Sandra Grimm conned her own mother, who had just gotten dementia at the time, to remove her brother from the will giving them joint ownership of a business property she owned. As a result of her con/fraud, she is now the sole owner of said business property while her brother got nothing.

I am reporting EsPsychics, LLC for fraud. I know for a fact that ALL readers from EsPsychics share information about their clients among each other. Not only is this unprofessional and unethical, but it is also a breach of confidentiality and a form of character assassination. One of their psychics, “Janet B” is liar and a con artist . She agrees to accept an appointment then 2 hours prior to the call, she writes that she has an emergency and needs to reschedule and sets up a time for later that the evening around 9PM Central; again, there was no response.

2 days later, upon my email to reset and ask why she ignored me, she replied had a death in the family, no refund, no apologizes. This began on July 25th, 2021 when I set an anonymous call with her on the line. I am very aware that she reads for a person who stalks me and is obsessed with me. I wrote Janet B for clarity and to let her know I could sense her tapping into me as I am sensitive, too. When she did not respond, I wrote an email to the corporate office of Espsychics on August 7, 2021 and got no response.

There is a person who is constantly readings on me as we were friends at one point and I shut the door. Today, August 8, 2021, I received a call from the person stalking me accusing me of emailing and harrasing Janet B which is untrue. This leads me further to explain how they all betray confidence and privacy. Sheena Metal has declared herself a psychic over the past 2 years. She has been on radio for several decades but was not a psychic. Now, she is part of the Espsychics and constantly solicits me through my private email and says I need a reading and offers discounts and asks how much I can afford, etc. The Park twins who operate this psychic line are a complete disgrace to the whole psychic world, misleading people with false hope and have no true psychic ability.

They are ripping people off for their money not their gift. They record all calls, and then they all discuss how the reading went . I know this, as I am a psychic on a different line and am a victim of this group. I know what a true reader can do. If they don’t like something they will refund customers especially if you tell the truth. I have a small balance in my account with them but rather than them responding to my email, the person stalking me phoned and accused me of going to Janet B.

How would that person know anything if the people were not sharing information? Yes, they are somewhat psychically gifted and probably read my intentions but they are hurting more clients than helping.. I am only one victim with emails to prove it. BUYER BEWARE! Watch out. Today, I went in to buy a disposable vape. I had mentioned to the man working that I’d gotten a vape there previously that leaked badly. He told me I could try it in the store before leaving. It was a new model to me and apparently, you have to push the bottom in before the liquid enters the atomizer. I didn’t know this and took a hit which was obviously burning. He pushed the bottom in and told me to wait before trying it again. It still seemed burned but he assured me it would get better after a few hits. I went home and after about half an hour it had not improved.

I returned to the shop to hopefully get an exchange. He said they don’t do exchanges and when I insisted, he got angry. His argument was, I didn’t read the instructions. The ‘instructions’ were two little pictures of a vape on the seal. All of the vapes are sealed so I didn’t even notice it. As a ‘business owner’ or even a decent person he should have let the customer know. When we tried to leave, he picked up and threw things at my husband and I. He then proceeded to take a photo of my license plate, which I can only assume was to report to the police. We did nothing wrong. I simply asked for an exchanged and got things thrown at me.

Dagoberto Borbolla seems not knowledgeable at all and he did not know what he was doing. Dagoberto Borbolla kept calling someone on the phone to help him with resolving the issues. Also Dagoberto Borbolla was watching YouTube on his phone trying to find a solution to our issues (very unprofessional). Dagoberto Borbolla worked very slowly to milk the clock (he was billing us by the hour).

After so many hours Dagoberto Borbolla of Netcom Business IT Solutions finally was able to put a band aid on the issue and left.

The next day the issue was back and we called a different company. Their worker knew what he was doing and resolved the issue in less than two hours without calling for help or watching YouTube videos. He also told us that Dagoberto Borbolla of Netcom Business IT Solutions did some damages to our system.

We asked Dagoberto Borbolla of Netcom Business IT Solutions to reduce our invoice since he did not resolve the issue and he did not seem that he knew what he was doing + milking the clock. First, after I invested my money, my email address got changed (supposedly a glitch), and now I can’t receive communication. There is no e-mail address and no phone number. Only a contact box. I started getting a bad feeling, I tried to withdraw my money, and it has been “pending” for almost 2 months.

Then, I did further research, and the domain was registered in Nigeria. I tried to deal with the guy who helped me sign up, and he is very evasive, yet he thought it was ok to flirt with me. Hell no! I would never date some fool who stole my money!

The Home Depot/Citi Bank North America, hard query showed up in my credit report August 05, 2021; I have not applied for any credit or personal loan from this company what makes me feel as this a scam fraud. It has taken five (5) points out of my credit score. Put hard query in my credit report.

This place is a total nightmare. I will have PTSD from how they treated my mom. The neglect was something our family had no idea would or could happen. She was in hospice and was left in her diaper for days on end. She ended up with a giant and painful bedsore that I begged to be treated. The HVAC did not work properly and one time when we could not go up for a couple of days, we showed up and her arms were scratched deeply and she was non-verbal. The room was a total mess.

Finally, when I showed up, she was laying in her own vomit of medicine, etc. She had tears coming out of her eyes. I asked they reposition her. She died that night. I will forever be traumatized by this place. The lie to you when you go in about the care you will receive. There is no care. The only good thing about this place was the girl who allowed us to do a video conference with her. Everyone just hung out in the halls on their phones laughing and people were yelling. It was something out of horror movie. Whatever you do, keep your loved one at home.

They refused to fix my air conditioning and then threatened to kicked me out when I demanded they fix it. They don’t fix anything.

They will tell you that they are going to write a work order and then nothing gets done because they depend on their otherwise unemployable staff to do the work because they do not want to hire professionals apparently. So you have to wait indefinitely to get anything done if it ever gets done.

 It’s so obvious they don’t care about their tenants. There is no after hours number to call for emergencies or lockouts. If they are not in the office you cannot leave a message because voicemail is always full.

 A Google search of the owner or managers name (Sam) pulled up Internet posts of a man without exact same name who was sentenced to federal prison about 7 years ago. More than likely it’s the same guy and I suspect that some or most of his employees are also convicts.

 Several days ago, I got a silly note on my door explaining that there would be a pest control person by the next day and telling us it was “Mandatory” to have the apartment ready. It also mentioned that if the air conditioning filters were not replaced the air conditioners would not work or would not work properly so they advised us to come by the office and get a filter if we wanted our air conditioners to work. That of course is not really our responsibility. What’s the connection in all of this? There obviously is one.

I was gone all day, so I don’t wasn’t here when they came into spray, but I don’t think it’s a coincidence that my air conditioning went out that same day. That is, it stopped working reasonably well and it never gets below about 80 degrees in here. So, it would seem that they knew that that the air conditioning was not going to be working, for one reason or another, and they wanted to shift the focus and put the blame on tenants rather than fixing the problem.

I explained all of this very politely to the blonde-haired lady in the office early yesterday morning. I included my opinion about what I thought was going on. I was told that someone would be by to look at my AC as she filled out a work order.

She had some air filters in the office. To me it looked like there was only one size, but I asked her if those were the filters that were needed. She told me yes, but then she asked me where my vent was. I told her I didn’t know so she said that she would have her guy bring out a filter when he came. Of course, he never ended up coming and I don’t even know if they had the right filter for my apartment. Ha ha ha.

The reason I am making this complaint about Capital One is because they are STILL accusing me of crimes I didn’t commit. On June 24, 2021, I found out via a free credit report by TransUnion that I was a victim of identity theft. There were 5 delinquent accounts under my name that were opened by an unknown person. I immediately contacted TransUnion and started the process of disputing those accounts. Consequently, I had to freeze my credit with all the Credit Bureaus. And, I made reports to the POLICE department in my city (Pinellas Park, FL) and to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

As far as I know, two of the banks on my credit report have finished their investigations and found that I am not responsible for two of those delinquent accounts. However, two of the delinquent accounts by Capital One were found “not fraudulent” by their Fraud Dept. even though I have submitted to them numerous times all the documents I possess to prove I have been a victim of identity theft.
