This company is dangerously and an ethically using US taxpayers money to pay a private court to go after Don Ziger. The judge is a close relation to CHEVRON!   They are doing this because they lost a huge lawsuit against Ecuadorians people over the damage they have caused.  

Chevron Is setting a very dangerous precedence here!!  It’s not acceptable and I will sing it to the top of my lungs I will not except this I will never spend a dime at a Chevron gas station until they leave him alone and stop this private court case with money that should be used for the American people NOT REVENGE!!! 

Basement Waterproofing, Inc. They charged us 6000 to do waterproofing around outside of house supposed to inject bentonite thru a hollow pipe to bottom of foundation wall, it expands up entire wall covering with bentonite, sealing it from water and getting completely hard in 60 days… It didn’t work so I dug it up when it never got hard 110 days later…. Exposing a complete Scam… They just created holes put a couple inches of product and created pockets for more leaking it never expanded, never got hard, was not injected on a slant to bottom of foundation wall,…

I have dug up 20 feet of foundation walls still can’t find any of this bullshi*t product any where… The company keeps hanging up on me when I call… Then they want to come and rip up basement floor and put in sump pump(which we already have)… Sump pumps cost about 1200 to install, not 6000….a sump pump co. Posing as waterproofing Co…… BIGGEST fraudulent scam EVER… targeting old people who can’t dig it up and prove fraud… I dug it all up and have 100% evidence of the Fraud…. BIGGEST LYING SCAM EVER… I also searched and found lots of other people who have been scammed by this fraudulent company…. Scammed the wrong person this time, I will never stop until this company is brought to justice.

The order I placed is late. I have to wait literally hours on the chat to connect with someone. When connected, they have no info for me. You can’t get through on the phone and they don’t respond to emails. My son moves into his dorm next week and I have absolutely no idea if he will have bedding. I have asked for a supervisor to call and no one ever does. 

Not a company with offices, protocol, warranty, etc.. One man shop that attempts to do jobs simultaneously and make as much money as possible. See you tomorrow means nothing to them. Skip this individual if you value your money and sanity. When they work they do not do a bad job but are undependable and want money up front.

I was grossly overcharged. They did not clean up the job site. Does not answer the phone when you call. I failed to check their references as I needed the job done quickly. There is a pattern of deception, lack of completion, broken promises, etc. across the reviews. All are accurate.

They had my trust and broke it. I learned a valuable lesson. What should have cost about $6,000 (according to Apex Exteriors who finished the job) cost me almost $13,000. Do not recommend this contractor.

– Services provided – Delivery of Fridge and Freezer – Aug 4, 2021.

– During delivery two employees of LTi Logistics scratched and damaged our kitchen new vinyl floors when moving the Fridge around (it has sharp metal on the bottom). There are three deep scratches on different floor panels – see pictures attached. They made pictures and promised to report to management and that we should expect this resolved and compensated. However, their Claims Supervisor (Sarah Frechette, (647) 204-2089, [email protected]) got back to us with improbable facts referring to the drivers’ falsified story that we damaged the floors ourselves, she denied our claim, even though we did provided pictures, video and facts, as well as made a note of the damage in the delivery sheet.

– Damage made to the floors was estimated by our contractor in the amount of CAD1,500-1,800 including materials and labor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’ll make a long story short on this one but this company is dishonest as they come. My wife and I moved from Florida to Texas this past week. We went online to purchase a couch and entertainment stand from World Market. Made the purchase, received confirmation and the amount appeared on my pending bank transactions.

This morning I received an email from World Market that our order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. I called World Market Customer Service, the representative that picked up sounded like she just crawled out of bed and went on to  give me the runaround about how our order was cancelled due to billing issues.

Our billing address is indeed different from our shipping address but this is nothing out of the ordinary as ALL checkouts contain the question “is your billing address the same as your shipping”. Mind you, we have purchasing items for the past week like the online and my bank has processed every single transaction. I went over the addresses with the rep and said these are the correct addresses so nothing should have been alarming.

She puts me on hold, comes back 5 minutes later “I am sorry Sir but the order was cancelled in error. Feel free to go back online and complete your order again”. I responded ” Don’t you think because the error was on your end maybe you should complete the order on your end for me, why do I have to do the leg work?” She explained that she could not do that. 

When this happens, I never buy from that company again. Apparently they don’t want my business so the result can be just that, they don’t get. However, I was still a little taken back about the whole situation so I went online to see if maybe the product had an “out of stock” on it. Come to find out, the price is now $999.00 instead of the $799.99 I paid for it online the night before. 

YOU CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE YOU WANTED ME TO PAY THE $999.99 PRICE INSTEAD OF HONORING THE PRICE I PAID THE NIGHT BEFORE. PROVE ME WRONG.

This business is a complete ripoff. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I purchased 14 grams for $165 Saturday. Let them know immediatly that payment was made via BITCOIN. They asked for proof which I provided a screenshot of. Few minutes later get email stating we will ship your product ASAP. Went online 2 days later and looked at order history. My order was “on hold”. I inquired why it’s on hold to which they replied and I quote “In order to release shipping, we will need another $100 for a validation stamp”. 

Nowhere on their website is this mentioned! I stated this to them and there response was ” we do not feel it neccessary to state” Are you kidding me? 65% of my orignal purchase price tacked on to my order! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Told them to keep my money as I will do way more damage to their business then my $165. 

I ordered a wedding dress from them and when it got here it had holes in it and was a complete wreck. They say they have a 7 day return policy that says  “You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped.”

They refused to return my money even though they admitted it was defective and I should take it to a tailor. They are liars and they don’t do any kind of quality inspection. I ended up just going to a David’s bridal and getting a new dress. I never got my money back from them they are horrible people.
