After a week of having the truck, I realized that the arm bars were broken, and soon to follow I needed a new radiator, then water pump and then now the truck has just blown head gaskets and I hardly ever even drove it. From an Aggie to another Aggie I thought we were to take good care of one another.
I thought those guys were looking out for my best interest but instead they took my money and sold me a junk vehicle. Not to mention the racial discrimination that I experienced as their customer when I went to make a payment on the vehicle and one of their reps held the door shut not allowing me to enter the place of business, claiming that he wasn't sure who I was.
In a business all people should be respected, treated fairly and not dicscriminated agaisnt because of the stereotypes and labels that society has placed on a specific racial group of people. I am very disappointed because I was a man of my word.
I paid them $4,000 upfront and then managed to maintain a $800 monthly carnote while I was working my tail of to get the truck paid off and I did. I paid the truck off in just a few months to only have you them laugh in my face, treat me unfairly and called the police on me after they received the final payment for the vehicle.
I am a genuine and respectful young man and I carry myself that way and I am disappointed that now I am out of $6394 dollars and a vehicle. I wish you guys would have been upfront and honest with me. I worked so hard to accomplish things to only be mistreated and taken advantage of. I've only had the truck for about 6 months.
This is the worst customer service company in the world. One incompetent after another. My wife ordered online 5 items, order # 94130802. 3 items came, which were all wrong – someone else's order. What should have been as easy as calling for a return label and them sending out the correct order turned in to such nonsense that I was yelling and cursing at their incompetent reps over the phone.
First my wife is told they will email a return label. Then days later she never gets it. Then I call back and demand it, and some incompetent tells me that I have to take photos of the barcodes on the items, send it to their email address, and then they will send me an "affidavit " to sign stating that she got the wrong items. Really?
We have to go through a legal process like this after one of their incompetents put the wrong merchandise in my wife's order ? After the email and photos were sent, they still never responded. Now we had to drive over 10 miles to one of their stores hoping to resolve the issue. The store manager couldn't even get anywhere with their customer service over the phone.
Now we are told to keep waiting until we get a return label. They won't even send out the correct order until they get this one back, and they do nothing to send you a return label. We are not paying to send their mistake back. Incompetence to the highest degree.
Take my advice, do not order online from these people, only buy in their stores. If they screw up your order, you'll be sorry. And if they don't refund your order, dispute the charge with your credit card company.
I placed an order in April of 2019. For 2 items. One for $14 and one for $9.99. I noticed a charger for $39.95 a month ago, don't ask why i did not notice before, just did not notice it with other chargers it was mixed in with on my bill.
Last month (1-2-2020) was the first time and i thought what is this ,i did not order any thing from them. I contacted the credit card company and they said they would cancel the card and contact the company about a refund.

This guy is insulting my itelligence at the expense of my children, custody was ordered by the court for custody schedule to remain the same, which was determined in May 29, 2019 order, however, Judge Hopkins continued his belligerent stance, furthermore, this court mysterious defense of plaintiff has established an extraordinarily troubling precedent, that doesn’t act in the best Interest of Child.
Court was told by Father, that we all know what’s going on, here today, in reference to the Judge denying Father’s motions but awarding him partial reimbursement of child care costs, but refused to acknowledge severity, furthermore, subliminally acknowledging plaintiffs disobedience of court orders.
Judge amazingly dismissed a Behavior Court order that was requested by father to retain a standard of respect with parties, the Judge stated that this order was not ordered by his court, however he addressed the same order in previous hearings.
Judge displayed intimidating signs of temperament, by grabbing his head and covering his face, while father is speaking on the best interest of his children. Father stated that Parents agreed on Father having kids from Monday – Friday, however, judge denied with prejudice, led Father questioning courts underlying intent.
Father stated in court that mother work schedule supported why parents agreed to their schedule, and that, furthermore, father clearly stated that his daughters is being affected by this custody schedule, that he has signed them up to see a therapist and that mother has not been apart of any of our children’s learnings or health affairs.
Mother work schedule supports Father neglect claims, which mother has 3 sustained cases with family services for Neglect. Father exposed mother’s 8 false reports claims, Judge declared that what was happening in justice court wasn’ this court's concern, Father suggested that it should matter, if I’m facing jail time, Father gestured and stated that this court is trying to help you towards the mother, furthermore, judge stated that he had ALL the exhibits in front of him.
Mother made an allegation that Father doesn’t live at that address. Court encouraged mother to seek perjury by Father, however, Father has evidence of multiply perjury claims against mother, which judge refused to vet.
Court didn’t comment or acknowledge Father’s allegations of perjury, that was presented and supported by documents in hearing. Court initially ordered mother to file order from the hearing, however Father objected and stated to the court that, they ordered mother to file it last hearing and she didn’t, courts helped mother with order, supporting Fathers claims of prejudice.
Father requested to file order, to have it expedited. Father notified the court that he was interested in Judge recusing himself from the case, judge is hopeful that i mess up so that he can take my kids away, this man intent makes him equalevent to the devil on god.
I know i have matured because i know my anger will not help the case, this peopleare turning me into a activist , i just want my kids . wuuuuuuuu saaaaaaaaaaaa. he better hope i die of stress , because im not giving up on my kids, but hopefully i can expose his findings. its very clear what he is doing

VIRZ product uses a mapping cell phone application (hudway) that cannot map because of technology problems causing the product to be useless and contribute to dangerous driving conditions.
VIZR's purpose is to reflect the phone app map (projected in reverse) onto a screen adhered to the dashboard. Since the app is worthless and no other mapping app applies as they do not project in reverse, VIZR is a defective product.
It is unusable and can cause dangerous driving conditions. FIXD is unwilling to make a refund and makes multiple excuses why they cannot refund or accept returns. This defective concept is credited to GA Tech engineers, which is a black mark against a fine school. When purchasing the product, the buyer is "welcomed to the FIXD family". This is a most disfunctional family that no one should want to be associated. Poor product that scams the buyer out of their money.
I won't even donate he VIZR to Goodwill as that would be morally wrong treatment for unsuspecting buyers.
I made 2 purchases in Oct. I received 1 item of 3 $55.94 and received 2 items out of 4 57.00 but received notification in Dec that the $57 order was delivered. No return communication since I ordered. I used paypal and am also filing a report with them.
This company makes you think they are a US company and the site does not tell you it is an international company until AFTER you make the purchase. I am angry. What is our government doing about this?
This company advertises cashmere lined sweatpants and sweatshirts with promise of 7-10 days delivery. I ordered a pair of sweatpants online on 11/19/19. This was a Christmas gift. When I followed up on 12/3/19, the company emailed me the link to track my order stating the order was shipped.
When I clicked on the link, all it said was the order was being processed. I have asked the company on 12/11 to cancel my order as it didn't seem I would get it in time. I filed a claim with Paypal after Christmas. The item was delivered on 1/4/20, from China and even though i ordered a size up, L instead of M, the sweatpants are more like XS and obviously don't fit.
I emailed the company again to ask how I could return the item. The response was that I cannot return it but they could refund 30% of the value!!! I am upset i lost $50 but my main point is to spread the word this company does not indicate the merchandise comes from China , has a deceiving marketing making it sound like it's based locally and it would deliver in less than two weeks.
There is also no indicationtheir sizing is completely off . I don't want other people to fall for this scam. Since I came across this company on Facebook, I tried posting a negative review but they block those. Shame on me for falling for this but would like to spare others.
