This is my worst experience with any company ever. I ask they construct a website. After a few weeks they came back with a website that was halfway finished – over half the text omitted. During the process for me to approve the website, they committed they would send this website back for a rework.

After one month of promising to fix the website and dozens of emails and dozens more telephone disconnections, where they just hung up on me, they wrote me to say “we are not going to do any work on your website.” So I demanded a refund for the service I never received. Another several weeks of failed communications dozens of telephone hang ups, emails never replied to, promises to reply broken, they never did refund the website design money.

I called my VISA company who will fix this for me but I am getting bills now for services not contracted for. They can be polite on the phone but will never lift a finger to do any work. Forget about customer service.

In Summary, they are unstable, with crappy systems, crappy planning and processes, 15% follow through on promises, apparently no rules , ethics, morals or teamwork; They are POOR and IMPOVERISHED on competence, accuracy, expertise and intelligence. AVOID at all costs.

Things started out well enough with the first vacation we booked through them in November 2020.  When Jaime Martinez called in Dec 2020 with “a deal” we thought sure why not?  We had the previous good experience.  But, I guess good con men lure you in with the first deal, right?  We booked the 3 travel items we had for 2021 and paid up front.  A total of $4389.00.

The first trip was to be a Spring Break trip to Destin, Florida with the kids (8 & 10).  We get to the airport April 26th and we have NO airline tickets in the system!  We show them our supposed confirmation from Jaime.  Nope, no tickets.  Mr. Martinez doesn’t answer phone or emails; in fact calls say number no longer working.  Texts go through but no reply.  We call the hotel; yes they have our reservation; yes there is a card on file.  We say OK, but we have to drive as there are no flights available.  We get to Florida the next day, exhausted.  Then we find out Mr. Martinez’s card was declined and they gave our room away, but can put us in the last room in the hotel.  OK, we do that and have to pay for it.  The vacation is salvaged and we go home.  So we paid Martinez once and then had to pay for it all again.  Plus, I had to eat the car rental of $700 because I did that online and it was non-refundable. 

After two and half weeks of sending insults over text Martinez finally replies.  Not so much as a sorry is offered.  I say we want our money back for all the trips.  Martinez says they will refund the $991.00 for the Florida trip and that the second trip is already booked and he can send confirmations if we will just go ahead and use it.  We finally agree to use the second booked trip and say give us the $991. Also, cancel the 3rd trip and refund that money.  We will stick with trip number two.  He did send flight confirmations and we kept checking them. 

Trip number two was a trip to Washington to see my 93 year old Uncle and his wife.  With much anxiety we go to the airport in KC and take off fine.  We land in Portland, OR to find a voicemail from Martinez saying there is a problem with the hotel that was supposed to already be booked because we had paid for in December.  This trip was in May.  Anyway, I call the hotel and talk to the clerk.  She said the card is declined.  Says Mr .Martinez told her to “just let us check in anyway and he would fix it”.  I have a statement from her.  She tells us we need to pay if we are going to still stay at this lovely hotel in Camas, WA.  So, I pay the $535.00 charge.  Again, I inform Martinez how angry we are and we expect the $991 and this money to be returned now. 

We finish our visit and head back to the Portland, OR airport.  We try to check in and can’t.  See the agent.  In the time we had been in Washington area Mr. Martinez’s card was charged back for our airline tickets.  If we wanted to fly home we had to pay for the tickets AGAIN.  What are our choices?  We pay up. 

Upon return we inform Martinez we want the full $1641 for the two trips we paid for in December and we sure as heck want to cancel the November Mexico trip and want that $2748 back too.  I opened disputes with the credit card company (Barclays Mastercard) but they are useless to provide help.  “Work with the merchant to get your refund” is all they offer in way of help.  Martinez keeps saying he will refund our money but NEVER follows through.  I even offer to let him pay it back in installments.  Not one dime yet.  It is now August 2021 and I still don’t have a refund.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted the fraud unit in Minneapolis.  But, just never ever do business with this criminal.  You will wind up paying twice!

The reason I mentioned time shares is that is how they found us.  His sale of our Krystal membership went even worse than their travel planning and the deal fell through as Mr. Martinez never produced the funds to close the deal after 13 months.  We wound up losing $1080 on that because we still paid our fee to use the property for our weeks assured we would get it back on the close of the sale.  We didn’t use the week as the closing was always just around the corner.

I opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that serves Minneapolis.  They can’t enforce any law but they try to mitigate the situation to no avail.

By the way, I cannot find them listed as a tenant in the property they have on their website.

Do not give Mr. Martinez or his company any money.

We drove from Maryland to Dandridge Tennessee for an advertised lake front land sale hosted by The Woodland Group. We followed all the instructions and arrived early since our representative said this sale was first come first served but everything would start after all participants had been brought to the property. We were paired up with our representative Robb and we ended up being the first to arrive at the property we were interested in.

We were told that the sale would start at 11am and at that time all the representatives would call in over the radio the lot numbers which would then be removed from the active list. Shortly before11am the person in charge “Joel” told everyone they were having trouble getting everyone to the property and that the start of the sale would be delayed for 15 minutes. At 11:15 the sale started and our representative began calling our lot 34 and his name. He kept repeating this call but was never acknowledged. Other lots were being recorded and sold at will. We listened to Robb repeat his all for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement.

I even told Robb to use another representatives radio but he ignored my comment. After about 15 minutes another representative walked up with another couple and called in lot 34 and his name and was immediately acknowledged selling the lot to the other couple. Robb then told us the lot was sold…My wife was devastated a was beyond pissed.. we then had to drive Robb back to the staging area who’s was a very unpleasant ride. At one point Robb said “ We’ll I guess my radio wasn’t working “ Unfreeking believable!!! Drive 7 hours one way and be treated like this was just a no big deal laughable issue. I would tell anyone who would listen to stay away from this company and it’s laughable employees!!!!

They say the IMEI of the phone is unclean so it is out of their terms and conditions for a refund, and they provide a link to check the IMEI. this website provide on purpose wrong statement of lost/stolen IMEI as it is the only website on internet that mark this IMEI as lost stolen. This website use deceptive way to make people pay multiple time for a service they will never provide.

1st you will buy an iCloud removal service and when you get the receipt, it is written that it is for a Pre-Order iCloud Activation Lock Removal 2nd they make you pay for the « real service » the funny thing is they put « last payment » just after the price. And two day later they say the IMEI is marked as lost/stolen (It is not ) and they doesn’t provide this unlocking service at this time but maybe in the future. 3rd 24 hours after they send an email saying a premium service to unlock lost/stolen IMEI is available. I didn’t get trapped by this 3rd step because I’m 100% the IMEI of the phone I have is clean.

On 5/10/2021, I dined-in at the Denny’s location on 5325 Jefferson Davis Hwy. Fredericksburg, VA, 22408.  My bill was paid, and I continued to study.  Waiter Gary Wentz told me that his manager told him to tell me that I needed to leave, because the restaurant closed to dine-in traffic from midnight to 5 AM.  When I arrived at the restaurant around 10 PM, the dine-in hours were not posted.  I asked Waiter Gary Wentz to be shown the dine-in hours. 

The Mr. Wentz brought his Store Manager, Anna Gomez, to explain the policy.  Denny’s Store Manager Anna Gomez told me that the store was closed to dine-in traffic from midnight to 5 AM.  She said it was corporate policy.  I asked to see the corporate policy.  She refused, and called the police. She stated I refused to leave. I called too.  Both Deputy Muncie and Deputy Chris of the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Department arrived.  The Ms. Gomez stated I refused to leave.  I explained to the deputies that I paid my bill, and I was studying quietly in the corner.  I complied and left after the police. 

After leaving I called the restaurant back.  I asked Waiter Gary Wentz for suggestions to make the process better for other patrons.  He mentioned posting the dine-in hours and providing the policy in writing to patrons.

I strongly feel that customer’s ought to be informed of the dine-in hours. No customer should be made to feel as though they were a criminal.  Mr. Wentz suggested posting the dine-in hours and having the local policy available.  Denny’s states on their website, “Hours may vary due to mandated curfews.” (Ref. https://locations.dennys.com/VA/RICHMOND/247901).

As a business, the owner should have posted the CDC guidelines on the outside of all his stores, informed his employees of their proper application, provided the rules to customers, and worked with the customers for proper application.

I spoke with the franchise owner.  He later apologized and said that was not the way to treat customers. He said the way the rules should have been applied was to allow customers to stay if they already ordered before 10PM.  Anna Gomez never asked for guidance nor did she apologize for the later treatment.

I started making early payments on a town. When the townhome was almost paid off, I recall being notified and forced to pay extra insurance for my mortgage with Caliber Home Loans. It was claimed that the walls-out insurance covered by the HOA at keys gate was not adequate. 

I believe what happened was I was required to pay Universal Property Insurance for walls-out insurance, while also paying the normal HOA (which already pays walls-out insurance) – I almost lost the house after paying most of it off. I kept calling for a solution how to get this double payment of insurance resolved – I called Caliber Home Loans, I called keysgate miamimanagement.com, I barely found out about Universal Property & Casualty insurance and all of them were pointing the finger at the other company – all while continuing to over-charge me. 

I never solved this problem, but thankfully I paid off my townhome and that is the only reason why I could get the over-charging, double-insurance billing to stop. This was years ago. 

If anyone is reading this, I thankfully received a letter from Jimmy Patrons just recently, chief financial officer of the state of Florida, with a claim # and to go to FLTreasureHunt.gov – so thankfully it looks like I will get my money back. I feel sorry for anyone that could afford their mortgage but was forced into losing their home because the insurance was doubled or trippled overnight.

 6 months of having them take money from us, limited results and then the items pop back up on my credit reports. I told the lender who sent me to The Credit Pros Jason M. Kaplan to stop sending customers her way. My real estate agent as well. I looked up the guidelines for the FTC found them to be collecting money every month and not doing anything. Checking my status isn’t working for me any more. You must understand from my experience is a Jason M. Kaplan is a total SCAM!!!!!! I reported them to the FBI and Local District Attorney’s office. I hope the government shuts them down.Estimates show  has an annual revenue of $100,000.If you have been scammed by Jason M. Kaplan Credit workshops or credit repair scams please contact the FBI and Attorney General of New Jersey or what ever state Jason M. Kaplan may hide in.  He consistantly Lies on his radio shows. and spamms the internet. After careful investigation, the Affilate programs are scams taking clients and not returning them for any loans at all.  The credit pros are guilty of taking hard working peoples money for his own personal gain.These people prey on those people who are having hard times – they are parasites and should be shut down

The pay per deletion model is a scam because items deleted come back after a certain amount of time. Aviod at all cost and contact the attorney general or the FBI. Nothing can be charged upfront according to the FTC but Jason M. Kaplan and Credit Pros charge an upfront signup which is coined first work fee. Still violates the Law, This company goes by many different names because it has to keep changing them to scam people.

Deletion of verifiable accounts is wrong, and they will pop back up every time.

Jonathan Feldman of Delray Beach, Florida ia a crooked scam artist. I saw his ad on Craigslist and made a deal for him to sell vintage baseball cards to me. He requested I send him via Western Union $1680, plus I paid $160 in fees. In return he was to send the cards to me. Instead he sent a handful of worthless modern cards. He has now disconnected his cell phone and cannot be reached.
