Went into the Bonneville RTC bus station to use their restroom facilities. On June 25, 2021 Approximate time 8:00-8:30 P.M. On my way out the front entrance door. I stumble or tripped over a unfasten down floor mat. I heard my bone pop. I shouted out loud they need to fix that. It’s a public hazard.

A RTC police officer were on my right side. When I discovered I couldn’t walk on my foot. RTC officers called Paramedic. Paramedic took me to the Emergency room. Since June 25, 2021. I’ve been out of work. Been in skilled nursing rehabilitation center. Currectly receiving in home physical therapy. I have to use a heavy boot, walker and wheelchair.

It was my fault for my own Injury. I should’ve lifted my walker up higher. Therefore, I wouldn’t have gotten injured on their commercial loose unsure, unsafe mat to the general public. Therefore, they refuse to compensate any of my out of work wages and medical expenses. Or any compensation for emotional distress the Injury took a toll upon me.

I was neglected in some of the facility. Given the wrong medication in a skilled nursing rehabilitation center Kindred Hospital. All these emotional suffering from this foot Injury. Their cruel insurance adjuster blame me for potential public hazard mats. I have to use a heavy moon boot for my fractured foot, wheelchair and my walker. I get Home Health Care physical therapy nursing services. These rude biased racist men and women don’t want to pay out compensation funds to a Injury color, black woman. DISCRIMINATION against me due to my age, race, disability and gender

Credit karma is a fraud Have not updated my credit facts in a year and a half,

My credit report shows I owe $430 on only one credit card I have paid off all other credit cards but credit karma is stating I owe this on my credit cards which is false they need to get their credit back straight before they post stuff against People’s credit that is untrue.

Emerald Ar Opened March 25, 2019 + $167 Original creditor: ARIZONA COMMUNITY SURGEONS  Credit karma if they did their jobs and updated credit reports every month like they’re supposed too? this would have been removed from my credit report 2 years ago but credit karma still has it on my report this is because credit karma is nothing but a scam and it’s just ruining People’s credit, and if people check credit karma for a job or a loan on people? You will be turned down for credit and possibly the job because credit karma only post false information on people’s credit report. My credit score is 850 but credit karma stating it’s 787. I’m going to be filing Court actions against credit karma they need to be shut down they don’t do their job properly and it’s nothing but a scam.

I signed up for the trial period for $1. They offered a deal for a year so I sign up for the year. Shortly afterwards, the app was not user friendly so I decided to cancel during the trial period. Although I cancelled within 3 days, they only wanted to issue a partial refund based on their refund policy. This was a definite rip off and I want others to know so they will not waste their money with this company or their app.

I was scammed by a friend of mine named Christopher Spencer Barton who I was trying to help out, I was the perfect old lady to scam , I am going through a divorce from a covert narcissist, and I am extremely empathetic and apparently nieve, and trusting.

He called me impersonating a drug enforcement agent and told me I was going to be held responsible for the crime of drug trafficking and I needed to send my monies to them and that I would receive a cashier chech and new social security card 2 20,000 dollar cash transactions were sent federal express to Massachusetts.

I purchased their software system plus one-time offers for a total of $207.11 on 12/25/20. There were offering a 1-year satisfaction guarantee or your money back.

On 7/23/21 I asked for a refund as I was not satisfied with the purchase. I was told to file a dispute with PayPal since the purchase was made via PayPal.

I did file a dispute, but PayPal will not honor disputes for purchases over 6 months old so it was rejected. I replied to Gyle at the PLEX support email with this information and they have not responded.

If you’re not willing to honor a 1-year satisfaction guarantee, then don’t offer it.

Mr. Paul Jokerst team lead of SBA division of US Bank and the rest of the incompetent team involved, deliberately and maliciously out of spite created unwarranted delays with underwriting causing the closing of our asset purchase to expire creating undue duress and expense. They completely mismanaged my SBA loan application, did not do the proper due diligence, while at the same time stringing us along and wasting our time and money for nearly a year’s time.

They don’t know how to read audited financial statements, 0 time management skills, terrible customer service, 0 respect for customer time constraints, 0 understanding of internal policies, and most of all they are dishonorable LIARS. Never experienced such a terrible underwriting experience with any bank. They have no respect for others’ time and reputation. If you are thinking of getting any type of loan through US Bank, DONT, look elsewhere!! They WILL waste your time even with a qualified application and documentation.

They sold me a diesel engine that was advertised on car-parts with 16K miles on it. Iwas told it had a broken front cover so I accepted the as is. I paid to ship it but when it arried it was junk. The block was seized. They will not give a refund or take it back. These people are very decietful.

About 10 years ago I was looking for alternative investments.  I bought gold bullion at Blanchard.  I recently went to sell them and found they were worth A LOT LESS.  I talked to other brokers and they told me I overpaid for them originally and I will never get back the money I paid for them.  I believed the line that these were valuable coins with great growth potential.  Do not buy from Blanchard.  They are just salesmen trying to screw you out of money.

  Mike Coe aka Robert Coe called our company on August 4, 2021 to come look at his motor which was failing.  He stated he believed it might be the start capacitor.  Mike Coe agreed to our service call charge of $85.  We arrived promptly and his wife Lois Coe showed the technician where the motor was.  The technician noted there were other capacitors sitting on top of the heater and tested them, yes, they are bad. 

The technician explained to Lois Coe the reason the capacitors keep failing, as they are the weakest link before taking out motor windings.  The technician explained he could replace the capacitor but this would not fix the problem.  The problem is the 4 bolts attached to the back seal plate and motor flange were highly corroded and causing the motor to sag and bind the impeller and diffuser together.  Technician turned the motor by hand which was very tight for the aforementioned reasons. 

Technician explained to Lois Coe if the motor is separated from the back seal plate the 4 bolts will likely break off damaging the motor flange.  Therefore,  our recommendation was to replace the pump.  We explained CA Law Title 20 which prohibits replacing a single speed pump with another single speed pump and would require a variable speed pump.   

After wasting 30 minutes of his time technician forwarded information to the office manager who explained all over again to Mike Coe aka Robert Coe who said he’d think about it and call us back in a couple days.   

Mike Coe called back and stated he fixed it himself, We asked how did you “fix” it? and asked for the agreed up $85 service call.  He asked if he could pay $50 and stated he said he replaced the start capacitor.   You are a certified MORON.

You fixed nothing, this capacitor will fail as the last several have.  No you cannot pay $50.  We did not agree to $50, we agreed to $85.  Just because you’re ignorant and don’t like our assessment doesn’t change the fact your temporary fix is a band-aid and ultimately your pump will need replacement. 

We did not drive partially there.  Our technician has 26 years of experience and we don’t band aid things.  We don’t replace parts we know we cannot warranty and will ultimately fail.  We will add Mike Coe to our list of people to sue depending upon Covid and small claims cases.

4tires.ca 4tires Canada SHIPPED ME DAMAGED DEFECTIVE TIRES AND DID NOT COMPENSATE FOR ME HAVING THE DEFECTIVE TIRE REMOUNTED Boisbriand Quebec

Fall 2020 I ordered a set of winter tires mounted on steel wheels. The barrel of every wheel was damaged in 4 spots where the machine gouged out the metal. They reimbursed the cost of paint and sandpaper that I had to purchase to remove the burrs to prevent rust and more cuts on my hands. The wheels also had scratches to the faces as only the tire was covered by shrink wrap. One of the tires was flat on arrival.

I notified them via email, they did not offer a solution but said it likely was the valve. I told them I would have it checked by a local tire shop which remounted it with a new valve stem and bead sealant. It seems ok now but the shop said they tested the valve, tanked it, and couldn’t see any issue and that it may be a defect in the tire and or rim. 4tires.ca is ignoring emails requesting the remount reimbursement.

Something to consider is that you don’t get to inspect the wheels and or tires before you buy and you may wind up with old, damaged, and or defective products which is a safety risk. Mine were just outside the 6 month age I would normally accept. This was my 2nd purchase from them.

I learned my lesson, even though the price is higher at the local tire store and can prevent being sold problematic products and resolve any issues without cost.
