Kyle Piper Don’t deal with this unprofessional lunatic. Oconto Falls WI

I discovered a large proxy bid website in the US.  They have auctions  I wanted to collect a few sports cards and enjoy this hobby.  I will include the name of the larger company once they reply or “don’t” reply to the email that I sent them after the turn of events from yesterday.

The website works in the manner of you fill out your information.  The auctioneer needs to approve you.  Highest bid wins. I had two auctions ending, two days ago.  One was paid for.  One was not paid for- I will get back to this one. I’m at my day job.  Long day.  And I can’t go peeking on my phone every five minutes.

What had happened is that with the second auction, my bank sent a red flag.  I did not have time to speak to them.  And I noticed an email from the second auction, card declined.  Then a second “sny” email- “care to explain” which I will get back to in a moment.

I started to bid on a Tiger Woods card that is 30 days in the future.  Kyle is an auctioneer.  I received a text. Happy Bidding.  I thought it was weird to receive a text from an auctioneer, though not unheard of. I arrive home at 6:30-7:00.  I start to open the computer and my phone.  Oh… it gets good.

I call my bank, for my “play” account.  “Hey we’ve noticed some weird activity out of state..yada yada yada.” I told them yes, it’s me. So then I started to receive very unprofessional and crass mesages from Kyle.  Keep in mind that Kyle does not know me.  Kyle and I have not business.  

This man is telling me that I don’t pay my bills and people like me are ruining auctions.  The way it was worded, I first responded is this an auto message or what’s going on? First text he wrote yesterday.

“You’re not paying your bills people auto charge credit cards 99% of the time so you need to make sure that the card on file has money on it and it’s a valid card feel free to reach out to us and let us know what’s up and I will unblock you”

“If you don’t have money in your account to pay for your items are bidding on them I would suggest not bidding on them again feel ree to reach out.  I suggest you go pay your unpaid bill it’s just gonna get worse for you if you don’t have your bills paid through here eventually you’d get blacklisted and never be able to use HiBid again so again feel free to reach.”

These are his words.  My grammar is not this bad.

Two  things here.  I at first when I was tired thought is this a text mailer it would be weird for an auctioneer to send me ten text messages. Though I thought that it could not be because the grammar was so bad.  If you are a professional person, you don’t respond with “what’s up with….” I started to respond.  I maybe said 5 sentences at the most.  I told him what happened.  

I also pointed out because if Kyle has common sense, which he does not and you will read. If you are using a credit card, which you need to with these sites.  And most of the type they are not going through.. what would a smart person think?  Oh, the bank flagged it.  Let the person straighten it out.

I worded it nicely to him and he kept sending me rude as heck messages, “You have no money.  You don’t pay your bills. ”  Not the case Kyle.  Keep in mind that Kyle is a “business owner” and we have never met.

The text messages were rude and unprofessional. I’m in the middle of writing the auction house that he is selling under because now I have screen shots of one of the auctioneers harassing me.

Come to find out with the bids the other day.  The second house could not wait until I got home and straighten this out with the bank.  They went under their computer system and wrote, “NONPAYMENT and this is weird.  I tried to reach her.”  Do you think that some people might have day jobs where they can’t handle personal business and will handle it when they get home? I wrote them and said you can keep your cards. If you can’t wait twelve hours for payment… and then go in the system and write Nonpayment. Card declined.  She seems sketchy… keep your cards.  Keep them. “

I am starting to think that auctioneers are incredibly stupid.  You realize there is Ebay and more elite auctions with more valuable cards, correct? But ebay, the King in buying this stuff?  And absolutely no customer service.  I understand that this might not be an easy business for them- depending on auctions for income.  If that is their fulltime job.  Though I travel all of the time.  My cards will occasionally get declined, because I’m obviously out of state. Most people that have traveled out of state or traveled in general know this.  Most people have gotten a decline from their credit card system now a days, just to make sure it’s you

Regardless, Kyle saw this and the messages that he sent me.. no.  Unprofessional.  In poor taste.  Harassing.  

As I am writing the email to the Auction House (telling them they need to look into this person and highly unprofessional behavior)… Kyle starts messaging me at midnight.  Yes I wrote this correctly.  An auctioneer is messaging me at midnight.  And the messages started to get harassing.  

I will be posting to higher ups that may be able to do something with harassment, though if you are a serious card investor- don’t deal with this man.  He is absolutely crazy.  No business skills in the least bit.  And can’t read with no common sense- again a declined card out of state. Gee I wonder, Kyle.

With what Kyle wrote, I will make all the time in the world to let other’s know what a gem Kyle is.

I bought their platinum warranty contract I’ve been paying on it for over five months. I have a 2020 Silverado. I took it in to the dealership and I found out that the rear end hadd issue. I turned that into them for a claim for $1900 and they would not pay it! I have full service records since day one of the vehicle.

I called few time got the run around the dealer called more then 5 times. This is a scam outfit that lies to you I feel betrayed to the fact that I thought I was running and driving under warranty when I really wasn’t they will not cover what they say they do!

Wife has an account and ordered in the past. All of a sudden we got an item we didn’t order but we were charged $177 for it and they have no record of the order in our account. They have no way of finding the order to refund. Fools, obviously there is an issue with their billing platform, don’t put your card on file. Still fighting a dispute through my bank, been a good month already. Pathetic company with no customer service in sight. Scammers!

Really unfortunate I had a great visit with a PT person and as a new patient was looking forward to treatment . I even was helpful and photocopied my referral and all my records feom another state. The office manager / part owner wife Marie Olsen was rude and unprofessional. She was FRANTIC and aggressive I had 3 forms of government issued ID and she refused and insisted on a Triwest ID., she started claiming she was going to send in as a cash payment- and cancelled the month of appointments. treating myself and my insurance as if we were criminals ; the United Stated Military / VA usually are not criminals thank you very much , there is no such thing.

I kept repeating myself I have my drivers license and my military ID and Insurance referrals My insurance even called her immediately and was appalled by her lack of knowledge- she was so upset at her own behavior she called over her husband by snapping her fingers in air- to step in because she was being difficult. John Olsen and his comment and aggressive demeanor was unessary and a lie I was a new patient he said every time I come in -!? I’m I’m a new patient sir. So unprofessional.

Actually, I was afraid and feeling ashamed for them I was sitting In A chair with a back brace on and a cane. He stood above me . I was afraid he was going to assault me. My phone mistakenly was on and taped the entire show. So to Steve ;sorry you are loosing a patient and I’m sure a string of others when they hear about this treatment towards me for no reason. DAVID GOODSTEIN – TGFT LLC – TMIVAKA.COM SCAMMED US OUT OF AN UPFRONT FEE Port St. Lucie Florida

Says he is a broker for various call centers to procure solar appointments for companies. The call centers are not in the USA but offshore in India, Pakistan with heavy foreign accents.

He charges an upfront retainer of $2,000 for 10 appointments at $200 each and promises to replace appointments, but then changes his story and says that when there is a recording that’s a billable appt, contrary to the agreement. Appts not solid, most cancelled on confirmation, or just never answered the phone at all.

Don’t waste time or money with him or you will simply be ripped off.

I purchased one catalytic converter for $614.61 from Amazon.com third party. It is about $200 higher price than other competitors, but I preferred Amazon for better service. Seller sent me a defective studs catalytic converter.

I requested replacement, but seller surprisingly denied first, so I asked for refund, also seller denied by no reason or reason I paid high price. I found factory (Walker) and contacted for warranty request. They offer replacement, but in their policy, only seller has to do the process. I contacted seller for warranty, but this brave seller want me to purchase another one to get warranty.

Art of Modern Dentistry I took out three loans with them for dental implant top and lower partial total was $45,932 and I have my paper work to prove it. They keep giving me the run around and have not put in my permanent dental work. Different people you talk to when you call and no real help. Chicago Illinois

I feel foolish because I let them con me to take out three loans and I still don’t have my permanent dental work. They give you the run around. I am so disgusted and mad at myself for letting them use me. I have copies of the documents of my proposed treatment and the loan documents that I signed.

mairanbe.com mairanbe.com Internet site is a complete scam

MAIRANBE.COM is one of the biggest scams I’ve ever run across on the internet in that they have so many affiliated websites, ALL of which are scams. It’s a website that purports to sell many different products in many different categories. Although it’s a Chinese scam, they use a phony address in the state of Washington (“1527 fruitland dr,BELLINGHAM,WA 98226) and a bogus U.S. phone number that doesn’t answer. Although there are negative reports and reviews all over the internet describing their many methods of scamming, no one has yet shut them down. Unforgivable.

In my case the scam was pretty unique: they charged my VISA card $69.99 for a Logitech webcam order that I canceled within 24 hours because the estimated shipping time was outrageously long, and I actually got a confirmation email from them that my order had indeed been cancelled. But the charge showed up on my credit card immediately the next day anyway and was not credited back at any point by Mairanbe. And, of course, I received no response to my further email inquiries.

But here’s the kicker: I easily convinced my VISA card to credit back and delete that $69.99 charge because when you looked at the details of the charge on my credit card, the charging vendor for this “Home Furnishings” purchase was listed as “LSCLTD” (not Mairanbe or anything similar) and (here’s the real shocker) the contact phone number for this LSCLTD outfit was listed as (312) 332-6300—which is the main phone number of a law firm in downtown Chicago, Illinois by the name of Levin Schreder & Carey Ltd. (whose initials coincidentally match LSCLTD)! So as I told my credit card company, apparently a law firm in downtown Chicago is now selling Home Furnishings, including webcams, on the internet. Charge was reversed within a week. (I also called that law firm in Chicago and submitted all the info regarding the fraudulent charge made in their name so they too could investigate the fraud.)

Moral of the Story: Stay clear of Mairanbe.com and all their affiliated websites. Please give them a bad review on Yelp and as many other review sites as you can find on the internet, where you will find many others who beat you to it with their bad reviews on this crooked Chinese outfit.

Fair Play Grocery Fair Play racism, discrimination, and racial disparity We were racially discriminated by a Hispanic female employee Chicago Illinois

  A terrible abomination here at fair play grocery today Saturday August 7, 2021 at approximately 7:30 a.m. thru 7:50 a.m. I was about to check out with a minimum amount of grocery when I was told by a Hispanic female “This line is closed” leaving the line and going towards the office with another female Caucasian employee . There was no closed sign and the light was not off. Nevertheless, I stepped over to the next line that already had 3 elderly African American women standing.

I loudly inquired “Is there only one line open”? The female African American clerk gestured towards the female Hispanic clerks line. I responded to her gesture by stating “she says that she’s closed”. The African American female then stated that her line was moving fast. The problem comes about approximately 5 minutes later when other shoppers were lining up and the same Hispanic female came out the office and said next to a Hispanic man who had just walked up after we had all been standing there. I then told the Hispanic female clerk that this is discrimination and racism. We all had been standing here.

I am 62 years old and disabled and you just left us all standing here saying that the your line was closed and now your line is open to someone of your same race. The security guard in the store approached me and told me not to make a scene after witnessing the whole ordeal. I was highly upset and sure the others were as well. We were all subject to racism, racial profiling, racial disparity. A time of tension in the city of Chicago we should not have people out here serving the public with this kind of behavior and position.

An origin to collude the truth and possibly instigate a riot. The transparency of a very despicable human being. To affirm this narrative please pay attention to the time line. And review the video. I guarantee you will be shocked at the revelation of what you see. Have a great day.

Beachbody hey keep trying to charge my credit card although I have canceled months ago Santa Monica California

Hello,

I had a subscription with them but advised them last year around December on their website I did not want to renew. Since then, I have been charged twice via Google Pay. Once on February 14 ,2021 for $40.95 and the second charge on May 19, 2021 for $40.95. I ended up deleting all credit cards on my google pay account, which was under my email of [email protected].

Later, I have received emails allegedly from BB saying that they are trying to charge my credit card account. Their email address is [email protected].

This is what the email says —

Dear EMMA,

Thank you for placing your order for . Unfortunately, we were not able to process your payment. Please visit our Beachbody Support site, and choose our self-service option “Update Credit Card” as soon as possible to update your credit card information.

This communication is in reference to order # . 139050539.

I do not know if this is a separate scam. I have received 3 emails but I delete them. If it is a scam then BB should know their servers were hacked.
