took order /money/shipping money, never heard fom them again no-delv- of goods no-answer to e-mails

Absolutely an in compassionate & hack of a company! They cost me 3000 dollars in water damage! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were given my service call they a warranty company! They came charged me money , DIDNT FOX ANYTHING, I HAD A WATER HEATER INDER WARRANTY ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE THE WATER HEATER.

instead they charged me put the water heatter back together it exploded less than 48 hours caused 3-4K dollars in watts damage ! They can back charged me AGAIN! Then swapped out the water heater when that’s all they had to do in the first place! Then the owner WENT GHOST & stopped taking my phone calls when I called to asK for help with deductible!

Terrible company! Go somewhere else! THEY ARE HACKS!

Company Advertised MONTH-to-MONTH SERVICES but upon cancellation request, TRY to enforce that you are locked into a 5 YEAR CONTRACT and refuse to cancel unless you pay for the remaining TERM!!  

The mortgage company I worked and I used Shred-It close to 2 years.  I switched mortgage companies and was forced to switch to a different document shredding service. 

The service plan I was on was month-to-month servicing and when I signed up for it, the sales person promised this was the case.  I was told that if I no longer needed service, I could cancel anytime.  Later, when I tried to cancel my service, I was told that I was only 2 years in to a 60 MONTH CONTRACT and that I would have to pay costs and fees for all of the remaining term EVEN THOUGH I was cancelling with cause!!!

I officially requested for my account to be cancelled in June of 2019 with the companys' "Retention Specialist".  Then a few months later, I get a collection notice asking me to pay close to $630 in fees that had accumulated since my cancellation request.  Today, I called to get to the bottom of the situation and was told that I would have to pay the amount due AND THEN, they could REINSTATE the account and be sent back to their RETENTION specialist to attempt to cancel the service again.  I will post an update to this review once I am done dealing with this nightmare of a company and situation.

I initially ordered the Kraftgun on 12/13/19, and in the initial email, it stated that I would receive the item in 45-50 days.  I am very patient and considering the online reviews of the product, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.  The company sent autoemails every 10 days to "keep in touch". 

When I emailed them to check on the status, their responses were very vague, and never actually gave me an actual date, using excuses that the item is shipping from China, etc.  In their most recent response, they stated that they would move my order to the "first batch", whatever that means. 

I had told them that if I did not receive a tracking number that I would post a report on Ripoff Report as well as file a complaint with the BBB……so here we are.   Btw, I still haven't received a tracking number…..

Sold us a horse with bag leg then after we got home they tried to tell us it was a bad diet etc. We had xrays done and vet says it took years to get In the condition it had. Other reports online as well.

Do not trust this person. We filed a report on her as well as got money back from credit card. She tries to get you to use friends and family because it doesn't cover protection policy .

This is the 3rd time I have found a hair in my spring roll. Shame on me for going back to this place again, and believing them that they would "fix it". I really wanted to like this restaurant, but their hygiene is disgusting. The first time I was dining in, I told the waiter there was a hair in my food. He just blankly stared, and backed away with my credit card, not addressing the issue at all.

I figured accidents happen. Wasn't the first time I had a hair in my food. After the 2nd time I found a hair, I was in contact with the restaurant via email. They offered me a refund, which I declined, and I told them I would rather them wear hairnets or shave their heads!. They briefly stated they would fix the problem.

Now here I am a week later with ANOTHER HAIR in my spring roll. Shame on me for believing them! If this is what I can see, what are some practices that we not seeing? This place needs to be cited. I'm attaching a picture of my hairy spring roll. There were witnesses each time.

I hit all 6 number on 3/4/2018 and won $100000.00 for two cars or $80000.00 cash i took the cash over 5 payments of $16000.00 they paid me 4 payments of $16000.00 but i never recived the last $16000.00 its has been 19months.

sonia (1-212-931-6760) was the person i have been taking to she said any day the money was coming the she stopped picking up the phone i paid to play and they took my money for years now i would like my last payment of $160000.00 i have all my paper work i can send to you

Holly rented me 2 very damaged watercraft. very much false advertising of nice boats. didn't have a choice as that's all they had so it was either use them or skip the lake experinece. there was 1 employee Mike; working the rental stand. Did not provide proper safety equipment; childrens life jackets that fit, anchor etc.

had me sign 1 form only. did no walk thru. upon return they straight up kept my 1500 deposit. lied and said i damaged their pathetic beat up boat. i have 2 witnesses. scary thing is this company went as far as to FORGE my signature on a damage addmitance form i never saw.

Again i have 2 witnesses. Please read all of their reviews on yelp, google, trip advisior etc. She has scammed hundereds of people so far. They should be put out of business. 

I am making a statement regarding my involvement with Green Motion Edinburgh rental car agency.

Before the events of the 9/7/19 occurred, I need to first explain what transpired when I picked up the car on 9/5/19. On 9/5/19, I was informed by the Green Motion agent I needed to purchase car insurance from Green Motion in case of any damages to the vehicle.

I was told their car insurance covered ANY and ALL damages to the vehicle. I had already purchased insurance from Expedia but since Green Motion refused to let me rent the car without their insurance, I felt I did not have a choice, so I purchased their insurance.

When I picked up the car on 9/5/19, I began to walk around the car for inspection as is my usual custom when renting a vehicle. I was stopped by their agent who informed me, “no need to inspect the car, any damage is covered by the insurance you purchased”. Thus, an inspection was not completed. However, I noticed later that day that there was prior damage to the vehicle on the passenger and driver’s side.

While driving on 9/7/19, the last day I had the vehicle, and on the way to the rental car agency, I was victim of a minor hit and run accident. A woman started to pull out of her parking spot and bumped the passenger side of my car. She then pulled all the way out and drove off.

I did not have cell phone service, being in another country, so had no way of calling Green Motion or anyone else to inform them of the incident. During my next stop, I got out, walked around the car and noted that there was a new scrape and dent of about five inches in diameter. All other damages on the passenger side had already been there.

When I arrived at the car rental company, I informed them of the incident and pointed to the applicable damage. I was told, “it doesn’t’ matter because you have insurance” and then asked to complete an accident report/statement. I then completed the accident report and was about to leave when I was told by "Val" that I needed to pay for the damages.

I explained that I had purchased their insurance so the insurance needed to be used. I was then told that they would not honor their insurance. I tried to also give them the information for the Expedia insurance and was interrupted rudely and told, “Since you don’t have any insurance on hand, you will need to pay for these charges.”

I informed the agent that I had TWO separate insurances and that the damages could be claimed by one or both of them. The agent refused to honor my insurances or even receive the policy number I tried to give her. I informed her that I WOULD NOT pay for the damage since I had purchased their insurance.

After I left, the vehicle inspection form was forged and filled out after I signed it. I did not agree to the amount of damages on the vehicle. Also after I left, my credit card was charged without my authorization or signature for the amount of damages.

My bank eventually reversed the charges. However, Green Motion began emailing me bills for the charges that were reversed. They are now threatening to send me to collections. They have never honored the insurance I purchased, they are charging me for damages I don't even agree with, and they forged a document I previously signed. I am disputing any outstanding charges they say I owe since they have refused to file an insurance claim for the damages.

I was assaulted by Jason Belcher twice threw out the 8 week period as well as threatened with hospitalization if I didn't give him $900. I was hit so hard in the nuts it brought me to my knees. Belcher took a hot sawzaw blade to my arm leaving a severe burn.

Multiple times i was forced to do drugs with him out of fear i complied. 2 weeks before the job was threw i was forced to leave. I stayed with Belcher and his wife. They also paid an employee who was an illegal immigrant in counterfeit money.

Two other employees were also never paid.  I stayed with Belcher out of fear that if I tried to leave I'd be hospitalized. I wasn't allowed to tell anyone where I was at. I suffered verbal abuse  as well as physical.
