I engaged on purchasing a MR sparkys and an America’s swimming pools, after quite some effort and time after this investment i quickly realized that I was lied to/ mistreated/ and then disrespected by these representatives when I attempted to ask why I was mistreated when I put in the necessary effort to be sucessful only to have my calls blocked and not retuned after all this effort and time of mine invested in these companies which are both owned by the authority brand.

I tried to resolve these issues with higher ups but left ignored so I am forced to report and expose this manner of poor business of these 2 franchisors. Having better representative could have repaired this I believe and led to sucess instead of ignoring me abs mistreating me. This is unfair and the last thing an investor would want after engaging in a franchise to have there time wasted be lied to and mistreated. Shame on wade for his lies abs shame on Roger for his mistreatment and then both of them blocking me when all I wanted was to resolve these issues so we could have mutual sucess instead of mutual failure.

I tried to resolve this through there higher ups but left blocked and ignored. I will remain in the home service industry but never do business with these brands as they left me at a loss and I will work very hard to succeed with other home service based franchises and not with these ever. Beware as this is what my experience was with mr sparkys and America’s swimming pools (roger) beware of him, he should not be allowed to deal with customers.

This company will rip you off if you are being paid sales commission. They recieved $650,000 in goverment stimulus money that does not have to be paid back- ever. Still they won’t pay what is owed to salespeople. Look at the Rock Island county website for the numerous lawsuits against this company and sleezy, racist CEO.

They operate under many different names online. Mr. Peter Wang is the manager, but a “Tony” handled this order. They corresponded using the emails [email protected] and [email protected].

This company is very proficient at scamming people. I purchased 1000 pieces of nylon sachets with peppermint aroma beads from them for $500.00. They sent me one (1) nylon bag (sachet) with 1000 individual beads in it.

1000 pieces at $0.50 per sachet, is on the more expensive end, but they promised a fast turn-around, so I proceeded.

This was not a mix-up in communication, because I sent them a photo of their own product, which was a white nylon bag (sachet), full of aroma beads, and stated I wanted 1000 pieces of this product. In further emails, it was clarified again that I expected 1000 bags with a minimum of 200 peppermint aroma beads per sachet.

They also had the audacity to respond to my complaint with an email stating that “if you want 500 bags with 200 beads per bag, it would be $0.67 per piece”. They actually me for an additional $670.00, after I already sent them $500.00 for 1000 sachets, and received only one (1). That alone proves they intentionally scammed me.

I had all the evidence in my emails, clearly showing we were purchasing 1000 sachets full of beads, but Alibaba closed the ticket. I can only assume that the person in control of the dispute, contacted the company and they bribed him to rule in their favor. That is very disturbing, considering I’ve spent over $1 million over the years from vendors on Alibaba.

I’m glad I was scammed for only $500.00 and not $50,000.00.

I had wholesale customers already pre-paid for that order, and had already purchased the retail packaging and purchased the UPC code. It not only damaged my reputation as a distributor, but it also damaged my trust in Alibaba.

I have filed complaints with the US FTC, and other various scam reporting websites.

I paid for my order and never received it.   I received confirmation from phone #213-401-7475 along with shipping confirmation in an email.  Received an email from [email protected] saying I will receive my shipment.  Apparently all these groups from Moss Handguns to Peco Transport are defrauding the customers.  

Mary Smith aka Haley Blair posted ad on offer up & facebook advertising rv & other vehicles for sale thru online auction liveauctionworld.com & icollector.com the ads are deceiving pics and description are misleading & bait and switch.

You think youve won a vehicle that runs and is ready to go to desert or on trips but you get there they wont let you see it til paid in full. They promise itll pass smog that everything works then threaten to sue if you dont pay.

Then they bring you to vehicle and walk away because its nothing like the pictures or description the one i won ended up having no keys no ignition no locks doors didnt shut had a 1 gallon gas tank with a hose to engine which obviosly cant drive far cabinets were rat infested fridge had food and stuff in it that was probably over 15 yrs old nothing worked seats couch were ripped.

Then i tried talking to them and the other owner Charles Favale starts pushing and threatening us.Then we find out the dmv paperwork i was given by Mary Smith/ Haley Blair she put an old employees name on it as the owner and forged his signature.Everything with these people are fake including their names they use fake facebook profiles to harass people.They have no business no sales license no permits to do anything and as brokers selling multiple vehicles thru auctions thats illegal.They advertise theyre a family owned 30yr old business.which is a complete lie.They stole $4200 from me $5800 from another lady and a few others.

This is an online store called “Kratom Depot” that supplies and sells Kratom products. My check was deposited by Stanford Botanicals, LLC in Pittsburg, PA.  They give no physical address. The website looks legit, “customer comes first”, contact us for support, blah blah. It’s ALL BULLSH*T!

I ordered $68.97 worth of Kratom on July 28, 2021, by “echeck”.  The check cleared my bank on July 30 and was deposited by “Stanford Botanicals, LLC.” in Pittsburg, PA.

Needless to say, I never received my order and my many inquiries have been met ZERO response. Obviously, KratomDepot has a problem with doing what they claim!  That’s in spite of their claims of being concerned for the customer and all the “here to help”,  crap on their internet site. So I am out $68.97 and Stanford Botanicals has gotten something for nothing.  Beware of internet businesses, that’s what I’ve learned from this experience.

I purchased Jackson Browne/James Taylor tickets from StubHub currently scheduled for August 19, 2021.  The order number was *****.  On June 13, 2021, StubHub sent me a Replacement Offer.  The offer said that my tickets were no longer valid but I could get replacement tickets if I notified StubHub.  I called Stubhub.  I called the number on the email and was told that the new tickets would be on the website by July 1 and that I would get an email.  I received no email about the tickets.

I tried to access the tickets and my account says I sold some Jackson Browne/James Taylor tickets, Order no. **************.   I did not sell my Jackson Browne/James Taylor tickets.  StubHubmade some sort of mistake.  StubHub is asking me to upload the tickets I “sold” according to StubHub.  I never received any tickets.

 I tried calling StubHub but there was a three hour wait to talk with someone.  I wrote StubHub a letter that StubHub received August 9, 2021.  The letter explained the situation and asked for my tickets.  StubHub is yet to respond.

Beware of this guy.  He has no way to contact him cause he has no office.  His business is a vacant apartment in Niskayuna.   He collects his 300 dollars to become a new patient and then he doesn’t deal with insurance cause he writes tons of controlled substances but flies under the radar cause he doesn’t use insurance.  He doesn’t care about anything that is going on with you. 

I went to him for anxiety and he gave me 3 Xanax a day and he came straight out and said he is just a legal drug dealer.  He changes his phone number every few months so you have no idea what number he is calling from.  I get calls all the time from car warranty places so don’t answer numbers I dont know.  I had a appointment scheduled at 4pm and he never called and then calls me from a crazy 844 number so I answered and he said he called me and I missed my appointment so dont come back. 

He is trash and only cares about money. You watch he is gonna be the next guy to get popped for writting too many controlled substances.  He is the most unprofessional “professional ” i have ever dealt with in my life.  Look me up i have never in my life wrote a review other then my barber and it was a good review.  This guy had me on Xanax and because he was in a bad mood and said I missed my appointment he told me im no longer a client. 

You can’t take someone off meds like that cold turkey.  You can have a seizure. But he could care less.  Stay far away.  Its weird how someone told me a doctor that is doing what he is doing just got popped for doing what he is doing.  Just filling anything you want as long as you pay him.  So the guy gets popped and now all the sudden he gets rid of his clients that are on a controlled substance.  Weird if you ask me.  But stay away. 

This isn’t the last he heard from me.  You dont just f*ck with peoples meds cause your scared your gonna get caught.  After he gets the 300 he will keep you around for another month or 2.  But he will not turn into insurance cause he is scared it may throw a red flag.  He is no good.  Definitely should not be writing scripts or have other people in his care.  Horrible person.  Bottom line
