COVID-19 has affected all of us in some capacity.  Being a mother of two, wife, IT professional, nurse, and small business owner, it is imperitive to have my children properly taken care of.  I have been a member of the St. Pius community ever since I was born (was literally baptized and married here).  The quality of care and education that my girls receive here is stellar and tremendious. 

Its keeping them in daycare that is problematic.  I have spoken to staff, leadership, and administration about this several times.  When my daycare closes, not only are we not financially reimbursed for care not received, but then I get to take days off of work to care for my girls.  

The Early Learning Center (ELC) is going against the Iowa Department of Public Health’s (IDPH) recommendations and guidelines.  For example, Feb 2021 the state lifted the mask mandate, but my daycare continued to enforce it (and mind you, these are little children (3 year olds)) for three months.  Only after our Governor signed into law that educational institutions could not mandate masks, was it then lifted.

Then, in May 2021 the state issued recommendations that daycares treat COVID just like “any other child illness, and that exposed children should no longer be required to stay home.”  The first week of August someone tested positive for COVID and the entire classroom shut down.  We were instructed that our child could not return unless we had a negative COVID test result.  The state does not recommend nor mandate this.  The ELC is forcing unnecessary policies on us, eliminating the parents from making their own informed decisions, going against IDPH recommendations and guidelines, and acting as our children’s health care provider.  

I purchased a product to be delivered to my home and paid for three-day shipping. The company sent this product through LaserShip. It was supposed to be at my house on August the 6th of 2021. Instead, it arrived in Orlando, FL, on August the 6th of2021. It has sat in Orlando, FL, for the last three days.

On August the 8th of 2021, I received an update that the package would be delivered on August the 9th of 2021. However, the box never showed on August the 9th of 2021. The package is still sitting in their warehouse as of today, August the 10th of 2021.

On August the 9th of 2021, I emailed LaserShip about my package around 3:00 pm to inquire if my package would be arriving on said day. As it was getting closer to the end of the day, and there was no word about my package. On August the 10th of 2021, I received an email stating a delay, and my package will be delivered in 1 – 2 business days. I understand delays, but not when this is your 3rd time delaying something without a good explanation.

This email provided me a way to get in contact with the company. I called and spoke to a lovely young lady. She talked to the warehouse, and they told her they would call me in an hour. I waited for an hour and no one called. I called back two hours later, and they escalated the issue to the manager. The manager called to tell me that my package would be 2 – 3 more business days as of now.

She informed me that my package would be there in 2 – 3 business days. I asked her if she expected me to trust LaserShip. She said yes. I informed her of the experience I have had. I do not trust them or that my package will arrive at all. As of now, my package has not arrived.  

bought a truck from these guys about 6 months ago. took possession of it and it started pouring black smoke. engine light came on couldnt lease it on to the company i was leased to becasue it would not pass there inspection. took it all the way back from dallas to porter texas.they solved the smoke issue,and rigged the ac to work.picked it up,took it back to dallas,drove it a week,broke down again.computer issues with cab computer.

ac quit working also.over the next several months truck would run a few days then go down.we lost several drivers and around 50k in revenue becasue we couldnt keep the truck running.had several mechanics and ac companies work on it with no luck.called freeway truck sales and advised them again of computer issues and ac issues.they said bring it back,so i did,again,from dallas to porter txeas.they had some one repair cab computer and sensor issues.picked it back up,ran it approximately 2 weeks and bam,down again with major oil leaks from the bypass system on the engine.called and told them to pick the truck up.

i cant keep it running and it has about broke my company.they knew it was no good when they sold it to me. they also knew it had a bad delete job done on it and that the cab computer was damaged to where none of the electrical systems would work right.i paid 6k down on this truck and made a couple payments of 1200 per month.

in the end this truck cost me about 60k to run it for about 4 weeks out of 6 months.all the owner said at freeway was if we didnt pay on it he would pick it up.this place has lawsuits and bad reviews on bbb as well. i would like my 6k back from them but i know that wont happen

He will prey upon your business that is starting out, promise you the world and take all your money for three months which is the term of the contract, and then use every con in the book to tell you why you didnt succeed.

He preys upon anyone and everyone and no one should ever give him money, their time, or the consideration of a conversation. If you are in the entertainment industry, an ad in the pennysaver will  produce more results than he or anyone else there can. If you are a business wanting to gain traction, he is the last person you should consider.

The best part is he can’t say I am a disgruntled employee or some other lie he will try to create to misguide you. This is exactly who he is.

Gab.com Paid “Free Speech” & Extremist Allegiance Extortion

At the same time, many politically neutral users, companies, entities, etc were fed up with Facebook, Google, and Twitter censorship especially during the end of 2020 when they began censoring anyone who posted content that didn’t agree with far left US ideologies. A lot of those users (including us) sought refuge at Gab.com and other non-leftist controlled social media.

However we found some of this to be not the case from our experiences and observations of other paid Gab users. This is where the suspected nefarious behavior comes in:

PAID “FREE SPEECH”

Like many users fed up with Facebook censorship, we looked into using Gab as a medium for “freedom of speech”, free of censorship and harassment from leftists and other political extremists.

Gab claims to be funded by “donations” after being cut off from major banks and credit card companies as mentioned above, Gab requests that you donate to them to get certain “badging”.

What isn’t publicly stated by Gab officials is that the content of users who paid, or “donated”, more to Gab had a higher ranking for dissemination and less prone to censorship. In other words, the more you pay the more exposure and immunity you get on Gab. However the new forms of payment don’t give you any legal protection or recourse if your content gets unpublished, deleted, or censored.

Furthermore, from what we have seen, those who had lesser badges were often the target of actual hate speech and other forms of online libel from other users looking to suppress them. Users (many popular and high profile ones) who apparently paid more (indicated by the badging and other notations on their profile) have posted illegal activity, threats of violence, doxxing, pornography, child exploitation (see screenshots) which are supposedly against Gab’s policies in an attempt to suppress other users.

There is also niches of anonymous Gab users who have donated large amounts while posing as stereotypical “white supremacists” while posting hate towards other white users. These niches (effectively “gangs”) form groups and collaborate to suppress others within the same political and religious ideologies to suppress one another.

Any users who complained about any of the above mentioned content have been censored or deleted themselves, especially when they have not contributed or donated as much money.

It basically becomes a “war” of who pays more while fighting to poise “more white”.

This somewhat adds to the legitimacy of leftist accusations of Gab “harboring white supremacist terrorists” and prior hacking leaks (https://www.cnet.com/tech/services-and-software/social-network-gab-hacked-hit-with-500000-ransom-demand/) may expose legitimate Gab users (who aren’t criminals) to legal trouble. Those who “donated” and “verified” can still have their personal information such as; legal name, residential address, traced and sent to the government for further prosecution since its possible Gab may have retained their donation payment information for the government to seize.

Many of our paid (“Pro”) accounts were deleted when we either reported such content or failed to “donate” as much as the antagonistic users did. We never engaged any user who engaged in illegal activities, threats, libel, nor did we engage in those illegal activities themselves.

With Gab requiring “donations” to be paid in the form of non-recoverable means, we are out of any simple legal recourse to recover the funds.

So beware, Gab may appear to be a “neutral platform” but there is an infestation of corruption committed by questionable users enabled by the site’s unspoken bias towards “pay to post” type setup and you do not get any easy means to recover your lost content or money.

We also suspect many users we observed there to be leftists from Facebook/Twitter posing as conservative “white supremacists” and posting “hate speech” as a means portray legitimate users in a bad light. With the changing social and political climate in the world, this can enable an easy witch hunt of anyone who doesn’t fall in line with leftist ideologies.

Unfortunately, Gab isn’t a breath of fresh air, many similar problems plaguing big tech social media still persist. The underlying problem of money, scams, and other illicit activities fueling groups of users of one ideology against another are still apparently there. Being involved in a platform associated with serious illegal acts can also get innocent users in trouble and destroy their lives.

Kejpey took my payment for an order of a high-end yard product — a tumbling composter — sent me a cheap pair of counterfeit RayBan sunglasses instead, claimed it was a shipping error they would immediately correct, and failed to deliver for more than a year, despite dozens of bank-and-forth emails.

Kejpey repeatedly said “be patient” because the original item is on the way. On two occasions they even sent bogus tracking info for my item, each time ending with a “failure to deliver” message referring me back to my vendor: “Kejpey” of course!

Kejpey’s final scam on this order has been to promise to return most, not even all of my money “shortly,” but even that has failed to materialize for more than three months now.

I was scammed, I gave them 2 credit cards over the telephone.  I was so excited, business has been terrible.  I had just returned from a vacation 7/20 – 7/27/21…I called him on 7/28/21.  After getting off te telephone, I went to his website.  Nothing he told me he could do was on there.  I called him back to cancel….his voice mail was on. 

I sent an e-mail to him also….all within 2 hours of speaking with John Benjamin/salesman on the phone.  He e-mailed me that he had forwarded my cancellation, to his supervisor.  It was out of his hands.  He said his supervisor would have to call me back.  It never happened that day.  or the next day.   I called (2)  Banks to cancel the credit cards. 

Both Banks said, I must wait until the charges post, however they will send me a new cards.  Now I must go through a long dispute of charges claim.  Sociable Society Inc. has collected 1,499 & 499.00.

Nobody called me back, for my refund….for internet marketing services……..I was scammed……so sick of these people. I called them back, after I saw a website, that did not say or look good enough to me…..no mention of all of the great things  John Benjamin said on the telephone.
