expedia Expedia LIES and did not issue Refund Seattle WA

We needed to cut our stay at Residence Inn one night short due to a family member getting sick.

The manager on duty approved the early cancelation, as they didn’t want to put the other hotel guests at risk during this time of COVID. We unfortunately booked through Expedia (never again!), and were told that Expedia needed to contact the hotel to confirm they approved the cancelation and refund. So we gave them the contact info and number for the manager on duty.

We come to find that Expedia never spoke to this manager on duty!

Expedia LIED – saying that Residence Inn didn’t approve the refund. We informed Residence Inn 2 days prior to checking out, and they said they had no problem refunding our last night!

Expedia would rather an ill person stay in the hotel, PUTTING THE PUBLIC AT RISK, rather than having them check out early?? We will be booking with hotels directly now, as we realized we don’t typically save any money – we LOSE money going through expedia and they make it such a hassle for any changes.

This man took over a case in Los Angeles Superior Court a well-known kangaroo courthouse. He overlooked the fact that my property was searched without a warrant and never once asked about my alibies. He never reviewed the evidence with me and passed it over to a crackpot investigator that could not even see thru his very own eyes and had to get eye surgery when he was supposed to be going over evidence with me. 

He lied to me about things I had told him and is good friends with my last POS attorney that is about to get a sentence in federal court for Lying and drug racketeering. This guy did everything in his power to do nothing and I am supposed to go to trial with this idiot that lied to me in my face. 

I filed a Marsden motion and he lied straight in the judge’s face. I would have done better representing myself. The system is beyond broken and with this guy in the mix, it’s only going to get worse. He is a cuck that does whatever pleases his buddies at the district attornies office. 

Do not hire or accept this guy as your attorney he has a lot of bad reviews on yelp but they are censored most likely because the crooked a*s BAR appointed him in most of his cases where he sacrificed peoples lives in order to keep his pathetic pay which in my opinion is pathetic when you measure the amount of f*cked up sh*t is involved in sending an innocent man to jail. People like okaroacha are empty inside they don’t give a sh*t about where they come from and who they harm they only care about pleasing the bar like all the other good slaves.

Took money from account and money laundering, and fraudulent services I was paid $1124.00 at 8 am and by noon i was at atm to withdraw. I was denied so i called customer service and by the time I realized it was a scam my account was emptied and then closed.

There is no # for cash app only an email. Its been 12 hours and no response . This had happened to 100s of people. Cant we band together and file a massive suit against square?

First I’d like to say that customer service is grade a on first impressions. I bought a used truck from these guys for a suprise birthday gift for my 68 year old father. The truck was a 2007 toyota tundra trd 4×4. High miles 223k. The original vehicle I went to look at was two different colors, rattle can paint job and lots of badly placed parts and lots of parts off other tundras, so I passed. Eduardo then showed me a much better looking truck.

After a brief inspection we tool the truck for a test drive. After driving for about 5 min. I noticed a rumbling sound like I had large mud tires on the truck when we had road tires, so I asked Eduardo about the sound. He told me it was the 4×4 system not engaged. I took his word. So we drove to the bank and I got the money he wanted and returned to his little lot. I gave him the payment and lingered around the back of his location and noticed I was looking at a lot of iaa, copart, and American auto auction vehicles with totaled written on the windshield and parts being repaired and replaced. I didn’t put 1 and 2 together till later. 

I went back inside and finished out the deal. Mentioning several times I’m driving this truck 1500 miles away to give it to my father. 

No insurance was placed on the vehicle at that time to Eduardo, the owner drove the truck to my house rumbling and all. I brought Eduardo back to his office and dropped him off and told him I would let him know how it goes. 

One week later I detail the truck and notice no spare tire and missing rain gutter parts. So I call and let him know. I go back to his location to get a spare and I notice his mechanic is parting together an iaa auction totaled truck with air bags deployed and badly wheel damages. I even asked him how he is going to sell that since it’s totaled. He said it wasn’t. 

I worked as an auto transporter for 2 years so I knew he was lying. I’ve picked those up and delivered them for the insurance companies. 

So I get a spare and off I go to finish getting the truck ready for my trip the next day. 

Ieave austin texas around 5am make it to Dallas and notice the rumbling has not stopped and gotten worse so I text him and let him know the truck is running well except for the LOUD RUMBLING.

So 45 min east of Dallas I take it to a quick car to have the rear end checked. Clean fluid new and fresh. So off I ago again. I arrived in Virginia the next night and give the truck to my father on Wednesday night. 

Thursday I call the dealership to set up an appointment to get it checked. Take it in and immediately they tell me the wheel bearings are bad. Ok, replace them.  Well when they replaced them they told me the truck was not fit to be on the road and they have no idea how I made it 1500 miles on bearings missing and burnt up. 

I take the truck for a drive and still notice rear end noise. Back to the Toyota dealer I go again. They diagnosed a bad rear end. Get a quote and call Eduardo. We agree to meet on Monday to discuss. At this point I’m out 12480.00$ and now 1900.00 in bearing replacement from toyota. Now I have a new quote a little under 4,000 for rear end replacement. 

I drive the truck with my father back to Austin, 1500 Miles again im at 3200 miles in 10 days now. 

I talk to Eduardo at ponce motors and he wants to replace the rear end with a used rear end himself . No I need a warranty my father can use in Virginia. So he then insults me and tells me he will cover 1,000 of all the repairs. 

At this point I’m asking how the vehicle passed safety inspection in austin texas with bad wheel bearings…. no answer. So intake the truck to toyota again. Now toyots hands me the entire repair history of the truck, showing a bad rear end and bad wheel bearings…… that i was lied to about from get go. Now the dealer alerts me to the frame recall rust ROT! 

Now it all adds up. The previous owner found about the recall and also found out that it is out of extended warranty with the mfg. So he has it totaled and off to American auto auction…. now ponce motors buys the truck adds some new parts, cleans it up real real good replaced cosmetic parts with new parts to make the sale and boom, here i come thinking this is a legit used truck not an auctioned truck that’s been totaled by the insurance company and I not being told of any of the such….. 

I’m at a loss right now and have filed complaints with the local authorities. I’m also a liscened pi in the state of Texas….. I would like thus to not happen to anyone else here in my town I live in. I work to hard for my money n to be robbed like this without any justice… 

Verizon. With walmart Walmart rep in electronics department sold me a n expensive phone and put me through a long process protocal to get service with Verizon.  I was granted a service for the new phone with verizon. When i got my first bill i was shocked at the amount. Oak ridge Tennessee

I went to the oak ridge walmart store to purchase a decent phone and not break the budget as I had a credit repair company helping me with my credit. I had previously been with Verizon and had no complaints. So the walmart electronics associate recommended a nice phone. Got me back with Verizon and was courteous. When I got my first bill i was in shock. So I had to go on auto pay and chose a date that would be in line with my check and budget needs..

I thought all was ok until I started getting lots of unwanted requests from Verizon. On emails and statements. The plan was about 140.00 a month and the phone was included. So after the auto pay was in place . Verizon whacked my service and cit me off. I tried several methods to talk to a live person and got no where. Finally I called the oak ridge Verizon store and had to get a special number to call at a certain time in the evening and still that didn’t work.

Then after exhausting all my attempts to keep the service and after cutting me off leaving me without phone service . they kept trying to get money off my direct express card. This caused another problem as I had to notify direct express on my social security deposits and was without funds for over a week. It seems like when you have a big business that customer service should be a priority. . Verizon made my financial life a nightmare with the help of Walmart.

The walmart associate told me that the Verizon rep comes to the store at certain times and has to adhere to their protocol. All I wanted was a nice phone . Instead I got bad service . stuck with a huge bill. Could not speak to a live person. And now I have another bill that will be a negative issue on my credit report. Thank you.

Property Values.com TOTAL SCAM, did not deliver “extensive” report promised and charged me $18.95 instead of the stated $1.00 

Promised an extensive report about my residence property, in fact I received nothing more than the info available on my township’s website, name, address, annual taxes, last sale, assessed value.  And they charges my debit card $18.95 instead of the $1.00.  I’ll be filing reports with every consumer protection agency, federal, state and local that I can find.

Ambassador pools Pool install Sept 2019, returned Aug 2020 to install 2nd liner, contacted them in June 2021 pool liner leaking with no responce from them Aug 2021 down better bussiness complaint. A person called danny called me stating he owned the pool company Canton Ma

So far Danny pool company owner had Jessie call me stating he will be in winchester next day. 500 plus mile trip. I stated that i would not be there. I asked him when he could come again. He would not say. I don’t think this jessie guy was coming to virginia. So far I would say this is a bad company with no customer service.

Seed Capital of Nevada Eric Johnson Worked with Bricks 4 Kidz to prey on owners who purchased the business Nevada

I purchased a Bricks 4 Kidz. I was told it was a quick return on investment, with Seed Captial I could get the money on Credit Cards and with zero interest, what balances were not paid off, we could roll the credit cards over into another zero balance.  Seed Capital ran up $120,00 in credit use for me to use to purchase the B4K franchise.  Eric Johnson was the person whom I paid to be my financial counselor. He ended up running me around in circles, and really did nothing to help when I could not roll the balances over. 

The worst, is Bricks 4 Kidz Franchisor was selling franchises that only make 12% successful businesses. The business model did not work. I was bankrupt within a year. The Credit Cards were doubling in monthly payments. Who would want to purchase a business with a 12% success rate. 

I recorded one girl telling me how to do the credit cards, they actually opened a few in my name and end me the information. I would love for a goverment agency to get onto these scammers. 

There are many Bricks 4 Kidz owners in the same boat due to working with B4K corp who was STEERING us to Seed Capital. I was a quick return on investment for Seed Captial and B4K the rest of us are out $50.000 and above. 

Troy-Bilt Lawn Mowers MTD Products Troy-Bilt refuses to replace defective carburetors

I have 1-1/2 year old Troy-Bilt TB230 self-propelled mower which is still under warranty as of this writing (08/10/2021). Even with fresh gasoline and fuel stabilizer (Stabil), this and many of their mower models refuse to start after being idle for a month. Their local warranty agents reported that Troy-Bilt calls this “fuel-related” and refuses to cover it. But this is clearly caused by a faulty carturetor design.

I called Troy-Bilt’s Customer Service, told them that I was using fresh gasoline and a stabilizer, and got the same response. Their stated warranty does NOT exclude carburetors, so this is an DELIBERATE bad-faith scam that should be reported.

Pressure Washers Direct Power Equipment Direct Pressure washers direct This company is a complete ripoff & they’re refusing to issue me a refund for a pressure washer of theirs that I decided that I didn’t want after the machine was faulty the 1st week that I received it. I request a refund & will never do business with this company again. Illinois

refused to give me a refund that I requested within 30 days of purchase. It’s supervisors refused to provide me with customer service and refused to speak on the phone directly with me to help me to get a refund on an item of theirs that I do not want. I purchased 2 simpson pressure washers from this company and they both needed to be returned for service within 3 months of use. Right now both of my pressure washers are sitting up at a service center that they’re contracted with where it’s been sitting without being repaired for two months.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this company trying to get my first pressure washer fixed and then refunded on the second pressure washer. They refused to give me a refund. They refused to speak with me in a professional manner. The managers Brian and Steve are the leaders in delivering horrible customer service. I would like to let the world know to not buy anything from this company because they are rip-offs
