GK Auto Sales LLC misrepresented the condition of a car the business asked me to move from Jacksonville, Florida to Fall River Massachusetts

GK Auto Sales dispatched to me the move of an automobile.  Since no one stated otherwise, I assumed the automobile was operative.  Only when I arrived to the pickup location, however, did I learn that the automobile was without keys.

Consequently, I was unable to pick up the automobile.  I asked GK Auto Sales to remit to me a cancellation fee to offset the cost of fuel I incurred traveling to pick up the unit and pay me for the time I spent, but the dealership refused to do so.

I respect your business and your steps against fraud. But some people use such sites to defame others as well. He further decide to ruin our reputation by posting fake information on lot of websites and m personal information was published such as my name, my company name, my house address, my office address, my personal phone number and name of my close family members.

There were lot of URLs that were removed by court but few of them are left which are from outside of Canada. We requested the webmasters politely to remove the content as it is clearly seen that it is act of defamation. We also tried using DMCA takedown but it didn’t work as they are using DMCA ignored hosting. We requested google also to remove these URLs from google search as soon as possible.

We can also provide an on going lawsuit files from court regarding this matter upon request. You can check if they were real reviews how same exact information is publish on multiples websites. There are minors living on these addresses which is not safe at all for me and my family.

Skyjiro Forge After 7 months I still have not received my product or a refund Rosemead CA

I ordered a sword that was “in stock” and 3 months later, I find out they didn’t even build it yet.
When I confronted them, I was told they would make it good. Another month goes by and still no sword.
Contacting them again led to just a bunch of excuses and unfulfilled promises.

Tried to get a refund, but several more excuses, and another month goes by and no refund.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they have continually missed deadlines and promises.
After 7 months, I am done with this company. They have no honor.

Jodi Danika basset hounds Sold a puppy and never gave me the puppy after payment Tallahassee FL

Contacted seller. Signed the buyers contract. Paid the rehoming fee and was never shipped the puppy.
Right at last minute, they wanted an additional $1500 for shipping. I paid for a puppy and got ripped off.
Do not buy from these sellers. You won’t get a puppy and you’ll lose money.

Tesla Outrageous cost of repair Palo Alto CA

My car stopped all of a sudden in the middle of the road. It was towed to Tesla, Burbank.  I didn’t hear back from a representative until in the evening via App message stating the invoice was e-mailed.  I never received the invoice until the next day.  The invoice total is $8,669.08, labor costs $210 an hour, for rear half shaft 36mm, powertrain, and labor costs.

The car is out of warranty so this is an out-of-pocket expense.  I was never warned of the cost of repairs after warranty regardless of how many times I asked the service department representatives what I should expect.   They gave me an estimated price of around $14,000 for battery replacement and that was it.  I never expected this type of cost these other types of issues.

The worst part is you cannot reach anyone in the department. All communication is through the Telsa App.   They have the worst customer service ever!!!  I am completely applued, disappointed, and feel as though I have been taken advantage of.

Stores123 123Stores Refusall to fill an order Long Island City New York

I ordered a set of barstools from them through Amazon. They sent me a pair of cushions. I contacted Stores123 about the error through Amazon, and they insisted I had ordered cushions even though at the very top of the message they sent me, it has a picture and description of what I ordered which was–shockingly–a set of outdoor barstools.

I then complained directly to Amazon–who messaged them through the same thread the company had used to tell me it was my mistake, not theirs–who told them to fill the order. They ignored it. They just instructed me to return their cushions through Amazon. I told them I would be happy to return the cushions as soon as they confirmed they would fill my order.

They said they would not send me the barstools because it was a “listing error” and thank you for your cooperation due to the pandemic. Amazon will give me a refund but refuses to involve themselves any further. I am not buying their lame excuses nor am I giving up on receiving what I ordered. “Listing error” is not a satisfactory explanation from a company that advertises a product for sale, sends something else in its place, then offers up diotic excuses.

They use the actual brands colors scheme and exact images to sell products that are useless and will not take them back.  I asked my CC company to reverse the charges and dispute the charge which that are.

Dell Financial Services Dell hidden fee for extended warranty. Carol Stream Illinois

For the past several months, I received a bill from Dell. The bill amount was in the amount of $9.05. After the first time, I called and they said they were not sure why I was receiving this bill. The second time I called they explained it was an extended warranty fee. I told them I did not okay a purchase of an extended warranty on my laptops purchased years ago. They said, they would waive the fee.

Recently, I received another bill for $9.05 and in the billing field it said “New Plan” and the fee was there. I am concerned for others because they may be paying this bill and have no idea what its for. The wording Warranty or Extended Warranty should be on the bill.

After several discussions with Dell Customer Services, they let me know they can only WAIVE the NEW PLAN fee once. So—in order to fully close my account, I needed to pay the bill. Well, I paid the bill and my account has been closed.

Please pay attention to all the fees on your Dell Financial Services bill.

Dell is using a poor business practices to get more money from its clients. They should have sent something with the bill stating an extended warranty is available. They did not, and went forward with setting up a plan for a monthly payment.

I have already let BBB know about this practice.
