Clarity Services Inc. Clarity Services, Inc. P.O. Box 5717 Clearwater, FL 33758 1-866-390-3118 This company made a hard pull on my credit without my permission. They have been deceptive about it when I reported it to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They reported the hard pull on 12/22/2019.

I am still not sure what relationship Experian has with the company but the hard pull said-CLARITY SERVICES INC Inquired on 12/22/2019 PO BOX 5717 CLEARWATER , FL 33758 (866) 390-3118 Line of credit on behalf of LEAD BANK (8440). This inquiry is scheduled to continue on record until Jan 2022. When I emailed them and asked them why they pulled my credit they emailed me back with a generic email and said Dear Consumer, Thank you for contacting Clarity Services Inc., A part of Experian.

Please understand that Clarity Services, Inc. does not offer credit, did not deny your loan, and cannot tell you the reason for denial.

They still have not answerd why they pulled a hard pull on my credit. At this point I have advised them I am going to sue them as I have no other choice.

I moved from New York to Florida on November 23,2019. On November 25 I cancelled my service with Optimum and my relatives returned equipment on November 30,2019. My billing cycle starts on 22 of the month and ends on the 21 of the following month. 

Cable vision have never had cancellation fees before. When we discussed our service in April 2019  with representative, he did not informed us that Optimum Cable Vision was bought by Altice USA and cancellation rules changed. In addition before Optimum installed at our home Altice equipment no one told us about new cancellation rules.

Now Optimum demends payment for December 2019 in the amount of $173.66, for the time when the service have not been provided.

Optimum Altice is fraudulent company, avoid dealing with them.

Ixcelhealth Mountain Sky Mountain Peak Sent me something I didn’t order and charged me several times for things I didn’t order. Mooresvill North Carolina

Ixcelhealth, Mountain Sky Oils, and Mountain Peak Supplements are all connected. Ixcelhealth sent me something I didn’t order. Mountain Sky Oils didn’t send me something I did order (CBD oil) but charged me $69.95 and $89.95 on January 27, 2020.

I didn’t order anything from Mountain Peak Supplements, but they charged me$39.95, $4.95, and $4.94 on January 8, 2020. What a rip-off!! This is a total of $209.74. Something needs to be done about them!!

114 on Third LLC 114 on 3rd LLC left the entire apartment building without hot water for months Bismarck North Dakota

114 on Third LLC is the worst company I have ever rented an apartment from in my life. I had a month to month lease with 114 on 3rd LLC from October 2018 to June 2019. From March 2019 to June 2019 everyone in the entire building was without hot water.

Despite numerous complaints and attempts to contact the owners of 114 on 3rd LLC, the issue was never resolved. When I informed the building managers (Chelsea and John) that, as per North Dakota law, I was giving a 10 day notification in writing that I would be withholding rent for every single day I went without hot water they told me that I would have to move out that day.

When I informed them that I was not leaving that day, as same day evictions are illegal they threatened to call the police to have them remove me, my infant (he was less than 2 months old), and his father. I informed them that the police would tell them to start official eviction proceedings and at that point they stopped threatening me with an illegal eviction.

After filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau, the owner of 114 on 3rd LLC responded that they/he/she (I was never able to find paperwork officially connecting names to 114 on Third LLC, though I did find one owner in an article in the Bismarck Tribune) had never heard of me, and had no idea what I was talking about. This was after I made numerous complaints to management via their official complaint forms, mail, text message, phone calls, and in person. They repeatedly said the hot water issue would be resolved, usually "next week" or "in the next two weeks", but nothing ever got fixed.

I contacted several city offices, including the Housing Authority, Health Department, Health and Human Services, the City Council, and the Mayor's office, but there never seemed to be any interest in getting anything done. My research indicates that city's don't generally do much in situations like these except require the building owners prove that they are "attempting" to fix the problem- this can be as little as getting a couple of estimates for the cost of the work. 

Unfortunately, 114 on 3rd LLC probably won't ever face any repercussions for their refusal to fix problems with their buildings despite the fact that the lease they provide guarantees working heat, water, etc. I just hope anyone planning to enter any rental agreement or business relationship with 114 on Third LLC reads this first.

Sanford Health refuses to work out reasonable payment plans for medical bills Bismarck North Dakota

In 2018 I was referred to Maternal Fetal Medicine at Sanford Health Bismarck. Unfortunately, as I did not have insurance at the time, I was planning to pay for my appointment out of pocket. After receiving my more than $4, 000 bill in the mail, I called the medical billing office in order to set up a payment plan figuring I would pay about $50 a month.

Instead, when I told the person I was speaking to that I could afford $50 a month at the very most, I was very rudely informed that the minimum monthly payment they could accept was $350. I told this person that there's absolutely no way I can afford $350 a month, I have other bills and I just had a baby. His response to that was that nobody else has a problem coming up with $350 a month and that I should try to find other areas to cut expenses or figure out something I can sell. Ummm…ok. I don't have a vehicle, I don't have a phone bill, I don't have cable or internet (I use the local library to get online), my kid isn't in daycare (his father and I work opposite shifts), I live in a one room efficiency, I cloth diaper and breastfeed- in what area of my life am I supposed to cut expenses?

I was sent an application for financial assistance in order to try to get my bill reduced, which I of course filled out completely and returned, along with all requested documents including paystubs, tax documents, etc. After doing all this, I heard nothing back so after a few weeks I called Sanford Health to find out what the status of my application was. I was informed that I never sent the requested documents so my application wasn't being processed.

I said that absolutely was not true, I faxed everything they had asked me to. I was then told they never received my fax, I must have got the fax number wrong. I told the person I was speaking to that this also wasn't true, I have a receipt that I got after I sent the fax saying the fax was received. I offered to provide a copy of the receipt and a notarized statement from the place I sent the fax from saying that they don't accept payment for sending a fax until they get the receipt saying the fax was received.

This lady told me she wasn't interested in that, but that she could give me a deadline extension in order to allow me to resend the documents. At this time I told her I don't have endless amounts of time and money to keep resending things and that I wanted it noted on my account that these documents had already been sent and received once. She refused. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, my call was transferred and I was told that they had in fact received my tax documents but that Sanford Health was refusing acceptance. I asked to have that refusal sent to me in writing and was told that Sanford doesn't communicate by mail, which I thought was strange since that's how they send me my bill, so I said that I thought they should know that since North Dakota is a one party recording state, I was recording the call. I was then told that if I resent the documents, Sanford Health would reconsider.

That same day, my son's father hand delivered all of the requested documents to the local billing office. After that, Sanford Health was never willing to communicate with me again regarding reducing my bill. I started sending the $25 a month I could afford, as at that point other medical facilities with more polite staff were my priorities, and never heard anything from them again until just a few days ago when I went online to pay a bill and discovered that despite my good faith efforts to pay Sanford Health, my account was sent into collections.

I called to find out why that was and was told that they hadn't been able to communicate with me. My phone number never changed, my email never changed, my ability to access my online bill pay account never changed, and the address change that did occur was something they were notified of multiple times via email, snail mail, and phone call. This lady claimed there were numerous attempts to contact me via phone, email, and snail mail. I've gone through my phone records and email account with a fine toothed comb- Sanford Health never did any such thing. The customer service provided Sanford Health is shameful.

They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for going out of their way to refuse to work with people who are trying to pay their medical bills and for implying that people clearly need to cut expenses elsewhere if they can't afford to just drop an extra several hundred dollars a month out of nowhere. If they had been upfront with me about the amount of money I could expect to pay and the time frame they expected me to pay it in, I never would have consented to the medical care they wanted me to get. I would have gone without. To destroy the credit of a new family with their first baby just having been born is reprehensible. I absolutely hope everyone who deals with Sanford is aware of their unfair and shameful billing practices.

Street Roots gave my location to a violent stalker and then assisted this person in attempting to assault me Portland Oregon

From October 2017 to January 2018 myself and my husband were homeless in Portland OR and wound up employed by Street Roots working as independent contractor vendors. We had wound up in Portland escaping some abusive relatives of his (we are legal adults and this entire thing is actually ridiculous truth be told), and Street Roots saw fit to not only supply these relatives with information regarding our employment, which is ethically and probably legally questionable to say the least, they also saw fit to allow the abusers to use the business office and newspaper as a means to slander us and instigate threats and attempted violence towards us.

We even received death threats from members of the Portland OR community because of this organization. Anyone thinking of working for or buying from them should keep in mind that they assist perpetrators of abuse not victims. Please be careful. There are better ways to help yourself if you're homeless than risking your physical safety any more than you already are. Please stay away if you're fleeing abusive situations. Please keep this information in mind if you are a donor as well.

The worst part about the entire situation is that all I wanted from them was a public apology and an admission of wrong doing, considering the fact that they used their platform as a newspaper to publicly smear me and I couldn't even get that. I can't believe, after the amount of terror I was put through by people who had no real idea what the situation was that I had left, that a, "We're sorry, we were very wrong" is too much to ask. I think this would be especially apt following Stalking Awareness Month (January), considering the fact that stalking is so poorly understood by people who have never experienced this.

Sherron Boudreau sold Liz Blu a Pomeranian she had that had and had been taken out of breeding service by her, The two had a agreement for Cubbie to neutered, Liz Blu agreed, although when Liz Blu  took the Cubbie into the Veterinarian the Veterinarian refused to neuter Cubbie due to the fact he had a bad heart from being locked down in a cage most his life and used as breeding stock, When Liz Blu informed Sherron Boudreau of the Veterinarians decision. Sherron Boudreau also was involved in attacks on Michael Dale Dodd with her partner Brenda Fisher, Sherron Boudreau was paying for a web page Brenda Fisher created called maddoggurudodo.weebly that bashed the Dodd famiy and their fur babies with suggesting beating a Chihuahua in the head with a crow bar, drowning and burying these Dogs, This awful web page maddoggurudodo on weebly  was paid from funds Sherron Boudreau collected on her sick dog Bear. Brenda Fisher admitted Sherron Boudreau paid for this awful page maddoggurudodo and the page posting got out of hand, claiming she was not the one that created the Dog verbal and visual photos that suggested harming Dogs , Brenda Fisher told a lie , Although Sherron was invoved.

Sherron Boudreau has created several fraudulent GoFundMe and Facebook accounts asking for donations when the fact is she can afford her own Veterinarian Bills with a six figure income and a business of 149, 000 a year, She seems to be fine shopping for a new home in Florida close to the $400, 000 price range and just purchased a $172,000 dollar home in  Inverness, Florida. Sherron Boudreau  most recent scam was asking for funds for her  Facebook fake friend named Brenda Fisher Dog Lindy Lou also owner of Cloud 9 Pomeranians puppy mill from Goodman/Picayune Mississippi .  Cloud 9 Pomeranians can certainly afford their own veterinarian expense living on a 180 acres with horses , cattle and dogs Brenda Fisher breeds.

Sherron Boudreau also is the creator for the Facebook group POMERANIAN LOVERS AND FRIENDS and what type person shares Flipafram on anothers person Dog like she did Liz Blue's Dog Cubbie and attack his Dog page informing other to dislike the page also creating a group to bash other she disliked in Pomeranian Dog groups, The group was name  Pomeranian  Witch Hunt which later change it's name to Pomeranian pumpkins as her scamming Partner Brenda Fisher announce the group change it's name .
