 per month for 500 Mbps. Yeah, you read that right, 500 Mbps for $42 per month from the very same internet service provider, Cincinnati Bell.

My bill is $130 per month for just 10 Mbps. In my opinion I've been lied to by Concinnati Bell. In my opinion I'm being cheated by Cincinnati Bell. In my opinion I have been robbed by Cincinnati Bell.

2) I agreed to pay for for 10 Mbps. I run speed tests occasionally and I never get more than 8Mbps download speed, and that is rare, most often it is around 6.5 Mbps download speed. Not once during a speed test have I ever received more than 0.5 Mbps upload speed. So, on average I am receiving about 65% of the download speed I am paying for, and only 5% of the upload speed I am paying for.

I recently chatted with a Cincinnati Bell rep online and she said they only guarantee 80% of the speed I am paying for. That is 8 Mbps. I was not told this at purchase time and it is not what I agreed to purchase. Additionally, right now my wife is trying to work from home.

Her efforts are being hampered by our current internet speed of 4 Mbps. In my opinion I am being lied to by Cincinnati Bell. In my opinion I am being cheated by Cincinnati Bell. In my opinion I am being robbed by Cincinnati Bell.

I took my car to this shop upon a recommendation from a friend. I was told my camshaft needed to be replaced. They assured me that they could fix this even though they are an oil change and car inspection shop similar to Valvoline.

After two weeks in their shop, the car was returned to me with the assurance that it was fixed. Within a week it began losing coolant. I took the car back asking them to figure out what was wrong because I was charged over 2700.00 for the repair. They then told me there was another repair that needed to be made that would cost me another 300.00.

They refused to take responsibility to fix their mistakes. I was informed by two outside mechanics (not affiliated with Kwik Kar) that they did not repair my car correctly which almost ruined my engine. I tried numerous times to speak to the owner, Steve Cooper. He only goes to his office four times a month so it was impossible to speak to him.

I began calling him in May 2019. I left messages with John (asst. manager) and Kyle (manager). I also went to the shop and gave them hand written notes asking for Steve to call me. I left my business card with the assistant manager and store manager that had my personal cell, work cell, and work email printed on the business card.

Therefore, Steve Cooper, the owner  had three methods of communication that he could have used to reach out to me. I made diligent efforts to rectify the situation in a fair and cordial manner. Unfortunately Steve chose to ignore these attempts until I threatened a lawsuit. Miraculously, two days later after I made this treat, Steve finally called me. It took from May 2019 to September 2019 for the owner to call me.

I provided documentation that showed what had to be fixed with the second repair and he is still refused to take responsibility. Kwik Kar has caused surmountable damage to my car. They didn't repair my car, THEY MADE IT WORSE!!!

The second mechanic who fixed my car correctly, provided documentation that Kwik Kar made numerous mistakes. He also stated that I am EXTREMELY lucky the motor wasn't permanently ruined. A lawsuit has been filed. The damage was so severe that the second mechanic took 33 days to refix my car!!!! 

Im a Hispanic American and Devra Zandell, Realtor for REMAX/HERMOSA BEACH, CA got me fired and lied to the company I worked for. I did NOTHING wrong, in fact I delivered over 5,000 flyers by hand dalivery for her but because I missed 4 houses she got me fired!!!!!

When I called her she said "I don't talk to 'BEANERS'" so i think she is the rasist kind of person.i think anyweys. my cmpany even offered her a free service and deliver another 5000 flyers for her (at my expsnse) but she only said she just wanted me fired bekause she dont like mexicans.

i lost my job and trying to put my girls threouegh college now cant do it. i think she is not a henost persen. but cant prove it 

My boyfriend and I have a signed lease agreement with Kamran Ameri from December 2018. With a move in date of February 5th,2019. For the residents of 16 Ezra crescent brampton Ontario. It's now November 6th,2019.

We have not received the keys, access to the rental property or our money back. In September he gave us a lease for his basement apartment at 9 watfive street brampton Ontario. With a move in date of September 9th,2019. We have not received the keys or access to this property as well.

Both rental units have other people living in them. He will not give us our money back we paid him first and last a total of $4400. As well as paradise homes gave him an additional $2200 in the spring of 2019 for the people who had paid for a lease to help cover expenses well not living in the home due to the building companies delay.

We never received that money as well. But have in text that it was for us. So he has a total of $6600 of our money. We have been living in a motel since April 2019 when he said it would only be 3 days. We are now November 2019. All we want is our money back so we can get a home for our family.

I'm being charged $79.99 a month on my credit card. Tried calling the number listed on the credit card. Ended up talking to a company in California.

They insisted that I had no account there. I believe that the company in Florida is a rip off.
