Las Salinas Condominium Association Elizabeth Brady, president allows selective enforcement of condo association ‘regulations’ in Key West Florida

During my 12 month stay at Las Salinas Condominiums, I was prohibited by condominium association parking lot attendants from parking my automobile in the condominium parking lot as my automobile exceeding the condominium association’s arbitrary model limit (which prohibits pickup trucks in excess of three quarter ton from being on the property between 2300 and 0600 hours).  (This random prohibition is included in the condominium association’s handbook, a copy of which was not provided to me prior to my relocation to the condominium.)

However, also during my stay at the condo I observed regular violations of condominium association ‘regulations’, including at least two vehicles (a pickup truck and a cargo van) that exceeded the three quarter ton limit and, at any given time, at least a dozen vehicles (including one under a car cover, dusty and clearly inoperative) failing to display valid registrations.  Further, parked haphazardly into a parking lot space and with two flat tires and no license plate was a pickup truck owned by the condominium association.

According to ‘regulations’ detailed in the condominium association handbook, for each of these units was subject to “immediate removal without notice” for failure to comply with association regulations.  I repeatedly brought this discrepency to the attention of condominium association secretary Rayshonqua Lyons and the two parking lot attendants, but none of these persons bothered to ensure parking lot regulations were being fairly and uniformly enforced.

Upon my relocation from the condominium, parking lot attendants secured an immobilization device to my automobile and, threatening to have the automobile towed, demanded I pay $50.00 to have the device removed.  My emails, text messages and written correspondence – the later sent via FedEx certified service to condominium association president Elizabeth Brady’s home – have gone unanswered.

Allstate Your home is not in good hands with AllState Northbrook Illinois

If you have Allstate homeowner insurance, I urge you to seek out an alternative insurance company. You are NOT in good hands with AllState. We’re already in the process of getting new insurance. Over the last 20+ years, we had Allstate for car, home and even some life insurance. We have spent months trying to get @allstate to pay for the damage to our roof. A public adjuster, a roof company guy and even passersby have told us that storm, wind, hail have damaged our roof. The adjuster and roof guy marked over 90 places on the roof damaged by hail.

Allstate refuses to cover anything. They made us file TWO claims! Our second claim has been denied. This time, Allstate recognizes that our roof was damaged by hail and storm. But they are also saying that the roof has been damaged by normal wear and tear. Therefore, they aren’t covering anything. Yet, they have been a moving target as to their reasoning. At one point, they said we have improper insulation. However, their inspector came out and approved the house and the roof to be insured in the first place. An AllState third party representative told us point blank that they are trained to delay and to deny all claims against homes. I did my research.

AllState has a history of refusing claims, dragging out the process so that homeowners eventually quit. Law suits abound throughout the country against AllState. This is not a business. This is a check cashing place in seedy strip malls. Where’s the pride? Where’s the creativity? Where’s the intelligence?   You’re not going to find any of that at AllState.

Feedurbrain, Censorship Allowed? Onlineselfeducation.com Took Money Then Disappeared Without a Trace

I joined “feedurbrain” on January 21st, 2013. The last I heard from them was on September 12th, 2018. I purchased well over hundreds of dollars in Group Buy (GB) courses. They later changed their name to Onlineselfeducation.com and charged a monthly membership fee.

The Group Buy (GB) courses could be downloaded. Now, I can’t access them. Is this censorship at its finest?Any suggestions?

Vroom Disorganized & Deceitful! Lied about service contracts, never got my car New York New York

This is the absolute worst car agency. They are extremely disorganized. They delayed my delivery by over a month due to mishandled contracts & then lied about it when asked for more information. They deliver cars in poor condition, or possibly damaged. I cannot believe the service level. Note, BBB REVOKED their accreditation due to poor business practices.

Real Estate Federal Corp IJMLS Investors Journal Marketing and Listing Serves IJMLS International Journal Media and Listing Serves I paid this Company $1950. to give me real estate leads and they never gave me one now here after two years and no refund. Houston Texas

I have experienced the same exact situation with this fraudulent company known as Real Estate Federal Corp or IJMLS (Investors Journal Marketing and Listing Service. The name apparently changes periodically.  They took $1950 from me in a contract, balance was to be another $1950 when I would receive real estate leads which I never did, now two years later. When I spoke to this person in charge, Andrew Middleman about this, asking for my money back after a year he cursed at me using profane language telling me to stop wasting his “F”in time. At this point I knew it was a scam. Luckily he only got $1950 from me. I had an attorney write to this company but the letters come back “No such address”.

I would like others to try and reach me so we can bring charges as a group against this thug and his so called company. This is inter state fraud and should be prosecuted by the FBI. However the amount doesn’t seem to be high enough unless we do it as a group. If anyone has any ideas please share them. Meantime this person or company will keep on ripping real estate people off.

Level Up Campaigns Level Up Level Up (MO) try to lure in new college grads for their MLM direct marketing scheme SAINT LOUIS Missouri

Level Up Campaigns is a new “Devil Corp” that’s popped up in STL. The way these operate is to lure in young people / recent college grads looking for their first professional job. They put up job postings on LinkedIn for positions like “Marketing Coordinator” and “Brand Coordinator” and mislead applicants with seemingly-professional (albeit vague) job descriptions. Companies like these are hard to research and keep track of because they constantly change names and shuffle around different cities.

Don’t bother applying to fake marketing agencies like these, much less actually working for them. Here is my experience with their interview process:

Within a day after I applied, I was contacted for a 15-min Zoom “interview” for the next day. What actually happened was me sitting on a muted Zoom call with 20 other people while a young representative sped through a scripted pitch of the company. She made promises that this job is “recession-proof” and over-emphasized the Fortune 500 companies they “work” with, along with a lot of word-vomit marketing jargon that did not amount to any relevant or detailed information about the company. In the end, she did not specify what the job entailed and sent us questionairres to fill out. These included questions like “what are your goals” and “what are your hobbies”, weirdly similar to school exams.

Shortly after finishing, I was contacted that I made it to the next round of interviews for the next day. I must point out that throughout this process they constantly emphasized how “selective” their interviewing process is, and that getting this far is apparently “a big deal.”

The second interview was a 1-on-1 Zoom call. Not with a hiring manager, but an intern probably around 20 years old. At first it went like a typical interview, then the intern screen-shared a Powerpoint and told me more about what I would be doing. This is where I finally found out that the job I applied for is not what’s being offered here. This is not a marketing position at all, this is direct sales for Spectrum.

Once again, this was a jargon-y presentation with no details specifics about the job, but later research online tells me I would have been standing at a table in Costco and pushing internet services all day for NO SALARY, making money purely off commission. Oh, and they expect you to work Mon-Sat from 10 am-7 pm. The intern also showed me a chart of how “growth” in the company works, and that the “really driven” people can, within a year, become managers with their own offices making $100k/year.

Total MLM scam. Further research shows me that would I have taken this job, I would have made less than minimum wage and been indicted to a cult-like atmosphere. Devil corps like these deliberately overwork you and take up all your time to keep you from friends and family, as you surely go insane and fall deeper in the trap. Looking at Glassdoor reviews for similar companies, any positive reviews are totally written by poor souls that are too far gone, using guilt-trippy, accusatory lines like: “This company has high standards, so if they don’t see you putting in the work or trying, they will not continue with you.”

Afterwards, they contacted me for a third interview. I declined.

Just don’t bother with fake jobs like these. I’m annoyed my time was wasted, but the extensive research I did into this “devil corp” phemonenon was a fascinating rabbit hole and I’m glad to know the warning signs now.

Landerholm Family law Family Law Office Unethical & perjury Portland oregon

I was going though a custody battle with both of my kids that at the time were both in grade school. I reached to this law firm and did a deposit and legal consultation. I called back later that week for a appointment to only find out after I paid money on the consultation and them agreeing to represent me. The clerk said they can no longer represent me in court do to they now were representing the other party in the case after I paid all ready. Its gets even worse with the lawyer literately lying and committing  acts of perjury. I have filled a complaint with the State Bar on the lawyers licences and is a complaint on record on there law firm. Its was also under investigation by the department of justice in Washington DC.

I highly advice to use another law firm. Unless you want them lying about you and taking your money while switching sides.

The Taverna Collection misrepresented a car the dealership wanted me to transport, then refused to pay a cancellation fee Hollywood Florida

The Taverna Collection dispatched to me the transport of an automobile.  As no statement was made to me indicating otherwise, I assumed the automobile was operative.  Upon arriving to the pickup location, however, I learned that the automobile’s motor would not start.  Connecting the car’s battery to a jump box and, later, to jumper cables attached to my car hauler’s batteries did not improve the condition of the car, and I was unable to load the unit onto my car hauler.

When I contacted The Taverna Collection about the matter – that Taverna had failed to tell me the unit was inoperative – and requested payment for the time and money I spent traveling to load what I was told was a viable automobile, Taverna denied owing me a cancellation fee as reimbursement for the expense I incurred traveling to pick up the unit and monetary compensation for the time I spent.
